Sweetie was out of town so I ate some things she wouldn't be into- made deer at home, came here for All The Meats. I just noticed that they are open for lunch, so I came around 1 on a Sunday. The place was about half full, and there was a very short wait to be seated. Not as packed as I'd feared, given the crowds that descend on Easton on weekends (parking sucks, though there is a garage nearby which had a few spots.) Service was excellent, start to finish. From the hostess to the waitress to the meat servers to the manager, everyone made sure I had what I needed and was happy, without being intrusive. Sometimes it seemed like they were reading my mind: just about the time I started thinking, hmm, I'd like to try a different meat, someone came over and asked, and took care of it. I've been to Brazilian places before, long ago, so I can't really compare this to them. It is pretty fancy inside, and also fairly loud, mainly from the buzz of conversation. That's the only thing that was a slight minus- it didn't bug me much, but they could use some sound absorption somewhere. I had promised Sweetie I would visit the salad bar; little did she know there aren't many vegetables on it. Oh, there was fresh lettuce, but nothing else in the way of toppings except dressing. There was asparagus, and pineapple, and a few other fruits and vegetables. But most of the offerings there are cooked, and not necessarily healthy. Very good spicy shrimp, fried cheese, soups, etc., enough that you could fill up on them. I saved room though- I was there for grilled meat. Their lobster bisque was tasty and creamy, but there were no chunks of lobster so I was a little disappointed. Everything else was very good. They don't have as many meats at lunch as at dinner, but I still got to try flank steak, sirloin, garlic beef, sausage, lamb, and two kinds of chicken. Each one was hot and tasty, and you could choose your doneness (they slice from different areas of the skewer.) I ate till I was almost stuffed. They bring bread, very good garlic mashed potatoes, and cooked bananas to the table, so that you can break up the protein fest a bit. I tried to have a little of everything, and it was all good. It's pricey, even for lunch, but considering the service and the quality it was well worth it. I'm still leery of dinner, particularly if it's not just me, but I was very impressed overall.

Been to a few Texas de Brazil. Not the best. Friday night was busy. The restaurant was so noisy. Sound is not insulated well. I feel when I pay that price It shouldn't sound like Golden Corral. Food was amazing. Salad bar amazing. Great wine choices. Service was good. Not exemplary. Best one is in Aruba !!! In Aruba, napkin was refolded every time I returned from salad bar. My plate was replaced frequently. Really felt pampered.

Meh. Service has gone down significantly. They act bothered when you ask for a specific item, they served a cracked martini glass and upon asking for another one the waiter walked over and had the bartender dump it into another-- talk about contamination and food safety- this was brought up to the manager who didn't seem to care at all. I could go without eating here again.

A 3 with a bump to 4 for great customer service. I know many previous reviews slam the service, but not this time. Open table changed our reservations to Friday from Saturday. Hostess was very understanding, and mentioned that happens too often. Seated in minutes, even with others waiting. It pays not to be an ass. Our server(Ellie) walked us through our first visit to this unique theme. We started with a bowl of Lobster Bisque from the hot bar. It was creamy, and steaming. Nothing chunky about it. Moving on to the cold bar. Plenty of great cold selections. You may be disappointed if you were expecting the large bowl of lettuce and 50 toppings. It's more of 50 cold side dishes to sample. Apparently it was so good that we had to stop ourselves from filling up before the main course. As I went to the hot bar to grab some side dishes, Ellie brought garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled bananas. Here's where things fell off for me. Now I have a plate with some warm sides, and my disc turned over to call for meat. As my impatience grows after just a couple minutes, I start eating the sides. Now they're getting colder. Ok first skewer that comes by I accept. Top sirloin. Average. Bacon wrapped filet. Over cooked. Flank steak. Finally good and juicy. Sides are frigid. Please clear my plate while I start over. Ok, I refilled, and now want specific meat to taste before I'm full. The Brazilian meat was not special. The parmesan crusted pork loin was better. The sausage had the best seasoning of them all. The ribs were average and tough. The manager stopped by the table to wish me a happy birthday. We praised the service. He quickly went to send a lamp chop skewer over, that we had not tried. Average. I wish the meat had great seasoning. I fought with the pepper shaker all night. It barely dispenses. Ellie offered her pepper grinder. Once was fine, but she would have to camp at our table for every skewer. We declined dessert, and they declined my Texas de Brazil club Birthday gift certificate. My fault. I should have not just printed the email, but changed the view to 400%. Kym took a picture of the fine print so she could pinch expand it on her phone. Sure enough, not valid on holidays. Who would have guessed "Not valid on Saturdays". The experience is $45 a person for dinner. See my review for Top Steak House for a satisfying meal at the same price. Is that too much $$$ ? Outback Steakhouse has a great Well seasoned Victoria Filet for less. Unique? Yes! Eyes closed, yummy taste? Not so much.

The reviews are legit about Texas De Brazil. This place is FANTASTIC! Loved... - The filet mignon, the top sirloin, the bacon wrapped filet, the bacon wrapped chicken, and the Brazilian sausage, the prime rib, pretty much all of the meat options .....except for the lamb. - The salad bar is wonderful too. You must get the chimichurri sauce to eat on your steaks. - The meat servers. They were always there when we turned our green cards up for MORE MEAT! Didn't love... - The lamb. I'm sure they cooked it perfectly and for those of you who love lamb, I am sure you will dig theirs. But I had never had lamb steak before dining at Texas De Brazil and can say with confidence that lamb and I will never ever ever be getting back together. GROSE. - Our waiter. He was non existent most of the time and we waited for a lonnnngggg time for him to return to our table for the check. We will definitely dine here again. I wish I had saved room for desert. Next time we are definitely getting bananas foster!

Came here for a large birthday party on a Saturday night with about 20 people. We were seated in the larger room at the front of the restaurant where it was a bit more secluded. We had 1 waiter serving us the entire night and the poor guy was dripping with sweat, but he did a great job. I have no idea who in management decided it was a good idea to put 1 waiter in a room of 22 people, absurd. It was also extremely hot in that room and apparently Easton only allows them to raise or lower the temperature by 5 degrees so for a while there wasn't much they could do...eventually it cooled off on its own but they should definitely put some fans in that room. The food itself is good. The salad bar had lots of options and a good layout. The meat was good too, it was cooked well and was tender. The guys carrying the meat didn't come for a little while but once they did they kept coming which was great but then suddenly they all stopped...not sure why as there was no indication from our group to do so. Once the plates were cleared we were ready to eat the cake we brought in. It would have been nice if we were told that they only had 1 small coffee pot for the entire restaurant before we cut the cake, as we had to sit around for 20 min waiting for coffee. I get that this isn't a dessert place, but come on, invest in a coffee maker or at least take coffee orders in advance for a large party.

After hearing about Texas de Brazil as a great birthday outing (thanks Giovanna!) my boyfriend made a reservation. We were looking forward to it! Before we went, my boyfriend had done some research and read that the dress code was business casual. I should have known that wouldn't be the case for a restaurant at Easton, but I didn't, so he donned a suit and I donned a nice dress and heels and we headed out. As we walked into the restaurant, we immediately saw that we were overdressed. Lots of jeans, cargo shorts, children under the age of 10 (which is fine, just not what we were expecting!) We were immediately greeted by the hostess, who quickly figured out that it was our first time and my birthday. Our waitress wished me a happy birthday and then explained the process to us. She was very nice, thorough, and professional. We went to the salad bar, which was quite the assortment. I tried some olives, cheese, and cured meats. All pretty good! They had a tray of sushi, which is my one true love in life, but there were children running around and screaming "MOM CAN I HAVE SUSHI?!?!" so I decided against it. The food was really good, Our favorite meats were the lamb chop and house sirloin. We tried lots of other things, like the bacon wrapped chicken, bacon wrapped filet, beef ribs, and garlic sirloin. I was kind of bummed we didn't get to try some of the other options. They came around once and asked us if we wanted to try the sausage and we said no, and then they never came back. I didn't see some of the other options. Once, someone asked me if I wanted something and I said, "I'd love some!" and he said, "No?" and walked away. Not a big deal, I'm sure he just didn't hear me. The mashed potatoes were really good, and so were the "palate cleansing" cinnamon bananas. We decided against dessert. I'm now reading that someone else got free dessert on their birthday and I didn't, so boo. But we did have the $25 off coupon, so I can't really complain. Overall, I liked Texas de Brazil. I liked that it was an experience more than just a meal. I would have liked it a little more if it were a little less casual, which is what I was expecting based on the price tag. But it was still very good. I'd say this was probably a 3.5 star experience for me.

I had high expectations for Texas de Brazil's all-you-can-eat-meat-and-salad-bar, but left feeling kind of let down. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't that impressive. Waiters continuously brought out NY strip steak, flank steak, leg of lamb, lamb shanks, parmesan-crusted chicken legs, parmesan-crusted pork loin, and pork sausage. The steaks tasted okay (but were nothing to rave over), the lamb cuts and sausages were excellent, and the pork loin was disappointingly dry. This place doesn't really compare to churrascarias I've been to in other parts of the country, which have had a much greater selection of meats that were prepared much, much better than Texas de Brazil's. If you are ever in the Bay Area and want to go to a good Brazilian steakhouse, I'd recommend Pampas in Palo Alto or Espetus in San Mateo. Also, be prepared to leave feeling like you are about to explode from eating too much.

From the moment we walked in, service was really good. Food delicious. If you don't mind not having food presented to you beautifully on a plate and you love getting exactly what you paid for, this place truly has something great to offer everyone. I particularly enjoyed all of the cheeses! Desserts were as amazing as they looked.

