Zpizza in Grandview was such a disappointment after receiving a promo brochure in the mail. Visited on a Friday night and found employees sitting outside down from the business. A few outside tables but littered with a million cig buts and dirt from a week. Inside counter full of bugs under light which we brushed off but counter still dirty. Pizza not very good. Will not return. Methinks these employees could have applied some energy to cleaning up. This is Grandview where we care about clean and good food. Plenty of other options for pizza.

The key here is to order a specialty pizza. That's where they excel. The one with chicken sausage is my favorite -- full of savory spice and flavor. The Mexican is good, too. Plus, they have nice salads. A tad expensive but the ingredients are high quality.

I am from Chicago and this pizza was not bad. It was a thin crispy crust, and the toppings were generous. The sauce was kind of skimpy and tasted like a basic red sauce. After sitting for a bit, the crust got a little limp, but not soggy. I had the carnivore. If I am in the area again, I will try them again.

I was so excited for Z Pizza to come to grandview, generally have we take the drive downtown for gourmet gluten free pizza! They have so many options for you to choose from, and are really good about labeling which items you're able to have if you are gluten intolerant. I will say, more as a warning, that this location is much smaller then their downtown spot. Not an issue for us since we generally do take out, but there are only a few barstools and booth to eat there.

Not in Grandview Heights proper, this pie is just okay. Another "gourmet" claim to fame, that doesnt live up to the mid-west standard of hearty toppings and lots of cheese. My pie literally had 4 thin slivers of green pepper on the whole thing, and the cheese was virtually non-existent. Go across the street to Panzara's or down the street to Tommy's or Roltolo's for a dose of top quality pie.

Natural this, gluten free that, organic blah blah blah. It doesn't matter how special your company philosophy is if your pizza isn't any good. We used a Groupon to get two large pizzas for $25, which would have been $36 or more for regular price. In deference to our kids and my wife's folks, we stayed basic with a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The sauce is bland to the point of being nonexistent, the cheese nothing to be excited about and the crust is mildly better than cardboard. On the positive side, my dog really enjoyed the pepperoni. If you're in Grandview, don't waste your time or money and just go to Dewey's or Rotolo's. If you still want zpizza, take some time and try to improve your decision making skills.

No flavor in the sauce, cheese, or crust. I took one bite and threw it away. And I am not one to waste pizza.

Amazing pizza that tastes really fresh and has much fresher toppings. They have plenty of options to choose from and also send out coupons with great deals from time to time! The Thai chicken pizza was amazing.

Flavorless crust that was not cooked fully, totally overpriced. I didn't even get the vegan or gluten free option and it tasted like cardboard topped with cheese.

Great service, great pizza right in Grandview. Love their Thai and Mexican speciality pies. This location is take-out/delivery only and they sell by the slice.

Hooray for yummy gluten free pizza in Grandview! I have been hooked on the Provence pizza since first taste. It has generous toppings, I love the roasted garlic sauce, and the artichoke hearts and capers give it that extra special tanginess. Pizza has always been delivered promptly, and the folks who work there are friendly. I just got a suprise "loyalty" discount when I ordered online, too! Nice to know that you can get things for being a good customer. I think the pizza reheats well in the oven. Microwave is a little iffy. The only thing I didn't love was the red sauce. It wasn't bad at all - just not my kind of red pizza sauce. This one was very tomato-y, and I prefer a little more spice in mine.

Trying out this new (for the Grandview area) pizza place. We've been in search of a new favorite ever since Sparano's left the area and Mama Mimi's has gotten so unreliable. The verdict is still out on this place for us. The good - we tried the "take and bake" since we like that flexibility. The crust was good along the edges, the seasoning was good, the garlic sauce not too overwhelmingly garlic, and the toppings were generous and good tasting. The not-so-good - like the previous reviewer noted, they screwed up our order, too. We didn't get the toppings we ordered, we got what appears to have been a standard combination that doesn't even show up on the Grandview location's on-line ordering menu (but did appear on the generic menu on-line). The baked at home crust was good around the edges as noted above, but soggy in the middle despite extra baking time directly on the oven rack. And finally, the take-and-bake pizzas were only offered in the large size (twice as much as we needed for two of us). Z Pizza will get another try from us, and we'll try the baked in house next time, and be really really more specific when we order the toppings to make sure the person taking the order understands what we are ordering so they don't assume off some standard script they are using.

I was pretty impressed with the pizza from this place and it will likely become a favorite for us along with Deweys. This is definitely a take out or delivery place. Although if they get smart, could expand upon the front with a patio or something. They messed up our order, however they delivered us a brand new pizza which totally made up for it. The ham and pineapple was amazing. The zbbq chicken was OK. Looks like they have lots of sandwich and salad options too at reasonable prices. Definitely happy to have this place in the neighborhood.
