Went to Brio for a meeting during lunch in one of their Private rooms upstairs. We got great service. I highly recommend booking a room in advance for your next event. The server was attentive, it was quiet and we could hear everyone in our group without the added restaurant noise. The food never disappoints me. On this particular day I got the Salmon salad. The perfect combination of salty and savory. The salmon was perfectly cooked, not to warm and definitely not cold. Who likes a cold Salmon on a salad anyways. Yum!

Brio is by far my favorite Italian restaurant chain in Columbus. It's slightly more expensive, but the atmosphere and the quality of food that you get here is far better than the Olive Garden, Carraba, or Bravo. Even though they're both owned by the same group, Brio's menu for some reason is far more attractive than Bravo's to my wife and I. We really enjoy their wedge salad (bistecca insalata) and appetizer items like calamari, bruschetta, beef carpacchio. Their risotto is our most recommended entree item. On the other hand, due to the fact that salad isn't included in your meal automatically like it is at the Olive Garden, your bill can be much higher than you might expect if you're used to the Olive Garden. Order with caution. Compared to the other location at Easton, this location at Polaris has better private event space. (there's a second floor here that's all event space) We had our work Christmas party here last month and it was a very positive experience. Anne Anderson is the name of their event coordinator, and she did a great job accomodating all of our requests in setting up the event! If you're looking to do something like a wedding rehearsal dinner, I think Brio is an excellent option.

I've been here a few times now for private events on the second floor. They have done a great job with family style dining and accommodating a lively crowd. The pasta brio and pasta diavolo are some my favorites. The salmon is prepared well except I think we be better with a bit more seasoning. The space itself is pretty with grand staircase and gives any event a little more formal feel.

Stopped for happy hour, amazing deals on even better food! Awesome drink specials and I love the double happy hour. 330-630 and 9-close

Hosted a Bridal Shower in one of the private rooms upstairs. The staff was extremely accommodating, and Brio assigns a head waiter to be the liaison. Ours was absolutely fantastic - extremely professional and beyond helpful. Our block of time was for 3 hours, which allowed for everyone to have a relaxing meal while still having plenty of time for a couple of games and opening of gifts. Brio allowed us to bring in our own centerpieces (but they provided some in case we didn't have our own) along with a table for gifts and the cake. Our event was at noon on Sunday, so overall, the mall was very quiet as guests arrived and parking wasn't an issue. I can imagine that on Saturdays or later on Sunday, guests must park further away, which may be an issue with carrying gifts. Fortunately, Brio's location is where the Valet is, so guests may temporary park their cars and bring in any big items. Additionally, Brio provided a large cart for us to help move gifts to our cars. Food was excellent with many compliments from the guests. I recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance; some menu requirements are due approximately 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.

Have been here a number of times for lunch. Conveniently located at the Polaris mall. Ample parking area is available with an option for valet parking. My meals have always been very delicious. Recently, I tried their Bruschetta Quattro for an appetizer and Ravioli Di Diablo for lunch - delightful. The service staff have been exceptional and responsive. Delivery of meal items to one's table can be a bit slow during peak times. They have a relaxing open air environment. Reasonably priced menu items.

Haven't come back for a few years. I was really delighted with the new choices and healthy options. Prices were fair for the execution. Heard they have a good brunch. Will give it a try. Def would recommend. Service was delightful too.

Service and ambiance nice. Terrible Carbonara. A plate of flavorless Alfredo sauce.

Was invited to a get together here but after 9pm. Reason for that is the $2.95 bar bites!!! Hot diggity damn! You get a menu with the set list of bar bites (flatbread pizza and bruschetta were killer!!) and just order until you are tired. They run this happy hour Mon-Fri. Even though the drinks aren't on special the cheap eats make up for it easily.

