I was really excited to head to this place as a late birthday dinner. Thursday night and a baseball game was going on. They weren't busy. That should have been my first clue! The décor was nice and the wait staff was meh. We had never been there before so he floated through the instructions which we didn't really understand because he talked way too fast but we figured it out. The appetizers were gross. Over fried polenta sticks, fried bananas with grease in the bottom of the tray and these cheesy things that can only be described by calling them mushy blobs (and I love cheese!) The salad bar isn't really a salad bar like you would think. It's more like cold salads that are already prepared. ie: Mushroom salad, crab salad, strawberry salad. There are also some warm foods in heating trays that have been there way too long. There was some fresh fruit, olives and cheeses. That was the only saving grace for me. I kind of just wanted a regular salad bar. They try to make it "fancy". Most of it was pretty gross. Even the bread was rock hard and cold. Then there's the meat. I was expecting awesome for $32.99 a person and what we got was a bunch of overdone, under seasoned meat. The majority of it was dry and bland and if you told them you didn't want that particular kind, they were kind of nasty about it. The parmesan pork was good but we probably tried 12 different kinds of meat and if you wanted more of a particular kind, you had to wait for them to come back around with it 20 minutes later. It was very disappointing. My son got to try chicken hearts and lamb for the first time. He didn't like either of them. (I'm sure it was because they were cooked incorrectly) We ordered dessert. The crème brulee isn't bad but I expected much better. The waiter seemed put off that we were even interested in dessert. I never even caught his name. Then the check came. There were 2 of us and they automatically added 18% gratuity to the check. Not that I wasn't planning on tipping 20% anyway but they didn't even give me the option of deciding what I wanted to do. There was an area where we could add "extra" gratuity but the waiter neglected to give me a pen so he screwed himself. I left it on the table and walked out. We won't be back. There are PLENTY of restaurants in this city where if I want to spend $100 on a meal, the food is AMAZING and the waiters take care of you.

This place is awesome! The meat is so moist (yeah, I said moist) and perfect! I even enjoyed the fish, and I'm mostly just a crustacean eater when it comes to seafood. Actually, my favorite part is the grilled pineapple, which is not meat at all, but whatever. Polenta fries are great too! Salad bar is pretty nice, and also offers up non-salad things like pastas and potatoes. These obviously make you fill up faster, but they're good, so I always still get them. Expensive, but that's fine every once in awhile. I'd say you get your money worth though. You can spend much more money elsewhere, but you wouldn't get nearly the same amount of food. Wear your stretchy pants.

Came in for lunch with carnivorous son. It was ok. Neither as festive or tasty as other restaurants of this ilk that I have tried. If faced with the craving again, I'd probably go with a competitor. Maybe it's better at dinner?

Stopped in on Saturday night and was very happy. I hadn't been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and was not sure what to expect. First up was the "salad" bar--it wasn't really limited to salad and had some very tasty choices. But If I had to do it again, I would've grabbed a few veggies and left more room for the meats they would bring around later. The meats they brought to the table included steak, chicken, fish, pork loin, frog legs, and even anaconda sausage. I made several single-entendre comments about that last option and my wife dutifully ignored them. :) The service was good. The salad bar offerings were good. The meats were fantastic. The only con was that it was a little pricier than I expected--about $50 dollars apiece with drinks and tip. Not outrageously priced for what we got, just more than I expected it to be going in.

Overall, I'm a fan and I'll be back! It's quite pricey, but you do have an endless supply of meat and salad bar choices. The meat can range anywhere from sirloin to chicken hearts, and the salad bar is full of cheeses, salads and a wonderful array of sides (and some main courses too). The staff is all pretty fun and friendly. I'd go during lunch when everyone has a little more time to talk and it's alil more inexpensive ($20/person). If you like an endless supply of different meats and a B.A. salad bar, get to it! If you're alil light on cash, go during lunch for a special occasion.

This was a huge letdown. Salad bar was decent but the meat was below par. None of that steak tasted very good, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I don't know what quality of meat they use, but it honestly is not that good. Our waiter had this strange vibe and kind of made fun of us for asking for certain things. After about 10 minutes of non-stop meat delivery, you just feel gross and sick, like you abused you body at McDonalds, but this cost $45. Would not recommend.

Although I haven't been here lately, I've been meaning to come back. This is easily my one of my favorite spots in Columbus. I love coming in here for lunch during the week because it's about half the price of dinner. This place is the real deal - very authentic dishes. In my opinion their appetizers and buffet/salad bar is better than Texas De Brazil. Although I prefer the meat a little more at Texas De Brazil, the difference here is that their meat is more rotisserie style. Rotisserie meats take a long time to cook, so if you hit this place up too early, the meats will be more on the rare side, and they get more done later on. It's hard to recall my favorite meat servings here because they're all so good.

Meat...and meat with a side of meat. I like the concept...I've been to one of these places in New York City about ten years ago. I am definitely a meat lover! We went there as a department lunch in a group of seven. To me, the service was slow, our server brought us drinks, I had iced tea and so did a few others, it took several minutes for him to come back with sugar and sweeteners and then he didn't bring straws...have you ever tried to stir your sweetener in without a straw...we had our drinks for a long time and couldn't drink them. The salad bar was great...I highly recommend the rodizio salad...very fresh and the dressing was delicious...flavorful and not too heavy. My coworkers really enjoyed the pasta bar portion...I passed on that because I was saving room for MEAT! I also really really loved the beets...probably the best I've ever had. Once you're ready they give you a little green and red stopper kind of thing to put on your table. If you have it on red, that means the servers will come around with big skewers of different kinds of meats and slice off a piece for you, as long as you want it. Apparently, for lunch they usually have 8-10 selections and at dinner around twenty. We wondered after we left if they have any seafood offerings at dinner, they did not at lunch when we were there. We had beef and pork and chicken of several varieties and flavors =. They all were good but nothing that really wowed me. Some were better than others but even with my small group, you could tell it's all just personal preference. One of the ladies in my group wanted her meats well done (crazy talk in my opinion) and they were really good about taking care of making sure she got some of all the offerings. They had chicken hearts which were unusual and tasty, but that was the only out of the ordinary meat. I would like to go back and try it again.

I'm sure some people really like this place. I was recommended by some friends to eat here. We had a bad experience and I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the food. I wouldn't post a bad review unless I really meant it. The host was condescending towards us and the waiter was rude. I will never eat at Rodizios again.

I love this place! My 3rd time here, food is great staff is awesome and friendly... They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience... I will keep coming back. Thanks to Randy, Lorenzo, Alexander and Mason and whoever I forgot to mention. Thank you guys, you are all great! *the exploding glass girl* lol

This place is amazing! We came into town for the arnold Classic and stopped in here for dinner! It was the best Brazilian steak house I've ever been to! And for the price it's VERY well worth it! Service was great! And food was awesome! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town! Definitely recommend this place!!!!

Delicious choice for meat eaters! The salad bar had so many different unique things. The meat servers were all very nice and attentive. Don't go here if you don't have a sense of adventure and a big appetite!

