Great location with a great staff. Staff is always happy to help and ways remember what your normal drink is if you are a regular. Service is quick no matter if you prefer the drive thru or inside, but I would suggest going inside.

This Starbucks is on my way home from work. There's another location 2.5 miles down the road, though it is out of the way ... and that is the one I would rather use. While a few of the employees are nice, and the drinks are generally consistent with the Starbucks brand, the accuracy and speed of this location have left a great deal to be desired. It took me nearly 15 minutes for a single cup of coffee today at 9:30am, despite being 3rd in line. They have messed up my order 3 times out of the last 6 - including a very painful mistake of not giving soy milk when I asked for it.

You know, they say they can tell if you're a jerk by how complicated you make your order at Starbucks. Mine? A Grande White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha over Ice with Skim. Am I a jerk? You bet! But this didn't throw off the staff at this Broad Street Starbucks. And being located near a hospital, I'm sure they receive their fair share of awful orders and stressed out customers. The staff was friendly and quick, and provided me with my quick fix that I was jonesin' for.

Like most any Starbucks I have visited, this location has friendly staff and good coffee. They have a convenient drive thru, which is one of my favorite aspects about any Starbucks. My only dislike about this location is the seating area. They provide limited space between the counter and seats. If there is a group at a table, the aisle chair sticks out and my big but has to squeeze past in order to get to the counter. Very awkward.

My favorite Starbucks location. I make the drive from Westerville to this store maybe about once a week. And if you are feeling adventurous the staff here has a bunch of homebrew concoctions ready to entice your taste buds. Not much else to say, i've had nothing but great experiences here and continue to.