I went for my birthday dinner last night because I was able to book a last minute table for 9 on open table at 7:15 which was nice. Our appetizers were the Cajun shrimp, the spinach dip and the calamari. All were very good except the calamari which was over-breaded and just OK. I am a craft beer fan and their selection is... non-existent. I couldn't even find a CBC pale ale which I can usually find even at places with a poor selection. So much wine, show the craft beer drinkers some love! Oh well, I got a gin cucumber gimlet which was good enough that I ordered a second. The chopped salad I had before my entree was lackluster, but not bad. The only hiccup was the wait for our entrees which was about 45 minutes. Yikes! But, the manager came out and was extremely generous and comped ALL of our food! Sure made my old man happy! My strip steak was perfectly cooked and delicious when it arrived, as were the rest of the entrees. The server was very nice and gave great service, though I can't recall her name. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back to this location.

I usually stray away from chain restaurants in shopping malls but I'm glad I went to Brio. The private rooms upstairs are perfect for large parties especially if you're hosting a work function. My favorite items on the menu were the Beef Carpaccio appetizer and Chicken/Sweet Potato Risotto. We got great service, which was a definite plus.

The kids ravioli was cold in the middle. The dough the kids got to play with was very entertaining and kept them happy. But beware, they can not put your ("kids") creation in the oven. The food was good, a little pricey, but worth it totally! Location was good. That's all I have to say. You should try Brio.

For a restaurant located in a state that I loathe, this spot wasn't so bad. Had a nice Malbec to go along with Carpaccio and calamari starters, followed by a decent pork chop. Service was good, creme brule was cold but decent. Can't give any business in Columbus anything more than 3 stars so take this review for what it's worth. I can't wait to get back home. GO BLUE.

I spent 6 days in Columbus, Ohio...and the best meal I had was at a restaurant in a mall. The decor was great. Sure, it was contrived, but hey, it was at a mall, what's more contrived than that? The staff were SUPER friendly and attentive. I thought perhaps the extra attention was due to my sexy pre-flight outfit, but I think they are all just well trained... *sob* Finally, and most importantly, the food was really good. I had the wedge salad and risotto lunch special. I cleaned my plate and was so relieved that it not only lived up to my expectations, it surpassed them by quite a bit. The risotto was perfectly cooked, buttery and had chunks of chicken and sweet potatoes. The salad was HUGE, especially as we went at lunch which usually has really small servings. Everyone ate and was very pleased and the five of us walked out spending under 100 bucks for a wonderful meal. If I ever go back to this mall, I'll be back at Brio...

Have to start off by this is our first time here and Ronnie our server is great. The atmosphere is great and I am looking forward to the vodka pasta. More to follow. Ok. I finished eating and the food was phenomenal. I recommend this place. Have a great day everyone.

Came to this location for the first time a month or so ago, but had been to the Easton Brio once before. Both times the food I had was absolutely delicious, and my dinner companions enjoyed their food as well. This last time I had the Campanelle Carbonara, and my bf had the Sausage Peperonata Pomodoro. I had actually been trying to pick between the two when he told me he was having the latter, so that made my choice pretty easy. I ended up trying his and they were both very good. Brio is a bit on on the pricy side, but they are good sized portions so you will definitely walk away full.

Its a chain Italian place at a mall. I found the restaurant to be very cute and enjoyed the atmosphere. We went on a weekday night and it was still pretty crowded, but not to the point where it slowed anything down. The reason for the three stars. I just didn't think the food was worth the price. The prices were moderately high and the food was moderate. It wasn't BAD. It just wasn't that good. Tasted like Italian food I could make at home (homemade in this sense isn't a compliment) but I was paying a lot of money for it. Probably wouldn't be back.

This was only my 2nd trip to this Brio location although I have also visited their location at Easton Town Center. Brio is a little more upscale than many of the local Italian restaurants but is still has a fairly moderately priced menu. When we visited on a Thursday evening, the restaurant was fairly busy but service was still very good. Our waiter was attentive without being too intrusive. The food was also very good. We enjoyed their Chicken Limone (a Piccata style dish) with a pasta side dish and salad. A side note - they also have a very nice area UPSTAIRS with private rooms that can accommodate groups for private meetings/parties, etc. I'm giving Brio 4 stars based on a combination of nice decor and fair prices coupled with excellent service and good food.