Stumbled in here thinking it was Ted s Montana, because it used to be and still houses a buffalo on the marquee. Sat down to realize it was a Brazillian Steakhouse. I have had lots of dining in my life and never heard of nor been to a Brazillian sh. Shock to my system. I was confused by the process and in hindsight it all seems so logical. The pre food-food was average but the meats were delicious! It was an interesting experience, staff was great...beginning to end, side dishes did not excite nor did the ambiance. Too full for desert. $32 per person...be hungry. Warning* not for VEGETARIANS

This place is delicious and the prices are crazy reasonable, or at least the lunch menu is anyways. We had an enormous group of 14 people (w/ 2 birthday girls) so we had entire racks of meat all to ourselves. I tried a little bit of all of the different meats but had so much trouble restraining myself from overeating on my favorites -- the sweet and spicy chicken (sauce was amazing), grilled pineapple (how can you go wrong with this), and top sirloin (pretty high quality meat and just overall yum). Only qualm would be that there wasn't any lamb going around maybe, but it's nbd. The salad buffet bar has quite an extensive selection of options, and they also give you really good fried bites (the plantains!!) but restrain yourself -- it's a trap. They just want to fill your bellies so you'll eat less meat, so watch it with those things. Service was great, cause dealing with a group of our size can be a pain and they handled us like champs. I was impressed overall and would come back again for a special occasion.

The reason I gave 2 stars is the service. The service is quite good and compare to their colleagues at Texas de Brazil they are much nicer. However, the food quality is terrible. It looks like there's many choices for salad but it's not. And all the salads taste like just take out from refrigerator. And the meat is the worst. It's not fresh at all. And with that food quality they'll charge you $34.00 USD/person for dinner. I'd rather spend 15.00 more bucks at Texas de Brazil to enjoy the real nice quality food. Do not recommend this place. Won't be here again.

It's really not bad for the lunch special of 18.99. It's your typical brazillian bbq place with too much meat to do you any good. I've been to a couple of these kinds of restaurants in my life and this doesn't rank well for a couple of reasons: 1. Their salad bar is lackluster. Yeah, yeah, I know, proper buffet etiquette is to not load up on the "junk" foods like salads and rice and bread because you want to save room for the meat, but really, you need good quality sides to complement all that beef and pork and chicken. 2. the waiters are not very professional. I like some humor here and there, but when I'm pay 20 bucks for a meal, please pretend like this is a classy establishment. We had waiters pretending to be angry because we didn't want any more meat and it was just plain odd. Not sure if I'll come back. My wallet can't afford to pay so much for an "EH" meal.

Here for lunch for the first time and I have to ask why I've not come sooner! Lunch runs around $20 a person, with unlimited salad bar and if course all of the meat you can stand and then some. I made a single trip to the salad bar, which had a good selection. Both salad items and breakfast items. Its stocked well, but I wanted to try everything that I could so I didn't want to overdo it there. Once you are ready for the servers to bring by giant skewers of meat just flip over the red/green marker and they come by in a steady stream. It wasn't very busy, buy they don't use that as an excuse to not come by. They're constantly passing with a lot of great dishes, and always ready to explain what it is and give you the cut that you want. I'll definitely be back soon! To try out dinner, or as a new weekend lunch spot. Definitely come on in!

Interesting setting where servers walk around to offer food selection. They have good barbeque and grills, but the salad bar isn't as good. It's a nice alternative if the line in front of bd's barbeque is too long for you!

By far my new favorite restaurant. The decor is magnificent. The service is exquisite. The food is marvelous. The salad bar selection offers a plethora of dishes. This place blew my mind. On a scale from 1-5 I give them a 6! I will be back very very soon!!!

The price wasn't the problem here at all, it was the quality. The meats were fatty and lacked flavor. We weren't impressed by the sides and salads either. The tables were dirty and the place just felt cheap.

I dined here on a sat night. I have eaten at a number of Brazilian steakhouses over the last few years and compared to the other ones, the food here was disappointing. After the initial round, the speed of visits greatly decreased leaving our party with empty plates more than once. The slices offered were extremely small and the servers cut very thin slices just giving guest the medium cooked outer portion. When asked to slice from the medium rare area, I was told that they can't do second slices. I tried 3 different bacon wrapped filet all were cooked to a med well/well done. Even when asked for a rare fillet, they returned with a well done one. The quality of the meat was poor compared to other Brazilian restaurants. Fore the price, (over 35)I would recommend going to someplace different.

The concept is good - and Columbus needed a Brazilian Steakhouse. However, if you've dined at Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil, you'll immediately recognize how crummy this place is. Let me point out the good. The salad bar here is excellent. Lots of variety, and the sides are decent. Just decent. That's about it. There are lots of meat selections, if you can get them to come around often enough. And, they repeatedly come around with the lower-quality, cheaper meats. And, since they offer a "discount" Brazilian steakhouse experience, I guess that's what I should have expected. Do yourself a favor - go over Fogo or Texas de Brazil. I guarantee that if you do, you'll never return to this place.

This is the place carnivores dream about when they go to bed. I have to admit when it comes to meats I am picky about how it is cooked, quality, price, and how it is seasoned. This place met and exceeded these expectations. To make it easier I will break down the categories. The Staff- Very friendly, not annoying overly friendly but friendly enough to make you feel like your in for a good night. Very attentive they were filling up my water glass, even when it was down a 1/4 of the way they still filled it up. Best service I have received in this town. The Food- Where should I begin they brought out 12 different meats pork sausage, ham (best ham I ever had in my life mind you), beef sirloin, tri-tip, chicken, chicken hearts they look and taste wonderful and the lamb. The ham, garlic parmesan, and the pork sausage were my favorites. The quail eggs, fish ceviche, and the grilled pineapple was also excellent. It can be a little pricey lunch serving is going to run you $19.95 and the dinner is going to run you $32.95 but the amount of food and quality of it quickly makes up for the price. I have to say this is one of the few times I have no complaints about a restaurant.

I've been here several times - during their "not officially open" period and more recently, lunch and dinner. Good god, so much meat. I don't get Matthew's complaint - "I've been to so much better" - it reminds me of a guy complaining that Olive Garden wasn't authentic Italian. This place has one purpose to my friends and I - give us an un-ending serving of meat. Actual quotes: "I want to talk to you, but there is so much meat!" It's good, and it encouraged myself to try some foods I'm not a fan of that I would never have otherwise - chicken hearts and some sea food. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, keeping drinks (beer or water) full. The beer selection is meager, and I've yet to hit them up for just drinks and dessert - because their dessert menu looks amazing. Skip the salad bar (psh, it detracts from the meat coma!), indulge in the meat, go home full.

I had my boyfriend's 50th birthday party. It was perfect! The staff help me with all the arrangements and made it a breeze for me. They are a special group of people. I seriously cannot think of any place else we would rather spend an evening. We always feel special... even better than family! The guests raved about the gorgeous presentation of the foods and the its high quality. They loved the tempting deserts and luscious exotic drinks. They felt that WOW factor that we always feel when we visit.

