Our food was very good. If you like spicy food, you will like this restaurant. I like medium spicy so ordered my green curry mild spicy and it was just right. The Tom Yum soup was very good as well. My husband had the Basil Chicken and it was very spicy (again it depends on your pallet). He usually eats spicy food and said he'll probably order it mild spicy next time. We'll definitely be back. Food is fresh and tasty and decor is nice. Convenient location for Dublin residents.

Very excellent food and atmosphere. Lunch portions are the perfect size. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice atmosphere and great food. Loved the tofu lettuce wraps and really good Pad Thai. I will definitely return. Server was very attentive even though they were busy.

Gave them a try for takeout. I've been eyeing their menu for some time and decided on pad Thai with chicken. I figured that's a staple menu item that's a good gauge of a thai's place food. Unlike others, I had no issues with the carry out process and asked if the pad Thai was gluten free. They said yes so it was a go. Upon arrival my food was ready and piping hot. I took a quick gander of the place and I like how it's an upscale casual Thai restaurant. I feel most Thai joints lean towards the fast casual. Really clean modern and simple aesthetic wise. Once home my food was still very warm and heavy! The portion was huge but then came the disappointments. Barely any sprouts (love lots of sprouts in pad Thai), no peanuts (wtf?! I said gluten free not peanut allergy), and hardly any green onion. The sprout and onion are essential to add a little crunch especially if the noodles are overdone (as they were in this case). The worst part was the appearance and sauce/flavor. It just did not look or taste right. The noodles were a rust color from the sauce with red pepper flakes sprinkled throughout. I'm accustomed to my pad Thai sauce and noodles remaining the color of the noodles (pale/clear) along with red pepper flakes sprinkled in. This is my first time ordering gluten free pad Thai so perhaps they have a different preparation and ingredients? I don't know. The only decent pad Thai in this city seems to be from Nidas in the north market. Also they only give one lime wedge. Had to cut up a lime at home as I needed more lime flavor to mask the weird sauce. Also found it funny they included packets of soy sauce and a fortune cookie when I specified gluten free. I still want to try dining in as their curries sound yummy and the ahi tuna appetizer and salad both look amazing. Just skip as far away as possible from the pad Thai!!

Our group of four tried Ty Ginger yesterday. I enjoyed the egg roll and the wife and our friends loved the crab ragoon's. Wife said the ragoon's were the best she ever had. I had the Hot and Sour soup. It was very good, but milder then most I have had. Our main course included a General Tao Chicken which was good, especially the chicken texture. I would get it again, but wouldn't travel out of my way for it. The Beef/Veggie dish was said to be very good by one of our party. It sure looked good. The chicken fried rice and pork fried rice meals were both good, although pretty average. The coke products were very weak. Might want to try the tea. Would I go back? Yep. Very nice facility, great hosts, reasonable prices and average to slightly above average food. Is it the best Asian food in Columbus? No, but it is better then most. Try it, it might be your favorite.

Almond chicken was good, but it is not the traditional almond chicken you might expect. The teriyaki chicken was good, but ask for extra sauce. Atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and had an upscale vibe.

Update...food is getting much better. Service is great very attentive...Food is ok... Service very attentive. Food is different then most Chinese restaurants. Abit expensive. Started to try other items on the menu.. It's getting better n better

Great service and good food! We were excited to finally have a thai restaurant in the area. The ingredients tasted very fresh. We particularly enjoyed the appetizers. The pad thai was not as spicy as I would have liked, but we were brought siracha sauce to add and were happy! It is definitely a great addition to the restaurant options in the area. The cocktails were very tasty too!

I passed by this restaurant every day to and from work and finally made the decision to order something for lunch one day. I didn't feel like anything to heavy so I ended up ordering their seared ahi tuna salad and an order of seafood rangoons. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and although I don't know what it was, something smelled heavenly. Sadly I was kind of disappointed with my food when I got it back to work. Although they were bigger than most, there were only 2 seafood rangoons in the box. However I did like their homemade sweet and sour sauce. My salad was pretty disappointing as well. The lettuce was severely wilted and several pieces were brown. The tuna although decent tasting, appeared to have been cooked in advance and kept in the fridge. And even if the previous things didn't occur, the wasabi mint dressing was so strong I ended up mixing some ranch and soy so I could eat my salad. Obviously I didn't get the right thing when I went. I'll probably give them another go and ask the server what is good. But up to this point, it seems like every other restaurant of its kind.

Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. I have had Chinese all over the world including Beijing and Shanghai, this is the best! The food was excellent, the service was outstanding. I love the personal attention from the management puts them head and shoulders above the rest!

Food was pretty good. The quality of ingredients was noticeably better than most Asian places. Asked for the general tso's in extra spicy, and I would rate it a 3/10 on spice. I would rate the restaurant higher except they just opened and the service was a little slow. Food was good though, I would recommend giving it a shot.

Delish! We've been 5 times since they opened. Everything was as good as it gets. All the curries are great but I think red is my fav...it's really spicy! General tsos was really good as was the walnut chicken. Our 9 yr old who is a picky eater gave his sweet n sour chicken a 9/10. The spring rolls are the best in town. Seriously. Seafood Rangoon was great too. Only thing I didn't personally care for was the almond chicken...sauce too sour for me. The decor is really nice and soothing. Service was great and the owner and his mom go out of their way to make sure we had great experience. High quality ingredients. Definitely try it and hopefully it will be a fav for you as it is for me!

The food was very good. I got the almond chicken. My bf got a spicy bean something. He asked for it extra spicy and it was hot. They also provided extra hot sauce on the side. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will go back for sure.

Monotone Brown and Sweet We came to Ty Ginger based on the generally good reviews. The restaurant is relatively modern, with a bar. Appetizer vegetable lattice wrap, tufu and onion, in a sweet brown sauce -a okay. The dish came with only four small pieces of lattice. So we have to eat half of the dish without a wrap. Then we have scallops with shrimp; basically deep fried seafood in a batter, with spring onion in a similar sweet brown sauce. The shrimp was okay, just a little overcooked. The scallops were big sea scallops. But somehow, the scallops lacked the taste. Also we tried the vegetable chow fun; you probably guessed it, in the same sweet brown sauce. Finally, we got two bubble tea, a taro and a mango. My taro was fine, the usual. My son's mango was merely sweet brown liquid. He was disappointed as he likes bubble tea - more precisely milk tea. He did not finish his tea. In all, the dishes were too Americanized to please my oriental palate. .

Upgrading to 4 stars. I visited during the evening hours this time; the ambience is even more impressive than before. It would be a nice place for business dinners for which you wanted a quiet elegant atmosphere at reasonable prices. This time I had the beef chow fun, egg roll, and hot and sour soup. All were seasoned and prepared perfectly, and presentation was lovely, befitting of the elegant setting. The mustard sauce that comes with the egg rolls really packs a punch; a little goes a long way. But I loved it! I believe that the staff and owners are doing everything they can to make this a top restaurant. While I was there I observed an unsatisfied customer send his dish back. The waiter was very accommodating and offered several options such as: redoing the dish, substituting something else, or preparing something to go, but the customer was not interested in any of those options. The Chef came out to see what was wrong with the dish and respectfully ask the customer for suggestions on ways to improve it. The customer did not seem to be able to identify anything specific other than he didn't like it. Come on, people! If you want businesses that serve your needs and preferences, offer some CONSTRUCTIVE feedback when those businesses are sincerely and earnestly asking for it. Service was again very good, attentive without hovering. I think this restaurant has the potential to become one of the best in Dublin. I'm sure I will be back again soon.

This place is a hidden gem. We had the Green Curry and the Yellow Curry and both were amazing. Great atmosphere and very attentive friendly staff. Can't wait to go back and try more!

My wife and I went there. I thought it was decent and I wouldn't mind going back. However, she thinks 3 stars are being generous. So, maybe 2.5 stars would be more appropriate?

Mediocre at best. The egg rolls were just ok. We got the spicy trio - very bland, and the meat wasn't very good. Zero spice. We won't return.

Don't go to this Restaurant. I called and ordered spicy chicken fried rice. I told them that I want to dine in and I will be there in 5 minutes. I told them that I am in rush for an appointment, so I can't waste time there waiting for food. But these stupids, didn't do anything. After I went there, they told that I have to order again as they don't take dine in order in phone. I was very upset that I came to their restaurant that expecting food will be ready. But idiots messed up. Never go there and it was a bad experience.