First off... Be aware that this place costs a pretty penny. If you don't mind spending over $100 for an awesome dinner for two... GO GO GO! This is our absolute favorite restaurant in Ohio. Yep... I said it. This is where we go to celebrate and lately, we will use ANY excuse! The atmosphere is to die for. Enormous fresh flower arrangements really catch the eye. The self serve appetizer and sides bar is unreal. Lobster bisque, sushi, pickled everything, gourmet meats and cheeses... I've only seen this type of thing in five star hotels in Vegas! The variety of meat they bring out on a spit every few minutes is crazy good. Ever ate so much you start to feel hot? Happens to us every time we eat here. We call it "meat sweats" HA! The drinks? Impeccable! The desserts? Delish! As for the service... Wow. These people really know how to treat customers. I am more and more impressed with each visit. For example, one evening everyone else at our table got white napkins placed on their laps... I got a black one. He didn't want to get white lint on my black skirt! What?! If I won the lottery, I would eat here once a week :)

This was my second time dining at Texas de Brazil. My first visit was a 4-star visit. My second and more recent visit was a 2 star visit, purely due to the poor service. Average them out and you get 3 stars. First, I love the concept of a Brazilian steakhouse. Probably the best salad bar known to mankind (with a killer lobster bisque, salad, smoked salmon, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella balls, freshly grated parmigiano, delicious cheesy potatoes, shrimps, etc.), my wife is actually perfectly happy paying $22 for just the salad bar and skipping the meat altogether. I'm personally a meat lover, so I try my best to try all 16 types of meat. Compared to Rodizio Grill downtown, Texas de Brazil has better quality meat, and you get a bigger slice of meat each time. The meat isn't as good as Fogo de Chao, but it's still pretty darn good. The sides of fried banana and cheesy bread are also incredible. The thing that really ruined my experience this most recent visit was the availability of meat. Usually at a Brazilian steakhouse, the meat servers come by so frequently that you can't eat fast enough. This was not the case at Texas de Brazil. Our table of 6 was seated in the corner of the restaurant facing out towards the street. We were apparently invisible to the guys walking around with the skewers of meat, because they continually skipped our table. I tried to flag them down, but they for whatever reason wouldn't make eye contact with us. We actually went 15 minutes between meats at one point, which is unheard of in a Brazilian steakhouse. We asked our waitress three different times to ask for the meat guys to come by, and on the third time, I saw our waitress walk straight to one of the meat guys and point to our table. Shockingly, the guy proceeded to skip our table again. At this point I'd had enough and called the manager over, after which the meat servers finally started coming by our table. By then though, we were already 1 hour into our meal and we were more or less filled up on all of their other foods. I probably had 1/3~1/2 the amount of meat that I would have eaten had their service been typical. It would have been nice had the manager offered to give us the salad bar only price, since we didn't really get much meat, but they charged us the full cost anyways (which at $45 is not cheap). Very disappointed with this service.

The food was ok , bad bad server , we live cross street from the place , the one in easton , columbus , ohio . The reason i gave it one stars because of the manger , he is the worst ever . Its a waste of money..... I WONT BACK AGAIN

I'm making a new goal: go to a Brazilian steakhouse at least once a year. Texas de Brazil hit the spot! The "salad bar" had much more than salad: sushi, cheeses, breads, vegetables, fruits (pineapple carpaccio), soups, and more. Don't fill yourself up there! The meats are of course the star of the show, and my favorites were the pichana (sirloin), leg of lamb, lamb chops, and flank steak. The service was great. We always had someone slicing a piece of meat, and they made sure to ask what our favorites were so they can send them back to the table. It's obviously pricey, but worth it every once in a while.

Great place to eat, from the salad bar to the deserts. The have great service from the waiters to the gauchos servicing the different types of meats. Oh my now that's good eaton'

First, my wife and I go out to eat all over Columbus, but it is rare we take the time to write any sort of review (positive or negative). We were celebrating my wife's b-day and the completion of her first ever half-marathon. We arrive... Hostess says, while rolling her eyes, "Can I help you???." So sorry to interrupt you lady, jeez. Not sure what the 'tude was about but have a feeling it was because we brought our toddler (who is very good at restaurants btw). Get to the table, which is by the servers' water station, less than excited, but no big deal. Luckily there were these crumbs all over my chair and on the table too. Oh yeah, and the piece of half eaten meat my wife stepped on under the table, that was appetizing. This is going so well! We were unhappy at this point but willing to keep it positive. The food was really great, server was average. Next, one of the meat servers ( I think they call them gauchos?) accidentally bumps my wife's water glass over, spilling water all over the her and her phone. The gentleman was more than sorry and apologized profusely, and we weren't mad at him but it was still extremely inconvenient to say the least. Complained to manager, and he didn't really do anything to make it right. He offered us free dessert, because that's what we want at meat buffet, more food... I asked for him to take anything off the bill (even if it was only the cost of a dessert) and he refused. In fact he was pretty rude about it... Long story short we spent over $100 to get a dirty table, water spilled on us, and a rude manager. Screw this place, never going back! You should avoid this place if you value cleanliness and courteousness.

For the price of the food and the huge markup in alcohol (1 beer 2 wines ) 22$ added to my 90$ tab for 2 all you can eat, I don't think it was worth it at all. Authentic chuhascarihha?, I think not compared to what I've had in Atlanta and Sao Paulo Brasil. The meat? if overcooked, chewy, too salty is your thing this place may please you. The only meat I had that was tasty was the flank and never had the option of trying filet because it never came around to my table. Service- mediocre Noise - too loud Really let down by this place and would not recommend it for a special occasion or romantic date. Salad bar offering was good but compared to some of the other chuhascarihha I've had, it lacked too.

Wow, talk about the best brazilian steakhouse I've been to! Full disclosure: I went here for a rehearsal dinner so I didn't have to pick up the tab, which probably made things a bit more palatable. That being said, the food was fantastic. My personal favorites were definitely the lamb chops, leg of lamb and picanha, where were incredibly flavorful and well-seasoned. If you're salt-sensitive, you might consider it overdone, but I thought it was just right. And at least for our group, they weren't stingy about the premium meats. Lamb chops came around multiple times (and I ate about 7 of them). I didn't linger at the salad bar, because, well, it's pretty silly to waste stomach capacity on veggies when the meat is this good. But I did enjoy their sushi and lobster bisque in particular. Everything else was pretty standard fare. You get the traditional table accompaniments of cheese bread, plaintains and mashed potatoes, which weren't magical but perfectly adequate. Difficult to gauge the service since there was about 75 of us there, but they seemed to hold up well. Price is apparently $45 regularly, which is on the high side, but I'd be willing to pay it for the right occasion given how good the meats were.

First visit to the restaurant as we have been wanting to try it. After suit shopping with my other half we decided to finally give it a whirl. We were seated promptly by the hostess however I noticed although it seemed as though there were several managers hovering at the hostess stand not one of them spoke how odd. Not one of them approached our table ever. Our server was knowledgeable and for the most part she was attentive because we had to flag her down a few times. She explained that there were fifty items on the salad bar. I opted to try the mushrooms, Brazilian beans, potatoes au gratin, quinoa salad, asparagus and a side salad. I liked the mushrooms, beans, and quinoa salad. However I'm not sure how well this paired with my meats. We tried the pork ribs, bacon wrapped filet, pork loin, lamb chips, and the Brazilian pichana. I really liked my lamb chops and filet. However, I thought the meats were really salty. I couldn't slake my first enough later in the evening. Overall for the price Im sure I'd think twice before I'd come here again. I simply didn't find too much I liked on the salad bar and I just can't eat that much meat for the price. Even my hubby who can eat pretty good said he thought it was pricey and didn't like the selections on the salad bar much either. I'm guessing a return soon isn't going to happen any time soon.

My friends and I came here for Restaurant Week. I've been to many Brazilian Steakhouses but for some reason I never tried Texas de Brazil despite the fact that it's even a chain. I would definitely put Texas de Brazil at one of the top. For those who have not been to a Brazilian Steakhouse, you arrive at your table that have cards with a green and red side. When you want the parading skewers of meat to come to you, you flip it to the green side. (Vice versa for the red side). There's a salad bar off to the side that you can help yourself with whenever you want. I loved the cold veggies, very refreshing in between bites of heavy meat. Texas de Brazil also brings you Brazilian cheese bread (pao de queijo), fried bananas, and mashed potatoes which I was all obsessed with. Speaking of the meat, I did find them to be high quality. It was a little confusing for our table since some of us like our meat medium and other medium rare so workers would come to our table with one or the other without explaining which cook they have so I got a few wrong ones when served. I did take off one star because some cuts were a bit too salty for me, especially when I got the crust of the meat. As for my waitress, she was very attentive. Every once in a while she would come over and ask how we're doing and see if we wanted a specific meat to be brought to us which I really appreciated. Since we did come here during restaurant week, the dinner only cost us $35 each but I would definitely come back here at regular pricing.

My husband took me here for our anniversary. Crazy expensive and doesn't include drinks and dessert for the price. Very eclectic type of food. Staff nice. I'm glad I tried it, but not somewhere I would want to visit again.

Meat, meat and more meat. Just keep it coming; it's glorious! The leg of lamb was my personal favorite. At $25 for lunch, $45 for dinner; this place isn't cheap but you can certainly get your money's worth. The salad/cheese bar is no slouch either. Off the top of my head, I can remember 5 or 6 different types of cheeses, and smoked salmon and shrimp to boot. My only real complaint is that sometimes it felt like we were waiting excessively long for meat to be brought to our table, despite it not being that busy. If you want to save a few bucks, the lunch menu offers nearly the same meat options, for about half the price. It's a great deal if you can make it in at that time of the day.

The food is always good and excellent but don't go there too often. My friends and I go here every month or so (probably average 10 times a year), to the point where many of the servers and especially the managers know us. However each successive time we have gone there, the service has gotten worse and worse. My most recent visit, we were pretty much ignored. Several servers would serve all the tables around us but then pass us up, going to tables on the other side of the room. It was if we were blacklisted. The managers would approach all the other tables to ask how their food was but ignored us. I don't fault the servers as they were probably told by management to not serve us. We still tip the typical 20% as again, probably not the fault of the servers. At times, it was 15 minutes between anyone came to our table. The servers are great (when we get served), especially the ones who know us. They know what cuts of meat we like and how well/rare we like our meat. If you go enough times to gain "regular" status, be prepared to not get served. They seem to be too focused on making a profit on tables who don't eat as much. Food 5 stars, service of the servers (when we got served) 5 stars, service of the management 1 star. We will probably be taking our money to Rodizio's next time.