Had a birthday in April with a reservation for about 18 guest. I made this a month in advance. To make a long story short. Manager on duty was super short with me and my guests. Our reservation was at 2 I got there at 2:10. They wouldnt seat us til half the party arrived. Manger said there was a strict cut off at 3p for Sunday brunch and was very rude and snappy. I told him I wasn't aware of the strict cut off as this had not been an issue in the past. I've had numerous Sunday brunches there in the past. It wasn't until we spoke to a waiter who explained that brunch use to end at 4 but changed with the opening of Texas de Brazil to 3. As a well renowned restaurant they could have advised me to move up the time for my birthday brunch for such a large group of people. This would have been no problem. I didn't want to waste money there so we went to Mongolian next door. I haven't been back since. I also emailed the owner who didn't respond. Good food in the past. Awful experience

Well never having been to this type of restaurant before I was semi pleased with my experience. They have quite the eclectic salad bar and I fell in love with the pineapple salad (almost a pineapple coleslaw) . Some of the people who bring the meat around however can be downright rude if you turn down what they're serving. I had one if them mimicking me when I'd turn down beef. I'm sorry but beef not something I eat but keep it coming with the chicken, pork, and grilled pineapple.

Went here for our anniversary. Four of us at the table. All of the food was excellent. Very tasty. Loved the green/red token concept where green means we want more meat, red means let's hold off for a little while. Sideways means we're done. A word of advice... Don't be afraid to go red to take a break and eat what you have on your plate. They'll be back later with whatever you might have missed. The only complaint was the size of the table, a lack of room to get up and go to the salad bar, and the fact that sometimes used plates could stack up. But not a major thing. And of course it is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. If you like tasty ham, turkey, pork, chicken, and beef, you'll love this place. And don't miss the pineapple. Be prepared to drop a few bucks and you won't be disappointed.

I don't know what exactly I was expecting, but this wasn't it. It is my fault for not doing more research into what I was getting in to. That's on me. Don't come here unless you want to eat a lot. And don't come here if you are a vegetarian. This is basically a buffet you don't have to get up for. For a set price (I want to say it was $32, I wasn't paying so I didn't pay attention), you get the full salad bar and get pieces of various meats as waiters circulate the tables with plates or spits or swords or whatever the hell the meat (of various types, prepared various ways, a lot involving bacon). It is unusual, but fun. Please do ask for seconds on their version of the pot roast- pretty damn awesome... mmmmm pot roast. The service was good, very nice wait staff (and you get to see a lot of them). I didn't think much else was outstanding except the plantain dessert thing they put on our table. Otherwise, I just felt uncomfortably overstuffed and a little confused about where I had been. Not it a hurry to go back.

AlI can say is WOW! If you like steaks, chicken, pork and a few other surprises.....go there. It's an all you care to eat Brazilian steakhouse in the heart of the arena district right between bd's mongolian and Nationwide Arena. You basically have a server for your drinks and basic info, you then go to the buffet for your salads and vegetables and when you are ready you give the goucho "the meat server" the green light and you are on your way to meat heaven. There are about a dozen gouchos wandering around ready to swoop down on you and serve you several different types of steaks, three or four different types of chicken, some pork and I understand lamb will also be available from time to time. Go hungry because you'll want to try a little of everything and have room for a few of the ones you like the most. Mine? The bacon wrapped turkey....OMG! Try it, you'll see. Also the desserts are extremely good, with the flan a favorite of mine. They also have the Habanada's - a dessert like a fried cinnamon donut with cream filling and vanilla ice cream. It opens on the 14th of June, Flag Day, go there.

Went there for lunch yesterday...the decor is excellent. Nice modern design with soft neutral coloring, but the love stops there... Strangely unique place...there is no menu, it is a buffet with the protein (mostly meat) being offered by servers who travel from table to table, and carve it from a rotisserie spit. They offer a couple different steaks, ham, sausage, chicken, pork, turkey, and even pineapple. You indicate whether you want table service by flipping this filthy dirty wooden knob up and down showing a green side for yes, or a red side for no. You put it on its side when you are finished a ready for the bill. This thing was disgusting. You could tell it had been (of course) used over and over at the table, and never cleaned. I felt like I needed to wash my hands every time I touched it. The served food was meh. All of it was spiced like a Caribbean jerk, and just didnt seem of that high quality. The steaks were tough, and the chickens/pork were over cooked and dry. The portions are also tiny (one steak portion was literally 2 bites), and there is a long wait between services. They claim it is limitless, but we found within about 20 minutes, they were offering the same things over again. The buffet was, well, a buffet. It was small, but widely varying, however, it suffers the same fate most buffets do...luke warm/cold, dry, and over cooked offerings. I did find a sea food salad that I liked, but know it would have been MUCH better fresh. What really killed it for us was the value. $22.99 per person, and that does NOT include desert...that is an ADDITIONAL cost. Really? And if you go for dinner, call your loan officer...its $32.99 per person. Sorry, not impressed. And It most certainly was not worth a $50 plus lunch for just the two of us. We will not be returning.

This was a new concept restaurant for us. Our waiter barely explained how the process worked and mumbled the whole time. The meat servers were excellent and helpful. Pretty pricey if you don't have a big appetite, but was fun to try once.

Was there for the first time today and all I can say is I am stuffed!! They have a buffet line full of salads, sides, soups, fruit, veggies and more. The main dishes, the meat, is all hand carved table side. I was most impressed that the meat was fresh and hot. They make sure you always have a plate full and have everything you need. My favorites were definitely the chicken, turkey and bacon, and the grilled pineapple. I'm not a big beef eater but I will say everyone I was with loved everything they brought. Service was excellent. Friendly, attentive and always available. I highly recommend going here. You will not be disappointed! (Just make sure you have an empty stomach and are ready to eat!)

Went there very slow day. We should have waited till 6 or 7 place was dead. But food was ok? And just FYI DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS IN FRONT OF THE FIREPLACE!! I burnt the crap out of my fingers. I could only think of what it would do to little kids. !! They need a caution hot sign on it. And also Bad was after they seated us the waiter started to sweep the floors all around us. Not good while u are trying to have a nice dinner. The food was ok but very dry ? And maybe they should look In too adding dipping sauces for the meats ? And they didn't have any kind of veggies, Don't think I will be going back anytime soon. But I do think u get ur $ worth.

Meats are really good the salad/sides are lacking. I'd go for lunch to save money because chicken Alfredo isn't Brazilian food and that's offered as a side.

This isn't the kind of place I want to visit more than once a quarter (since the price and the format both induce gluttony). That said, when I am in the mood for it I'm greatly inclined to spend the extra $10 or so to eat at TDB in Easton instead of here. The quality of the food there is vastly superior, as is the ambiance.

Considering what you get for the money, this place is excellent. Quick, friendly service. Excellent food, great selection. Yeah, a couple of the cuts did seem a little salty (as mentioned in other reviews), but overall the food was very good. I really liked the decor and the music, too.

Not impressed, meat doesn't have much flavor compared to any other Brazilian steakhouse we've been to. Save yourself the disappointment and head over to Texas de Brazil at Easton the food is so much better!

My husband had never been to one of these Brazilian Steakhouses - I have been to one in Chicago two times - it's not a place you can visit on a regular basis. Or it's not a place that "I" can visit on a regular basis. :-) Restaurant Week came by, and I saw this on the list - and why not? He's not going to say no to endless amounts of meat. As far as Brazilian steakhouses go, I thought this place was VERY reasonably priced. If you go to other cities and other steakhouses for dinner, it's about fifty per person. Here, not so much! That's a plus in my book. The salad bar was interesting and pretty tasty - lots of variety. And the meats were yummy! Our favorites were the beef tenderloin, the garlic paste rubbed cut, and the picanha. I really liked the chicken hearts, but he was NOT a fan. The chicken was suprisingly tender, but the pork tenderloin was so so. In short? Reasonably priced for what it is, but not someplace we'll be coming back to every week. Good for special occasions.

