I love burgers but don't know what the hype is for this place. way too greasy for me and I don't care how many fries you dump in a bag they are all just limp soggy grease fries.....I like a good crisp french fry. Honestly the 2 most over hyped burgers in America are Five Guys and In and Out. I'll take Wendy's or Smashburger over both.

Awesome burgers. I prefer these over any other burgers. They are thicker than In-N-Out and other chains. This Five Guys is inside the mall (on the upper level), so kind of inconvenient to get to. It can get pretty busy but it's worth the wait. Recommend the Cajun Fries!

First time at five guys. The veggie cheese sandwich is quite good, and the fries were plentiful and hot. This five guys was busy but service was as fast as could be expected.

Didn't I review this already? Oh, well, it's been awhile. I'll do it again. We keep making the mistake of going to Easton on the weekend. Busy, chaotic, no fun- but we have to pick something up at a store, and eat while we're there. Five Guys is centrally located and is semi-fast, so we swung by today. I had a bacon burger and Cajun fries. The burgers are double-decker and are pretty good- kind of middle ground between fast food burgers and gourmet ones, quality and price-wise. Good meat, fair bun and toppings. The fries were heavily seasoned and a bit spicy; a small was more than enough for me. They have a few other sandwiches, hot dogs, etc. Service was very friendly, though the wait seemed long for how busy they were. Is it my top choice for a burger? No. "Good not great." But it's a decent one, fairly quickly, at a reasonable price.

I have found this one to be a bit slower than other 5 Guys, but I don't care. Everyone is friendly and the food is YUMMMMMM. The last time I was there I got a burger and pop, and they gave me fries. I told the guy I didn't order any, and he tells me, I know - I just thought you'd like some though :)

Great fresh cut french fries and real all beef burgers made they way you would make them at home - a little pricey but worth it! So Good...

Five Guys is good stuff, but I don't think it's anything to write home about. I enjoy it when I have it, but I don't crave it. Hence the three stars. The Easton location is convenient while shopping, but there's not too much space to eat if it's a busy time. Also, you kind of feel on display seated out on the balcony. That's not a big deal. The counter service is pretty efficient and they get the orders out rather quickly for them all being made to order. I like that they have alot of fresh topping for the burgers, but I usually stick to my standard (ketchup, mayo, lettuce, onion, tomato) I wish they offered a fried egg option! I like that the regular is two patties because: 1) calling it regular makes me feel like I'm not being a glutton and 2) the double patty makes the burger more substancial and feels more 'gormet' to me. I think the fries are absolutely delicious! I think it's cute how they denote where they are from. You can't beat properly cooked fresh cut fries! A couple of gripes. 1) The soda machine and condiments are is very cramped and if it's busy it's hard to get what you need easily. 2) The food is not very good when you get it to go. You need to eat this food hot off the grill/out of fryer or it just loses something. So, going to Five Guys is a sit down must for me. Five Guys offers a solid burger and fries for an OK price. It's a better deal and better product than the Press Burger at Press grill, but it's hard to compete with that fried egg. Can you get on that, Five Guys?!?!

The service was quick and courteous! We went to a table, right after someone got up, which they left dirty. So I asked the young man at the counter for a towel to wipe it, without hesitation he said,"I'll come out and do it.", and he immediately did! The food was awesome, as alway! I've been here many times, and they have been very consistent! Great job!!!

Been to 5 Guys many times. Hamburgers are good. Hamburgers for over $ 6. Better be up there in flavor and juicyness. Wrapping them could be a bit more neat. When opening the wrap you got too much stuff just laying in there. Smashbuger has a very professional clear container and the perception is just a step up. Their fries I would prefer over smashburgers because they are fresh cut. The last time I went in with my fam, there were 5 big black spots that were sticking out of the top of the fries. Pretty big. Cutting and picking out bad ones when cutting your own is part of making them fresh. Something someone should be trained to either remake not allowed to serve. $ 2.49 for a large and $ 3.49 for a medium, I expect more effort to make it right. This particular location has not peanuts either while waiting. I wonder the reason.

Great burgers, great fries, and the guys working couldn't have been nicer. We got there 2 minutes before closing and they happily took our order and continued to check on us until we were done eating. I was very impressed!

