I got a flyer in the mail recently about the "NEW" Szechuan Taste. I gave up on them three or four years ago, as the food quality went down and their attitude went up. After a long day of trying to get stuff together to move, I broke down and called them, because I didn't feel like cooking and maybe it was "new". I ordered two egg rolls....first thing out of my mouth. Didn't get them. Called back. Without even asking my address or anything, the girl on the phone tells me I didn't order two egg rolls and with the "delivery charge" (which is not mentioned anywhere on the flyer) I was charged the right amount. There was to be no discussion. This. Is. Why. I. Stopped. Calling. Red House is right up the street, and while they don't deliver, it's worth going to get it to have better food and the right order.
