It's a Starbucks. Nothing special. But the staff is always so very friendly that I can't complain.

It's a Starbucks. The drip coffee, as expected, tastes burnt. The espresso beverages are solidly mediocre. The baked goods are shockingly tasty due to years of standardization. This Starbucks is uncommonly loud. The music is loud. There are tons of businesspeople here during the day making calls, talking to each other, and generally getting on my nerves. The baristas are pretty loud and chatty. It is really not a good environment to study, which is weird, because that's usually the only reason I like Starbucks. It was easy to find a seat on a weekday morning, so that was good.

I absolutely love this location when I need to get some work done. I usually stick local when it comes to coffee, but I still enjoy Starbucks and this location is the best (when I can find a seat) for getting some work done. Easy parking and a drive through if you can't stay. Gimme the skinny vanilla latte and I'm your bestest friend.

Very small on the inside and it can get too crowded. I would recommend going across the street to the barnes and noble's coffee shop that serves starbucks and has much more room to study or read. The only advantage to coming to this starbucks is there is a drive through. The place is open until 11 PM. There is a Tim Horton's 2 minutes away and it is open 24/7 and has cheaper and similar quality coffee.

Our national coffee conglomerate; you just can't seem to avoid her cries. The liberal in me forces me to succumb to paying for convenience, both monetarily and qualitatively. Starbucks is on every corner so regardless of the route I'm taking, rest assured I will come across a few dozen sbucks. I drive past this one multiple times a day, so its gravitational pull often attracts me. Two dark roasts please with room. "We're out, do you mind waiting". Yes I mind, this is a coffee shop, how are you out of coffee, there's 5 of you back there. But yes, I will wait, because I'm a liberal and need my caff-pow. All while knowing this blend will be particularly burnt and steaming. The Bacon Gouda sandwich, however, quiets my frustrations momentarily. Then my brief moment of calmness is ruined by whatever style music is playing on the brink of shattering my ear drums. I will say the beans are nice and shiny (burnt while roasting), the coffee and latte's are hot (burnt again), and the "barista's" are hard working (straight lie). Stick with Cup 0' Joe, it's literally across the street. I know, I failed to avoid its pull as well, but you're probably stronger than me.

I am a huge Starbucks fan. I get Starbucks from this location almost every morning, unless I am running late to work. This location is perfect for me since I come down Olentangy and hop on 315. I don't feel the need to discuss their coffee quality, since obviously that is a given :) Their service though is! This is probably the most important part to us coffee drinkers before 8am on the way to the office. So that is what I am going to talk about. I usually always do the drive through unless it's ridiculous, but chances are inside is just as bad. I'd rather listen to my music than stand in line. The drive through is probably the biggest turn off this location has. It is not the best lay out and gets REALLY backed up. Cars get stuck trying to get in and get out but the line goes really fast. I used to avoid this particular location because I thought I would have a 30 min wait, nope! They move your right through and are always cheerful and polite. Here are my bad experiences: 1. Exceptionally long wait (I'm talking over 25 min). What did they do? Everything I ordered was free and they gave me a coupon for a free beverage the next time I came by and apologized for the wait. 2. One time, just once! They forgot to put cream in my coffee, I looked at the black coffee in horror and they instantly asked, "did you need cream?" YES PLEASE! Again.. they gave me a free coupon for a free beverage and apologized. Come to think of it, that is the only time they have ever got my order wrong. 3. I ordered hot coffee rather than iced on this particular day, and the lid wasn't on all the way, or one of our hands bumped it. Either way, the coffee spilled all over me. It was really hot, and it was a pretty big mess. They started throwing napkins out the window, making sure I was ok, apologized a million times, gave me a new coffee and 3 coupons for free beverages. Here is my good experience: 1. I pulled up to pay for my coffee one morning, handed the lady my card and she tells me that the person in front of me already paid for mine. What a way to start the day! (Yes, this wasn't a Starbucks employee, but I'll argue that if the employees were not so wonderful you probably wouldn't feel as inclined to pay it forward!) Summary - Starbucks is amazing, this location rocks!

This is my go-to Starbucks, partly due to location/convenience but also because they have a drive-through that's pretty fast, even when there's a long line! The baristas are also super friendly and very accommodating to requests. One time, I made a mistake when ordering my drink, and they fixed the mistake for me free of charge. The other day, a friend and I came here because we'd wanted to try out the birthday frappuccino, but didn't get a chance to do so during the promotion. They were willing to make it for us, and they even split our venti into two cups (per our request). Will definitely be coming back many, many more times in the future.

My favorite Starbucks in Columbus. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. The coffee is pretty standard and predictable - I go here when I need a quick fix of decent coffee. I also go here to get some work done - though small, I always find a seat. The natural light is plentiful, and the patio is pretty neat. Pro tip: you get free coffee refills if you're a Green member of My Starbucks Rewards (which can be achieved with 5 purchases in 1 year ).

