When I think about it, I can't recall the last time I ate inside the restaurant. I stopped coming here when they took the buffalo chips off the menu. They're back but they're the revamped kind with crinkles. My order is always correct and is available in the promised time frame. Take advantage of the parking for carry out orders. There's a door in front of them which gets you into the restaurant more quickly than the main entrance.

Okay... this is going to be a weird review. Mostly because this is a weird BW3s. I walked in around the middle of happy hour on a Friday and the place was practically empty. It was bizarre. I found my party sitting outside on the, rather nice, patio. The bartender was our server and he was friendly and capable. He was also remarkably patient as our group kept growing. The food was pretty much what you expect from BW3s and it hit all the chicken wing-y notes. I can't say that I'll be here often but it's a decent place.

Ok, this review is basically for the waitress, Dominica. I have had her before and she always been great but yesterday she took the cake! It seemed to me she was running the whole bar area herself. She took orders, brought food, bussed tables, checked on everyone, refilled drinks, and at one point I watched her carry stacked plastic glasses, double her size, to restock behind the bar. The girl did it all! To top it off, as I was getting ready to leave a huge group of about 20 came into th bar and she just seemed completely unfazed. Now that's a gold star waitress! On the food end, you truly can eat healthy here. I got the naked tenders and a veggie boat, with hummus and tzatziki. It was great! I would give 5 stars, but damn their prices! The End.

So far, I've only gotten take out from this particular location, but I'd have to say that it was a pretty likable experience. When I called, the person actually seemed to be able to hear me as opposed to times when I've called some other bdubs locations and they can't hear because the music is cranked up too loud. The folks that I interacted with when I got there were nice, and my order was perfect. No complaints here.

This is a fine place to come and watch sports. The staff is friendly and attentive. We often go here to watch UFC or boxing, and it's not as crowded as some of the bw3's in the suburbs. There are tons of tvs, so you should be able to watch just about any sport that's being broadcast. Sound system isn't that great, so it can be a little hard to hear the announcers. But it's a solid place, if not a bit expensive.

I enjoy this location of BW3's. It always seems like you can get a table here. It can get loud and rowdy but is always a good time. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic evening I don't know why you'd come here anyway. Come expecting to watch at least one game on the tube and to drink at least one beer! I generally enjoy the food at BW3's but sometimes I feel like it's lacking in quality. I enjoy a crispy, juicy wing that has amazing sauce flavor, but sometimes this place just doesn't quite do it for me. I'm not a huge fan of their sauce selections, to be honest. As for their garlic parmesan; it's just not what I would select when creating a flavor of that nature. Also, the teriyaki seems to be a bit salty. In fact, I feel like everytime I eat wings from BW3's I wake up at least 3 times needing water. This being said, I do enjoy the food and the atmosphere of this location. The bar has a decent enough selection and the prices are certainly reasonable. The best part is that it is 30 seconds from my house, and they are quick with their pick-up order system [which you can even do over the interwebs!!

What can I say, I'm just not a fan of chain restaurants. However, this BW-3 is very big. The patio is also big. Many plasma TVs line the walls, broadcasting your favorite game. Managers are very accomodating to adjust the volume of the TV and will put on the game you came to watch, if you ask nicely. My server was efficient and was around when I needed him.

Anywhere from last October to now, we ordered takeout. Roughly about $40 worth of take out. They opened up each box so we could check the food but there's no way to tell the difference between fried macaroni and fried mushrooms. So without sticking our fingers in other peoples food there's no way to know if our order was right or not. So my fiance got home and of course it was all wrong, I mean you have to have a masters degree to work there because it is just harder then any other job since nobody can get it right anymore. I called and spoke with idiotic employee who said to come back up with the food and the receipt and we will refund your money or give you a gift card. I sent my fiance up with the food & reciept to retrieve a refund. Guess what? They dont do refunds or give gift cards. So, he comes back home and I call back again for the third and then the fourth and then a fifth time and I explained to the (lady) manager over and over again what happened. Of course she apologizes to me and says they have a book and she will personally put our name in the book with a credit of $40 so when we come back we can use that credit to order our next meal from bw3's. We have since not wanted to go back there for obvious reasons. So a few months later which is today, we call to place another take out order thinking maybe it was just a one time thing. So we called to use our credit and low and behold " We don't have a credit for you." she says. All we had then was the word of a manager I thought her name was Amy but I must be crazy because she said she wasnt there at the time of our order (how would she know if she wasnt there when we dont even know when we were there. We can only estimate it was sometime in the last 7 months) so needless to say we are waiting ona call back from her to see if the GM will approve the $40 credit. So at the end of the day were -$40 and have lost faith in the educational system that supplies us with the hard workers of the toughest jobs out there in the food industry. Restraunts must have gotten harder to work at since I was last working at a restaurant. I mean they must of had to learn how to add and subtract now. Look.... now-a-days you can just order your food online. It is so hard to work at a restraunt people are getting replaced by a form on the computer. Oh how valuable the restraunt workers are. They are hard to come by and even harder to replace.