Pretty good. The salad bar is smaller than other places I've been to, but I think it's fine for this area/demographic. Actually, now that I think about it, I'd rather not load up too much on the salad bar stuff so that I can get a better value on the tasty meats! I went for lunch ($18.99 pp), and the 10 or so different meats were good. I didn't try the chicken covered with that sweet sauce...it reminded me of sweet n sour chicken. The decor is nice (love those hanging lights!) and the service was fantastic. Our server (John? Mark?) was really attentive and nice. Tips: - Load up on salsa, chimichurri, marinated/pickled veggies to eat w/ your meats - DON'T pull on the meat when the meat guys come around. Just hold it with your tongs until they finish cutting off a piece for you - Desserts are HUGE! Save room or split it.

First of all, I am a big fan of the Brazilian Steakhouse concept. Endless supply of a variety of high quality meats with all the good fixins you could hope for. That said, I am fairly sure that any Brazilian Steakhouse you enter in the US is about as authentic as Olive Garden or PF Changs. Anyway, I wanted to try this one out. Location/Ambiance - very industrial looking interior, but classy. For some reason, it was freezing in there when we went. A little disconcerting, but it didn't affect our meal. Plus the place seemed empty. Food - Good variety compared to others I've been to, a couple different chicken dishes, couple of different fish dishes - didn't touch them. I was there for the meat - and they brought it. One observation about this place is they cut very small, thin slices of meat. Debatable strategy - good for pacing oneself, but bad for loading up on meaty goodness!! I ended up asking for 2 pieces every time - hassle!! No high-end meats (tenderloin, lamb chops) and more chicken than I am used to at these places. Desserts - corny plastic models of their desserts brought out stuck to a tray, but the real things were delicious. We had one of each - the dulce de leche custard dish was amazing!!! Service - our waiter was friendly but not the best, but the Gauchos and rest of staff were very friendly and attentive. HIGHLIGHTS - Beef tri-tip (tastiest cut we had all night), Chicken Hearts (if you haven't had them, best thing we ate all night), Leg O Lamb, Top sirloin, Garlic Beef (only eat if you LOVE garlic, extremely garlicky). Good place to try out a middle-of-the-road Brazilian Steakhouse.

I chose Rodizio on a whim for a place for a group of 7 to eat on New Years Eve. I had heard mix reviews about all brazilian steak houses, but since I waited til the 29th to make the reservation, it was the only place available with a decent time still available. When we walked in, the aroma is just heavenly. I really like the decor too- modern yet cozy. The service was fantastic and the salad bar was decent, though I was told to skip it because the food at the table is what you are there for. The food at the table was worth the extra one minute wait- once you flip that cube, you become a kid in the middle of bird flock holding a french fry- they swarm you with meaty deliciousness. There were so many different options to choose from and a wide variety of flavors. I would definitely go back but I do think it is a little expensive but worth checking out. My favorite was the honey ham and I also enjoyed the filet.

3 words.... Don't do it. If you have ever been to fogo de chao, Texas de brazil or brazzza do not come here. If you are use to low end restaurants and customer service you will be fine. To start the solid bar is half the size of a normal salad bar at other Brazilian steak houses. First bad sign was when they had a warm buffet with a baked ziti. Unmm never seen Italian food at a Brazilian steak house before. Then the service was incredibly slow. I had asked fir my meat med rare and At one point the basically said this is what we have. The meat had 1 taste salt. No unique or different flavors just heavy salt. About Halfway through the meal the server spilled a full glass of water on me and the table. The manager was standing 2 tables over and I did not ever get a "I'm sorry from him". Nor was anything done on the bill for the poor food or service. I would rather eat at one of the other places by the arena then ever eat there again.

Went here for a birthday celebration. I've been to this type of concept restaurant before; this wasn't the best. Same deal as other places -- you get a little red/green start/stop marker for your table and they bring around various meats until you say stop. $32/plate including "unlimited" appetizers (we got 3 small plates, two of which were there when we started the meal, requested more of one and never received it). The salad bar was plentiful and non-meat lovers could get a nice salad, pasta, and some Latin sides like heart of palm or ceviche. Ceviche was just ok. The drink orders were taken right away, but we didn't get our drinks until mid-way through the meal, and mine didn't get there till closer to dessert, which was a bummer. The meats, while decent enough I suppose, weren't really that fab given that this is their shtick. The potroast was my favorite, even though it was loaded with more salt than is probably healthy. This is fun for a new "experience" or for kid/teenager who will find the whole singing/bongos birthday celebration but if you really want great Latin food there are better places in town... maybe not with this pseudo-Brazilian flair but definitely higher quality service and food.

I should have known better to not go here, but a good churrascaria is just so good. This is not one of them. The wait staff was great, but the food was pretty lackluster. The meats were very fatty and while some were good, none of them were all that great. I expected nice cuts of meat and what i was frequently served from the beef portions were grizzled and or way too overdone for my taste. $90 for 2 dinners and 1 beer...I think this will be my last visit.

As a Brazilian living in Columbus, I was so excited about a Churrascaria opening here. I have been to many all over the U.S and Brazil (Fogo do Chao, Texas de Brazil, etc..) and I never knew there was such a thing as a LOW END Brazilian Steakhouse. AVOID at all costs. NOT worth the money. The food was bland or too salty, the cuts were tiny in comparison to other brazilian steakhouses, and the gauchos had NO clue how to cut the meats (shredding them or giving tiny pieces because they broke off). The one exception was one of the gauchos who came in from UTAH to help open. He was the only brazilian in the whole place!! and he acknowledged that this should not be compared to other Brazilian steakhouses. What a shame...save your money and wait until Texas de Brazil opens at Easton. Also a Caiprinha should not be HALF sugar...we returned all of the ones we ordered for the table of 7. Please learn how to make a classic brazilian drink BEFORE putting it on your menu.

This is a well executed version of the Brazilian barbecue concept. I lived in Boston for 7 years, and there were a lot of Brazilian churrascarria restaurants there. My husband and I went to at least 4 of them in our time there, so we have a pretty good understanding of what one should be. And, we were missing them. This restaurant is expensive. At $32 per person for dinner (cheaper for lunch), it won't be a place that we frequent. But, the food is of a good quality, and the servers are very friendly. So, it is worth it for the experience. The food is good to very good. The deal with these places is that the food is cooked on skewers (basically rotisseries), then served off of those skewers. I was happy to see that they didn't serve any overcooked meat, which can sometimes happen in a place like this. I particularly liked the pineapple, top sirloin and the chicken hearts (seriously good). The "salad" bar was good. There were uncooked vegetables that could be made into a salad, but there was also quite a bit of hot food (pasta, soup, etc.) and some cold creamy salads. All were good, but I agree with another reviewer who said that the collard greens were a bit undercooked. Overall, you will leave very full, satisfied and happy with your meal. I wish that I had left room for dessert, since it looked amazing.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday a little late (arrived at 1pm). Food was good...but not great. Certainly not worth $20+ including an iced tea. Also, the service was extremely slow when it came to drink refills and getting your check paid. If the meat is the same for dinner, I can DEFINITELY say it's not worth it.

