From what I've read, I've come to learn one thing: Customers don't like the speed that their burritos are made. (And to the dude who is "a pro at unwrapping burritos by now", do you also leave one star reviews for the other Chipotles out there that fail to mix your off-menu quesarito, or did you go pro from this one experience?) This factor, mixed together with various other grievances has landed this Chipotle a 2-star rating, which is nothing short of a travesty. A travesty, I tell you! First off, this is a restaurant. Whether you consider it fast-food or not, it is still a restaurant. That being said, there is more likely than not a reason that your order is not being taken immediately, even if there isn't a massive line. Though I'm certain that the folks behind the counter would like to make the line move faster, I can assure you, it's nothing short of a miracle that they can make a burrito for you within a minute after you've reached the counter. Though I can't absolutely assure you that other chipotles in residential/high school areas will be equally as busy/slow at certain times throughout the day, I can make an educated guess in saying so. Secondly, the employees at this Chipotle manage to be more personable than even the most upbeat Waffle House waitress. While I personally have had a few extended stays at Chipotle myself due to the line, the people working the line have always been genuinely friendly upon making it to the window, despite any grumpy ramblings from previous customers. As a waiter, I understand the struggle. These guys aren't getting paid the tips to deal with curmudgeons, though. Neither are the other employees at nearby Chipotles. The difference is that they act complacent at best (not like they're mean, they just seem like they're being paid to smile). Third, the portions. Ohhhh lawd, the portions. There's nothing like having a four item burrito that tears through the tortilla. Every. Time. Really though, they don't play around with their portions. So, when all is said and done, this is a pretty solid Chipotle, in my opinion. I have never been one to take the word of a single review, though. (also, just wanted to let it be known that I have no affiliation with Chipotle, because this was all starting to sound like a total propaganda campaign.)

Slow, but I like the seating options (of which there are plenty) and the food is the same good Chipotle food you love and know. There's not a good place for the line that inevitably backs up in this place so it kind of ends up wrapping around the seating area which is a lil' annoying.

I was horribly dissapointed with my experience at this Chipotle...i waited in line 10-15 min and it wasnt even that long of a line...everybody in front of me were getting huge portions with lids on the bowls barely being able to fit down and burritos about ready to burst open...then when they got to mine it was 1/2 the size of everybody elses...i dont know if it was just highschool kids hooking up highschool friends or something else but i am very dissapointed with what i got..

This is the worst Chipotle i have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of Chipotles. Service here was horrendous

Chipotle is Chipotle. You know what you're getting by design. A tall box with concrete floors, a lot of stainless steel and glass, and loud music. The staff is young and efficient, pleasant and polite. The most interesting thing about the design is a large X shaped low table in the middle of the store. There are no booths, only the X shaped table and four long high top tables. When I was there the kid on the cash register looked like Mike Wallace of the Steelers. The sad thing was he didn't know Mike Wallace the journalist nor the football player. ;o)

Lazy staff, won't make quesoritto during "peak" Apparently peak is 5:10 and only one person in line and already ordering when you walk in. How hard is it to at least mix my burritos 4 items like I asked the black dude with gauges, before you roll it up. Oh well I'm a pro at unwrapping burritos by now

Taste the same as any chipotle but sooooo slow. It seems like they have 10 people working but are always slow. Plus thus location seems to screw you over more than any other on the amount they put in the burrito. I recommend driving down to the one on Hamilton.

Long line when we arrived, but it moved pretty quickly. Chicken seemed a little burnt but nothing horrible. Filled with high school students so it was a little loud. Typical Chipotle though, good food.

Chipotle is not chipotle if you have an extra salty, burnt chicken, teenagers training newly hired teenagers who have no concept of how to make a taco or wrap a burrito. Oh, and dont ever go in a hurry. These kids only started to apologize when they saw that I was getting irritated. We could hear what they were saying, and see them. Im not sure that they were fully aware of that. Will be sending an email because this is the second time I visited this location, and have had a bad experience. Im hoping they improve ASAP because this is the only Chipotle close to my new job and I really like this supporting this business.

This is my least favorite Chipotle in Columbus, by far. Service is terrible. The line is always out the door and the employees are so slow. I have had to wait in line way too long every time I've been here. Also, I was served slightly frozen corn salsa on my tacos the last time I ate here. I will gladly be driving out of my way to visit a different location instead of eating here in the future.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