Mediocre service and terrible management. Not impressed. I ordered a Tiramisu martini and when it came to the table, I noticed a very large and obvious crack down the entire side of the martini glass. I showed the waiter and he took the drink away only to return in less than a minute. It was obvious the drink was not remade but instead poured into another martini glass. Did they expect me to be ok with possibly drinking shards of glass? I asked the waiter if it was remade or if it was just poured into a different cup. He said he didn't know. I told him I don't feel comfortable drinking anything from the bar at this point. He took the drink away. The manager did come to the table near the end of the meal unaware of the drink issue. When I told him what had happened he just stared at us blankly and walked away without apologizing or acknowledging the issue. Good food but terrible service.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. The environment was nice and our server (Bri) was awesome in every way. We got the salad area and the dinner. I was all about the salad bar. Everything was so fresh and delicious. There were several cheese options as well. The goat cheese and roasted peppers were amazing. If they have the Brazilian vinegarette dressing, try it, it's awesome. The meats were good too. My husband loved the flank steak. I really enjoyed the varieties of pork that I tried. The servers with the meat were always around. We never had to wait. Finished off with the Brazilian cheesecake, which was also delicious. With tip, and a beer, the bill was about $140. So while it is a bit pricey, it was excellent food and service. Perfect for our anniversary. Thanks for making it a great celebration! :)

Don't even go here if you are one person. They wanted me to wait 45 minutes. The place was half full!! To hell with this! Tables were everywhere! Do not patronize this place!

My husband and I have been coming there since it opened and have yet to have a poor experience. The management is always present and attentive. I find this to be unique to this restaurant. At most, the management staff at other places just mill around, talking with a few tables, not caring about you unless you are ready to sue and mostly laughing with the servers. Texas de Brazil is miles ahead of any competition. Management is constantly within eyesight and makes multiple rounds to ensure the highest satisfaction for their guests. I feel like a valued person when they speak to me, instead of a chore, an inconvenience or like I'm not good enough to be there. They treat us like family. The servers are so incredible! William was funny, charming, witty and highly efficient. Our table wanted for nothing. He spoke to my husband and I and made our experience all the more pleasant. I don't know how he does it, but William seemed to magically appear and take care of our needs before we even asked. Not only that but I had a favorite wine that I could not remember the name of... But I could describe the bottle! William knew which wine I wanted from my description of the bottle, who else can do that?! As for the food, if you get the lobster bisque (which you must! It's better than anything Cameron Mitchell has to offer.) add a few of the spicy shrimp for an amazing twist. I'm not entirely sure that I can adequately describe the meat. It is just something that you must experience to understand. Each bite melts away in your mouth as it is so soft, tender and full of flavor. If you can find room after your meal, please have the chocolate tuxedo cake. You will thank me later! If you can't eat it then, take it home; trust me this is one thing that you need in your life :-)

What a great experience! We were seated quickly when everyone arrived, and had an excellent waiter (Cecil) who was so funny! We had different cuts of meat every couple of minutes and I tried every kind of beef and lamb, all amazing! Be sure to get the Picanha every time it comes--absolutely amazing. It was a fun location for a birthday and they accomidate groups pretty well. I'll definitely be back!

I have tried Texas De Brazil at multiple locations. I can safely say that the quality of the chain is decreasing overall. But my visit to TDB at the Easton Columbus location takes the cake. Service was horrible. From having to wait for a table with a reservation and a half empty restaurant. To careless gauchos pushing everything on the table with the little casserole when they came in for service I had to catch my wine glass twice so it would to spill. Now this is the best part: The gauchos came out ONCE and then disappeared. This is supposed to be an all you can eat stake house? Not so much in TDB Easton. We were not even offered the picahña steak. I had to ask for it. A gaucho came out gave us a couple of slivers and quickly disappeared. At 60Usd per person including wine, one would expect so much more. But this place did not delivered. Get a cheaper and plentiful steak dinner somewhere else. They certainly fall comically short on their motto: The most incredible dining experience on earth.

The service is great. We were seated right away. I went during lunch on a Saturday at 12ish and it wasn't busy or packed. They started kind if slow bringing out the meat, but you can always request for something. They always came to check up on us to see if we were wanting any thing in particular. The meal comes with fried bananas (to cleanse the palate), garlic mashed potatoes, rolls, and the salad bar. The salad bar had lots of options including hot food. The lobster bisque is really good. All the meat was delicious, but certain bites can be a little salty. I was able to try all the meat. The best was the leg of lamb. I ordered dessert to go. The chocolate cheesecake was delicious. I also ordered the creme brûlée to go; not a good idea. The creme brûlée was flipped upside down into the container.

I got a gift certificate for Christmas or I probably would have never tried due to the high price point. The wait staff was amazing...extremely helpful and gave us a lot of attention. The salad bar was fantastic! Extremely high end ingredients. I could have been happy with that alone. Then the meat started coming!! We took small amount of everything to taste. Best was Picanha and lamb chops. Would recommend not eating all day to get your $50 worth. Wish prices weren't so steep...will have to reserve for special occasions!

I have nothing to say except I ate too much. Regrets and yet so happy. I will come next time after I've starved myself for 2 weeks. Hopefully that's enough.

The garlic picanha is AMAZING!!!! My first time here was for a Yelp Elite event and I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend ordering the Caipirinha. This is their signature cocktail and most popular drink. I think the food is worth the price. You'll NEVER leave Texas de Brazil hungry. Amazing salad bar and meat options. Try the Brazilian cheese bread!

I've been here twice now (3x if you include the OYE). The place is solid, right on par with my experiences at the same type of place in other cities (Fogo de Chao in Baltimore and Brasa in Cleveland). Service is excellent, and faster than you can eat. This is not really a "quiet dinner" type of place, there is a lot of action going on around you. If you want a quiet white tablecloth dinner, try Mitchell's ocean club. They have a salad bar, that's nice I guess if you and bringing some vegetarians or something. Let's not dance around the fact that this is a steakhouse, the focus is on the meat, and it's all done well here (not saying the meat is well done though, you can get a cut cooked custom if you ask). The price seems to throw some people off, this is not some kind of cheap all you can eat buffet, the food is quality, and worth every penny. Expect $50-$75 per person depending on what you're drinking. Desserts are not included but you can have unlimited meat candy.

I've never experienced a steak house of this style and the food was delicious. I had to take 1 star off...this was an anniversary dinner (weeknight, not weekend) and our server was entirely too eager for us to finish....at one point we were deep in an emotional conversation and she would just stand at the table waiting for acknowledgement and when we looked up, she would ask if everything was Ok. Both of us have worked restaurants before. We both understand that lingering tables can be annoying. But due to our work schedules, Thursday night was our only available night, and I know she was aware of the depth of our conversation as she lingered for over 2 minutes on one occasion. Again, food was amazing, cooks bringing meat to the table were amazing. If anything, they lost 1 star because of the server.

The moment we walked in, the place felt like a high-end restaurant. The place is clean, a little dark, but very inviting. There is a giant salad bar in the middle of the room, but don't fill up on the salads! You are there for the meat! I've only been to two other Brazilian BBQ places, but this place really has the best tasting meat. All the meats are marinated just right and cooked to perfection. I absolutely loved the lamb meat, the flavor was absolutely perfect. Also try the sirloin and the bacon-wrapped chicken! The service is also great. Whenever I go to one of these places I'm always afraid that if I get seated in a corner, the servers will eventually forget about me and won't come near me with the meat (yes it's happened before at other establishments), but not this place. There is alway at least one guy who will come around with meat every couple of minutes or so. This is one of my favorite meat places in Columbus. If you love meat, you should give this place a try!

I think you have to try this place if you are a foodie. The service is good and you will be blown away by the quality if the meats. But be warned come here with no inhibitions as the food with flow and flow as long as you want.

Went on a Saturday for an anniversary dinner with the wife. This was our first visit to a Brazilian steakhouse, but we had a good idea of what to expect. The waiter did a good job covering salad bar offerings, the meats available, the process (red/green), and drink suggestions. Ongoing service was decent. On to the food... I really enjoyed my meal. I did a small plate at the salad bar where I'd recommend the prosciutto and olives. There are other delectables available, but nothing that would constitute a meal or entree. I engorged myself on meat from then on. The meat skewed towards medium rather than the advertised medium rare, but a lot of that depends on getting an interior or exterior slice. My favorites were the lamb chops, flank steak, and picanha. Sometimes it was worth sacrificing a slightly overdone cut to get some of the salty charred exterior. My wife stuck with just a salad bar because she's not much of a meat eater. She'll only eat boneless, white meat, poultry (blech!). The reason for only 3 stars is the value. It is definitely not worth the $24(?) price my wife paid for a couple of salads, and $45(?) is on the high end for what I valued my meal at. Lastly, it was my mistake for choosing this as an anniversary restaurant. It didn't really feel intimate enough for that type of occasion. This is definitely a place to splurge on once in a while when you're looking for a non-romantic dinner with a group of meat eaters.

If you've been to one Brazilian steakhouse, you've been to most. Large quantities of meat brought to your table and carved and served to you. Texas de Brazil doesn't depart from the formula, except that the salad bar area also has some additional hot side dishes. Namely, sautéed mushrooms. Unlimited steak, mushrooms, and a slice of key lime pie for me equals pretty close to dining perfection. Factor in excellent service as well.... If I had one recommendation to anyone eating here, it's to pace yourself. The cheaper meats (sausage, parmesan chicken, and parmesan pork) come by the table often. Pace yourself and wait for the beef and the lamb chops.

