Don't be discouraged by their crappy online ordering, this place is worth a try! It's basically Chipotle if Chipotle could cater to different cuisines. I love being able to get an Indian burrito, Thai burrito, etc. Also they have delicious smoothies (the only place that delivers smoothies that I know of) and huge, soft, tasty chocolate chip cookies. Currito is great for knocking out all my weird different cravings in one shot. I've eaten here maybe half a dozen times, and the service is great too. Timely deliveries, and once when I ate in-store, the manager gave me a $1 burrito coupon because my food was taking too long (at least he thought so, I still thought it was pretty quick!). I love that they have the option for whole wheat tortillas, too. My one wish is that their sauces (buffalo, tikka, peanut, etc) were thicker. They seem a tad runny to me. I was hoping their Thai burrito might be more like Northstar's, because I'd love to be able to get one of those burritos again, but without giving Northstar my business... admittedly they were incredibly tasty.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how good my burrito was. I got the Bangkok burrito which had a lot of good flavor from the cilantro lime rice, peanut sauce, and steak. The meat was tender and not over cooked. Overall the flavors went together very well. This place is definitely a step outside the box from your typical chipotle, and definitely worth a try! The salads looked delicious as well and everything had a great portion size.

I would definitely say to go ahead and try some of their pre-determined menu options. Currito has a bunch of different vegetables, sauces, meats, etc. to top your burrito or your bowl with. I was almost tempted to just mix-and-match to create my own bowl, but decided to go for the Chicken Tikka Masala on a whim and really enjoyed it. It can be a little daunting trying to pick a good combination of flavors when there are so many options, but their pre-determined menu options are pretty spot-on. The portion sizes are decent. The concept and interior decor really remind me of Chipotle or Piada, but for the last few times at least, Currito has always been less crowded compared to those 2 restaurants.

I love this place when I'm wanting a quick lunch on the go/in a hurry! (Good options for vegetarians/vegans too!) I much prefer it over chipotle because of the extra topping options and for some reason it tastes cleaner and a bit less oily. Highly recommend the mango salsa! Yummm. Just wish they had more locations!

I hate to have to give out my first 2 star review, but this place was just not that great. I was really hoping for a lot more, because the menu looked pretty interesting. I'll start by saying the service was friendly, but that's about it. I ordered the buffalo chicken burrito along with chips and salsa. It was about the same price as Chipotle, but the quality wasn't there. Let me say that it's rare when I can't finish a meal, even if I don't like it, but I could not get this burrito down. I even tried, but I literally couldn't eat it, because the rice I had was not cooked at all. I thought maybe it was something else in the burrito, but all of the rice was rock hard. It actually cracked when I bit into it, and I couldn't chew it. I tried to remove it all from the burrito, but it was no use. I was extremely disappointed. The chips were decent and the salsa was not bad, but those can't make up for what's supposed to be the star of the show. Based on other reviews, I'm assuming this isn't normally the case with the rice, but the inconsistency would make me hesitant to try this again. Maybe someday, but not any time soon.

Disclaimer: I haven't tried alot of the burrito options around campus beside Chipotle and a couple of taco trucks, so I don't really know what the competition is like. However, I came here less for the burrito and more for the curry (Huge fan of Indian food). I got the burrito bowl with chicken tikka masala dish and modified it by adding mango chunks, habanero sauce, and cucumbers. I was actually pleasantly happy with it. It was filling and quite tasty. I thought porition was totally fine. At times, I do get tired of Chipotle and this is a nice alternative.

Ordered the chicken tikka masala burrito. It tasted of chicken tikka masala. I think my burrito eating days are over. I haven't had a good burrito in about a decade. Help?

Tasty, unique options for burritos compared to other similar joints. I had the tikka masala and enjoyed it- it was just spicy enough and the the ingredients were fresh. I liked the idea of burritos with different fillings highlighting taste profiles from around the world, and their smoothie selection looked really great. But, I noticed that they stopped carrying their compostable silverware and cold cups from the first time I visited....and instead of just going for standard paper cold cups, they went for the absolute worst replacement in styrofoam cups! Both times that I've been I also found myself still hungry after finishing my burrito. For the price, I find it to not be as good of a deal as other local burrito joints, and for being in the University District I'm sure that can be a deterrent for students.

