I order from this location atleast once a week and up to 3 times a week.. the pizza is inconsistent but yet I love the pizza.. I ordered tonight and was told by the "rude" girl that had taken my order that it was a 80 minute delivery wait.. and I was fine but disappointed by that. After waiting over 95 minutes I called to check on my order. After being placed on hold for almost 5 minutes i was told it was just now coming out of the oven and to how they were short handed and drivers did not show.. sorry, but that is not my concern. it just tells me that the manager cannot even manage her own store and instructs her employees to lie to customers. She only offered to give me a 10% discount for my wait. and when I called back later to ask for the corporate number and manager name, once again i was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and told how I am not their only concern and there are other customers that come first.. Thank you Rose.. because of you and your unprofessional way of not knowing how to run a pizza.. i will never experience a delivery from your establishment again.

Words cannot even begin to explain how terrible this location is. They ran out of mozzarella cheese and lied about calling and canceling my order. Not too mention it takes way too long for delivery.. Papa Johns all the way!!

Over the past 3 months I have had pizza delivered 3 times. I ordered online. Never had any issues. Sometimes the order took the full amount of time quoted, sometimes less. The pizzas was cooler this most recent time but still good and edible. The staff has been friendly and cool. No complaints.

It feels like a chain and it is a chain. Expect nothing less, and nothing more. I ordered delivery to my hotel late one night and was told it would be over an hour wait to get my pizza. Needless to say I was super bummed. But to my surprise they showed up a half hour later with my pizza! Yay! If I can give anyone any advice about this place, it's to order the Hawaiian pizza. For a chain, that pie was pretty dang good. The flavor combo was very different; and I was impressed!

Ordered two hours ago, told it would take one. Called three times to check on it, first two times, I was hung up on. The guy who answered was obviously high, couldn't hold more than one letter in his head at a time even after I spelled my name literally five times. Finally got through to a manager who didn't offer me anything for my trouble.

Ordered 4 large pizzas and a party salad for a work lunch meeting. The person taking the order seemed new and had a hard time entering everything. He ended up plugging in 10 salads and quoting me $165! he finally got the order correct and I paid over the phone with a credit card. I then received a return call that the credit card was deleted and they needed it again. I verified that it would not be charged twice, he assured me it would not. It was. When we received our order it was 4 large pizzas and one small side salad. We were still charged for the party salad. When I called to get it taken off my bill was told could only get a credit. Finally after I explained that the card belonged to an attorney who would call back they decided to remove the party salad from the bill. Very big hassle for such a simple order.

I don't usually write reviews especially negative ones but I have a problem with places that say your delivery will be within 30 minutes and don't show up until two hours later. I probably wouldn't have written this review if they were honest when I called 45 minutes into my wait time.. However instead of telling me it was going to take another hour or so they said it was on the way and should be there within "5-10" minutes. Maybe if that was the case, my food would have been warm and I wouldn't have waited 2 hours. Trust me - do not order here.

Said what do you expect on Friday night. The we called the manager. He copd a tude and hung up on us. Very poor buisness practice indeed.

MAN!!! Do I miss Donatos! It's still the place I miss the most about C-bus since moving to NC. Such great taste! I usually like thick crust pizza -- except Donatos. The spices are so great. AAAAHHHHH!!! For crying out loud, will someone build one of those in Raleigh?!? I would probably keep it afloat single-handedly...

This is my local Donatos - it's pretty good, very fast for me at least. The food is always nice enough; this is Donatos' home town so that's a given. Unlike certain other area chain pizza delivery places, they answer the phone in a timely fashion and don't forget you placed an order. At some point I'll try to have them deliver me lunch at work; I get dinner from here three to six times a month because I am laaaazy.