Meat was cooked to good temp and service was good they are always ready to bring you more meat. Meat was extremely over salted. If not for the salt I would have rated higher.

It's the place to go if you're looking to receive a five star service and a high quality food. The staff was very knowledgable and welcoming too. They were approaching our table every single minute to check on our needs and get us drinks refills. The food is a piece of heaven and would be prepared exactly the way we ask for it. Very wide variety of all kinds of meets prepared to be served in a very professional way. That's what keeps me coming back to this great establishment.

I was very impressed. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, and all of the foods were great. The salad bar had fantastic upscale selections that were a perfect compliment to the various meats that they brought to us. It is a little too pricey for this to be a regular stop for us (our meal without drinks came to almost $50 per person), but will definitely be a nice occasional treat.

Man, oh man is this place good. Due to its prices (not to mention the ridiculous amount of food I ended up forcing inside of me), the first time we ate here we vowed we wouldn't do it again for 6 months. We lied to ourselves. It's fantastic. Aside from the gourmet cold salad bar, and the smaller hot bar full of treasures like a delicious lobster bisque, the creamiest au gratin potatoes you've eaten, and perfectly cooked rice and beans, there's meat. Lots and lots of meat. They give you the spiel about however long the meat has been coated in salt and cooked this way and that way, but you're already drooling. People are walking around the dining room with meat impaled on swords. Yes. You read that correctly. They are literally slicing freshly rested meats directly on to your plate... from a sword. The alcohol is good. A fruity strong rum drink I couldn't even attempt to pronounce, let alone spell, will put the nice buzzing touch onto your meal if you can stop yourself at only drinking two. At 10 bucks each, it's not hard to stop, but it is an internal debate over whether or not you want another, especially following the pounds and pounds of salted animals you've just devoured. This place is great. I eat there any time we can scrape some change together. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars was that we went almost our entire meal last time without being offered any filet. I understand this may sound petty, but they were literally walking by our table with skewers full of filet and not offering any to us. As a steak lover that cannot be overlooked, especially when they were bypassing us for the other side of the dining room. Toward the end of your meal a manager will usually ask you how your meal was and if you'd like anything in particular. This is how we got our filet, and it was glorious. Eat here. Spend money. Make sure you don't miss out on the filet, bacon wrapped or not.

Very good food, but highly corporate atmosphere. And expensive as hell. Not saying its not worth it, but its definitely something to weigh in the balance. Personally I am not a fan of the way corporate restaurants require their wait staff to use scripted speech and "hard sell" specials, etc.

Holy cow! (No pun intended) The pichana and the leg of lamb are really the stars of the show. The lamb chops and sausage are pretty spectacular, but save as much room as you can for the pichana and leg of lamb. The service was great, and fast, and the "salad bar" was pretty spot on, with a huge selection. Get the Bananas Foster for dessert... If you've saved room. If you haven't saved room, get it anyway. You'll be glad you did. Have I mentioned how good the leg of lamb was????

First time here and definitely enjoyed it. The food was absolutely inspiring. The salad area in and of itself is a treat. Filled with epicurean delights one usually only sees on television with chefs making dishes we wish we could make. Just to name a few they have prisciutto ham that would make your Italian grandmother proud and manchego cheese with a great artisan salami. My favorite chilled roasted beets YUM. Salmon with a nice old world grainy mustard sauce and a wheel of grana padano to enhance your salad experience along with fresh bacon with the thickest richest ranch dressing I've ever tasted. This is definitely a night you shouldn't be worried about caloric intake. The hot side of the salad area has a delicious jasmine rice sauteed mushrooms and au gratin potatoes. I myself could have made a meal of the mushrooms and potatoes. I don't know what cheese they used on the potatoes but I'm a fan. The soup was lobster bisque. Now for the reason we all go to a restaurant like this the MEAT!! I made sure I samples each of the offerings last night and none disappointed in any way. The Brazilian sausage was savory and delicious. Chicken wrapped in bacon was to die for!! I actually had more than one serving of that! Parmesan chicken and Parmesan roasted pork were delicious and dishes I'm sure I could recreate at home. The Filet and house cut steaks melted in your mouth. Indeed there was nothing that fell short of expectations. So after gushing over the food you might be asking yourself "Self why only a 4 star rating?" I'll tell you why..... The actual overall dining experience wasn't top notch. My first observation was that the restaurant was VERY noisy!! The hardwood floors with wooden tables and chairs made for a very loud dining experience. We were in the back as there were 8 in our party. I think the tables up front for smaller parties would be a quieter dining experience. We were almost shouting at each other and could barely hear conversations. The last hurdle for the 5 star rating is that I think they are a bit over priced. $45 for the dining experience of all you can eat. Drinks are not included in the price which is understandable however when you order soft drinks (fortunately for my I am a water drinker as I don't want the soda flavor to interfere with the meal) they are served with a glass of ice and they bring you the cutest little aluminum bottle of soda. They really are cute! You are charged for each subsequent soda as well. They have a limited but delicious selection of desserts to round out your dining experience. So to sum it up we had a great dining experience with good food and excellent service which we paid a handsome sum for. I think that if we go back I will make it a small group and sit up front and see if it is quieter there. Dinner for 2 with one cocktail and one soda with tip was $120 so you be the judge.

No complaints about the food. But our waitress was a little overly attentive. My boyfriend took me there for my birthday and we hardly had any time to ourselves because our waitress kept trying to push us into getting drinks. However, I got my dessert for free because it was my birthday! Some type of chocolate cake. It was delicious. Also, the au gratin potatoes are freakin phenomenal. If you plan on going for dinner, make reservations just to be safe!

Who wants a torrent of meat? Churrascaria is a fantastic way to eat a ton of meat, and Texas De Brazil serves this purpose admirably. I got lucky when I met my parents there for a late birthday dinner and was able to get a table without a reservation. The servers and staff made sure we understood how everything worked, answered questions on the drinks and specials at the salad bar, and set us loose. The pricetag for dinner here is expensive, but you get enough variety (and quality) in the meats and sides that I think it was worth it, especially considering that the price is for all you can eat. If I had some nitpicks, I didn't really like the parmesan crusted chicken, the leg of lamb was a bit hit or miss, and the drink prices for cocktails and wine by the glass was a bit high, especially considering how much you do pay for dinner service. Those are all relatively minor, though - if you're looking for a good "splurge" dinner, this is a fantastic option.

This was our second visit to a Texas de Brazil. The first was in San Antonio. The hostess was pleasant. We had reservations the place was half empty and we still waited about five minutes to be seated. Our waitress was really nice but on the slow side. The salad bar was amazing. The deserts just as awesome. The real issue is that meat was really slow to come around. Some of the the servers walked right by our table. We would get a slice of meat. Eat it and wait three minutes for the next slice. In San Antonio the meat servers were non stop and relentless. Columbus, annoyingly slow. So for three adults, three deserts, two drinks, and tip...$240. This place needs to step up. There are better places in Columbus for that kind of money.

This was a great dinning experience. It is true that when you leave here you will be stuffed. The salad bar was amazing and the selections were vast and fresh. The lobster bisque was very good The waiting staff, from the hostess to the manager, were terrific and did everything they could to make sure you enjoyed your dining experience. The meat selections are carves at your table and we tried everything. The lamb and bacon wrapped filet were two of my favorites. My only complaint was that a couple of the beef selections were very salty. I think that this was because the crust on the meat is heavily seasoned and I found the the cuts from the center were much better. I will return when I'm in town for business.

I really wanted to like this place.... I have been to several Brazilian steakhouses over the years and have had good food and service. We were here for New Years Eve. We spent quite a bit of money, as we had a VERY large party. Bottom line was that for the price I would say it was OK....but the real issue came in when my father got food poisoning which could have only been from food here and threw up 6 times. We did talk to the restaurant about it, and they didn't want to do anything to make up for this issue that happened at dinner. We only asked if we could have the money back for his meal (which was the salad bar only $25). We didn't ask for any other money back or other benefits and we brought atleast 16 people with us that night. I just feel that if you are going to charge that much for a meal, you should stand behind it....and it just didn't happen here. I won't be back and neither will our family and friends that came that night.....

Glad we visited this place while visiting my brother-in-law. Starting out with the salad bar, I probably don't have much to add to what others wrote, but will note that it was BIG, had lots of options for everyone, and you could make a meal out of it (in fact, my wife - who doesn't eat beef or pork - did). Some highlights for me were the asparagus with marmalade, the Brazilian vinaigrette (like a vinaigrette with salsa), and the charcuterie and cheese section. I didn't even go over to the hot food section. As far as the meats go, they were all delicious and here is how I would rank what I had (I didn't have them all): 1. Flank Steak 2. Lamb Chops 3. Herb-Marinated Pork Loin 4. Filet Mignon wrapped in Bacon 5. Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon 6. Parmesan Drumettes 7. Brazilian Sausage 8. Pork Ribs

Was truly an amazing place with great food. Everything about our visit was first class all the way. From the time we arrived until we departed we were treated excellent and service was top notch. The food choices were all amazing starting with the salad bar area which has numerous selections of meats and cheeses as well as salads and soups. The meat selections were even better and served in such a unique way. Turn your card to green and the servers will start bringing different selections of meats to your table. I believe they have about 15 different types that you can choose from. You can try whichever ones you want and have as much as you want. We have been to the Orlando location and it is just as good as this one. Not somewhere we can afford to eat often, but for special occasions this is the place. Hope they open one closer to where I live in the near future.

My wife and I came here to celebrate. Let me start by saying that the food was good and the atmosphere was very nice as well. The main reason I didn't give a better star score was because of the cost. The concept of the restaurant is cool and the food was good but did not measure up to the cost. I've eaten at some very nice places with top notch food and paid much less for it. Dinner was my wife and I. I had two glasses of house wine and my wife had one cocktail. Our bill was over $150 and of course we tip fairly. It's doubtful we will be back.