Ty Ginger is the best chinese food in Dublin - more upscale than your run of the mill chinese resturants. The food is made from fresh ingredients & is served piping hot. I always get the seafood rangoon and shrimp lomein.

Ty Ginger Asian Bistro was okay. I've definitely had better food, but I would stop there in a pinch again. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was there for lunch and there were very few people in the restaurant. Food-wise... veggie spring roll and pad thai with tofu (spicy; 3 out of 4), total cost was about $11 for lunch. The pad thai was still fairly mild in spice, which was a little disappointing. It's a dish that is supposed to have some spice at a base level, so it didn't seem like they added any to warrant a 3 out of 4 spice level. When I went, the parking lot was getting torn up and repaved, which seemed to be a good thing. There were some major pot holes throughout, so don't be a speed demon through the parking lot! Overall, decent, not the best. I would like to try one of their bubble smoothies next time. I was going to get one to-go, but they brought the check without asking if I wanted anything else. So, I figured I would be done.

Stopped for lunch today. I'm almost never in this area of town, so I went with the nearest choice. The food was better than average, service was prompt, and prices were fair. It's maybe an odd complaint, but the ice tea was the only thing that I didn't like. ..it just tasted like ice water. The lunch specials were the typical Americanized Chinese favorites with a few unique items mixed in. Some kind of chicken wrap seemed to be popular, nearly every table I saw had one. I had the beef mei fun and general tso's. The beef was the better of the two, but both were tasty in their own way. The restaurant itself was extremely clean and upscale. The decorations on the wall were a nice touch. Would definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Ty Ginger is a great casual choice if you're looking for authentic, delicious Asian food in Dublin. It's a little hidden in a plaza we had never been in before, but once we found it we were very impressed. The interior of the restaurant was very clean and simply organized, and the staff was very attentive as soon as we walked through the doors. We went at about 3 o'clock for a late lunch and our food was delivered to our table pretty quickly. We both ordered bubble drinks which were tasty and fun to drink, and had some lettuce wraps (better than PF Changs!) and satay chicken (grilled perfectly) for starters. My husband had Green Curry chicken, which he said was a little too spicy for him but still delicious, and I had the combination pad thai which was sweet and so tasty! Great portions and lots of protein in every bite, which is awesome considering the pretty low prices. Our only complaint was that we couldn't pick out a heat level for the curry, but the food and service was so great that we will definitely be going back again and again!

Slow service, food was OK. Portions were great for the price. Try the taro bubble tea if you like sweet treats! I wouldn't be back on purpose but could come in a pinch.

My wife and I grab take out here all the time headed home from work. The bubble tea is excellent and always fresh. I love their chicken pad Thai. The lunch portions seem about right while the dinner ones are pretty large. It's a great place to try!

My friend and I met here for lunch today. It was my first time here, but not hers. Food: - Their menu is varied but not too extensive (which makes deciding easier) - Most of the menu is Americanized Asian food (i.e. General Tso's, Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice, Seafood Rangoons, etc.) - Thai Green Curry with Chicken was pretty good, but I've had better. However, the spiciness was on point and I enjoyed the green beans and eggplant. - My friend ordered the Combination Fried Rice, and described it as a bit bland. - We both ordered their Peach Bubble Tea (which we were excited to find out they served), and liked them! Their tapioca bubbles were cooked properly, although it could have used a bit more sugar. The actual tea was also nice because it actually tasted of tea instead of syrup-water, like other places that may serve bubble tea. Service: - Not too shabby considering it was a lunch rush - Server was attentive and came by a few times to check up on us - Staff was all friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu Atmosphere: - Location is pretty easy to find, although I've heard some people have trouble with finding the entrance - Inside is clean, open, and light - Decor is fancy and looks nice, but not overwhelming

This is our first visit and we have mixed reviews. The egg roll was delicious but a little litght on the meat. The roll itself was a nice consistency- heavier than a spring roll but not too thick. The General Tso sauce was bland but the chicken was juicy and tender. Despite the abundance of peppers on the plate, the dish was mildId Sesame I ordered the tofu sesame. It was crispy and favorable. Asian fusion restaurants ate perfect for our family of carnivores and vegans