We went last night for a birthday dinner. I have never been to this chain before and rest assured, I will never be back. The ambience was great, the place was packed, the waiter was attentative...it all looked good until the food came. It was just awful. My ravioli tasted like cheap and frozen ravioli with a sauce that had butter and not much else. I could not finish the whole thing. My husband had a steak, cooked poorly with burned vegetables that he could not even touch and mashed potatoes that it was just, you know, mashed potatoes. For that, a drink and your average cesar salad, our check mounted to over 60 bucks. We could have gone to a fast food joint, eat better food and pay a third of the price. You have been warned.

BRIO, ohhhhh Brio. You have made me a very happy girl. Everytime I come here I have a great meal and even better specialty drinks. Your prices are amazing for the quality of food and I love the decor. I actually love this place so much I decided to have a small wedding reception upstairs in the banquet area. For those of you paying 10k plus for a reception....HAAAAAAA! I came out on top with this. The food was GREAT and the service was just amazing. They made our special day absolutely perfect at an absolutely unbeatable price. Also, who remembers the centerpieces and the fine china? NO ONE. Who remembers the food? EVERYONE. The apps were gone before me and the groom even arrived and they got rave reviews on dinner from many of my guests as well. Can't go wrong Brio, can't. go. wrong. Thank you for making me feel like I was the only person having an event there even though I know you all had so much more going on. They made my special day even more perfect.

My. Mind. Is. Blown. For the price of 1/2 of a drink in ny, here during happy hour you can get a good app & sip. Or 2 apps. How is this possible? Loving it... And this seems to be the norm here in general in columbus. Talk about saving money on a weekend getaway... Winning all the way.

Go a lot for date nights with husband. Great food! Enjoyed fun berry mojito last time that's worth a try for sure. Love that it's connected to mall so after we can walk off some calories. :).

My family loves coming here so much we had a rehearsal dinner here before my brother's wedding. The rehearsal dinners/banquets are held upstairs in the restaurant. This was very convenient for our wedding party since we had a lot of out of towners here. We had the full bar service upstairs for our party and had the entire area to ourselves. I have eaten downstairs too, but the upstairs service is even better. They are at your table replacing the dishes whenever they are empty. They are great with the kids too because they will get the kids their plates out as soon as the parents order their dish. We had a very happy party at the end even though we were a little cramped in the room we ate at.

We are fans of Brio; however we introduced our friends and they were very impressed. The food was excellent. salad was huge and the other portions a little small. Overall, very good but the server was pretty rude.

I've never had a bad experience at Brio. They must have a great training program for their staff, because it seems that they all enjoy their jobs and appreciate the quality food they are serving. My most recent visit was to celebrate my nephew's 11th birthday. He was happily chewing on his mother's lemon and making sure he got every last bit of goodness on it and here comes the server, Nicole, with a lemon on a toothpick just for my nephew. He was elated that she had brought him another! It's the little things like that that truly make a server fantastic. I was also having a hard time making up my mind on what I wanted, so I offered her three choices, thinking she'd tell me her favorite, but reading me perfectly she said, "Ok. And I'll bring you out the one I choose?" I LOVE surprises and so this was brilliant for me -- like I was playing food roulette, with all being delicious choices. Everything was amazing. Kudos Brio and kudos to our server Nicole.

I hosted a baby shower in Brio's private dining space upstairs. I was very pleased with all aspects of this event. Anne, the event coordinator, was attentive and easy to contact. She turned around contracts quickly, answered all of my questions, and offered recommended vendors for flowers and cakes. Stan, our private dining waiter, was quick to bring drinks as my guests arrived. He assisted in room set-up. He had a busboy carry the gifts to the car. He kept separate bar tabs for the guests. The event space was perfect for our party. Thank you, Brio Polaris.

Brio is pretty much my go to restaurant at Easton if I want something sit down, so that's where we ended up last night, and it was my first bad experience there. I ordered the bruschetta as my meal, because I really, really like it, but when it came out it was gross. Cold, soggy, and unappealing in every way. It took a few minutes to flag down the server and then about ten minutes for them to make me a new one, so by the time I got it, my husband and toddler were nearly finished so I had to eat it without being able to properly enjoy it. The second time I got the bruschetta it was incredibly good, but still, I don't know that I'd recommend Brio to friends anymore. The fact that I could get served something that gross bothers me. I want to note though that the waiter took it back without question, and apologized, and wanted to make sure I got something better. That's really what saved this from a one star. I have definitely experienced better food, but at least the service was very good.

