This irresistible den of culinary shame is exactly what crappy, square-cut, Midwestern style pizza is supposed to be. Greasy and alarmingly cheap. It's no better or worse than Donato's and it costs half as much. Don't be fooled by a little extra pepperoni and corn dusted crust. It's all still greasy crap on a cracker. At least OSP doesn't have the bile smell that Donato's does. I like to get my pizza via carry out and you should too. A large will set you back around 8 bucks and it will almost be ready by the time you finish your call. If you are in the mood for OSP, you aren't in the mood to wait on delivery, I assure you. Once you get home, you can turn off the lights and shove this delightful nastiness in your mouth while you sit in the corner and cry over life decisions. For those who do opt for delivery, they deliver beer. It's not just beer in 12 ounce containers, but also of the 40 ounce variety. Again, if you are in the mood for OSP, you aren't stopping at 12 ounces of liquid amnesia. If you are looking for an appropriate wine pairing, I noticed Boone's Farm on the top shelf of their cooler. A nice option for pretending you are too good for 40 ounce beers.

If you want gourmet, get your fancy, panpered a** some gourmet and shut the c**t up. If you want affordable, independent pizza, my wife and I hit up OSP during the week. It's cheap, fast, and greasy. Not that we don't like an awesome pizza, but sometimes I love a good mom-n-pop dive. [Never dealt with their delivery service, as I'm a more efficient driver than most.] Junk food at it's finest (4 times out of 5).

It is what it is. Cheap pizza, cheap toppings, and lots of grease. The sauce really has no taste to it what so ever. But if you are having a drunk hunger attack and need beer and cigarettes delivered, call them up. Quite honestly that is the only reason we tried them. No one was sober enough to drive so why not have the beer and cigs delivered. This has to be the first pizza I ever ate that I could not eat cold the next day. Which I generally love. Tasted like old cardboard. The delivery was quick and the driver was polite. I most likely will not eat it again unless I run out of beer and cigs when drunk.

This has got to be the worst delivery pizza I have ever eaten. I'll be honest with you, I haven't ordered from here in at least 7 years. I haven't been broke enough that I had to consider it in that long. However, it has it's redeeming qualities, which are as follows: 1) Cheap as hell. With the right coupon you can get an extra large pizza for like $5 or $6. It's greasy, cheaply made, but edible in a pinch. 2) Late, late, late delivery. They deliver until 4am or so. So as the night wears on, they sound better and better (since everything else is gonna be closed). However, King's is open until 4 as well, and has a better pie. 3) Beer and cigarette (ew) sales. They deliver beer and cigarettes...and uh...they deliver it during all operating hours. Let me just put it that way. And if I can drop another hint, um, I used to order from here way more before I turned 21, if you catch my drift. Ohio State Pizza gets one star for food, but I'm bumping it up to two for their fringe benefits.

I ordered from this establishment a couple of years ago. Maybe I'm just being my characteristically paranoid self, but over the phone, I got the impression that Ohio State Pizza thought I was funny for actually making use of its services. Even the delivery guy had a smirk on his face while he was at my door. Meh. The pizza is mediocre but filling. Two stars--no more, no less.