I stopped here for dinner this evening. From the outside it looked like the place was closed. But after going in, there was at least some activity although they certainly don't get the kind of business that (my favorite) Roosters does. So after looking over the menu, I settled on a pulled pork sandwich with an order of potato wedges. I ordered the hot sauce on my sandwich and for a while I thought I made a mistake but the heat graduallly settled down and I was able to east the entire sandwich without too much water. The service was pretty good and the place looks good but their tv screens are a lot smaller than Roosters.

Busy around dinner. Pretty loud and service is friendly. Unless you enjoy huge crowds and noise, I'd avoid on major game nights. Sunday after 9pm is usually a nice and dedicated wait staff that make people feel at home. Great choices for gluten free yelpers!

Food: not bad. Wings are tasty and the pulled pork sliders were decent. Our waiter was nice and the manager stopped by to check on us. Like other reviewers, there was a considerable gap between when we ordered and when we got our food-this seems to be an ongoing issue as some of my office mates used to eat here a couple of years ago but stopped because it ate up more time than we could afford to spend at lunch. If you have time to spare, not a bad option in Graceland. If the management can figure out how to get food out of the kitchen quicker, then it'd be a better choice for lunch.

I love wings. So the prospect of an entire restaurant devoted to wings sounded like just what I needed on a dreary rain-soaked weekend. Even more than I love wings, I love restaurants where I can place an order online and go pick it up, so I did just that. The online ordering system was a little more complicated than it needed to be, but eventually I placed my order, went to run and errand and then go pick up my wings. The advantage of ordering ahead is supposed to be that I can pick up my food and go without any hassle. Sadly that was not the case here. I walk in to the special counter for take out orders - a promising sign - and the woman behind the counter was on the phone. No problem. I sit down and wait along with another guy. And I wait. And wait. And wait. The restaurant itself wasn't packed and I must have seen half a dozen servers walking around who weren't stuck on the phone, but none of them stopped to help the woman at the take out counter, even when there ended up being five of us waiting. Apparently the woman was taking some sort of exceptionally complicated order? I don't know. Anyway, finally she gets off the phone and she goes to get the orders for me and the other guy who had been waiting. I get them home (I don't live far) and the wings are cold and the sauce is just globbed on, as if they'd poured a jar of thick. cold sauce over the top of the wings once they were already in the box. Not exactly appetizing. I reheated them and at least the sauce turned to what you'd expect was normal wing sauce consistency. Once they were reheated, the wings were decent, but nothing to write home about. The spicy garlic sauce was tasty, but not the slightest bit spicy and the hot sauce was hot, as promised, but there was no flavor to it, just heat. I think I'll find somewhere else to get my wing fix.

While we didn't eat there, we drank there, and it was great! I have been to bdubs many many times, but not at this location or recently. Our sever was attentive to the point of annoying, and it was a friday night! She changed the tvs for us and gave up drink recommendations, and was great. I like bdubs because I don't feel cramp, and the atmosphere is just so relaxed. We even played sport trivia until the thing broke for some reason. I will come back to this bdubs again for food because of the great service!

I am a big fan of bw3s but this one is dirty and the food was bad. The oil in the fryer made the fries and chicken taste nasty. Honestly if they told me the oil hadn't ever been changed Id believe it. The cheese and honey mustard they serve with their pretzels was gross and very very salty. It really shouldn't be called honey mustard it was like a vinaigrette. The only nice things I can say is they have patron (its over priced but still) and the wait staff is nice. Just yuck will not return to this location ever.

