I'm a 14 yr veteran of CFA all over the country, from coast to coast. While each is individual they all have the same spirit of the CFA way. I've been at this location mainly for breakfast but not in the evening. When I got to the restaurant a few minutes before 5pm I saw no one in line. 2 people were ordering. I stood patiently as the other 2 customers left the counter and I was next. I saw at least 9 employees behind the counter and I stood waiting for a good 5 minutes. As I saw the folks behind the counter all congregate at one area, while I kept waiting to order. Finally a young man who was out on the floor said he would be right with me. I finally got to order a few minutes later. I guess another "tip" is to not wait patiently in line to be called. You need to get right up by the counter otherwise you will be left there for a while. I've never really seen this at other locations where you wait in an imaginary line a few feet from the front counter. This is apparently where you get your sauce that CFA is known for as well. I didn't see any by the straws or napkins on the floor and no one asked if I wanted any for my food. When they delivered the food I figured I better ask now or I'll never see any. I'm glad I did because no one came by to ask if I needed anything which is customary at chain of restaurants. The food was hot and good. That wasn't an issue. I believe this is a management problem as my dad would always say. It's also a training issue, or lack of it. It's pretty basic so if you're in this job and not new you either never learned it or management isn't holding you to the CFA standards found in 97% of their locations. As I left I asked for a refill, again a woman with keys looked at me and didn't say anything and after a minute or so she asked if I wanted anything. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know who she is or if she's even in management. If you can wait to find another CFA location on your trip do it before or after the Dayton area.

The drive thru system needs to be more like other CFAs where there are two lanes, and that don't hinder the sit down customers from leaving their parking spots after they're done eating. If you're in line for the drive thru you block about five parked cars in. The line for the drive thru today was super slow and was all the way out the the main road and it took almost 15 minutes to even get to the window. But as always the food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Ordered a #7 (grilled chicken) and the employee read back a #2, so I corrected him and he then read back a #7. Got my order and say down and it was a #2! Took it back and the guy brought me out a cold grilled chicken sandwich. Oh well, not very impressed with this particular store, but I like Chick-fil-A in general. Had a nasty rotten waffle fry in my box too. Yuck! Love the peach shakes!!

I stopped here visiting from VA with a coworker. We both got salads with grilled chicken. The salads were not fresh, had brown apples, mushy blueberries, and chicken that was clearly not fresh. There was about a teaspoon of blue cheese. In VA I have never had this issue at any of the various locations I frequent. Also the parfait was very sad and just had 4 slices of a strawberry on it, but in VA a parfait comes at least with plenty of blueberries and strawberries in it. Just sad. Oh, and the floors were extremely greasy (I felt like you could easily fall)- they need to stop mopping with a cold dirty mop!!

I love Chick Fil A but this place has one of the worst parking arrangements that I have ever seen. Service is very good but you take your car and life going there during a busy time. People ignore the traffic patterns.

The drive-through is designed so several parking spaces are blocked most of the time. This presents many problems with people trying to get in or out of those spaces. Today, when I allowed room in the drive-through line for a parked car to get out of the space, cars kept cutting in line, screwing over everyone waiting and further keeping the parked car from leaving. Eventually, a customer came out and stood in the parking lot, blocking a space until there was room for the car to back out. This is, of course, mostly the sociopathic customers' fault for doing the wrong thing, but Chick-fil-a designed their store this way. This causes problems ... Every ... Single ... Day ... at this location. Other drive-through designs do not have this problem. Chick-fil-a needs to either fix their lot or have a parking lot attendant directing traffic.

This Chick-Fil-A is great. The food has always been fast and hot. The employees care about the customer and are very friendly. I've never had an order that wasn't 100% accurate, hot and fresh. Make sure to get on their text message alert. A few times a year they do Customer Appreciation Days where you can get BOGO deals that even work on their platters!!

Excellent service, great food! The manager came to our table to make sure everything was alright! She removed our tray garbage, refilled our drinks and brought us complimentary soft serve ice cream cones! Great experience!