Nice atmosphere. Had the roasted red pepper bruschetta, and it was pretty good. We split the shrimp verduta and it was excellent. I would definitely get it again. The service is friendly, too.

I want to like this place - really, I do. The sad fact is, I don't. I've been here a handful of times and I always leave rather disappointed. The food is merely OK, yet in my opinion, it is overpriced. It's not that I'm cheap, either. I definitely don't mind paying for good food - but again, GOOD food. Not so-so food. On a positive note, the service has always been great and the wait-staff have always been super-friendly. I'm still not sure if I will return or not.

This review is purely for the awesome happy hour experience I had last week. Monday through Friday, Brio has a "Tuscan Taster" menu in the bar and lounge area. These small plates are 2.95 each and are SERIOUSLY the best $3 small plates that I've ever heard of. I got two.(guilty) I got the capresse ravioli(three pieces of fried mozzarella ravioli) and shrimp-tini(shrimp cocktail served in a martini glass, how fun is that??) Also........on thursdays they have $5 specialty martinis. Try the lemon basil martini! It rocks! I detract one star for the weird vibe my friend and I were getting from the waitstaff. This one guy kept listening in to our convos and chiming in as he walked by. Weeeiiiiiirrrrrddddd. Anyway, it won't stop me from coming back for happy hour.

Dinner on a Monday was pretty quiet, but service was fast and friendly. Also Ohio in late August made for terrific seating out on the patio. The lobster bisque was good and had a little spiciness to it that was pleasantly unexpected. My lasagna was enormous. The portion I was able to eat was good, and hopefully the rest will make a decent lunch on another day.

Unfortunately the food here is slightly better than Olive Garden but nearly twice the price. Wine by the glass is expensive. The staff is nice and the service acceptable although I believe our waitress had never completed a wine service before - pouring two glasses full of wine and then recorking the bottle before putting it on the table and walking away before anyone even tasted it.

Well well. Unexpectedly turned up at Brio yesterday afternoon because I'm friends with their former exec. chef and he wanted to drop in... My friends and I were well taken care of due to this fact. It was late afternoon, and not busy at all, but got steadily busier over the course of our meal. We ordered some appetisers - the meatballs and the crab/shrimp cakes. The meatballs were excellent, and were served on a bed of polenta in tomato creme sauce. I could take or leave any seafood that comes from the Midwest kitchen - I can't help it if I'm from Maine. The crab/shrimp cakes were okay, good for a Midwest attempt, I'd say. Ze boy and I shared an entree of rack of lamb, which was very good, served with sauteed baby spinache - yum yum yum. We did order the lamb rare and got about med. rare, but it was still juicy and delicious. Our chef boy got the veal bolognaise, which was also excellent. We all shared our food with each other, and I was very glad to have split two entrees between three people - they are quite large here. Service was okay, definitely not entirely on top of things, but good. It's very possible that we were making the servers nervous because the woman running the place is friends with chef boy and so was hanging out with us a bit. She was totally attentive and sweet and gets total props from me, seems like a really kick ass lady. Anyway, good experience. I'd like to go back with a group of people sometime, it seems like that kind of place.

I've been to a number of Brio's across the country. I wouldn't rate the Brio at Polaris as the worst, but I also wouldn't rate it as the best. The restaurant was nice with a friendly atmosphere. It also has a nice decor. I went here with my girlfriend about two weeks ago and we had a pretty good time. We had both been there before, but never together. Being there with her made it nicer. The restaurant has a small waiting area, but there was no wait that night, we were shown right to our table and it was a nice one near the center of the establishment. Unfortunately, the restaurant was kinda loud that night, but we were still able to hear one another at our table. The waiter was kind and somewhat helpful. I had a Bloody Mary to drink and my girlfriend ordered wine. The wine was fine she told me, but when they brought the Bloody Mary from the bar, it was made too strongly with too many spices. It wasn't a very refreshing drink. So for most of the meal I just stuck to water, which they refilled often. I ordered the lobster ravioli to eat and my girlfriend had one of their flatbread pizzas. We both enjoyed the food quite a bit and loved their bread. We also loved the bruschetta. That may have been the best part of the meal! The restaurant has a fully-stocked bar and nice restrooms. It was a bit pricey, but most Brios are. They share parking with the mall. This makes parking kinda tough to find a spot. We had to wait behind a group trying to find a spot to go shopping. This got a bit annoying.

