Not the best location out there. Didn't have a great experience. The food wasn't very fresh. We ordered 2 breakfast bagels, a muffin, and a lox and cream bagel. Lox and cream is one of my favorites, what I ate here was just ok. My first time ordering a egg and cheese on a plain bagel here; and it wasn't edible. The eggs were plastic, the cheese was plastic, and the bagel was stale. I was glad to have my toasted lox and cream bagel as backup. Babe got egg and turkey sausage....not as good as it normally is from other Einstein Bagels shops. The blueberry muffin, which I normally love, was also stale and had that flavor of sitting too long in a musty fridge. All I can say is at least I had a decent lox and cream bagel.

Definitely not the best Einstein experience I've had, but not too horrible. I had a coupon, so we drove out to this location (the closest) to take advantage of it. The 15 minute drive was already pretty far for a lunch hour trek, and the fact that the food took almost as long to get didn't help! I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. They were out of the whole wheat bagel it comes on, so I had to go with the thin wheat. The avocado was really sparse, with barely any spread with the exception of some odd chunks in one or two places. I tasted it on its own and it tasted off to me; not sure if it was bad or what, but it didn't taste great. The bacon was way too hard, also inexplicably. Every time I bit into it, it gave the sensation of biting into something I wasn't supposed to. The turkey was okay. The sauce was put on pretty haphazardly, apparently, because it was all over the wrapper. The potato salad it came with was pretty good. The pickle that it apparently came with leaked all over the bag, so I wasn't a fan of that. My boyfriend's lox bagel was pretty good; if we come back, next time I'll stick with that. I prefer Bruegger's, just based on the experiences I've had between the two recently, but if I have a coupon or a reason to go back, I'll probably head to an Einstein location on High St.

Every time we come back to Columbus, we stop in here. We actually route our trips with Einstein in mind. Ive never had a less than great experience. Highlights: * friendly, helpful staff * food delivery was super fast * great menu, and everything is almost always available * clean, except for the table my daughter wanted to sit at. People had just left and the busser didn't have time to clean it before she claimed it. We will always make time to stop at Einstein Bros. Now, if we could just get them to open a shop in WV!

I love the breakfast sandwiches here.. The food is awesome .. The two stars is for the employee working the drive thru. She was a heavier set woman and her uniform has so much crud and gunk and dried up hard food or stains on it that it was completely unappetizing. When working in food you should either wear an apron or keep your uniform clean enough that your guests aren't grossed out. I work in a restaurant so I'm pretty accepting to a lot of mistakes; however, cleanliness is not one of them.

Went this morning to order breakfast...it wasn't a complicated order...3 lox on toasted everything bagels with light cream cheese, one toasted everything bagel with light cream cheese.pretty easy , right? Not for the young man at the window. He was slow and rude. Asked to speak to his manager, he yells over, " hey Mary, this lady wants to tell you I'm mean." Lol. I said not only, is he not nice, his sarcasm is unappreciated. Her response was that she knew. If you know you have a problem employee, then why do you still have him working with customers? Lol

Bagels are bagels but they do make a mean lox ... the only reason I go here admittedly.

Sweetie gave me a coupon and I was nearby, so I popped in. The service was great mid-afternoon. I had the Italian turkey panini, with potato salad as my side. Reading reviews on here I was worried about portion size, but it was plenty. The bread and veggies were good. The turkey, though fine, was very bland. Ah, well. I also grabbed an Asiago bagel to go; heated up later, it was a nice snack. And had a sort of cherry strudel bagel for breakfast the next morning; very very good. Overall, it is a bit pricey, and not someplace I'll stop often, but for a decent bagel or lunch it's handy.

The staff was awesome the coffee wasn't bad. Got an ice coffee. Super quick service. I do like the bagel sandwiches and bagels better. So the four stars is more food based :)

I've been in here a couple of times now. My experiences all seem similar. They have quite a selection of bagels, breakfast items, sandwiches and latte's. The elevated menu board can be a bit of a task for deciphering what you wish to order. When I've stopped in, it was usually for a breakfast item and latte. I found the available menu pictures are confusing which menu item they go with. Point, if there is a specific item you want. That, or ask questions. Service has been mediocre. Staff always seemed preoccupied and sometimes just hanging around. It has been a challenge to find clean tabletops when dining in. Although there is plenty of parking spaces, navigating Sawmill to get to the location can pose its own challenges. When I go here, it is usually because I am looking for one of their deli style bagels as there are not many offerings in the surrounding area. Otherwise, there are other coffee shops that are more convenient.

Stopped by to grab a quick breakfast. Bagels had been freshly baked - ended up grabbing a half dozen to take home. My wife and daughter loved them, especially the cinnamon sugar bagel with honey nut cream cheese. I also ordered a skim latte that was served piping hot and was good. Service was prompt and efficient.

Einstein has some soft, delicious bagels and their cream cheese shmears take the taste over the top. Coffee is pretty tasty. Also, they make a great lunch with their pizza bagels. I feel like the menu is over priced for their offerings, but it's not bad enough that'd I'd decline an invitation to go there: I just don't think I'd go on my own. ALSO. NO WiFi ???!!!!????

Great coffee with a good variety, great bagels with a great variety of bagels and spreads, good sandwiches. It has a nice decor, good fixins in the coffee bar, lots of drink choices. Overall it's a very nice place if you're not poor. It is WAY overpriced though. You'll pay $8 for a wee little sandwich that wouldn't fill up an anorexic model. The sandwiches are very good but it'll fit in the palm of your hand and all you get with it is maybe a spoonful of potato salad. Think of how many places you can get a full meal for that price. You can engorge yourself for less at a Chinese buffet. The prices here are just ridiculous. Clearly the upper crust of society is who they're targeting. This place has no wifi either. What self respecting coffee shop has no wifi? Even McDonalds has wifi for cryin out loud. Get with the times Einstein. All in all I like this place but I can't recommend it too highly not would I ever suggest being a regular here.

Love this place. It's so yummy. They have a gigantic variety of bagels and topping, as well as breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. They have lunch options also. The only negative is that every time I go here, its crowded. But its worth the wait.