Look; Starbucks is chain coffee. As far as black coffee goes; it's inevitably not going to be the best in the world. They get their beans from all over so they have to intentionally over-roast the beans to ensure a consistent flavor. If you want a truly delicious cup of black coffee, go somewhere other than Starbucks. That being said, the Lennox Starbucks does everything right. I have yet to come across any barista who is anything less than a true delight to interact with and they all know how to make a mean drink. They all field the "Ugh...I'm not sure. What's your favorite?" with flying colors by asking you leading questions to not only introduce you to new drinks but also ensure that you'll be pleased with the decision. Is the store a little small? Sure. Does it make up for it by being incredibly open and full of natural light? Definitely. And don't get me started about the patio. This is probably the best Starbucks patio I've come across in the city. Even though there can be some long lines; I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks because of the amazing people and the yummy drinks.

Personally, I love this Starbucks. I like that they have a drive-thru, or you can choose to go inside the store. It's always been clean when I go in, though mildly cramped because it is not the largest space. The coffee is your typical Starbucks fare, always tasty and mildly overpriced. The thing that I really love about this location is the staff. I have always had great experiences with the staff when coming here and everyone is incredibly nice. This brings me to a story of why I love this place so much. A few years ago I stopped at this location on my way to work, and used the drive-thru. I waited my turn (the drive-thru can get busy at times) and when I got up to the window to pay for my order, I couldn't find my wallet. I searched and searched, it wasn't in my purse, in my pockets, nowhere to be found and I was completely embarrassed and upset (I REALLY needed the coffee). As I was freaking out about my wallet, I turned to the person in the window near tears, telling them I couldn't find my wallet and I was sorry for wasting their time. He said something along the lines of "Go ahead and take it, it's not a problem, I'll cover it." I was shocked, and said it was really okay, I felt terrible that I couldn't pay, but he insisted that I take the coffee, so I did. I have never been more grateful of good customer service than I was at that moment. Since then, I have received nothing but great and incredibly polite customer service while at this location and will continue to stop by when I'm in the area.

A nicer than average looking Starbucks. They have a drive-thru. A place I might spend time in if I had absolutely no options or nothing else to do - otherwise I am a to-go coffee person. Same Starbycks fare. . .

I agree with Bryant M. TOTALLY! Went through the drive through and had my huzbear (who was driving) place the order. Not being the coffee drinker in the family, he is much less familiar with "Starbucks lingo". As we all know, for some reason, to them this is a sin that should result in attitude, sarcasm, ridicule, castration, eternal damnation and so on. My problem with Starbucks is that they're hypersensitive/holier than thou employees have been allowed to get away with this for far too long. It has reached a point where it has become par for the course resulting in our decision to spend our hard earned dollars elsewhere. You can rest assured that you are NOT the only game in town!

One of the ladies behind the counter was incredibly rude! I asked her for a wet rag to wipe some stickiness off a table in which she replied that she would come around and do it for us. My husband smiled and said to her "Thank you! I really appreciate you wiping this off for us.". She ignored him, wiped the table off, refused to make eye contact or smile or anything, and just walked away. I know, without a doubt, that she heard him. My husband is not a soft spoken man, and they were less than 2 feet away from each other. I just don't understand how some people can be so blatantly disrespectful. They won't get another penny from us.

I practically lived here over the summer when I was studying for the GRE. The atmosphere is great. It has the normal background chatter with quiet music playing in the background. It's also very spacious with outlets in every corner. The windows in the front go make up the wall which brings in a lot of natural light. The coffee is just like any other starbucks, but the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Within a week of me going every day, the staff there recognized me and knew what I was going to order. Loved it here! I always come back here to study and enjoy a cup of coffee when I need a place to go! There's also a drive thru which is a little oddly angled, but hey, it works!

I go to this Starbucks a lot because of its close proximity to campus. I have never been let down by the service. Especially while in my haste, I say my order wrong. With just a look on my face, they know something is wrong and have always corrected it for me (this has happened more than once!) The baristas are always friendly, and I appreciate the small talk. The two downsides of this Starbucks is that it can get busy because of its location and does not have a lot of seating. Overall, it's usually a spot I stop in for my coffee on the go, so it's perfect for me!

With its huge floor to ceiling windows, this Starbucks feels wide open. It's smaller than most but those windows at the entrance makes sitting inside when the sun is out, very warm, and blinding. The associates are nice, they can make a great drink, I just don't find this Starbucks to my liking. It's good of you're just grabbing one to go, but sitting for a few hours? Bring your sunscreen!

Slow slow slow even if you are the only person in there. They sure know how to take their time. Not a fan of this location at all. Go to Lane Ave or the one on 5th Ave.

I was there yesterday when there were 6 employees at the shop. Despite being the only one in line within the store, I was not waited on and left after 5 minutes. What was really awkward is that the employees did their level-headed best to avoid eye contact. It became so conspicuous that when someone sitting at a nearby table made a comment about it, I decided to leave. Very dismayed!