Before Rodizio Grill, my only experiences with churrascarias had been in Brazil. I was eager to try this place out, and skeptical that it would be at all an authentic experience. After my first visit, I was very impressed. The items found at the salad bar were similar to what I found in Sao Paulo, including things I didn't think they would have in abundance here in the states. Quail eggs, hearts of palm, brazilian stews with cassava, a giant wheel of parmesan to dig into... All good stuff, but I warn you now to only take a few small bites from the salad bar. You want to save room for the meat! At the table, you're served a few appetizers to go with your meal. Polenta fries, fried banana, and most importantly: pão de quijo, a Brazilian cheese bread that's delicious and addictive. You control the flow of meat to your table with a wooden peg that's green on one side and red on the other. Green, of course, means "go!" Don't feel rushed! Waiters will come by your table constantly offering cuts of different types of meat prepared in a variety of ways. If your peg is always green, they will not stop and it can become nerve-wracking. Take your time. Turn it red. Pace yourself. Pause to enjoy each deliciously prepared cut of meat before going onto the next. If you say no to something, don't worry! It will come back around and you'll have several more opportunities to taste it. It's taken me a few visits to churrascarias to find my own pace, but regardless I have always enjoyed the experience. I've now eaten at Rodizio twice, and both times was very pleased with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Now, go stuff yourself with meat and drink a couple caipirinhas!

Meat on meat on meat. The sides were actually pretty good, but damn, you psyche yourself into eating way more than you should to justify the price of the buffet. You will leave here in a meat coma and with the meat sweats. The experience is what helps it out, Brazilian coctktails and waiters walking around with machetes, slicing you off numerous different kinds of meats (maybe 11, not sure).

Delectable. Lunch is ~18. Hits with me were the sweet and spicy chicken, bacon-wrapped turkey, the beef stew, and some of the beef cuts. I'm a big fan.

What can you say about endless meats? Chicken, Turkey, Beef, plus grilled Pineapple, Pot Roast, a salad bar with some of the best greens around, I think they might even have vegetables here.

I went to Rodizio Grill 4 times so far and I can say that they have come a long way and it's very good now. I am Brazilian and I've been to practically every Brazilian Steak House in the States including Fogo de Chao, Porcao, Plataforma, etc.... The 1st time I went to Rodizio Grill, it was noticeable that concept was new to most people who worked there, which is expected since they were the first to open a Brazilian Steak House in Columbus. Nowadays when I visit Rodizio, their service is great, the salad bar is very good, specially their Salpicao which is very traditional in Brazil! Their picanha and fraldinha are excellent and Rodizio Grill has some of the best desserts in Columbus, my two favorites are the Pudim de Leite (Brazilian flan) and the Rabanada!!

As I have always promised, I will always give a follow-up review just to make sure my original review was fair and accurate. My wife, daughter and I visited the Rodizio Grill on 11/17, the night of a major concert by Justin Timberlake (just across the street at Nationwide Arena) and it was so busy and my review was not kind. What made my review negative was the fact that they had so much advance notice of the concert but failed to have the adequate staff for that evening. I said in my review of this restaurant that the staff was not prepared for the number of customers thus the customers did not receive the proper level of service. If you want to read the details of my original review please read below. But.........I never judge a restaurant on only my first visit. I always give the restaurant a second visit and only then do I give my final assessment of the restaurant. We made our follow-up visit on 12/5 and invited one of Columbus's most recognized entertainers and his guest to join us. I am not a name dropper so you will have to just guess. Our waitress was awesome all night long. The carvers "Gauchos" were available and always at our table with a variety of meats. My personal favorite was the applewood bacon wrapped turkey. To die for. The salad bar , as other reviewers have said, were just OK, nothing spectacular. So my end review for the Rodizio is 4 Stars, only because of the awesome service by our service staff, the food gets a 3 star rating.

I give this place 3 to 3.5 stars. Sat at the bar for 45 minutes enjoying a glass of wine, and quickly realized why drink service would be slow if you ordered something other than beer or wine. Almost all the cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails needed significantly more prep time. We had a reservation and were seated about 7:30, and the place was very busy. The all you can eat "salad" bar and meat is 32.99, which all of us ordered. The salad bar has a variety of hot and cold items, all well marked. The fried polenta appetizer we were served at the table was amazing. Once we turned our marker to green at the table, the meat flowed steadily. If you want more than just one slice of what they're serving you, just ask for more. They're accommodating if you ask! All the meat was decent - my favorites were the garlic beef, turkey wrapped bacon, and grilled pineapple. Most of the wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. The desserts looked amazing but I had absolutely NO room. The two people at our table that had room for desserts both said they really enjoyed theirs (lime pie and some sort of a cinnamon pastry dessert). Bottom line, I'll go back for drinks and dessert at the bar but not for dinner. It's just not my cup of tea. But if you enjoy trying different types of meat and supplementing with salad bar sides you'll like it.

Never been to Brazil and won't make vaguely condescending remarks about the area/demographics, but I do know restaurants. The prices are what they are and Rodizio doesn't hide them, so value is in the eye of the diner. if you've got a large enough stomach for it, you'll get your monies' worth... quantity-wise anyways. Went on a Saturday evening, made reservations and was seated without much delay. Hostess was pleasant/efficient. Decor was nice, dark tones, pretty much what you'd expect of a steakhouse. Wine list was acceptable. Waitress came to the table, little slow but there was no rush and proceeded to explain how it works. She must spend her off-hours as an auctioneer because she ran through her spiel like her hair was on fire. No biggee, it's not complicated. Started with the salad bar. From radio/print ads, I was expecting something massive. It was not. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out either and I sampled my fair share. The meats... honestly, a hit or miss proposition. First sirloin cuts were excellent, later cuts were over-salted... really over-salted, which was probably due to some sort of tenderizer. That's a red flag to me. Top quality meat doesn't need a tenderizer, all it needs is to be cooked correctly with moderate seasoning. The filet was average, at best, and despite their insistence that the meat-on-a-stick guys would be inundating my table with food, that was not the case. There were several instances where my plate was empty, the indicator was on green and there wasn't a single server in my section. On at least three occasions, I watched a server present his skewer to the tables closest to the fireplace, serve those tables, then leave for an entirely different section. When offerings would arrive at my table, they more than likely were chicken... c'mon, it's a steakhouse. I know they gotta mix it up but beef should be the rule, not the exception. Their poultry is often wrapped in bacon and is nothing to get excited about. The servers also have difficulty speaking in tones louder than a whisper. There was a large, loud party seated near us. The server(s) would show up with their offering and whisper what was on the skewer. I'd ask them to repeat what they had said and they'd dutifully repeat it, in the same whispered tone as before. Honestly, this got old.... fast! One server even acknowledged that the other table was loud and repeated his offering in the same hushed tone. My waitress... well, let's just say it was an interesting experience. She would stop by, periodically, but seemed distracted/disconnected. It wasn't indifference, I don't know but it was hard to figure. She wouldn't really look at you (I'm not Brad Pitt, but I'm not the Elephant Man either). She'd just kinda look over you, disengaged, not really looking at anything. Making any conversation with her just wasn't happening. I finally looked at my dinner companion and said, "I'm not sure, but I think she's high." The sarcastic response... "Ya think?!" So there it is. When all is said and done the experience was probably 2.5 stars, but I decided to round down. Some of what I've stated should have been directed to the manager but, as he never availed himself to my table, I spell it out here.

