Love the croissants they are flaky and delicious. Just wish they didn't run out of them every single day I visit them. The food is freshly made the service is quick even during lunch hour and you never feel rushed to get out at any of their locations. Come chat with friends, come read, come do homework, no need to feel like you are being rushed out the door. It truly is all about the experience.

You know, I just can't hate on Panera. They have a ton of menu options, tons of treats, tons of great coffees... and free wifi! The buck stops there when it comes to pleasing this customer. While this location isn't always the cleanest or the quickest, they continue to deliver a consistent product, which I can greatly appreciate. You can't go wrong with one of their salads. It's my number one choice - with a lemonade. Enjoy!

I'm a huge fan of Panera, whether it's panini's, bagels or the soup....today I found the Mac n Cheese, on my goodness, it was the absolute best. If you haven't had this, and you love creamy, chessey goodness, you must try it!

Ambience & interior: It's a Panera Bread. The food: I like the spinach & bacon souffle, I like the chai, & I like broccoli cheddar soup. They also have pretty good salads, & also the pastries/cookies are good. This location: Pretty good. I've been here plenty of times & for the most part they're on point.....but, there was one occasion where I was given cold broccoli cheddar soup. I called & they gave me a free soup on my next trip, which I appreciated.

Stopped here because I was craving salad and soup. I generally never have any complaints when it comes to Panera; it's always fresh, the bread is soft, and the food is delicious. This location disappointed me big time. It was the dinner hour; there were 20+ people sitting and already eating. There was one person on the register, and six people ahead of me. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad with a cup of the broccoli cheese soup to go. Once I got home (Panera is literally round the corner), the soup appeared as though it had been the bottom of the barrel. There was no broccoli in it, and it was the "dried out" kind of soup that you know they had been wanting to get rid of. I was that lucky girl. The salad had wilted lettuce, and they definitely skimped on the chicken. The croutons were so hard, I just spit it out, because it wasn't worth chipping a tooth over. The next time I decide to have Panera, I will definitely be going out of my way for it, instead of stopping here. I just felt at the dinner hour, when you know you'll have customers, you should make sure everything is actually made to order and fresh. Ya know what I'm saying?

I would give Panera 4 or even 5 stars for their salads and sandwhiches but have to take one off for the price and one for that fact that I did not like one of their pastries. The first time I went here I got a big box of assorted pastries, Bear claw, Pecan roll, Cinnamon roll, Cookies, Muffins and paid the steep price since they looked really good. Unfortunatly looks are decieving and really none of them were worth more than $3 each! It took me a while to come back for lunch but when I did I enjoyed it alot but was still hungry as the portions are small and expensive, I mean who wants to go out to eat and leave hungry?!! I had the large Asian Sesame Salad (If this was large, I don't even want to see the small...?!!) My husband had the steak and roast beef paninis and they were tiny! He loved the taste and said it were some of the best sandwiches he's ever had but for that price you would have to gett about 5 for your moneys worth and to get full. So in all if I am ever rich and on a diet I would come back, otherwise they are better places to get lunch like Northstar.

A good bakery serving coffee, breakfast and lunch on-the-go, decorated nicely with a comfortable seating area near a fire-place where you can get online with your ipad through free wifi, Panera has a Starbucks feel focusing more on pastries and bread, popping everywhere in Columbus it seems! There's a microwave you can use if you want to heat up your treat or sandwich and a fountain drink to refill on your ice water, etc. I like the self-serve idea in this cafe style venue, I fancy the cheese pastry but I'm still hooked on the international coffeehouse chain ;)

I love Panera, and it is easily my favorite restaurant - BUT - I hate this location. I live nearby so I frequently stop in on my way to work. I pretty much get the same thing every time: frozen mango for breakfast and a salad for my lunch. The staff has made comments like, "I'm not doing another cafe order" when the cashier calls out that a cafe order was placed in the morning. On a few occasions, they have not bothered to prepare all the supplies for the day and rather than go back and get what they need to make my salad, they leave items that should be on it out. I don't know how many times I have sat down at work to eat my lunch and find that I got no chips, salad dressing, croutons, or I got a really small salad because the lazy bum at the counter could not be bothered enough to go get more lettuce. Also, one of the ladies that works there (I don't recall her name but she looks like Suze Orman), is a total B. It's not my fault you are one step up from slinging hash so slow your roll and don't give attitude when I am ordering food!

Thank god for Panera when you are looking for a double Americano on your way out of town to drive 7 hours to Washington, DC, after driving for three days from Colorado Springs. If you are looking for espresso, you are going to have better luck finding a Panera than a Starbucks. And despite what people might tell you, Tim Horton's does not have espresso.