Very very nice restaurant, looks real super fancy but yet it's not real super expensive, in fact it's quite economical, at least for the lunch menu, which is what I was ordering off of. Love the fireplace! I've only eaten here once but the Pad Thai was awesome and plan to go back here quite often and try some other foods. The tuna wrap especially looks great. The service here is very fast, we were seated immediately upon entering and as I said, i was really impressed with just how nice (and clean, super clean!) the restaurant looked. I've given them 4 stars for my first trip but when I go again I just may bump it to 5 stars if all goes well. I hope to check them out again soon. Will be hard to resist getting the Pad Thai again though!! EDIT: just got back from there today - did a carry out order of Chicken & Shrimp w Fried Rice and an egg roll. The woman at the door was delightful and very friendly, explained how the restaurant has come to be and what they hope to do in regards to giving the customers a great dining experience. Very friendly and nice! Also, they did my chicken unbreaded as I am trying to get away from breading and it was not a big issue, they did so without reservation. The food was ready in about 10 minutes and once back at my office I ate every bite, it was incredibly delicious! Definitely 5 stars and no doubt the best Asian restaurant in the area.

Well, I've never written a live review before but this place is just that good. I had the that mini spring rolls and they were delicious!! Next came a combination cashew nut plate which was also superb. Perfectly spiced, I couldn't ask for more. All that for under $15!! I'll be back.

The atmosphere inside is really nice, clean, and modern. We went during lunch time an the sun was shining through their large windows and provided a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. For appetizer we were going to get the regular egg rolls, but the server recommended the "mini egg rolls". These tasted great with tier dipping sauce! The stuffing is a little richer than regular egg rolls, so it's like a regular egg roll packed into a smaller package. I highly recommend these. For entree I had the Cantonese Chow Fun and my wife had the Pad Thai. The Canto Chow Fun tasted amazing! It was just like what I had in China and it was only about $7! The Pad Thai also tasted great, but it's less Thai and more Chinese. So if you are going for a more traditional Thai taste you might be disappointed. However, if you are looking for a good Asian meal, you won't go wrong! I wasn't sure what to expect at first because this seemed like a Fusion place and I'm not a fan of Fusion food, but I'm quite impressed and will definitely eat here again, especially since it's pretty close to my house. The only reason why I gave this place a 4/5 rating was because the service was pretty slow. The place was pretty empty when we went there, a couple of tables and a couple of people at the bar, but it took about 20 minutes before we got the appetizer and another 15 minutes before we got our food. Besides that, I had a very positive experience.

Happened to be nearby, and of course I used Yelp to see where I might have lunch. Glad I picked this, and good to see this area filling in a bit. Used to be a lunch wasteland; now there are several options. Walked in to a very nice atmosphere, service was impeccable, and the food? Up there with the best Thai I've had, and I love Thai. I had green curry beef- the veggies were fresh, the meat was tender, the sauce was deeply flavored (and "normal spicy" was just right for me- heat, but not overpowering.) I also had seafood rangoon, which was excellent. Plenty of seafood (not just crab.) Lunch prices are very reasonable for this quality. I have to find some reason to stop by again.

The location is good, the decor is very nice and the place is clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food however was nothing special, in fact it was rather bland. I had the Combination Lo Mein and there was no "POP" to its flavor. The Shrimp was good sized and flavorful and as was the chicken and the beef but that is where the flavor stopped. Something is missing that I have at other places that make the same dish. I also had the fried dumplings and they were good but then those are bought elsewhere and just prepared. My girlfriend (spousal equivalent) had General Tso's and it was completely flavorless, not even a bit of hot despite a number of peppers in it. The fried rice was obviously old and was also lacking in flavor. We stopped about half way through our plates and got the rest to go so that we can take home and doctor it up. All in all, I will not be returning and was quite disappointed after reading the good reviews, we had thought this would be a nice dinner on a Sunday night.

Stopped by on a Saturday lunch as I was driving around. Atmosphere is nice, new, and clean with a good patio. Only one table in dining room and a couple of people at the bar. I was seated at the bar. Asked about the Ty Shrimp and Chicken dish. Server said it was the most popular dish. Got the lunch special with Hot and Sour Soup. Soup came out in a couple of minutes with fried wontons. Just OK. Ty Chicken and Shrimp was another Just OK dish. Not real pungent or spicy brown sauce. Not a real big portion either. Nothing terribly wrong with the dish, but I am suspecting that I may be happier with some of the other entrees. Key takeaways: Clean, nice inside with nice patio. Good service. Food (at least my dish, which is supposed to be the most popular) was just OK. There are other dishes I would like to try and may do so in the future.