Conveniently located inside the Easton Mall, we were able to eat some great burgers and fries on our quick break from shopping. You order your burger and you pick your toppings. Good concept, but I can see someone holding up a line trying to figure out what they want on their burger. The food was delicious. Not quite as good as In n Out bugers that you would find in the West Coast but gave it a run for its money. I hear they're opening some franchise owned restaurants in the west coast. Cant wait.

The fries are good and a large portion but for the price.....no way! The burgers were a step up from Mcd's or Wendy's but just one step. Being from the west coast, In-N-Out trumps Five Guys any day and it's 1/2 the price.

Burgers are decent and if you like grease dripping down your arm, so are the fries.

I have only been eating hamburgers for little over a year. Tried Five Guys over the weekend. Not bad at all. Great flavor. There are tiny tiny onion flakes in the meat so it gives it a great taste. I would go back.

Five Guys at Easton was great! Perfectly cooked burger made to order and the fries are like visiting the fair, outstanding! A little pricey (around $10), but exactly what I was after. Great burger, great fries, great (and fast) service. Seating was a little cramped, but that's due to the popularity of the place. Can't fault them for that!

mmmm....mmmm......gooood!! i love a good burger and this place has them! =) you can put almost every topping you can think of on your burger or nothing at all for all the same price! I'm originally from Los Angeles/Orange County California and we have IN&OUT BURGER there, my fav!! but five guys is just as good! if i ever want a burger i will go here for sure!

Taste: 4 Value: 4 Service: 3 It's 8:30pm, and I still haven't eaten. Since I skipped dinner last night, I figured I should probably get something to eat, so I decide to drive to Easton and walk around the area. After walking for a couple minutes, I notice this Five Guys place in the mall. Since one of my friends recommended it, I thought I'd at least give it a try. Was that a mistake. I opted for the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it, along with a side of regular fries. I never order fries, but I figured I might as well here since it seemed to be a staple. Total was almost $10 ($7 for burger and $3 for fries). I decided to get a little bit of relish, since I've never had that on a burger before (you can ask for additional special toppings). At first, I was surprised by the price - "$7 for a simple bacon cheeseburger? It's not even really gourmet." And then the food came. The burger itself was massive; instead of a regular bacon cheeseburger from McD, it ended up being a huge bacon double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, relish, mayo, mustard, ketchup. The thing was so big I could hardly fit it into my mouth (that's what she said). The fries were surprisingly good - not too salty, and fresh. These guys (see what I did there?) definitely know how to make their burgers and fries. And they don't skimp either. They packed my cup with fries, and then some. So much that it overflowed and covered my burger. I had to eat like 10-15 fries before I could finally take my burger out of the bag. I think it's crappy that they put it all in a bag even if you're eating there. However, I felt so sick after finishing it that it just wasn't worth it. The entire time, I was imagining myself on the Food Channel, with Jamie Oliver yelling at me in the background in his British accent, "Those burgers are gonna kill you." Back to avoiding burgers I go.

The experience at the Easton Five Guys is way different from the other ones I've visited, and before it opened I wasn't sure how they were going to make it work. There's hardly any seating and the waiting area for your burgers seems ridiculously cramped. And it is. Those are the two reasons that this Five Guys isn't getting a five, because otherwise it is perfect. The burgers are perfectly done, and the toppings are always generously distributed. I always order the little cheeseburger because one patty is plenty for me, and once it's covered in tomato, mustard, grilled onions and pickles it's very, very filling. The fry sizes are sort of ridiculous, and my husband and I can split a large between us with some left over. They have vinegar sitting out for the fries, too, which is always a plus with me, but even without it the fries are well-textured and well-salted so they can be eaten without. The prices aren't cheap, but they aren't bad either, and you're definitely look at under ten per person which is on par to the other interior restaurants and much cheaper than what's found in the outdoor areas. Burgers then a movie? Best date night ever!

After trying Five Guys for the first time in Washington, DC, I had been waiting for another chance to partake of their awesome fries. The fries from this location were as good as the first ones I had at the Dupont Circle restaurant in DC. Fell in love with them all over again. And the grilled cheese sandwich is a golden-brown perfect match to the fries.