We went to Sat brunch and it was pretty good. The French Toast was great but it didn't include any sides. It was so sweet it needed meat or potatoes to contrast the sugar overload.

We went there to celebrate a birthday and found it to be a nice setting for the celebration. We were a party of 8 and had reservations at 8:00pm on a Saturday night. We arrived before our reservation time but still had a short wait, though it was certainly within reason. To our surprise, they provided us with coupons for two complimentary appetizers since we had to wait. Wasn't necessary but was appreciated as the appetizers were delicious. We ordered the artichoke dip and bruschetta. For my meal I had ordered the pork chops. I don't usually order pork out at restaurants for fear of it being overcooked and dry but this was not the case here! I found them to be juicy and delicious. I would order them again anyday! The grilled veggie side was delicious too! Wait staff was courteous and friendly.

Brio is certainly an above average dinning option. For this reason it surprises me to find all salads overly dressed. Some arrive with two dressings. When you want a salad for the earthy, fresh, natural, and light meal, I've too often found Brio's options no more than dressing and trail mix(candied nuts and unnecessary dried berries). Shouldn't the food and the chef's talent speak loudest on a plate rather than green barely peaking through thick cream dressing, competing with equally thick scrolls of balsamic? Also if I order sliced steak salad, I expect slices of perfectly grilled steak not charred remains of unwanted cartilage. Come on Brio. Don't be another sad song of quality dropping as Locations increase.

Tried Brio for the first time and thought the food was very good. I had the lobster ravioli which was tasty, though it was topped with a warm lemon vinaigrette which threw me off a little bit. I'm not used to a more acidic sauce on top of my ravioli and it wasn't bad, I just didn't LOVE it. I'd like to go back and try some of the other dishes.

I've been to Brio before, just not this one. I would imagine the food is the same as all the other Brios, tasty yet unremarkable and over-priced. I would have liked to taste the food at this particular Brio to test my hypothesis, but was unable. The lady and I were seated by the server on a Saturday at around 2 pm. We had just finished shopping and were looking for somewhere to eat (places like Brio always seem to be located around shopping centers). The server appeared right away and we ordered iced tea, which was promptly brought out. I couldn't wait for the bread to come. It never did :( Neither did the server. I should mention that the restaurant was pretty empty. And bowling was on tv. My girlfriend and I started stracking her movements around the restaurant as she avoided our table and waited on the other two tables she had. This was fun for a couple minutes, but then we got hungry. I left a dollar on the table and we left. The Sbarro pizza was pretty decent.

I have been to Easton many times and was pleasantly surprised by this location. It is larger than you would expect but, not anywhere near as noisy as Easton. The service was great. Originally our party of 7 came to this location after being told that Easton could sit us, on a Thursday night, at either 4 pm or 8:30 pm. I will go back to this location again!

Last night was our first visit to the Brio @ Polaris (have been to the Easton & Cleveland locos). The six of us had a great time and meal... and we had a mixed group of folks including 2 elementary school age kids. The service was fantastic - I would have given them 5 stars because the salad, my shrimp orzo dish, my brother's spicy shrimp penne dish and my husband's lamb chops were outstanding but... my SIL's pork chops came out dry and my latte was cold. Although we don't like to do this, we asked them to redo the chops and latte. That was a good call - we were nice about it and they handled it VERY professionally (we only joked about the kitchen spitting in the new food). The redone chops were fabulous... and my latte was nice and hot. The creme brulee was yummy, too. Will definitely go back - but next time I may just get a salad entree - the portions are huge!!!