Christmas day dinner at Ty Ginger Asian Bistro was awesome!! The food was terrific, decor of the restaurant is nice. I had cashew chicken, my boyfriend had sesame chicken, we both ordered an eggroll and we were happy with the food. Portions were big, food was tasty and we went away satisfied. If we are ever in the area and craving Asian food, we will definitely come back here. By the way, we ordered a mai tai, to share. It was really strong, good, but strong.

So far I've only tried the carryout here, but from what I've experienced so far I would highly recommend Ty Ginger's. The location is great. It's located close to a number of highways and highly trafficked roads, but it is set slightly apart from the busyness of Perimeter Loop. The interior of the building is absolutely beautiful. You're met with a warm atmosphere as soon as you enter, and the bar and dining room are filled with unique and interesting decor. Every time I've ordered from here, I've been pleased with the result. The portion sizes are more than adequate for a meal, and you'll likely have leftovers. It is a tad pricy, but I'll thankfully pay up to ensure that the food is a step above the typical Asian "fast-food" cuisine. For my next trip, I'm planning on visiting the bar! That should complete the Ty Ginger experience!

Food is always very good, I am personally in love with the yellow curry. Only thing to watch our for us the serving size on take out orders is for sure smaller than the eat in version. I got take it today and it's basically a child size portion. :(

I was actually pretty excited to try this place, however, I'm sad to say- I'm not impressed. The guy who initially poured the drinks was dismissive we said thank you twice no response. The lettuce wraps came with (3) small pieces of lettuce. This wasn't acceptable in comparison to the portion of chicken received. Our meal was mediocre to say the least. There was also an OBNOXIOUSLY loud group in the back which made it unpleasant. Needless to say; nobody can beat PF Chang's 2 for 39.99 deal.

Check out the patio for dinner before it gets too cold! Today I started off with awesome seared Ahi Tuna and a pina-colada - excellent! Earlier this week on a previous visit, I saw the ahi being served to a table right next to me and came back tonight just for that, it looked so good, I had to try it. The patio was excellent, watching the sun set and the large flocks of Canadian Geese ending their journey for the day probably looking for a place to stop or the night. You could hear that in the chatter :-) When we arrived a pleasant greeting was awaiting us and we were seated immediately, it's a Friday night! What a great way to start the evening and weekend off! The sun was about to set and the temprature was a perfect 72. The perfect dining experience was to begin. After that delicious Ahi-tuna, I ordered the Black pepper scallops and shrimp which was truly excellent. My partner order the Mahi Mahi another faboulous dish. In fact I normally don't go for the Mahi Mahi anywhere, but what I tasted was succulent and delicious accompanied with sliced veggies with delicious sauce. The scallops and shrimp sauce was a brown sauce also delicious! I have had their Phad Thai another delicious dish I recommend, just remember to tell them whether you want the peanuts or not. In fact I have not had a bad dinner here, all have been excellent, thus my 5 Stars. In every aspect this is a great restaurant and I feel very lucky to have them within walking distance from my house. The portions are plentiful so it also makes for a nice lunch the next day! I am pretty certain, you won't be dissappointed !

My girlfriend and I stayed in the area for the week of Christmas. In fact, we ate at Ty Ginger Asian Bistro on Christmas day. The restaurant is upscale in decor, very nice. We requested a booth so had to wait a few minutes while they got it ready. However, it was busy, but not overly crowded. The menu is brief, but there are good choices. We actually ordered a Mai Tai to share and wow, it was strong. Good, but strong. I had the almond chicken with fried rice, my girlfriend had cashew chicken and fried rice, and we both ordered an egg roll. The food was served nice and hot and was pretty tasty. The portions were nice, we couldn't finish it actually. Once more comment, the fortune cookies, which I find always tasteless, were actually pretty good. So, if you are in the area and want Asian food, stop here, you won't be sorry you did. I know we will be back if we are ever in the area again. And I hope we are soon.

Boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner. Loved the atmosphere but the food....not so much. General Tso was chicken with bland brown sauce....no kick or flavor. Fried rice had no flavor and had peas and carrots. Combo lo mein did not have a flavor "pop" either. The dumplings were fantastic tho! So we asked for to go boxes for each of our whole meals so we can make them more flavorful at home. Needless to say....we wont be back.