I have an unholy love of buffalo sauce and that is the only reason I'm giving this location two stars. Overall the service is slow, my change has come back wrong, the food is pretty "meh" on one occasion my buffalo wrap had no sauce on it and my chocolate cake was still frozen in the middle. At this point I will only visit this restaurant if its in a social setting and we can play trivia otherwise there are way better wing joints all over this city to eat at bdubs.

The first BWW I went to I hated, the wings were too hot (no flavor..just pain), it was boring, the waitress was horrible, and it just didnt impress me one bit. This location is better then the other around here, but not my favorite. My huband and I are huge wing fans, and no matter where we eat out or even if he just had wings for lunch, if there are wings on a menu he WILL order them, which isnt the problem. The problem here was that we went on a crowed night. It's true though, you can always find a seat at this location which is great. What's not great is arriving to a march madness game when OSU is playing and finding that the only seat left is outside right next to the door. At first I loved our table and I normally always prefer to eat outside. That night it was chilly, there were spider webs right above our table (w/ spiders), and we were surrounded by smokers (did I mention I have asthma?). I usually dont mind sharing space with smokers; after going to college I gave up that fight since there are more smokers on campus then there are ants. We sat by the door, for hours, watching the OSU game, hubby is numming on his wings and all is good. But every 5 mins someone else would come outside and stand right in front of me and smoke a cig and then go back inside. It got old real quick. I hate people standing over me, esp durring dinner, while trying to watch the basketball finals...it was hell. Buffalo Wild Wings as a whole I'm a fan of. This location, when not packed is ok; still not my favorite though. I find it to be dirty and louder then normal. The wings are the same quality, so if thats what youre going for then by all means..have fun. The patio is amazing with a few tv's hanging on the wall, and it has a bit of a roof in case it starts raining. Just stay away from the corners unles you like the spiders joining your dinner party. The food: We've had pretty much all the flavors by now. Hot has no meaning to the hubby who prefers to hurt himself in the name of good food. As a guide from the man who loves nomming on habenaros for breakfast and enjoys ghost pepper sauce, stick the the middle of the menu if you want to keep your "men" intact. The closer you get to the bottom of the menu, you get serious amounts of heats, and BWW doesnt care if you cry when you take your first bite from the sheer amounts of pain that it will cause you...keep eating, and the pain just gets worse. My husband couldnt even finish 6 of the hottest they had (Blazzin), he had 4. I had the other 2 and my taste buds were shot; and so was the rest of my meal since I couldnt taste anything anymore. Starting from the top: sweet bbq, teriyaki, mild, parmesan galic, medium, honey bbq, spicy garlic, jammin jalepeno, azian zing, caribbean jerk, thai curry, hot bbq, hot, mango habenaro, wild, blazzin. Up until about spicy bbq it doesnt get very hot at all. Mid range ends at about caribbean jerk, and then the hottest are mango habenero-blazzin. I personally think mango habenero is hotter then blazzin; the sweatness of the mango just brings out the sweat heat of the haberano and makes it unbearable, but still tasty...with lots and lots of ranch. Caribbean jerk is a fav, also spicy galic and thai curry are very good as well.

These people serve my friends and I ever Sunday night. It's always late and they are always kind enough to keep the service great and on task despite the fact that we're some of the only people in there. Free wifi and easy paleo friendly wings (go traditional and get them naked if you're really strict. they're fried in lard!) make this a no brainer for us. Sides of carrots make this seem all the more perfect.

I've been here a few times. The place is nice, there's always people, but it's not really super busy. To-Go does take longer than if you just dine in. The mango- haberno wings and Asian spice are amazing! Love them!! The service is consistently okay. It's not amazing, but it's also not bad. I am usually seated right away and each time, it does take just a little longer than it should for the server to greet my table. Other than that, the food does arrive in a timely fashion, it's hot and I am happy. The only other complaint is that the server takes awhile to bring the check. I served for several years, so I know servers can get distracted with other tables, but considering I'm just a single person, my orders are easy, and I tip well, there's not reason I should have to wait fifteen minutes after I'm finished eating for a check. All in all, though, it is a good experience! The bathroom and restaurant have been clean each time I have eaten there!

Went in for lunch at 1:05 pm 4/5/2011 and sat at a table fo 55 minutes with no food. Terrible management, terrible service, should be sold off to someone who can run a restaurant. Two... not ONE but TWO managers were on Duty and the place was very slow. Neither one had sense enough to come buy and ask what was wrong... Better eat at Applebys... Good service and good food.