While it's taken way too long for Columbus to have a Brazilian Steakhouse, Rodizio wasn't worth the wait. The server was nice but, still explained the the entire concept after we told her we were familiar churrascarria's. The drinks took at least 10 minutes to get to the table. The cold options were boring and the meats were just ok, most cooked over medium. I know it's a all you can eat affair, however the gauchos slice the meat in the size of a quarter. If you enjoy, Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brazil, or Plataforma, I'm certain you will be disappointed. Luckily, Columbus will be home to another brazilian steakhouse! Texas de Brazil is opening in October in Easton!! if you are curious about this churrascarria, just wait until october and go to Texas de Brazil.

Even though we saw the negative reviews on yelp, we went ahead and tried Rodizio to celebrate with some friends. Sadly, our experience was consistent to the other reviews. Sub par service and the food was really hit or miss, there were several times when our meat was cold (because we were on the last rotation), and it seemed as the meat kept coming around slower, and slower as the night went on, so much so that we started asking where certain items were and were always told "they are somewhere around here"but they never came around (chicken hearts, ham and chicken was always around, just not the top quality meats that we went there for!). The worst was when we cut into our piece of Chicken and it was RAW! Even worse, when we brought it to the attention of our server, she couldn't care less. Feeding people raw chicken is not something to take lightly. Sadly, we won't be back nor would we recommend Rodizio to anybody, but if executed well, it could be a great experience.

I actually give this a 1 1/2 stars. My husband and I just ate here before a movie at the arena grand. Having been to two other Brazilian steakhouses, this was a disappointment overall. Wait staff was horrible and the food service was slow. I think we were offered only five or six different meats. The meat itself was overly salty. The appetizers tasted like they had been sitting. The salad bar was good with lots of options. Honestly feel like we just paid $33 each for an upgraded salad bar. I had high hopes for an exciting new option in the arena district for our date nights but we won't be back.

Brazilian Steakhouses are my favorite. I frequent them often in other cities. This one falls way short of my expectations especially in steak arena. Almost all steaks are dry. They only had sirloins. No filet mignon, hangar steak, ribeye, etc. salad bar was not fresh. If you are used to Texas De Brazil or Fogo De Chao this will disappoint.

Was wandering the Arena District over the weekend, and ended up going in for lunch. Having no clue what the concept was, we felt a bit like deer in the headlights when the hostess seated us and the waitress explained the concept. We quickly caught on and dug in though. The salad bar was top notch- I personally wouldn't even consider it a salad bar because it had a variety of cold sides and very little salad beyond a few greens, and a crab/seafood salad. The pastrami was perfectly sliced and seasoned, the rice and beans went well with the meat from the roaming carvers. The only thing I wasn't crazy about from the salad bar were the dressings that the server brought us. It was early afternoon and lunch rush had not started so they were training new employees on how to offer and carve the meats which ranged from a grilled chicken to tri tip steak and chicken hearts with lime or a grilled pineapple. Being one of 6 couples in the restaurant it seemed as though the carvers were stopping by every time we turned our head, but once we'd tried everything it was eaiser to pick and choose what we wanted and not be overwhelmed. The pork sausage was interesting because it tasted like straight pork in a casing with no seasonings, the pot roast was well, a pot roast and honestly nothing special, but the tri tip steak was rare and juicy, the chicken hearts were crispy and limey, the grilling of the pineapple brought out the sweetness. Our only complaint was our server brought me the wrong type of soda (regular coke vs. diet) and was almost too attentive. She was very nice and explained the concept well, but being told to enjoy our meal a dozen times was a bit much. But overall, there was a nice variety of both unusual and common foods, a gorgeous atmosphere of mostly dark woods, an extensive drink menu , the service was excellent though the server could have stopped by less frequently, and we will defnitely be back.

Been to Fogo last 4 years for Christmas. Tried Rodizio this year. It blows Fogo out of the water. Better meat. Better salad bar. Better selection. And almost half the price. It's a no brainer. Can't wait til you open one in SC.

terrible service - we were there for over 1 hour and sampled each type of entree once with the exception of the pineapple which made it around twice. we didn't go there for the all you can eat salad bar which is what out $33 per person went toward. we won't be going back.

Terrible place to go if you are a vegetarian. There is no menu to choose from so you are forced to pay the outrageous price of 32.99 for just a buffet bar. The buffet is ok...but definitely not worth the price. Do not go here!

Went here New Year's Eve. Have been an avid Fogo de Chao fan and after eating here will continue to remain a Fogo Fan... Cons: 1. Meat Portion sizes were way too small 2. Signature bread was too dry and not hot 3. Salad bar was way too small and the offerings were very limited. Fogo has a salad bar at least 3 times this size!! Had the shrimp cocktail and it was good but the cocktail sauce had a tin taste to it. Roasted potates were overdone and dry. Mozaerella, tomato salad was loaded with what looked like basil and upon closer inspection was nothing more than spinach. Salads tasted like what you find at MCL. Nasty, nasty. 4. Some servers were good some were rude. One was a smart alec with a flippant attitude. Another one scolded us about sharing food when my guest and I had paid the same Price (new years special $40 per person regardless of what you order). I ate a few portions of meat and I am a very slow eater and towards the end of the meal our waiter just grabbed my marker --did not ask if I was finished and believe me I had only had perhaps 5 cuts of different meats (APPETIZER PORTIONS AT BEST) f I had consumed industrial quantities of meat I'd understand but did not have my fill on meat. Is this standard practice for this place. Pros: Price, was ok. but I'd rather pay the extra at Fogo de Chao and get great tasting food & excellent white linen tablecloth service. Save your money and do not go here. . I can't wait until Brazil Texas opens at Easton.

Ok...so I was very excited that Columbus now has a Brazilian steakhouse. I had been to Texas De Brazil in Las Vegas a few years ago and I loved it!! So Saturday my brother was in from out of town and my boyfriend and I thought Rodizio would be a great place to take him. Boy, was I wrong. We had reservations at 8:15p. We arrived at 10 after and were promptly seated at 8:15p. So far so good. Our waiter was very friendly and explained the whole process. He went over the appetizers and told us they would be out momentarily and to help ourselves to the salad bar. The salad bar was not impressive by any means. Very small and not very great selection. One of our main gripes..We did not see any appetizers until after 9pm. Almost one hour to get an appetizer? And we only received one out of the 3, as tables all around us were served all 3 appetizers, more than once. I had to ask 2x for the rest of the appetizers. We ended up getting those right before we were handed our check. The meat was not very good...way too salty and the pieces that were cut were embarrassing. Like, shreds of meat. Or just a piece of fat. We complained to our waiter and asked if we could at least get the drinks taken off of our $130 bill. He went and talked to a manager and came back with $10 off the bill. I thought this was ridiculous. We asked again if we could at least get the drinks off the bill. A manager came over and it was the most awkward experience any of us have ever had at a restaurant. He was very nonchalant and kept asking "What do you want me to do? What do you want?" as he slowly picked up the utensils and dishes from our table. Again we told him, can we at least get the drinks off of our bill? He left, comes back and had the drinks off the meal. And then says as he scratches way too close to his private area, "I really wish I had something to tell you about why this happened. I can't even make anything up." Really? Wow, what a weird night. We will not be back or recommending to anyone.

