I came in for today's promotion "Lose an hour, Gain a doughnut." I love my doughnut as always but the atmosphere and cleanliness ruined the experience. Service was alright. The drive thru had no cars so that cashier came over to help serve. The center aisle of condiments was a bit obtrusive given that they don't encourage a 1-way line around the ordering stand to cashier to exiting the line. Restroom: I almost expelled my doughnut in here. It was gross. Just merely looking at the toilet - you could tell it had not been cleaned for days and there is no care in maintaining it. The paper towel roll was just sitting on top the dispenser so hopefully no child below 4'6" goes by himself because he won't reach it.

I'm not a big doughnut person, but when they taste this good, I might become one. Fast service, friendly staff, quality food. No complaints here. I'll be back...maybe after a few trips to the gym though.

When I lived in Australia, if you uttered the words Krispy Kreme people would flock to you as if you were a prophet about to deliver the secret to life. As there were only a handful of them throughout the country (and mostly in airports) it wasn't hard to find people arranging for special pickups of donuts at all hours straight from Sydney airport during the quick 5 minute layover they had in Brisbane.... The 'handover' was like a covert operation that eerily appeared to resemble that of a successful drug deal taking place- until the green and white polka dot boxes were revealed...then there was the dash and run. Again, like a drug deal (I would imagine). Fast forward to present day... Now, back in Columbus, the closest I have gotten to KK since I arrived back in the States has been the stretch of highway on 670 where you can smell the wonderful smell of fresh-baked donuts oozing into your car as you drive. Why is that when I myself bought into the feverish obsession with KK while in Australia? .....and now- nothing. I love them but in Australia they seemed so special and rare. I don't know where I'm going with this really. I love Krispy Kreme and everything about it. I have never had a bad donut from there. I wish they would come back and be the 'it' thing again- like Pinkberry in L.A. The donut industry has a hole and is rapidly leaking deflating (hilariously bad analogy I know) BUT I say we all ban together and breathe some life back into what was once the King of all Donuts. Let's do it people!!!!!!!!!!

Someone forgot to tell the people of Ohio that Krispy Kreme is going out of business, and I'm glad they did because I've missed this place. I'm not much of a donut person, but I like theirs - they melt in your mouth unlike the stale-tasting Dunkin Donuts. I hope KK can recover from their poor management and become more prevalent as I was happy to get "Hot Donuts Now".

Warm, light, moist, melt in your mouth, and fluffy. I can't believe I have never visited before. I am not a fan of Krispy Kreme donuts as I usually buy them at the gas station and have stopped buying them the last few years. I walked in here around 8 pm at night as was treated to this warm, scrumptious goodness. They hand one to you free of charge, right off the conveyor belt. I will think of stopping in here for an evening dessert the next time I am in the area. I also had a good cup of iced coffee here. I really enjoyed my 15 minutes inside this bastion of fried goodness. I bought a Mocha donut for the next morning. This morning I remember why I don't like Krispy Kreme, the donut was a little dry and the cream was not evenly distributed throughout the whole donut. I will eat them fresh but stay away from day old donuts.

Came in for groupon donuts. KK has best donuts ever. My favorite is the traditional glazed - light, fluffy, and full of sweet gooey goodness. I could eat 2 dozen by myself probably.

I have picked up donuts via the drive-thru a few times over the years and the last time, about a month ago, I went to get donuts to take advantage of an email special. After I got to the window, the young lady told me the special was for the following week. I knew she was wrong, but I didn't feel like pulling up the email on my phone, so I just left. It was irritating. Anyway, I stopped this morning and went inside because I had my own coffee cup I wanted filled and I had a free donut valentine to redeem. I was immediately handed a warm original glazed as a "free sample" because the light in the window was on. Um, LOVE that. I got an additional donut and my coffee and was on my way. Great customer service by Morgan.

How can you not love krisly kreme? I am usually all for local, family run businesses, shell out extra for organic and avoid chains, but for Krispy Kreme I gladly make an exception! I had a coupon for BOGO dozen and even though I was dissapointed the free dozen would only be original glazed I have to thank Krispy Kreme because the were YUMMY!!!!! I had never tried original glazed before, I always go for chocolate, filled, the more the better, but the original have their own taste to them, fried, fluffy, light and oh so good! I love every flavor and enjoy coming here no matter which location and I love their hot chocolate too! Coffe isn't the best around, but who can resist hot choclate and a fresh donut, I feel like a kid again!

The holiday donuts are great: red velvet, Christmas sprinkles, wreath, and snowman. My favorite KK donuts are custard filled, maple icing, and sour cream cake. If the red light is on, the glazed are fresh and they will give you a free one!

Who doesn't like donuts?!? When you go when the lights are on you know they're baking and frying fresh donuts! Can't go wrong there. Not diet food!

Excellent original glazed! They were cooked perfectly and the staff is friendly. Place is clean and their hot sign seems to be on for a good long time in the evening.

I don't know what happened to this location but they consistently put out old, stale tasting donuts. The only exception of course being the hot light special of the traditional glazed. But if you want anything else, they're hard, cold and a crap shoot as to whether or not they taste like oil. Today put the nail in the proverbial coffin for us on this location. When I go to get a Ghostbuster Stay Puft Man marshmallow donut, I expect two things. 1) It will look like the Stay Puft man that you have on your website and 2) it should be relatively fresh tasting. I got neither. We took one bite and threw it back in the bag and threw them away. It tasted like stale oil. Hard, gross and did NOT resemble anything other than a colorless pumpkin. Look, if I'm paying extra for the friggin' hat, you'd better tilt the dang pumpkin to the side, put on his little blue hat with red sash thingy on the top and hand it over. I have attached a pic comparing what they're advertising on their website vs. what we got when we went there. (Oh and Stay Puft was our only option because they were completely out of the other design. I can only imagine what those looked like.) I have seen TONS of pics on KK's FB page with dozens of these donuts made correctly which just proves this location is getting lazy. Sad. Used to be my favorite.

I feel like such a fatty writing a review for a doughnut place. I'm probably expanding just thinking about it. Anyway, I'd never really cared for Krispy Kreme in the past. Probably because the only other time i'd tasted a doughnut from here....it wasn't too fresh. I met a group of friends here a few weeks ago and boy, was I surprised. I'll put it this way, if I'd known how good the doughnuts really were when I first had them (which was a few years ago)...I'd be big as a boat. I was coaxed into getting a hot fresh one that had just been made and it was glorious! So....then I bought a dozen and took home. The customer service was good. It's a doughnut place...not a whole lot can really go wrong. I'll certainly be back! YUM!!

Had a groupon for 2 dozen donuts. which is way too many for a household of two people and one small dog. donuts were hot and delicious and i have zero regrets. other than the fact that i probably have diabetes now.

can't say I'm a fan of Krispy Kreme at all, I prefer Dunkin Donuts or Tim Hortons. Just a personal preference over a more cake type donut vs a gooey yeast thing that is just coated in glaze.

My friend was adamant and passionate about me trying their donuts when they have their " hot" sign on. So off we went and sure enough, their "hot" sign was on. We were greeted with a free sample = a whole, hot donut. The thing melted in my mouth! That being said, I was easily influenced to buy a half dozen of 3 varieties. Ya gotta go & go when the "hot" sign is on. Check for those times on their website.
