We placed an online order for our staff from here. The order was exactly correct (which is rare for many other restaurants in this area!). The sandwiches were excellent and the order was ready when they said it would be. We wanted to have it delivered but online said no more delivery times were available for the day. Other than that disappointment, we were very pleased. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

I was coaxed into going to this place with high expectations. Apparently this is a fantastic sandwich shop. I agree, however the person giving the opinion is also lactose intolerant and allergic to peanuts and treenuts. When a person misses that much of their taste palate, I have a habit of doubting opinions. However, he wasn't exactly wrong. The place is cozy, a quick joint serves up just right sizes of sandwich, toasted just right and slathered in extra. [and in my case - mayonnaise]. pretty damn delicious actually I would say. I had a mushroom melt skinny which is just right for under 400 calories which is fantastic and warm, even better. Only word of advice, don't sit by the door. It is drafty up in there. at least you have a sandwich to keep you warm. Maybe a man without the taste of dairy can have a good opinion.

I love Potbelly's but this one needs some work. The food is fine, like all other Potbelly's, but their workers and the vibe in there was an issue when I went in. The guy taking my order mumbled quietly not even looking at me so I couldn't understand what he was saying. Then as I was eating, him and another coworkers started yelling at each other back and forth... Was very unprofessional and not comfortable to be around.

I just got their A Wreck sandwich (BIG) - Not Big!!! I opened my sandwich at home and what a major disappointment. When I think of Potbellys, I think (fully stuffed), again, NOT. The price is not worth the meat you get on your sandwich. I would suggest you go to Jimmy Johns instead. At least they stuff their sandwiches. The manager even offered to pay for my next meal. This was so bad that it is not even work my time for a free meal.

In the world of sandwiches the Earl is king, but we don't have those around here so Potbelly is the next best while Which Wich is a solid 3 and Subway is a 2. All other sandwich shops fall in between here and Subway. My go to is the turkey bacon BLT with the Italian coming in at a close second and the chicken cheddar third. The hot peppers are a must to any sandwich even if it's only a small bit and the applewood smoked bacon is off the hook. I am a big guy and I usually just get the regular size on the original bread and it fills me up without chips. The milkshakes and cookies especially are to die for, in fact the brownie chocolate chip may give you a heart attack because of how good it is. Subway has nothing on the cookies here. The restaurant is laid out pretty well to handle long lines without any congestion areas and when the lines get really long they move faster than any chipotle as they break out and iPad and start taking orders as soon as you walk in the door. So don't be scared of the line is out the door, it will move along very very fast, something other restaurants should take note of. Bonus: at lunch they often have live music featuring just a single local artist and a guitar. I don't know of any other sandwich shops that can claim that? My only complaint is the water cups are really small and I need to get at least two to make it through my meal.

It's been over 2 years since I last had Potbelly, because I really did not like the sandwich the first time I went, so I wrote them off. That was the campus location, and recently they opened up this location on Olentangy. I pass by it several times a day, and it's less than 5 minutes from me. Well, last night I wanted to order something quick, but no delivery sounded good, and my girlfriend had never tried Potbelly, so I finally gave in. Twice in the past week have I been wrong about a place, and that's what happened last night. We both tried the Italian sub and really liked it a lot. The spices they add are great, and the ingredients are fresh. This location had great guy behind the counter that was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back again, and now I'm going to have to find anyone I told to not go here and take back my words.

Very poor customer service. Forgot my soup on my last order so I called to let them know and talked to Zach. Came back a couple weeks later to get the sandwich he said I could get as compensation for the forgotten soup. The staff didn't remember, it wasn't documented and Zach didn't remember. So very poor service won't be coming back. Why don't restaurants err on the side of customer service instead of treating customers with this trust? Lame.

Nice way to get a quick sandwich. Good bread. Reasonably priced. Consistent. Nothing spectacular but certainly not a disappointing lunch. The definition of three stars.

Wow, I guess I'm a Potbelly booster. We needed something quick but decent after a sweaty Sunday, so we swung by here. The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly. Also: free wifi... Sweetie had a turkey sub with bacon, and enjoyed it. I had a roast beef on their flatbread, chili, and potato salad. The sandwich was great- good meat, fresh veggies, good bread. The chili was my style: thick, meaty, full of flavor. The potato salad was pretty good, even though not my usual choice of styles: there was no mustard or egg that I could find. It was creamy, with perfect potatoes. I also had a fruit smoothie, which was decent but not great. This location is kinda out of our way normally, but it's nice to know it's here.

It was ok. I gave it a try after numerous of my co-workers had suggested it as being awesome and better than any other. I found my sandwich to be very greasy, leaking with oil, slathered with mayo, and lacked substance when it came to the inside of the sandwich.

It's "meh." That's all there is to be written about this place. I'm sure it does a good business with the corporate buildings around but the quality/quantity of food doesn't really add up to the prices. I'd go there again if I thought I was going to die of starvation as I happened to be driving by, but I can't see myself making plans on the front end to eat there again.