This has the best food. The salad/side bar has an abundance of food. The desserts are amazing. A variety of wines and drinks. Plus the meats and meats and more meats. The experience is amazing. The waitstaff is attentive and always there for everything you need sides, plates, refills. Hands down the best experience ever.

Sooo...how does someone that rarely eats meat end up in Meat Lovers Heaven?! "I don't care...you decide."...That's how. We had reservations for nine, but were not seated until 9:15. This caught us a little off guard... Due to the wait, a manager (Mariah) decided to seat us and explain everything about the restaurant in detail for us since this was our first time. Mariah was absolutely wonderful! We first started with the largely, assorted salad bar. Out of the 55 selections from the bar, I decided to make a salad with the romaine lettuce, fresh mozzarella, and marinated shrimp. I topped the salad off with the chimichurri sauce and it was absolutely yummy! Looking back now, I think that the chimichurri sauce would have been great to dip some of the meats in. I'm a dipper...what can I say? I also found that that's what the chimichurri sauce was for anyway, lol. I also had the lobster bisque which was the best lobster bisque that I've ever had. It was super creamy and absolutely delicious! The skilled meat servers were so wonderful. They always made sure that we had meat on our plates, even when our coasters were on red. They were always very friendly as well. Out of all the amazing meat selections, my favorites were: - Lamb Chops - Garlic Sirloin Least favorite: - Brazilian Sausage - Leg of Lamb Mediocre: - Bacon Wrapped Chicken - Flank Steak - Filet Mignon Didn't try: - Parmesan Chicken - Parmesan Pork The garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas were pretty good as well. Although the food was absolutely amazing, our waitress was not the greatest. We had to go up and get fresh plates from the salad bar whenever we wanted to exchange our plates out. Who wants the juice from their red meats to mix with the ones from the chicken...ewww? We never got our second serving of garlic mashed potatoes like we had asked for either. Boo. I would definitely recommend Texas De Brazil to all meat lovers and non meat lovers. When planning to visit, make sure that you have reservations and that you have no plans afterwards. We were there for three hours! Also, definitely try a glass of the meiomi wine! I had two glasses to go with the meats and it helped make them that much more delectable. Yum!

The reason that I don't give 5 star is their service. Sometimes the waiter/waitress are not really nice. But you can ignore all the problems when the food served to you. Amazing quality of the meat, you just wish you won't be full at all. And the salads, delicious. For ladies they could just take the salads and they still gonna have the tasteful memories. Their lambs are the best. Strongly recommend this place.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, you have tons of meat on giant sticks coming to you at your table and you can eat, quite literally, as much as you want - but will probably still fill up too fast to make $50 quite worth it. On the other hand, it you are trying to save a buck or don't have room to eat pounds and pounds of meat and opt for the salad bar, you are going to get seriously ripped off. I went for a friend's bachelorette party. If it weren't for that occasion, I wouldn't have gone because I know myself well enough by now to know that I'm almost never capable of making the cost of a buffet worth it to me. I'm a grazer, not a chow-downer. I opted for the "light" meal (read: salad bar only). The good news is that, unlike some similar places, their salad bar has more than just salad on it so you can get a slightly more well-rounded meal. The bad news is that it's still $25 and there is no way I feel like I, or any of my light meal opting companions, at near enough to make that price tag worth it. Considering how inexpensively many of those items can be procured at the grocery or even other restaurants... The girls that went with the full meal raved about the meats and seemed to really enjoy what they were eating but had trouble getting through a single bite without being asked if they wanted more - regardless of whether or not their card was flipped to red. And a note about those cards, they are just way to small for the meat servers to see. They need something bigger and less likely to be lost under the myriad of glasses, silverware, plates, and napkins the inevitably wind up on a table. I mean, really. Will I try this place again? Perhaps. I think I'll need to be seriously starving and making way more money before then though.

FANTASTIC! was in town on business, and we wanted to have a nice dinner on our last night in town. We were able to get a reservatoin for no problem, and they didn't charge the 18% gratuity that most places do. They also have a 15% discount for military and veterans, which my entire group consisted of. With the discount,. I think it brought the price down to maybe $36 per person? They have a fantastic salad bar with soups, salads, meats and cheeses, some sushi and tons of other little goodles. Now I will say do NOT go crazy on the salad bar..you're here for the meat (Now they DO have the salad bar only option for around $22, which is a GREAT price for what they offer). The gauchos walk around with huge skewers of meat and carve to order. WE had everything form lamb chops, sausages to the house special sirloin, which was by far my favorite. Theere were roughly 15 meats that night! I literally left feeling like thangsgiving. They also bring around potatoes, plantains and cheese bread (but I didn't bother with that nonsense). Our service was SPOT ON and there was not a single complaint. Just a great meal, perfect service. Could NOT ask for more.

It's been 14 hours since I finished my last meal here, and I'm still not even close to being hungry (granted, I slept seven of those hours). Texas de Brazil inspires gluttony for at least four reasons: 1. It's hard not to feel as though you need to eat a lot to get your $45 worth; 2. It's a buffet where the food comes to you instead of you having to go to it; 3. there's a lot of variety to sample; and 4. pretty much everything here is very, very good (I refrain from calling it excellent only because it's a little on the salty side). In any case, I hate this feeling of having stuffed myself silly, but love the food here enough to come about once a quarter regardless. Also, I think I now have a good enough handle on what's really good and what's less so, to the extent that I may better control my intake next time... Tip: last night featured a moment when a gaucho's attempt to slice off a portion of a leg of lamb resulted in significant blood splatter on my friend's shirt. Not sure how often this happens, but you may want to wear red as a precaution ;-).

Yet another stellar meal here. We went in just prior to closing time in the middle of the week. Just as fresh of food as any other time. The meat was still cooked to our desired doneness. PERFECT!

Okay, for any other meat lovers out there this is your PIG OUT DESTINATION. I have been here for lunch three times and dinner once. I would recommend going for lunch. The only reason I prefer lunch over dinner is that it is less crowded and you get the mouth watering, sizzling entries faster. The salad bar has a great variety of additions to the meaty main courses, but do not fill up on the sides (while they are delicious, especially the bisque) you are there for the meat. I would point out that the lamb is the best I've ever had. While a lot of people will not even try lamb, remembering some low quality gamey lamb from their childhood, this lamb is succulent, flavorful and a party for the meat lovers taste buds. The dinner service has more selection than the lunch service, but only a few. Ad I said before, I would go to hand lunch service on your first visit and then try dinner on a later visit. The staff is friendly, helpful in the descriptions of all your choices and downright professional. It is expensive but well worth the cost. Make sure you go there with a big appetite and you will go away happy. This is food porn at its finest!

I did not detect a single false note in my recent dinner at Texas de Brazil. Everything on the menu was delicious, seasoned to perfection, and the service was superb. The type of service most reminded me of Hong Kong style dining at a New York City Chinatown restaurant, where roving servers being food to your table. At Texas de Brazil, only the meat comes to the table. It is on the pricy side, so it won't be a weekly restaurant for us, but certainly will be there for us when we want a fantastic meal. P.S. Loved their coconut chess pie!

I visited this location about a week ago and I'm still thinking about the food. Previously I've been to the Detroit location, and I had a great time there. I happened to be in Columbus on business and thought I'd visit this one. They were very accommodating, I'd made reservations, but had to call and push them back and they had no problem with that. We were seated within 2 minutes, and the restaurant itself was very nice. A little dark, but that's part of the ambiance. What wasn't part of the ambiance was the noise. It was a saturday night, I understand that. But even if this isn't quite at the 'fine dining' level, I wouldn't expect it to be so loud! On to the food, it was amazing. The leg of lamb and filet mignon were my favorites, but I couldn't resist a bit of bacon wrapped chicken either! I love my meats cooked medium, so that was great, though a few pieces were a bit more rare than I liked. The meat servers were very friendly, though I will say that they weren't quite as well circulated as they might have been. Late in the meal we started seeing cuts of meat that hadn't been present in the hour and a half we'd been there so far. Regardless, the meats were excellent, and I loved the garlic mashed potatoes. I will say that the salad bar didn't really pull my interest much. Not such a big deal, except they call themselves the steakhouse even vegetarians will love, so I'd expect a bit more interesting selections. It seemed mainly to be a lot of cheeses and single vegetables, with a few additions to mix things up. In all, I loved the food, as always, but wish I had seen more of the servers and some different things on the salad bar. Oh! For dessert, the Banana Foster Cream Pie is amazing!

I'm updating my previous review because this establishment has considerably improved since my previous review, when it had just opened. For one, the servers are far friendlier and professional. Also, the gauchos are a lot more attentive. I found the quality of some of the meats comparable to the best steakhouses in town. The filet wrapped with bacon is excellent, as is the house cut. The lamb chops are fantastic, and the ribs which the gauchos being on a platter are mouth watering! We also love the fried bananas (should be plantains instead of bananas by tradition, but they are excellent nonetheless). The only meats that we didn't care much for were the chicken wrapped in bacon and the garlic steak. Otherwise everything was either very good or outstanding. Even the sausages were delicious. Also the wine selection is quite decent. We've had pinots and cabs here that we've been quite happy with. The last time we were there was to celebrate my son's birthday, and the server went out of her way to make it special. Very pleased overall.

First off, I LOVE the concept and usually the food. I took a number of work colleagues here and reserved the private room. I bragged about the food and the service. I reserved ahead of time spending and paid about $70 per head for an upgraded package. Bottom line, food was good, but for 8 of us to get served, it was painful. If my card is green, they are supposed to keep on coming, that's what it means. It doesn't mean that if it is green, I need to keep getting up to tell a server or manager that we need to have more meat delivered to the table. Bottom line, it was embarrassing for the restaurant and for me. Seems like I have gotten better service at other Texas De Brazil's across the country. My fear is that this one is not doing enough volume and they are trying to cut back on servers and meat served. Draw the service out long enough and you will feel full and not eat as much. MO seems to be, send 1 of each meat to the table all at once, then don't go back to check if they need more. Really, what is the use of the cards? I think this place will eventually shut down because they are beating down their customers with subpar service. I have always told friends, this is the place to go...looks like I will be trying out Rodizero Brazilian Steakhouse downtown instead.