Tried this for my boyfriend's birthday because it sounded like an interesting idea. With the "full" Rodizio experience, you get unlimited appetizers of traditional Brazilian fare, trips to the "salad bar" which encompasses much more than salad, and all the meat you can eat! As long as your table indicator is set to green, the servers come around with a huge variety of grilled meats, slicing off a little at a time for you to sample. Everything had a wonderful flavor, the staff was exceptionally friendly and although it was a bit pricey, it was an excellent choice for a splurge night out that wasn't your typical steak-house fare. I can't wait to go back!

Where to start... Went here on a Friday evening and thank god we made reservations. They were turning people away with a 1.5 hour wait. We were seated and our waiter was very happy to inform us on how the place works. We ordered drinks and were invited to the large salad bar which also includes your side dishes that you'll eat with your meat that will be served. The salad bar was delicious with tons of choices. I opted to try the quail eggs which were delightful! As we returned to our table, the meat fiesta began! Tons of excellent choices and everything was good. I tried the oft talked about chicken hearts and although I am NOT a picky eater, I didn't care for them. My wife will only eat steak that is well done. Unfortunately not a lot of cuts are served well done. The majority of cuts brought to us were medium at best. One server went out of his way to make sure he got a cut of well done and immediately brought it out to my wife and loaded her up. Bravo! Although we loved our experience, I'd consider this restaurant more of a destination choice and not a spur of the moment let's go eat here establishment. I will return in the future, but I'll stick with my tried and true steakhouses for regular visits.

Went there for lunch, and they only had 2 different types of meats. The rest was chicken and sausages. I am Brazilian, and this place is far from authentic Brazilian food. Even though the service was great, the meats tasted horrible. Even the rice, beans tasted weird. I'm pretty disappointed.

I am updating my review from a prior awful visit. I was VERY happy that the General Manager from the store took time to get ahold of me personally and express his apologies for our past visit! We took our daughter and her friend this time around for dinner and were very impressed. The server took time to explain how things work to our daughters friend (who's 8), even though we have been there and she hadn't been. Most servers wouldn't do that for little kids. The food was very good this time and prepared fantastically! Was very happy that the salad bar was fully stocked and clean. Also they added the beef brisket / roast onto the hot part of the salad bar (it's so good!). We had a very personable experience this time around and very pleased.

A good Brazilian steakhouse for the price, if you want more meat options you'd probably be better off going to a different one. The salad bar is phenomenal! The cost is worth it just for the salad bar alone! Lunch is $20 per person, and comes with unlimited salad bar and meats. Salad bar: SO MANY OPTIONS. I would totally go here for the salad bar alone. And everything was so delicious. Shrimp & Crab Pasta salad, Brazilian greens, kale salad, edamame salad, marinated mushrooms, lemon pepper cauliflower & broccoli, potato salad, strawberry coconut salad, beef stroganoff, some sort of hot pasta dish, rice and black beans. Seriously I could go on. Meats: For lunch we were served wild boar, top sirloin, flat iron steak (BEST THING EVER), sweet & spicy chicken, bacon & Parmesan pork, marinated chicken wings, marinated pork loin, center cut steak. The meats were all good, but.. they could have been better. They were perfectly cooked, but a lot of the meats were excessively fatty. I would have liked them to trim the fat more. They said we could make requests of the chef, so if I go back I will have to try doing that. Desserts: You really can't expect great desserts after people eat all that food. We got our desserts to go. I tried the Key Lime Pie Mousse, but it was nothing special. Overall, great place. Would definitely go back. Very happy with the service and awesome salad bar!

Went to Rodizio Grill today. It was amazing! We got there early so there weren't many people in yet, but the food was delicious and the service was top notch! Several servers stopped to talk with us as we enjoyed every type of meat imaginable. It was one of my best dining experiences in Columbus!

My family and I come here on a pretty regular basis. The first time I came here was about 2 years ago, and it was fantastic! Naturally, this is where I wanted to celebrate my birthday this past weekend. My husband made reservation for us and 5 other people (7 total) to come and enjoy the beginning of a fantastic night out. When we got in, we were served relatively quick, but then things went downhill once we got up to go to the salad bar. First and foremost, it's a SALAD bar, which means you need lettuce there to make a salad. There was hardly any lettuce at the salad bar. The mushrooms in wine sauce were undercooked, and there was mashed potatoes all over the handle of the ladle for the mushrooms. I love the rice and beans, and was happy there was a surplus of that at the salad bar. The cheese bread was cold and terrible. When my husband asked for fresh bread, it took forever for us to get more, and it was warm at best. The meats were all really good, but the biggest upset is that my favorite dish - the pot roast - was requested by my husband at least 5 separate times, and never made it to my table. On top of that, we even mentioned my birthday and didn't get anything for that either.

My Grandpa used to say when I was born I didn't cry, I just yelled out "MEEAT!" I've been a carnivore since birth and back in the day I'd gladly give up starches for a nice hearty piece of succulent meat. A place like Rodizio is the perfect destination for those that fancy the all-you-can-stuff-in-your-mouth-in-one-seating restaurants. The layout of the restaurant is a bit different than most, and I liked it. The salad bar is centrally located for those who need have a guilty conscious about a full on meat feast. You will find the typical items - lettuce, fruit, vegetables, quail eggs, ya know, the regular. ;) The evening started simple enough with a quick introduction on how it all works. The meat servers walk around and you are given then handy paper weight that is green on one side and red on the other. When you want meat, you flip it to green, when you need a break, flip it to red, and when you need to tap out of this WWE all-star even, lay it down flat. We were there during a special week and they were celebrating the universal love of bacon. Basically, every other server had some type of meat bacon concoction designed to make your mouth water and heart skip a beat. My absolute favorite was the pineapple that was somehow smoked with bacon. It left a caramelized glaze on the pineapple that was simply amazing. I probably devoured half a pineapple while I was there. The meat server were all very pleasant, and many comical. They definitely made our visit entertaining. Too bad our waiters ruined the experience. I'm not sure what their deal was really. We were assigned two waiters, which I assume is standard. We saw them a total of four times. While our waiters checked in on those around us, we somehow became the forgotten crew. At one point I called out the name of our waiter as he walked by, and this joker kept going as it he was oblivious to the name his mama gave him! It was insane. As a result of this gross neglect, we didn't get our water refreshed nor were we able to order additional drinks. To wrap up a night when the second waiter brought back our credit cards, she literally rattled off our orders (which were all the same - it's all you can eat) rather than read the names on the card, which I had to ask her to do. For the upscale price tag, I expected a much more professional experience from the wait staff.

