There's not a ton to say, since it's Starbucks after all. I go around 8:30am and the line is rarely more than a few people long. The rare times there is longer line, everyone moves quickly. The seating area is normally full, though, but there is a lot of seating. One thing they could do better is get some more couches and chairs, rather than have all wooden furniture. Also, the employees are very nice and they are clearly experienced. There's also a wide variety of age, gender, and style, so you don't feel out of place, unlike other stores. That's a silly concern, I know, but some stores are filled with hipsters and creates a totally different vibe.

I would love to give this Starbucks 5 stars. Since working down town I have been a very frequent customer. The morning staff has been absolutely a delight. They have been fun, conversational, have remembered my name and drink, and make a darn good coffee. The afternoon team has generally been good but not great like the morning. The problem has been the guy who makes the coffee in the afternoon. I don't think he has made eye contact once, let alone been friendly. I could ignore that if the coffee was good. But somehow the same drinks from him are not filled as full as when I go in the morning, they taste weaker. It's just not up to par with Starbucks. So I guess it's a five star if you go in the morning. When its Thursday and you need a boost to finish off the day after a long week... suck it up and go to Tim Hortons.

Located on the street level of a tall building. I've noticed a very long line at this location many many times. Today, I tried it, and the line was very short when I arrived. They have about a hundred workers here, so things move fast. The lady was really polite when I ordered my Blonde roast. The location is quite small, not much seating - but there is seating outdoors and indoors. Same ole' Starbucks fare

It's 10:30am, and the lights are off and the door is locked. No signs saying it's supposed to be closed. What's the deal?

Two minute walk from Renaissance Hotel across the street. Happy to see it open on weekends when downtown Columbus is mostly closed. Enjoyed an excellent hot breakfast sandwich and very good house blend coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Well, I love Starbucks, and no reason to go into the menu. This one is in an urban location. The photo that you see in this entry is an Etch A Sketch that is on the counter at this location. Kind of neat and lends a funkiness to the place. A couple of staff awards also sit on the counter. The service I received was fast and friendly but not in an out the ordinary way. I visited here mid-afternoon, and there were a couple of street people sitting (or I should say, one of them was sleeping). The staff obviously knew they were there and made no effort to rouse them. At first I wasn't sure how this was going to play out, but they kept to themselves, and I concluded that the staff were being kind and gracious to folks who were down on their luck.

Small, basic, standard Starbucks. I mostly get there on Saturday mornings when the staff is always friendly and helpful. I generally take my dog, so the covered outdoor patio is great during foul weather. Directly across the street from the state capital (to the northeast). Limited parking, if at all, so this is definitely a walking destination.

It's conveniently close to my office and everyone knows my name. The only draw back is that this place gets slammed in the morning and afternoon. yikes.

This Starbucks location is conveniently located downtown across from the State House and the Chase Bank building. I love this store because the staff is super friendly and warm. They seem to recognize so many of their customers and go out of their way to make sure everyone gets a good quality beverage and always deliver it with a smile and a thank you.