Took the hubs here for his birthday and luckily got in without a reservation (whoops! I forgot to make one). We got there just as the doors opened and people were already waiting to get to their tables. Very nicely appointed restaurant inside but in the back area it's surrounded by mirrors which gave it a bit of a fun house maze look. The staff is very VERY attentive. A tip for you: When you are eating if you are munching but not quite ready for the next round that will be walking past you awfully darn quick - turn that disk to red! There were time when we had just put fork to meat when another guy rolls up with some other meat. The filet mignon, leg of lamb and flank steak were pretty damn good! The pork and chicken were ok but a bit dry to me. If you are sodium restricted then be careful because some of their meat is cooked salt encrusted. The salad bar area is nice but that lobster bisque they had was lots of bisque but not a lobster bit to be found. And those rolls/biscuits were tasty but about the size of golf balls. The side order of garlic mashed taters we didn't even touch. This place like all like them is made for carnivores with elastic waistbands. Great place to go if you are celebrating something or feel the need to feed! TDB - I have one request. Make mushrooms available without that heavy wine sauce and you will be kicking it up a notch.

So I have been to both Brazilian steakhouse in Columbus now! Joined up with a couple friends to try this place out. I wasn't disappointed! I had to leave early, because I made the mistake of thinking the girl I was talking to was worth my time, but in the 45 minutes I was there, I was stuffed. it was impossible to hold a conversation because they kept showing up with meat! The downfall, they were packed (unlike downtown) and they sat us next to some area that had the servers constantly pulling dishes out of, and they ran in to my chair all night. It's more expensive than the one downtown, but the service is a little better, and the food is a little better - I don't know if it's ten dollars price difference better, though. Listen, if you like meat, go here. You'll get your fill.

It's rare that something so highly anticipated comes even close to living up to expectations, but Texas de Brazil meets and exceeds those expectations, in spades. Nice location in Easton, warm and inviting with an amazing group of friendly and attentive people taking care of business - I couldn't tell you how many times I'd look over to see someone refilling water I hadn't noticed was nearly empty, or replacing an empty dish with more of their delicious fried bananas or mashed potatoes. The managers were very nice and helpful as well, going so far as to take our lobster bisque to our tables for us when he noticed our hands full with plates from the salad bar. I really can't say enough great things about the staff - great job. The salad bar was amazing; this is the 4th Brazilian steakhouse my wife and I have gone to, and at first it does appear smaller than some of the others we've seen, but packs a far better punch than any of the others. Cinci's seems larger, but by no means better - from the fresh mozzarella to the prosciutto to the goat's cheese to the lobster bisque (amazing - no chunks of lobster or seafood, but exceptional flavor), nothing disappointed They also had sushi and pasta and fresh mushrooms which looked good, but I did not sample. Their fried bananas are wonderful, mashed potatoes very good and the cheesy bread was also good. Now, to the main course - sorry for that one, I bloody hate puns. Wave after wave after wave of delectable cuts of meat brought to you by their ever attentive staff. The leg of lamb and lamb chops were both delicious, the flank steak and picanha (garlic and plain) fantastic and well seasoned, the Brazilian sausage was quite tasty, and oh my the filet mignon (bacon wrapped and otherwise) practically melts in your mouth, amazingly tender and cooked to serve (when the first cut came to our table, they asked what we preferred, and from then on brought us medium rare cuts). Though pricier than Rodizio Grill, the payoff is also far better. Dinner is $43 per, salad bar only (known as "Light Dinner") Is $25, and both are well worth it. My wife and I have been waiting (in)patiently since hearing that there was a Brazilian steakhouse opening up at Easton; (for those others of you who visited their website regularly, it went from "Opening in October" to "Opening in November" to "Opening in December" to actually opening just last Friday); having finally eaten there this evening, I can easily say that it was well worth the wait.

Meat, meat, and more meat. Basically my dream come true. The lamb chops and leg of lamb were cooked perfect every time. The "salad" bar is actually like a fine dining buffet full of meats, cheeses, soups, sushi, and more. The lobster bisque was fantastic. The fried bananas they bring to the table are addicting.

I went to Texas De Brazil last night for dinner, as part of restaurant week This place was awesome. I will definitely return. Not only was the staff outstanding, but the food was totally rawkin' awesome. We had an exceptional dining experience.

It's $43/person for dinner, which is NOT a good deal if you're a petite, pseudo-pescetarian female. i say this because i know i'd definitely be able to get my fill of decent (probably better) steak for less than that in Columbus. Also, I guess i'm just not a fan of buffet style/AYCE dining in general, so perhaps i'm not the best judge for this type of place. My first impression walking in was that it reminded me of a Vegas casino, with the fancy decor and enormous floral centerpiece. this is neither good nor bad, just an observation. The 50 item salad bar was my favorite part! I'd suggest sticking with that option (the "light dinner" @ $25/person), unless you know you're going to consume your share of meat dishes to make it worthwhile. personally, i think i could only try 1 piece of each type of meat before I became painfully full (keep in mind, i also had a full plate from the salad bar!) We had to wait approximately 2 hours to be seated (even with reservations!) because they bumped our table until the entire party arrived. it's very important that the entire group gets here on time!! or else you'll find yourself teeteringly drunk & starving at 9:30pm on a friday night - it's harder to be hungry at this kind of the place, where the smell of skewered meat permeates the air and an enticing salad bar is mocking you from the center of the room! On the plus side, as a happy birthday/sorry-for-making-you-wait-until-dessert-time to eat dinner, they gave our entire table a free round of caipirinhas after our meal. meal highlights: Leg of lamb (SO TENDER!) Garlic picanha Flank steak Sirloin Lobster bisque (though there were no lobster pieces, the soup broth was excellent!) not a fan: anything that was wrapped in bacon sausage hmm...maybe i just don't like pork

I enjoy a good Brazilian Steakhouse, unfortunately, this place wasn't one of them. The atmosphere was decent, I'll give it that. I did like the big floral arrangement near the salad bar. That was probably the best part of the salads! The meats were bland, several were lukewarm. I can't stand warm meat!! Service was the worst part of the meal. The server seemed so uninterested, took forever to get my drink from the bar, and to top it off, it took at least 10-12min to get my check. Way too expensive for bland food & poor service.

The salad bar here is a great Vegas style buffet with a better than Vegas quality. You can get that and have a great dinner for $25. If you go in for their great Brazilian style steak house meats as well (that are constantly being brought about on skewers), you will not be disappointed, but the price tag goes up to $45. Neither of these prices include drinks, but there is a humongous bar menu, with something for everyone. Desserts are extra as well. I didn't have one, as I was filled to bursting, but they looked delicious.

Went there yesterday for lunch, but was hesitant because of our poor experience at Rodizio, but wow what a difference! Same concept...you get your sides/salads from a hot/cold buffet bar. While I tend to have bad experiences with buffets, this one was outstanding! lots of fresh and unique items like fried provolone cheese wedges, Brazilian seasoned shrimp, and a few different olive offerings just to name a few. The hot side wqas good too, with some great lobster bisque soup. Outstanding. The proteins are delivered to your table by carvers ("Gauchos") who bring the whole spit out, and carve directly to your plate. While they didnt have filet or prime rib for lunch, the other meats were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Outstanding. Service is the absolute best I have ever encountered anywhere in C'bus. I dropped my cloth napkin on the floor, and there was a swat team response to get me a new one. Even the carvers were the best. My wife asked for something well done, and the carver sprinted into action, and was back in minutes with the properly cooked meat. Outstanding. I normally dont do desert, but she ordered some sort of pie that she let me taste, and it was, well, outstanding. I would definitely go back, but I do have a few nits... The hostess was a little lost. She seated some other folks ahead of us, that arrived after us, but not a big deal. Also, this place was cold. It was cold outside, and I dont know if the furnace had a chance to catch up, as we were there 20 minutes after they opened, but it was indeed very chilly. Lastly, price. 1 drink, 2 meals, and 1 desert was $65. Pricey for lunch I know, but wow was it good! So the food and service gets 5 stars, but the nits losses 1 for them.

Do the fried bananas all through your meal and DON'T fill up on the salad bar! This place is awesome, the service is good. There are about 20 different kinds of meat, several types of filet, and a salad bar that has unbelievable lobster bisque along with really good shrimp that's got a cilantro twist to them. Once the meat comes out, it's all over. You will eat too much, and you will enjoy every bit of it. I'm not a fan of the Lamb, but the filet is amazing. This place is pricey, but no more pricey than expected for a Brazilian steak joint. It's higher quality than the ones I've been to elsewhere (Myrtle Beach Rios). It's around $45 for the full spread. If you're a glutton for punishment, a dessert tray will come around after your meal with amazing desserts. Try the creme brulee.

We ate here for lunch March 7th, 2015. We made reservations for 5 and glad we did, it was packed. The salad bar had an interesting wide selection, hearts of palm to potato salad, well there you go. Have to speak to the Lobster Bisque, it had good flavor for sure, did it have lobster in it? I'm sure at one time a piece of lobster walked through the pot, but did not leave any crumbs behind. Our server Brittany was awesome! We never needed anything, our water glasses were always filled, plates always cleared and we could see her walking by checking on us. The meat was plentiful and we never waited for the guys to come around, Brittany even asked if we wanted something specific to come over. My daughter likes her beef medium well and the two beef guys remembered each time they came over. Overall good experience mostly because of the novelty and Brittany.

If you love protein, then this is the place for you! The salad area has an amazing selection of cheeses, at least 3 kinds of greens, sushi, shrimp, vegetables and toppings. The hot bar had lobster bisque, potatoes, sautéed mushrooms & jasmine rice. The selection of meats offered were all wonderful and prepared to perfection. We didn't have a bad morsel at any point in our experience. Pricing is reasonable, considering it is technically all you can eat. You can just purchase the salad area for those who are not carnivores. The drink selection is ok and maybe even a bit over priced. The tables were a bit too close for comfort & the waitstaff were squeezing through. Overall, great experience with room for improvement.