Where do I begin??? First off the food is excellent, but Ty, the owner, is the best. He greets you and wants you to have a wonderful experience even if you're picking up food to go. He's helpful, friendly, and professional. This restaurant reflects him completely. Truth be told, we have never had a meal that wasn't delicious. I love all of the spicy offerings and my husband likes the less spicy. His favs are the chicken lettuce wraps, dumplings, cashew chicken, and chow fun. I love the chicken red curry, Mala string bean, Pad Thai and the veggie spring rolls. There's more to mention, but these are our favs. The bar is clean and comfortable and Ty can mix a delicious martini. I typically carry out and enjoy a cocktail while i wait...But if you prefer to eat in - you won't be disappointed. It is a very nice experience. So many Asian restaurants in the area are kitschy and outdated. You won't see that at Ty G. It's modern and updated, but very warm and inviting. It's our favorite area restaurant. Enjoy!

If you're gluten free - BEWARE!! I'm gluten free and I ordered the Tom Ka soup that is noted as being gluten free. I told the waitress that I was gluten free as well. The soup arrived with a piece of fried dough on the plate........... "Oh yes - sorry that's not gluten free." Then I stirred my soup to find wheat noodles. WHEAT NOODLES in Tom Kha soup. That in itself is weird, but downright bad when it's supposed to be gluten free. The Tom Kha soup was loaded with carrots and zuchini and it didn't taste the least bit "Thai." We waited quite a long time for our food, and it was WAY less than average tasting. Maybe one can't expect good Thai in Dublin Ohio, but this wasn't worth anywhere near what we paid for dinner. VERY disappointing, and STEER CLEAR if you're gluten free. They don't get it!

Called in for carry out during the polar vortex! The lady taking the orders was really rude. I was a little delayed in picking up our order and I called, as a courtesy, and she was irate. I finally got to pick up the food and she lectured me about calling in a carry out order. I mean - the food was fine, a pretty solid option for an area lacking that type of food. We had almond chicken, mala string beans, egg rolls, wonton soup and fried dumplings. We'll give it another shot - maybe it was a bad night for this lady.

I finally made it to Ty Ginger today for lunch. Our party was pretty impressed with the staff as well as the food. We shared four dishes including a lovely red curry. We did not try any of the appetizers, however, so I cannot comment on them yet. The restaurant interior is also very nice. (Just checked today and they appear to be still working on interior construction. 5-7-13)

Excellent lunch spot with surprisingly good food. Bonus: a really nice ambiance. Can't wait to try the patio seating when the weather is better. So far, favorites include the Pad Thai, the Mala Green beans (I usually add shrimp as a protein), and the not-super-authentic-but-yummy Pad Se Eew. Friends have tried the yellow and green curries and enjoyed it. Also, this place has decent bubble tea and will definitely satisfy your craving if you're in Dublin and not close to other bubble tea spots. Service is fast and I've placed quite a few large takeout orders without anything being ommitted/messed up.

We've been here a few times now, but we're always shocked with how bland the food is. The service is great and the atmosphere is very nice, but they really need to work on the overall menu and flavors. Be prepared to add soy sauce and sriracha sauce.

I've tried Ty Ginger twice now and I will be back soon! I have only ever dined here for lunch, which service was quick and we were in and out in an hour. I have a serious love for Pad See Ew and Ty Ginger did not disappoint! Their noodles are cooked perfectly and there is plenty of chicken, egg, broccoli and snap peas to accompany the deliciously chewy noodles and divine sweet soy sauce. I like this dish so much, that I'm not sure I will venture out to anything else!

This is a nice little lunch spot with friendly waiting staff, knowledgeable kitchen staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Being a stickler, I checked with the kitchen to see what was meant on the menu by "100% Vegetarian," and rest assured that it is vegan! I got the kung pao tofu, which had a soft but wonderfully cohesive texture (it didn't fall apart at all, and wasn't even a little gummy). It was not quite as spicy as I would have preferred, but the flavor was bright and well-balanced. I don't eat out very often, but I would very much like to come back here.

I have been here two times only, and so far is one of the best places I ever been, great price and excellent food quality and flavor, Teriyakis, Noddles, Soups, Entries, and one hell of a Salmon stuffed with crabb... The best Salmon I ever had. If you have a chance take it, you won't regret.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