It's been a little while since I've been to Rodizio, but having looked it up on Yelp while considering it for New Year's Day dinner, I just have to chime in. This place is a carnivore's dream, and anyone who didn't get exactly what they wanted did not ask for it. I know this because as crazy unreasonable as this sounds, hubby will go to this and places like it, tell the gauchos he wants nothing but picanha and fillet mignon and the man walks out of there in need of a shopping cart for the tummy. If it weren't for his miraculous metabolism he should weigh over 500lbs. Wear your fat pants and go at it! While this is not a Fogo de Chao, nor is it priced like it, they do have absolutely the best chicken hearts (an acquired taste, try it!) and wonderful black beans/collard greens combo; the caipirinha is pretty good and the service is too!

Meat and more meat = heaven. Brazilian Steakhouses are always a favorite of mine and this one compares well. Not the top of my list but for the price it is a very good deal. I did find some of the meats kinda of a waste.. the chicken offerings were ok but rather bland so I skipped it the rest of the night. Beef offerings were all up there in taste, some slightly more cooked than I prefer but still tasty. I did find the lack of other meats slightly disappointing but found this is because I went for lunch, the dinner menu offers more. The salad bar offerings were what you come to expect from most Brazilian Steakhouses .. a nice filler or good for those who are not into eating a lot of meat. Good social settings, plenty of space to take a group and chat. I would go back for lunch anytime.

This is my first experience with a Brazilian Steakhouse. Upon approaching the salad bar, I was overwhelmed with the large selection of premade cold salads and pastas. There was also a more traditional buffet salad bar as well. I tried many items off of the salad bar, but most of them were pickled (artichokes, green beans, quail eggs, heart of palm, etc...) and I did not find that appealing. I would have cared for dishes that would have more properly complemented the main courses of various meats. (Steamed/stir-fried vegetables, a larger variety of soup...) They served us a few appetizers... LOVE the bananas. Not sure what that cheese blobs were though. I was most excited about the main courses...the meat! We turn the green side up....and we must have had two or three servers at our table simultaneously. My top choices out of all the selections were the pineapple, lamb, and chicken hearts! I do agree with the other reviews that the rotisserie servers weren't very cordial, but I suppose they aren't the main focus. Our waitress was moderately attentive. She didn't really 'serve' us much, and she waited till the end to clear our accumulated plates. DO NOT get the lime mousse dessert. It was almost identical to Yoplait Key Lime Pie, and it was artificially flavored. I was very disappointed. One of my friends told me that the crème brulee is pretty decent. I thought I would have been blown away by this restaurant (as I'm in love with the concept of Brazilian Steakhouses) but I will have to try a few more to reassess Rodizio.

Many different protein options, unfortunately, most of them are vastly under seasoned or overly sweet. After dining at another big named Brazilian Steakhouse, we decided to give this place a shot because it was $20 cheaper. I can now see why. Even though it is more wallet friendly, it's not as tasty. The offerings range from marinated chicken heart to sweet and sour chicken to a personal favorite of picanha. The glazed Pineapple was a recommendation from an employee we met on the street. I was very excited about it and found it ridiculously sweet. Tho this restaurant isn't bad for what it is, I prefer the other big name Brazilian Steakhouse.

How about some RED meat???? Had so much white meat and snake sausage pushed on me....kind felt like they are under a budget crunch! Even when I asked for Sirloin or better, I got a much delayed visit just to receive a scrap. But sausage, chicken heart, pot roast and tomatoes were brought by every 2 minutes. I've been to Fogo and other chains and was offered filet, flank steak and other varieties of RED meat that were amazing....not here...more bull hump please. Geezz. Took some important clients, just to be fed left overs and a thinly stocked salad bar. Even the deserts left much to be desired. Oh...and even though they weren't very busy...my three rotating servers still couldn't seem to keep our premium bar drinks filled. Completely disappointed, and wish I would've made the drive out to Easton to savor RED meat at their much better competitor. I love Brazilian bbq....this is an insult to the genre.

I had been 1 previous Brazilian Steakhouse in DC, and had an excellent meal there, so I was glad to have stumbled across this one while driving around in Easton on day. I opted for just the salad bar, whereas my boyfriend went full out with the meat option. I didn't actually eat much green salad at the salad bar. They had various meats, soups, grilled vegetables dishes, cheese, etc. Along with the appetizers they provided at the table (cheese/bread like a cream puff, but filled with cheese, fried plantains, etc.) it was very filling, tasty, and I was happy. On the other hand, my boyfriend wasn't so pleased with the meats that he had. We had opted to eat there for dinner so he could get their lamb options (no lamb during lunch). However, he thought that all the meats in general were very salty, which detracted from the flavor of the meats. He did like that you could request certain meats. They were coming around with a lot of chicken options, and he wanted lamb chops, so he asked the waiter. The waiter asked how he wanted the lamb chops (i.e. medium, medium rare) and within 5 minutes he got a fresh helping of lamb chops. I give the rating at 4 because I had a good experience. Although, my boyfriend's experience probably was a 3 or so.

Awesome. Way pricey but we will be back. It is a once or twice a year place. All of the meat was great. All the meats were cooked to medium rare. I love the green light/red light block for the meats. The other thing that was off was the the chicken wings, they were not completely cooked. We can go more often if we just get tge all you can eat "salad" bar. It has meats & cheeses, multiple salads, great soup and even entrees. Makung it worth the $20 price tag.

Dinner was an excellent experience with great service, food, and beverages. If you are feeling carnivorous, eat here. Be warned, $35 for an adult (all you can eat meat and salad bar).

It's been many years since the last time I went to this style of restaurant. The meats were extremely good (as expected). I was disappointed with the salad bar and the lack of hot side items available.

Okay so I work right by this place now. The first time I went here I thought I was in heaven, the second time I went for lunch it was just meh. Dinner seemed to be better though I personally would rather spend the high cost of a plate elsewhere if I had to choose. Nothing particularly wrong with this place at all, clean & friendly service and good eats. I just really have a hard time justifying the full meal costs for the amount you will actually end up consuming. We all know buffet or bottomless places cost more but I'm not keen on a second mortgage for a dinner. Give it a try though, Brazilian steak houses are popping up faster than Brazilian waxes became popular.

Decent, could have been better Stopped in for lunch, first customers in! It was very cold, but not biggie the waiter explained how Rodizio's system worked (just like other Brazilian steakhouses so I was aware) and hit the salad bar. The salad bar had plenty of other side dishes besides salad, so much so that you could only eat that and be full. Not only that but there were appetizer dishes that came around for the table. Unfortunately I did not care for most of the appetizers (fried bananas, polenta). The meat that came around was what I was looking forward to. Sadly the only meat I liked that was passed through was wings. Most all the other meats were either dry or did not have enough seasoning. It was a fast plentiful meal, but could have been better from a meat standpoint

This place is amazing! The staff is for the most part great. The food is fantastic! The atmosphere is great. The reasoning for the 4 rating is due to the slightly high prices (however if you eat enough endless meat, you get your monies worth) & the parking situation is difficult but that can be because of the downtown location. Overall, great place w/ delicious food!

I'm not sure who could come to this place and say it has too much meat, that's kinda the point of a Brazilian STEAKhouse. Also, I don't understand the comment about the staff was too friendly. Unless you just want slaves to serve you, they are people. I like the fact that dining her, you feel like you are dining with friends.

Good selection of meat and Brazilian side dishes. One of the few places where you can get chicken hearts. It gets busy around lunch time. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