I went here for my post-graduation dinner with 6 members of my family. Everyone absolutely loved it! From the cheesy-bread rolls to the schmorgas-board of cheeses on the salad bar, there was something that everyone could enjoy. Not only was the salad bar delicious, but the variety of meats was excellent. The waiters were very patient when we asked for more well-done cuts of meat which required them to run back to the kitchen. I really appreciated the attentiveness and cool demeanor of everyone in the restaurant. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to family and friends! The only downside is the price- $44.99 for the salad bar and meat offerings combined. Although this is a bit pricier, I think the food and experience are well worth the cost.

This restaurant has a very attentive staff. They have more than just one person serving you. Each person makes sure you have what you want and need. There are plenty of meats to choose from. Chicken. Pork. Beef. Lamb. I enjoyed the filet. I really liked the mushrooms and potatoes au gratin. The person I ate with had a basket of cheese bread to himself. Personally, not a fan of the cheese bread. For dessert they bring you a tray with plastic recreations and explain each one. We had the citrus creme brûlée and Brazilian cheesecake. Creme brûlée was different. The cheesecake was good if you like caramel. We really enjoyed eating here and will definitely come back.

We've been lucky enough to visit all types of the major Brazilian Steakhouse chains around the world. In every situation, there's always one or two things that end up being not as great as we'd hoped. This is NOT the case with Texas de Brazil. The salad bar and hot side dishes are the best ever with more variety than I've seen anywhere else. The meats were amazing with different varieties than the other chains. The service was second to none. Every single person from the hostess at the door to the waiter to the gauchos (person who brings the meat) were friendly and genuinely glad we were there. Several times the staff asked if there was any special cut of meat we'd like for them to bring us. That hasn't happened anywhere else and is one of the greatest things about this restaurant. In addition, the gauchos remembered how we liked our meat cooked and made sure we each had the temperature we liked. If you're a die hard Brazilian steakhouse fan or planning your first visit, don't go anywhere else. This is the best you'll find. Obviously, make sure you go hungry because it's quite a feast.

This was my first trip to a Brazlian churruscaria. I have to start by saying my first impression was "Wow!" The decor in this place is beautiful. We had a table of 10, so we were seated in our own semi-private room right across from the wonderful salad bar. Our table was made from a beautiful piece of wood, a single piece from what had to have been a gigantic tree. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who explained the dining experience to us. And, for me, the churruscaria is about the experience as much as it is about the food. We were invited to enjoy the salad bar, which had a nice variety of green, meats, cheeses and dressings. We were served hot cheese rolls which were delicious. The meal consists of a never-ending parade of meat on skewers. We were told the meat would be medium rare, but that we could order it cooked more or less done. The service was great. The meat came at a fast enough pace that you could certainly eat as much as you wanted easily (or as much as you could hold). There were garlic mashed potatoes as a side and fried bananas to "cleanse our palates" between meats. The bananas were delicious. The potatoes were just OK. If I hadn't been told they were garlic potatoes, I'm not sure I would have known. Now, for the meats. There was a good variety including parmesan chicken and different cuts of pork and lamb. Two cuts of sirloin, filet mignon (bacon wrapped and not bacon wrapped), chicken parmesan, pork parmesan, pork ribs, leg of lamb, lamp chops, flank steak and a Brazilian sausage that had a little kick to it. The meat was not medium rare, for the most part tending to be overdone.. Some of it was quite overdone. The House Sirloin was delicious and when the one the guy was carrying turned out to be too done for my liking, he quickly had another one fired and out to me in just a couple of minutes. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. I felt a little rushed as the meat started coming before I had the opportunity to finish my salad plate. I had some difficulty gauging how much I ate since there is never much food on your plate at any one time. I didn't leave feeling stuffed though. The quality of the meat was just OK. Nothing great. The filets for example were cut so small there was no way they were ever going to get them medium rare. Overall, I think the price was pretty reasonable for what you got. No appetizers necessary, no dessert (I couldn't even think about dessert). I had one glass of the house cabernet sauvignon which was $9.00- not crazy for a high end restaurant. If you haven't been to a churruscaria, check this one out. Now that I have been, it will be a while before I feel the need to go back.

Great meat! The salad bar was great too. I didnt order wine or dessert but it all looked good. Do yourself a favor and sign up on their website. You get 10% off coupon and for your bday you get a free meal. They even gave me a belated bday coupon. I'll definitely return. For those complaining about price, go get a good steak or even sushi for two and the prices are pretty comparable. You get a lot more food at Texas de Brazil for the price.

Great food, OK service, not worth the price. It was our first Brazilian steakhouse experience and we didn't exactly know what to expect. The location of Texas de Brazil is on the east side of Easton Townes Center, beside West Elm and behind Fado and PF Chang. The most convenient parking is right in front if you can find a spot but it's more reliable to park in the garage which is just a short walk away. Their front entrance was closed due to new concrete sidewalk, so we walked through the dining area to the front desk. The two greeters were on the phone taking reservations and acted like they'd only been there a week or two, but eventually they took our non-reservation request for a table. After 10 minutes of staring at a half-dozen empty tables, we were seated and served drinks and cheese bread by a stiff-sounding but friendly and attentive waitress. The process: You go to the sides buffet/bar and load up on salad, olives, salmon, shrimp, grilled vegetables, rice and beans, potatoes, cheese, etc. and return to your table. You can then govern when gauchos wandering the restaurant visit your table with a couple of red/green coasters. They arrive with parm chicken, prime rib, bacon/wrapped fillet, pork and a few others I can't remember offhand. I found the presentation to be a bit pretentious for what's not really that different from a Hometown Buffet, though the food quality was far higher and hey, Hometown doesn't make mojitos. Our drinks were very good (and strong) and we found the food to be quite good, though I wouldn't say the meat quite competed with the Top Steakhouse or Morton's or Ruth's Chris. The lobster bisque was excellent and everything else at the bar quite delicious. After main course, we had the key lime pie and it was as good as either of us could remember. My cappuccino was made well too. Overall I'd classify Texas de Brazil as a slightly pretentious upscale steak-and-salad bar. Our total bill for two meals, two drinks, a desert and a coffee came to $120 plus tip, which I would have expected in Manhattan or Chicago for the location, scenery and metropolitan buzz, but not for Easton. So, it's 12 hours later and I'm still full, which begs the question - why did I pay almost $150 for a couple of good but not fantastic meals that almost certainly didn't do my health any good? One reviewer compared Texas de Brazil prices to a good Sushi night out, but I've never paid more than $90 for top-end sushi and drinks for two (even in San Francisco) and with those meals, I always felt later like the Omegas were at least a little good for me. :-) As such, I don't think we'll return - the food, service and venue are nice but they don't justify the premium price.

As a solo diner looking for a meal while out on business I was disappointed in the lack of options at the bar. There was a small bar menu that did not include the regular menu option of getting the unlimited meats and salad bar that the restaurant is known for. The bar menu did have a selection of al a cart meats that I was told by the bartender were small in size and should not to be considered an entree. No entree size portions available at the bar??? You guys are seriously missing an opportunity here for solo diners. For a chain that so far seems to be successful I was surprised. I left and did not eat.

I think this place is fun for an occasional treat. Kinda like going to Dave & Buster's. Or Chuck E Cheese, lol. It's an energetic atmosphere, but the food ain't that great. The "salad bar" is much more than such, it's quite the buffet. Some mighty tasty dishes there, was fun to taste some. Best part of the experience. If I were to go back, I'd probably just stick with this. If you go, hope you don't mind "Brazilian Gauchos" stalking your table for turned-over coins to deliver dry, overdone carved meat that you must pull off the skewer with a special tool. It's fun -- at first. Gauchos with skewers roaming the room lurking by your table looking for those coins, wears thin. Expensive, too, for what you get! It's a glorified buffet and roving carving station. C'mon people. Occasional treat, this skewered meat.

Been here a couple of times. Yea, the food is good. My favorite thing, actually, was the fried banana foster like stuff they bring ya. Meat is good too. But unfortunately, I don't eat much. There's no way I can eat near my money's worth for what I pay for dinner. If you are a big eater, and can eat two pounds of meat and all of the fixins to go with it, then this is your place. If you're like me and dinner is a quarter pound of meat, and a half pound is pushing it, you might want to skip it. For me, I can get a good cooked to order steak at a good steak place down the street from here for a lot less. It would be nice if they offered something on the menu to people like me who don't eat like someone from a wondering nomadic foraging African pygmy tribe.

I am quite a fan. My husband and I have been to other Brazilian Steakhouses, and this one by far is the best! The staff if very attentive to you! They are checking often if you're ok, need any refills, and if the meat isn't cooked to your liking, they will cook it to your preferred temperature, and bring it back to your table. The 'salad' bar is excellent. It has the typical salad bar items, in addition to fresh cheeses, premade side salads such as tabuli, couscous, potato salad. You have side dishes of mushrooms, white rice, beans, and lobster bisque soup for sides in addition to the cheese rolls, garlic mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas that are brought to your table. The meat is fantastic. The gauchos walk around, and offer meats such as filet, bacon wrapped fillet, beef ribs, parmesan crusted chicken, sausage, sirloin, and I believe they rotate others as well. This IS a bit expensive, but well worth the trip on special occasions. You definitely will not leave hungry!

We opted for this heavily meat oriented restaurant because one of our group is on the Atkins Diet. It was highly enjoyable for everyone, because the food (including the salad bar) was well flavored and quite well prepared -- not just mass quantities. Each meat had its own taste and texture. The only improvement I would make would be to include some sort of seafood, large shrimp and scallops work very well on skewers- And I've had this at other similar establishments. This is why I rated it four and not five stars. The wait staff were friendly and did a wonderful job. They even remembered that the child in our party wanted his meats cooked to a more well-done state than the rest of us. We left well fed and quite satisfied and hope to return again for another special occasion!

