Not as good the last few times I went here... interesting, because it was amazing earlier in 2014 when I started going for the first time. What could have changed? The fries and burgers both, they just don't taste as good now.

I had never been to Five Guys until recently!! I am very picky about burgers. I do not like thick burgers...1/4 pound is the biggest I will go, so I was pretty happy to find out Five Guys has burgers that are not massive. They also have grilled onions, which is always awesome. I was very happy with my burger, and will probably go back a few times a month. Now, I always hear amazing things about FG's fries, and they were actually the most disappointing part of my meal. They weren't BAD, but they weren't crispy and there was too much seasoning. I like well done, crispy fires. That said, I'd still order them again, but maybe see if I can get them a little more well done. I got my order pretty quickly, but I went at an off hour and there were only a few people in the place.

A great option if you want something quick. This location is always pretty empty so there is never a long wait. I appreciate being able to completely customize my burger. At the order counter there is a list of options and you order everything you would like, even ketchup. The best part about Five Guys is the fries. Not only are they good but the quantity is plentiful. A regular can easily be split into two generous portions.

This is VERY big store on Bethel just down from Micro Center. At the time I was there it was virtually empty. I ordered a single patty with grilled onions, LT, & pickles. I also asked the fellow to take it off the grill at the medium rare/medium well stage. IOW, don't cook it till it's dead. That did the trick. My burger tasted like a burger ought to taste and it was much larger than the "quarter pounders" that you get from Wendy's, etc. And the tab was $3.99 plus tax. I consider that to be a pretty good deal.

Stopped in on the way to a movie on the 4th; not too many places open at 10pm that day. It's a typical Five Guys, which is to say decent food. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan- they're good burgers, but most definitely not great ones. The fries are my favorite part, and even they are good not great. This time I had just grilled burgers, so I got a hot dog. It was good, the bun was good. Again, not great. But good enough. Combine that with good service and a decent place to sit for a bit, and it's fine.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, fast, and offered cups of water for those of us waiting. Huge improvement from last time I was in. I will drive the extra 15 min just to go to this location.

In the words of the great Samuel L. Jackson "This is a tasty burger!" Fresh ingredients. Big location. And I love the Freestyle Coke Machine. STAY AWAY from the BBQ SAUCE THOUGH (yuck!) Bacon Cheeseburger 1-5=4. Fries 1-5=5. BBQ sauce 1-5=1.

I agree with the other reviewer, not worth the price. The burgers were ok, nothing special. Truthfully I was expecting this "party in your mouth" thing going on, after hearing all the hype about this place, but that didn't happen. I'd like to start by saying that it took forever for us to get our food. I'll let this kind of thing slide if the place is slammed with people, but there weren't that many people there at the time, as we hit it between lunch and dinner hours. Not only that, there had to have been at least 10 people behind the counter. Not many customers and they looked to be overstaffed.... so why is it taking so long to get my food??? We were dining in. Our food was finally cooked. The guy brings us over 2 bags and plops them down on the counter in front of us. Bags??? Really??? During a dine-in experience??? If we're going to pay that much money for the food, for crying out loud, at least give us trays. So we get to the table. Since we have no trays, we've no choice but to split the bags open and use that as our plate. I felt like a complete moron, trying to rip the bag so that I can use it as a 'tray' for the food, but not rip it so much that the fries go flying everywhere. It was very awkward. I looked at my boss, who was dining with me that day, and said "This is ridiculous." My boss agreed. We were dining in and paying a restaurant tax for that privilege. We should at least be given trays. Okay, enough rippage on the tray (oops, I mean NON-tray) situation, I think I made my point. The fries. Gee, what can I say? I've never eaten such bland, limp fries in all my life. Again, the burger was fine. Pretty tasty, but nothing that screams THE BEST BURGERS IN THE ENTIRE U.S. OF A. But yeah... the fries... those poor, limp, salt-less meaty things were looking mighty sad lying on that bed of brown paper that only reminded me of how much fat I was consuming from all of the grease stains. I think next time I'll just hit Wendy's.

I'd heard of Five Guys but never been there, so I was excited to see one opening in my neighborhood. They just opened yesterday, so my wife went to pick some up for lunch today. Because they're so new, I'll withhold comment on minor negatives like burger construction (which I assume will get better as their new employees gain experience). Overall, it was not really worth the price. The food tasted fine but nothing special. The burger patties are thick and juicy, but also kind of oily and bland. Condiments were nice and fresh, and their choice of pickles is excellent. By wrapping the burger in foil rather than paper, the extra oil excreting from the meat turned the exterior of the bun into a kinda sloppy mess. The burger was passable. The fries, on the other hand, were both cooked and packaged in a way that should embarrass a restaurant with "Burgers and Fries" right there in its name. The thick cut fries were a nice dark color, indicating they had spent plenty of time in hot oil, but they were limp and mealy on the inside. My guess is they were only cooked once, which is just plain WRONG. The cashier pointed out to my wife that they were "lightly salted". I'm not sure they were salted at all. After being improperly cooked, they were packed tightly into a paper cup, where any fries that did not fall off the top continued to steam and turn soggy before they were eaten. I rarely use ketchup on my fries; these were so bland I found it necessary before I simply gave up and threw the limp, wet fries away. If the prices were lower, I would be happy to return in a few weeks to see if things improved at all. $20 for two burgers, two drinks, and one order fries, however, puts this out of my interest range even if the food does get better. I won't be going back.

I've gotten food from this location on several occasions, and I have no complaints. If you like Five Guys, then I don't think you should have any problems here. It is a bit pricier than other fast food places, but the burgers and fries are better than many other places, so I feel good about it. Plus, they give you a ridiculous amount of fries, even if you get the small size, so I figure you're getting your money's worth. Also, you can order your food from the Five Guys app to make the experience even speedier if you feel so inclined.
