Dining after seeing a few negative reviews, I don't know if I'm disappointed or feel that I got what I deserved. Here's how it went. As a regular panera customer at another location(walking distance from work), I know what I'm supposed to get when I order food. First, the cashier didn't ask for my MyPanera card nor did he ask if I wanted the receipt. That's fine, no biggy. After all, I kind'a knew what I was getting myself into. I get my order YouPickTwo of bistro french onion and a Thai flat bread sandwich. Right off the bat I see that the soup had no cheese. In hopes to find some on the bottom, I spooned here and there and no luck. So I asked the crew behind the counter if I was supposed to get cheese with the french onion. His reply made me believe that I was getting the cheese I so rightfully deserved, but noooo. He rummages through the tin container which made him look suspicious. Finally when he gave me a side cup of cheese, there was mayby 1/2 Tbsp of it and you could tell that he scraped the sides and the bottom. AND it looks like there's a few specs of something other than cheese in it too. Does he really think THIS is better than saying they're out of it? If they were out of cheese, I still would've been disappointed but THIS! This made me a bit offended quite a bit See the photo; it's pathetic. I looked at it(the cheese) with a disgruntled look and walked away, and here I am writing the review while my food's getting cold--which I don't care, since it's a lost anyway. The flatbread is also disappointing. There's barely any Thai Chicken content and it's basically just hummus and bread. Very dry too. I tried this at a different location and it was mind blowing, but here. Tsk tsk. I guess it all depends on the location! I guess I could say that I got what I deserved for walking in despite of the negative reviews. Panera, you can do better!!

I'm usually a fan of Panera - you know... for a chain. I can have some relatively healthy food options, good hot beverages, and free wifi. What's not to like? This Panera definitely has all of those, but the people here kinda suck. Today I was working during a period that spanned two meals, and I had awful service the whole time. Let me give you a few examples: -When I first walked in, there was one lady taking orders for a line of customers... while 5 other employees at the counter just stood around talking to each other. After several minutes, finally one of them asked to help me. -When ordering lunch, I explained that I can't eat wheat, and the employee's attitude was nonchalant at best. Rude is probably more like it. -There was an employee LAYING ON A BENCH in the back. Is this what they do on their breaks? This Panera has all the good stuff you expect, but with a side of unwanted staff attitude.

Ill just summarize this long winded thing in the first paragraph. They have gotten my order wrong several times and the service is going down the drain. Consequently, I am not sure I will be patronizing Panera anymore. I try never to write bad reviews about businesses, especially if it's for a business like this one which already has a bunch that are actually pretty accurate. In this case, I feel I need to speak my mind a bit because it seems like every single time I leave this place I am not happy. Call it insanity, I know. I just keep going back. Today I called in my order so I could pick it up and go. The dude on the phone said to just go up to a register, give them my name and tell them I am here to pick up an order I phoned it. Sounds easy enough right? All I ordered was a tuna salad sandwich, then I threw in a bowl of soup. No, I wasn't ordering the half a sandwich and soup you pick 2 deal. Between my phone call and the one stop I made before I arrived to pick up my order was at least 20 minutes. When I got there I was third in line and there were at least 4 employees in eye shot all wondering around doing different things, but no sign of anyone working the registers. After a few minutes someone finally comes out and now we are moving some orders through. When it became my turn I did exactly what I was instructed to do and told the girl I was there to pick up an order and gave her my name. She looked it up and read off my order to me. She then yelled down to the two dudes making the food. One of them says..."What to go order?" Then the other one says.... "Oh yeah, you guys put the order in wrong." So they giggle, she giggles and turns to me and tells me that it will be a few minutes because they never made it. I am like...OK... I can get over that. A few minutes later the food was ready and I went home. I get home, wife opens the bag and it's a half sandwich and a bowl of soup. I ordered and paid for the full sandwich. At this point I am pretty fed up with Paneras all together. This is the second bad experience I have had at this one in the past few weeks, so i am not just getting worked up over a ONE time thing over ONE SANDWICH. My feelings for the company stem from my experiences with other locations. Not only here in Columbus, but also other states. Right now I have a free soup and sandwich at this Panera and a free salad at the Panera in Upper Arlington from salad situation run amuck. The Panera in Farmingdale, NY operates as if it's in the weeds whether they are actually in the weeds or if its just me waiting for a sandwich. You are probably thinking, why do I keep going to these places if my experiences are so bad?? Great question!!! My wife loves the food, and my co-workers love the food. In fact, the food is actually pretty good...when the order is right. I am just tired of having to complain about the food and service almost all the time. I hate being that guy. Good Luck!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in to order a soufflé, they are out. It doesn't matter what time of the morning it is. It could 6am; it could 10 am. I get the same excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME. "Well, they're in the oven and it will take 24 minutes." Why even offer them? I've been to 5 Panera's in 3 different states this month and I get the same excuse every time. The only thing that changes is the amount of time it's going to take to bring more out. Could be 15 minutes or it could be 24 minutes. Management needs to rethink their entire process of how this works. Absolutely ridiculous. Sorry for the rant.