We have gone to Brio before, but thought we'd give it another try. We were thrilled to see a real restaurant in the Mall, especially since we were starved! So 3 of us had to wait 55 min. on a table on a Sat. night. Ok...no big deal. The service was superb. I only wish the food measured up to the wait staff. I got lasagna ( approx. $18 )which was large in size but thin in layers and came with no sides. No salad. Only a small loaf of bread & butter to share. The others in my party had the same experience with their food, over priced & nothing spectacular. Save your money & go to another Italian place.

Looks like Brio does not want us to eat healthy. I always went to Brio because I knew I could get whole wheat pasta substituted for any pasta on the menu. Not anymore! With their new menu Change last week they no longer offer whole wheat or whole grain pasta. It will be harder to eat here in the future and maintain my high fiber diet.

My wife and I have been to the location at Easton two or three times and have always had good experiences. This past Saturday we decided to give the Polaris location a try. The restaurant wasn't very busy for 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday, and we were seated quickly within about 50 feet of the bar. The ambience was good and the restaurant was beautiful with an upscale feel. All is well so far. Our slender young waiter makes an appearance after a few minutes, and it is apparent within about five seconds that this guy is not friendly and would rather be anywhere else at that moment. Drink and appetizer orders are taken and our soup arrives within five minutes, but my wife's drink is nowhere to be found. After another five minutes we inquire about the drink which he takes care of after a quick conversation with the bartender. The drink (Peach Belini) is good but is seriously light on the alcohol. For eight dollars we expected more. I thought the Lobster Bisque was bad, but my wife really enjoyed hers. The sourdough bread they brought out as well as the herb flatbread was very good. While we are waiting on our food we couldn't help but notice that the help seemed miserable. No smiles. No one was friendly, or warm. Weird. Well the bartender was friendly, but was also a loud talker :) At least he was nice though. Our food arrives within 35 - 45 minutes (geesh!) and my chicken limone is unique and very tasty. The mashed potatoes are not very good though. Very thin with little to no butter or milk. Ten tons of garlic though. My wife did not enjoy her chicken under the brick with mushroom marsala sauce. She also did not enjoy the overwhelming garlic flavor of the potatoes, the roasted vegetables, or the strong alcohol taste of the marsala sauce. Total bill was $50 (minus tip). When we left I asked the host and the hostess where the restroom is and of course they were about as friendly as our wonderful waiter (sarcasm). Overall impressions: The food was ok. Nothing spectacular, but good enough to eat. The service is where an issue seems to lie - lots of people who appear to dislike their jobs. Not a horrible experience - I've had much worse. We might have to give the food and service one more try down the road some time.

We wet here last night for dinner and Oh Yum! It was so good. I was hesitant since it's a restaurant in the mall, but the menu online looked good and i wanted to try it. I had veal marsala and roasted veggies. The veal so extremely tender and just perfect. The veggies were big chunks of carrots, broccoli and zucchini that were perfectly roasted. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and he said it was perfect. I had creme brule for desert and Oh God it was to die for good. The service was fast, friendly and attentive. Don't let it's mall location scare you off. This place is good. I will definitely be back.

Our server was Seth, we went in on a Saturday around 3-4pm. We ordered the bruschetta sampler & the shrimp/lobster fonduta. Freaking amazing. For dinner my husband had a rosemary grilled (but crusted) chicken thing & I had the filetto d Romano. Both were freaking amazing. The sides of veggies were delicious. It's a higher priced place, after adding 2 drinks & tip our total was $100. But it was really good. Service was great, we'll be back for more!

I have never had a bad experience at Brio, and tonight was no exception. The service was very attentive and friendly, the food was excellent. As always, finished the meal off with the Dolchino Sampler - 5 individual desserts, a must have!

Shopping around Columbus makes one hungry. Some coworkers and I wanted a nice spot with lots of food, some alcohol, and a TV to watch the basketball game. Brio was ok. We ate. We drank. I had a spicy tomato penne. I think it was called Fra Diavolo. Overall a good experience. Service seemed kind of spotty in terms of the drink refills and even taking our drink orders. But I guess it all came to fruition upon the arrival of our dinners. The food is good. Fairly priced for Polaris.

Stoped by after work for a glass of wine & a bite to eat. Lobster bisque was fantastic & the bartender, Matt, was great. Can't go wrong with the Gorgonzola fillet.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