Although I eat at Chipotle regularly there are a couple things I like better at this place. I got the Jimmy Carter (peanut butter/banana) smoothie and it was fantastic. The fact they offer smoothies in the first place is a bonus. It's also nice to have some other options for the burritos other than the standard "Mexican". I'm not entirely sure whether it was the cilantro lime rice or the guacamole but something in my burrito made the entire thing taste HEAVILY of citrus. To be honest, it wasn't that good at all. For some reason though warming up the leftovers in the microwave seemed to cut the citrus down quite a bit and it tasted much better overall. I still prefer Chipotle but if going here is more convenient or I end up here coincidentally I won't complain.

It's not a bad place to eat, but nothing that makes it better than the already established burrito options on campus. The burrito here was pretty small, and not particularly exceptional. The cilantro lime rice had too much lime in it. There's a pretty big selection of sauces, but not really anything that stands out. The decor of this place was pretty interesting: lots of wood and wood grain, the chairs and tables were stylish. They have a Pepsi fountain, but you can get Mexican Coke and other bottled beverages. Chipotle is just a block away; I would recommend that instead.

My boyfriend and I stopped into Currito today, and we had a really great experience. The number and diversity of menu items available was really impressive. I had the Tikka Masala burrito, and he had the Buffalo burrito and the Jimmy Carter (peanut butter and banana) smoothie. The sauces in both of our burritos were very flavorful. The meat was well-made, and the vegetables were fresh. The dining room was clean and well-decorated. The restaurant staff was friendly, and they welcomed the additions that I made to the posted ingredients in my burrito. Overall, I my experience here was great. This place is much more interesting than Chipotle. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

Awesome place for lunch, prices aren't bad. Think of it as a chipotle with world variety and interesting smoothies. The jimmy carter smoothie is very good. They also have different burrito sizes small and large and a bowl of you want. Interesting options like tikka masala, buffalo, Mediterranean ect. Staff is friendly too. Also it's nice to know they used recycled things to make up their store as well as using renewable and comparable plastic cups.

Good food. Variety of signature burritos, salads and bowls. Similar concept to a Chipotle restaurant. You can order a signature burrito or build your own. Smoothies are another option for the lunch crowd.

I was SO excited to find a place like Chipotle that delivered. However, this was such a disappointment. I understand that in the winter, my delivery food will be cold... BUT my order was messed up both times I ordered from here. The first time, they forgot my burrito bowl. They couldn't remake my food because they were closing, but they gave me some "currito cash" to make up for it. Fine. Our second time, my smoothie was the completely wrong kind I ordered. I didn't bother calling back because I will only order from here again as a last resort.

Pretty good food. I have yet to venture away from ordering the Bangkok burrito bowl with tofu. It has a deliciously flavorful Thai peanut sauce, and the other ingredients are super fresh, such as the asian slaw and the cucumbers. What stops me from frequenting Currito more often than I do is their portions. I find them to be skimpy sometimes, and I am often left hungry after my meal. With good competition in the nearby campus vicinity, I would suggest they increase their portion size to add more value for the prices they charge.

This place tops Chipotle easily!! There are so many varieties in flavor it was so hard to choose. Although you can build a custom burrito, I recommend trying one of their set burritos. They know which flavors work well together and came up with the perfect balance in each one. My favorite is the Mediterranean burrito. There are 2 cash registers, a quick line, and they grill your burrito at the very end rather than at the beginning. Just a couple negatives: I'm not a fan of the bankok burrito because the sauce isn't that great and also the staff isn't completely knowledgeable of what ingredients go in each burrito so make sure they are putting the right things in and aren't leaving some out. Other than that I think Currito is a great concept with good tastes.

This place is really good. I got a Bangkok chicken burrito, and I have to say that it was one of the better burritos I have ever had. The ingredients seemed very fresh and would be delicious on their own. Even the tortilla seemed to be above par in terms of freshness and flavor.
