Typical Panera, but conveniently has a drive thru! Last year I was a frequent visitor of the Grandview and Sawmill Panera's, eating almost weekly for lunch or breakfast. My review is not just of this Panera but all in general. Increasing prices and decreasing portion sizes plague this franchise. While I am sure they are making millions in revenue from decreasing the portion sizes, I continually leave hungry after getting my staple of a pick 2. I no longer can eat lunch for under $10, or if my wife joins for less than $20. Furthermore, the soup and salad portion sizes are not appropriate for a normal sized adult. The now "pick 2" soup size is pathetic, and even the $6 bowl size is not enough for a meal. Don't get me wrong, the food is very delicious, but I have a hard time stomaching $25 for a lunch for 2 at a chain bakery. I can go down the street and get a full sized lunch or dinner for $20 at several local establishments in the Grandview Yard area. Even cheaper, I can goto Giant Eagle Market District and get a HUGE sub and soup for 2, for about $10. If I was first coming to this restaurant, I probably would think differently about things given that the food is good, but I will personally be limiting my visits here to only bagels and coffee given the price hike and decrease in portion size. TLDR: Increasing prices, decent food, decreasing portion sizes leaving my wife and I longing for more.

This is easy... $10.36 for 2 cups of tea!...time to say Hello Tim Hortons! Food is quite good...locations are all quite nice. Tea isn't better or worse than good ole Timmy's...but 3x the price.

This location is great with customer service they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I frequent Paneras often and was pleased that even as they expand with new locations they continue to hire quality managers such as Kevin. Great food and service I am sold!

I don't frequent Panera very often, but I have enjoyed the food I've eaten there. This past weekend I ended up having it twice, since the girlfriend loves it, and this new location opened up at Grandview Yard. This one in particular has a drive thru window, which is pretty awesome and could get me to actually give it a go on my own. We went Saturday and Sunday morning, and both times there was no wait in the drive thru, and they were super friendly. I haven't seen the inside yet, but I'm assuming it's really nice, since the place just opened less than a month ago. As far as food goes, I had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, and it was all right. The Everything bagel I got wasn't anything special, and they don't use the highest quality bacon. I've had their lunch items and salads though, and I really like those a lot. The Italian sub is legit, and the bread they use for it is awesome. Coffee was OK, but honestly, I think I'd rather have Starbucks if it were to come down to the two. Long story short, this place is very convenient and quick, but I'd stick to their lunch and dinner options.

Portion is really small while price is too high. I ordered half salad and half grilled cheese from drive thru. When I opened it I almost thought it was a kids meal. Salad around $4 grilled cheese $3

Always on time with my rapid order, everything is fresh and yummy! Not too crowded which is nice. A great lunch spot.