Great service, and always a good default. On occasion they are short on muffins and other baked goods and sometimes they give you food that's not entirely fresh, but it's all pretty delicious. Good place for picky eaters, kids included.

This Panera is one of my favorites. While there are always plenty of people there, it never seems overwhelmingly crowded. The staff are all very pleasant and our food is always delicious. A very warm atmosphere and located by many shops and grocery stores. A perfect stop when you're running errands.

This is a nice Panera located in a extremely busy corner of Dublin. I've been here a number of times and, no matter how big the line, service is quick and efficient. Today, I timed it perfectly. There were a couple people in line but I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes to place my order. They've changed the food delivery since I was in there last (it has been awhile)... now, if you're dining in, they'll bring the food to your seat. No more waiting by the counter! The food came out quickly... my baguette piece was freshly out of the oven and super delicious. The dining room is always clean and comfortable and the free wifi means you can plant yourself for a relaxing visit. The only downside is the parking lot... it is always busy, always chaotic and always obnoxious. But this isn't something that Panera can fix (short of moving)... it's not their fault, it's just something they have to live with. And it's a small price to pay for fresh, slightly healthier fast food.

I have never had an issue here involving food, that is always fine! I am giving this critique because of a Manager who was very rude to her employees ringing register. She was blonde, and I wish I asked for her name. I decided to change my side order after the lady had already swiped my debit card, so she told the line the different side. This manager who I clearly could hear, yelled at this employee shouting "Conversation while ordering", I could tell she was annoyed and I could tell the employee was "put down". I apologized to the employee and told her that it was not her fault. Then, I was waiting for my to-go food at the end of the line and this manager kept yelling "conversation while ordering" to these employees, then she drags her supervisor down to the end of the line to tell her she needs to start enforcing this. People change their minds, people don't always read signs properly...It is not ALWAYS the employees fault. Being rude to your employees in front of guests is never appropriate and she made my experience less than desirable.

I was at Panera this morning - Labor Day 2009 - drinking copious amounts of Hazelnut 50/50 w/ Decaf and saw something that made me update my review. It was/is friggin POURING out and the place was still pretty crowded. As I sat there answering E-mails and listening to Tantric's first (and critically underrated) album I was gazing out the window and saw the store manager personally escorting patrons with children in strollers and carseats to their car with an umbrella. He himself was getting soaked but the families and their kids were safe, dry, and happy. That is customer service!

This Panera is always active, so be prepared for at least a line of 1 or 2 people, but it's never crazy crowded. The place is always clean, and if you're a morning person like myself, the scent of baking bread always permeating the air. I love it. Recently, the Ohio German Language school hosted a cultural morning. In my haste, I forgot an ingredient for my baking, so Panera saved the day. Fresh bread, sliced. It's the way to start a great calorie-filled day. Now, if they would only serve rolls instead of bagels!

I got the kid's grilled cheese. Delicious! I realize thats lame, but hey, I liked it! Side note, this place is not "diet" as I once thought. If you are trying to eat low calorie you should look up what you order!

All in all this Panera is much like the others. There is the usual slam around lunch time, especially on the weekends. No big problem if you are just going in for a bagel, though waiting in line at the bakery section behind someone who cant seem to decide on their lunch choice (comeon folks, its the same as any other panera, you know what they have more or less before you walk in) can drive you nuts.

I'm seldom disappointed with Panera and this was no exception. Service was quick andfriendly, food was great. It's so nice to/have a warm,cozy/place to hang at when I'm on the road.