Delicious food!!!! Make sure you make a reservation, we had one but they said if you walk in it can be up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends. The food is 5 star, but they were soooo slow to bring out the meat and refills on my tea. Cokes are by the 8oz bottle, no refills FYI. We were there 30 minutes and had only been served one small piece of meat but once we complained to the waiter it did start showing up a little faster. We were there for lunch and the meat servers were few and far between. This was our first time to this restaurant so we were disappointed because other Brazilian steakhouses we've been to similar to this usually bring you out so much food you have to turn your stopper on. I would still go back though because the food was amazing! Lunch was $25 a person, they said only difference from lunch is no filet, but had other steaks so I didn't miss it, also apparently they have sushi and salmon on the salad bar for dinner but not lunch, but again I didn't miss it. Dinner is $45 a person so I'd say lunch is the best value.

Really, really wanted this to be a nice night out. Took my two sons (18 and 20) and one girlfriend along with the husband. The boys were really looking forward to eating a lot of meat. The problem was there were times when there wasn't even one person in the dining area serving the meat. Our waiter asked us what cuts of meat we wanted but nothing ever came of those requests. We were there between 5 and 6 on a Sunday; thankfully it wasn't super busy because it was so loud in there. It did give us a chance to try lamb chops and lamp and the cuts we did get were very good - and the salad bar is amazing. I think I got my money's worth of bacon off the salad bar. It is delicious. We probably won't be going back - not for that kind of money and poor service on the meat serving part of the restaurant and that is what we went for.

Outstanding restaurant!!! The food and service were exceptional. Very impressed with the items on the hot and cold bars - wine sautéed mushroom and spicy shrimp were the best. As for the meat that was served, everything was great. We were able to try all the options - the filet was one of the best I have had!

Overall a great restaurant with excellent food and service. The salad bar had some great choices but they were a bit limited. All the meat I tried was very tasty with the house prime rib being the best. This is one of those places you try for the experience but I doubt I will be back. The constant foot traffic can be a bit annoying. Make sure you eat a lot of the meat cause you are going to pay big $$$$ for this place and you better gets your money's worth!

Look, you go to Texas de Brazil for the novelty, the excessive amount of meat and for the service. The salad bar is also lovely and plentiful. We sat by the front window and it was amusing to watch people outside stop to watch the waiters fill our plates with red meat. It was my first experience at a Brazilian steakhouse and we did have a great time, but... My biggest issues are the salt and the price. No kidding, I gained 5 pounds in water retention overnight after eating at this place. I'm a fan of southern-style country ham, but even this surpassed it in terms of insane saltiness. So, if you've got hypertension - watch out. Also, there's no way I could eat enough to justify the price. I'd much rather spend my dollars on a great meal at Alana's, Mitchell's or The Rossi. Certainly worth trying once in your life, but that's probably enough for me.

Just had anniversary dinner at Texas de Brazil it was great it was everything I thought it would be. About six years ago I was in Chicago I ate at a restaurant named Fogo de Chao it was just like Texas de Brazil it was great also. Texas de Brazil the service was great the 50 item foodbar was excellent and the meat was so good you didn't need to season it if you go have an empty stomach. Our waitresses name was Natalie she was great had an excellent knowledge of the menu drinks and the food bar. The only meat that I did not care for was the Parmesan pork when it was hot it was good but once it's cool down it's dense and hard but pork usually gets that way unless it's roasted, but I still have to give it 5 stars I did not get to taste all of meats there was just so many and I gotten full there are about 13 different types. The food bar was magnificent sushi, couscous it was great mix with the potato salad and potato salad was great just by itself the prosciutto, pickled onions, grilled red peppers and and the lobster bisque was great

this was the first time the wife and I had ever been to Brazilian type place. the atmosphere was very relaxed but very attentive by the staff. I am a tough critic when it comes to service and these people well exceeded my expectation. wow everyone was just incredibly friendly and genuinely appreciates your business. now the food was just as good as the service. I would definitely come back and recommend to all.

Solid 4 stars. I'd probably give it 4.5 if I could. We had reservations at 9PM, and were not seated until 9:15, I didn't so much mind but my date was irritated I could tell until we were seated by a manager named Mariah, and explained all about the place and recommended us an excellent wine and beer to go along with our meals. The salad bar had 55 menu items and I'm not a veggie fan, but it did have a nice selection of meats and fresh cheeses I enjoyed. My date said the Lobster Bisque was the best shes ever had. After that we flipped over the cards to green and got our meat on! Most of it was extremely delicious. I'd never had lamb before and it was good, but I'm a beef person lets be real. All the beef and chicken was amazing. This would have been a 5 star review if we had seen our waitress more, and I had not gone up and got fresh plates myself. All told it was $150 for 2 meals, 2 glasses of wine a beer and a $20 tip. I was highly satisfied. I fully recommend this place as long as you know what you're getting into lol.

I've been to quiet a few Brazilian steakhouses; Na Brasa, Fogo de Chao, etc. This place has a different feel from your typical Brazilian steakhouse with some different food options, esp at the salad bar. The salad bar was wonderful and they have everything from cheeses to sushi. I really enjoyed their potato gratin; simple dish but many places just don't make it right. Their wine selection was good but we didn't feel like drinking much last night. We ordered their signature cocktail (strawberry) and a shiraz which were both very good. The food itself was average for a Brazilian steakhouse in my opinion. A few of their meats included chicken legs wrapped in bacon, filet mignon, filet mignon wrapped in bacon (yes it's a theme here, and always tasty), parm crusted pork, garlic sirloin, flank steak, top sirloin, pork tenderloin, yada yada yada. Their pork, whichever form, was always dry but tasty. You could tell just how wonderful it would be if it weren't over cooked which was a disappointment. The steak was all charbroiled and medium well. We kept asking for rare and med rare but no one seemed to understand. So for us, the meat was over cooked and a bit too charcoal in flavor. Again, anything wrapped in bacon was very good. The flank steak was a very close second. Just a side note, we had made online reservations for 8:30 and when we called to confirm the time, no one bothered to tell us that they closed at 9 on sundays. So word to the wise here....if you're making online reservations, now you know that the times on there aren't accurate to the restaurants actual hours. No one rushed us but it was very awkward having the clean up staff running around your table cleaning off tables and whatnot and there were no servers still walking around serving food (and no one else eating ..everyone was gone) so we asked for our check. The waitress brought over our check along with the manager to apologize (now we're super embarrassed!!! lol) and insist we stay longer to finish our meal. He was so nice to us but there was no way we were going to stay and force everyone to stay past closing, so we got our check (which ended up being discounted) and went to see a movie. And a note- the desserts looked fantastic!! SO...the place in general gets a 5:5, the salad bar gets a 5:5, the meat gets a 3:5, the staff 5:5, and the price gets a 3:5. So 4 stars seems fitting to me, and since they're a brand new restaurant I can see this review updated soon enough to a 5:5

Finally opened, and boy was it worth the wait! Absolutely delicious cuts of meat and the salad bar had a variety of choices. The Rice and Beans were delicious (speaking from a brazilian)!! Hats off to the Chef - Marcel? He is welcoming and open to suggestions, which I had none except great job!! Finally a REAL brazilian steakhouse in Columbus. Pricey yes, but worth every penny!!

Service was great, food was just ok, and price was to extreme high for Central Ohio. Much better places to chose from in Easton, as well as other areas of Central Ohio. For Brazilian steakhouse choices the Radizio Grill dowtown Columbus offers more choices, and better value for the dollar.

This was a pleasant experience. Meat coming at you from all different angles. Salad bar was great. You get full very quick, but I left feeling it wasn't worth the price compared to what I ate. The food wasn't really anything special as far as flavors go. Still it was an enjoyable time with the family.

I've been to Texas De Brazil in Columbus 3 times since they opened a few weeks ago! The steaks were excellent and the service was very good. Being from Brazil I am used to going to some of the best Brazilian Steak houses all over Brazil. In Brazil the best steak houses are known for having the best service in the restaurant business which is what separates them from one another. At Texas de Brazil they value service experience as they are well staffed with very friendly and well trained gauchos who help make the experience as great as it can be. I liked how their managers were constantly coming by our table and asking what our favorite cuts of meat were so they kept those coming non-stop to our table. The grill manager, the GM, the head cheff , the gauchos, and the servers all do a very good job. And my favorite part is that all gauchos speak Portuguese even if they are not Brazilians! I read the review below from Loren W, and I agree, Guarana is a must, they didnt have it the 1st two times I was there, but they must have read Loren's review as tonight they had guarana and my girlfriend and I both had it! Guarana Antartica!!!

All of the food was great. Our server was Moe and he was energetic, informative and humorous. When you "go green" be ready. There is no waiting period with the variety of meats. The banana was even good and I don't like bananas. #FFR D.A.T.E. Night was a success.

oh my goodness this place is the place to go if you want to experience as food fanatic! i took my wife there for our valentine date and it was our first time there and we weren't sure what to do. Michael our waiter made sure we were so comfortable and made sure we knew what we were doing. the "salad" buffet is so wow, every food from the buffet is so good and most of them i never had before (need to be open minded about food) the meats... wow... i had this roasted steak, when i ate it, i literally had food organism, tears came out of my eyes. juice was so awesome and this steak is on top of my list of the best steak i ever ate in my life seriously. strongly recommend u to eat there but prepare to spend good amount of dough, but its well worth it!

Food I would rate Great (10 out of 10) however the service would rate 1 out of 10. Anytime we needed a drink refill whether it was water, wine, or soft drink we had to wait extended periods of time. Also with the prices they charge you would think soft drink refills would be free but there not. Has to be the only place that doesnt have free refills on soft drinks. I cant rave enough about the food though it was fantastic.
