Well there's ton of these in Texas, so definitely had to make the short drive when I found there was one In Cincinnati to get my regular 6 wing original hot combo meal! What I like the best is the fries, super delicious! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu which is wings, but you have the option for bone in or out.... To me the best is bone in. The environment was great, very big and clean.. Never been to a wing stop this big so I was surprised when I walked in! I've never had a bad experience and the wings are one of the best I have tasted.

HE ATE THE BONES, HE ATE THE BONES!!!! Seriously, Wingstop's wings are so good that when you pause to think afterwards, you wonder where the bones went. My friend and I were on the West side finishing running errands and saw this new restaurant tucked next to Orange Leaf. Winner, winner, chicken dinner! We had never eaten at a Wingstop before, and were intrigued. It is apparently part of a chain, and boy am I glad someone took a chance on Cincy! The inside was spotless, no messy tables, lots of light, and my favorite- a cheerful face welcoming us and asking what we would like to order. It took us a minute to look over the menu. There are a lot of options, and not being a wing connoisseur, my friend and the girl taking our order made great recommendations. You order at the counter when you walk in, then fill up your drink cup on your way to your table. Our food was brought to us when ready and someone was there to take the baskets up and offer a refill when they noticed we were done. I think that the gentleman cleaning our table was one of the owners. He was genuinely interested in our experience, the service we received, how we liked the food, and anything he could do to make the experience better. I love supporting places where service is priority and customer service is key. We picked the right seat and could see into the kitchen through the large glass windows. The cooks were busy, the kitchen was tidy, and the surfaces clean. There were also a few TVs where you can watch news and sports. I ordered boneless teriyaki wings with blue cheese sauce. My friend ordered extra hot wings (probably so I wouldn't eat them...) and blue cheese sauce. We split a side of fries. The food came out quickly and was hot. The fries had the best seasoning on them, not too spicy- just right. The portion was incredibly generous and a large was plenty for the two of us. I chose to eat my wings with a fork, but I promise I saw my friend actually lick his fingers when done, the sauce was just that good. He loves hot, and the sauce actually brought on a little bead of sweat when he was done. Its a bonus when you can count cardio minutes when eating. My wings were the perfect mixture of sweet and tangy. Generous pieces of white meat without a ton of breading, cooked perfectly. And sometimes its the little things that count (men, take note)... This might just be something I noticed because smaller things can annoy me, but I loved how big the sauce cups were. They were so big, you could dip the whole wing in there. They were wide-mouthed, deep, and gave a generous portion for my dipping pleasure. Bravo, Wingstop! You have employed an idea that so many restaurants can't seem to comprehend yet. When I dip, you dip, we dip. I hope more Wingstops are coming to Cincinnati. Until then, the West side of Cincy has another visitor when the wing cravings hit.

Outstanding employees. Let us try different sauces and recommended different ol flavors. Forgot one wing (which we never would have noticed) but they told us and gave us 5 extra! Awesome spot. Not only is the food delicious, but the people are great.

Always hearing mixed reviews on this place. Never had a bad meal here in 10+ visits. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I cringe when I hear people say bad things about this wing stop. I love it. The fries can be a little over-seasoned but requesting light seasoning goes a long way. Everything is made-to-order and it is definitely reflected in the taste/quality. Good luck to wingstop. Looking forward to my next trip.

The first time I went, didn't like but a friend convinced me to go back. Second time was much better. Have no idea why

This was my first trip to Wingstop. I love the food and also the service was excellent. The guy taking my order helped me with my order and he saved me money. My hungry teenager was so happy when I brought home his favorite food. Thank you Maurice for having such a great place.

Wings are just ok. I expected more from this place. Thought this would be a nice new take out option, I'll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings. And when I came in to get my food there were employees at both registers but for whatever reason the one without a customer refused to acknowledge me or even say hi. Not a good first experience.

We tried Wingstop because we received a postcard in the mail. The seasoning was very good. The traditional (bones) wings were really big. The boneless were crunchy and delicious. We tried the Garlic Parmesan for the boneless, Louisiana Rub and Original Hot for the others. The Original Hot is not too spicy and has the Franks Red Hot sauce flavor of original Buffalo wings. The LA Rub is herby and flavorful. The Garlic Parmesan was surprisingly our favorite. We loved the fries. The blue cheese dressing had large chunks of blue cheese and the celery was very fresh, appealing and abundant. The restaurant was sparkly clean and so were the restrooms. The location is excellent with easy parking and next door to Orange Leaf. We liked placing our order when we came in and sitting down with our drinks. The staff was really friendly.

I really wanted to like this place.. Nice location, reasonable prices and a decent atmosphere.. But, the wings were really just not that good.. The wing quality was fine, and they were cooked right. However, the Original Hot sauce was so bland I couldn't really tell if it was a wing sauce.. Good color no flavor.. I'm guessing ready made. The kids chicken tenders were ok, but it should be noted that there is no kids menu. And cheese fries means fries with a cup of cheese sauce, not cheese melted on top.. May go back sometime to try another flavor, but will most likely stick to Wild Mikes, BW3 or Willies for wings... Sorry guys I always want a new business to do well, but until the sauce gets better this place isn't for me.

So happy that we can say goodbye to those other two overpriced wing joints on the Westside!!! The wings are great (on the small side, but you get a lot more for your money). Their hot flavor is great (FYI-they're a little dry for those that like messy, saucy wings, but I'm sure you can order them wet). The potato salad is AMAZING, we love it!!! The fries are good...the cheese fries are, different - the cheese is like nacho cheese, so we're not sold on them yet but will try them again. The staff have been very friendly and they don't mind explaining their set-up to newcomers.

It's Sunday evening, around 9:30 and I'm starving. I'm near the Westside on Yelp looking for food when WingStop pops up. I'd been meaning to try it so I knew it was my choice. I couldn't figure out if I needed to call my order in, I just new I didn't want to wait long, and I discovered they have online ordering! I quickly punch in my order: 8 boneless wings combo (original hot/lemon pepper) with potato salad. Paid online, got in the car, made it just in time for my order to be ready. When I pulled up the place barely looked open, the sign was off but I saw people inside so I knew I was good. I walk in and wait almost 5 minutes before I'm spoken to by a woman wearing the headscarf she probably wore to bed that night. I advised I was picking up and gave her name. Without looking at anything (not a computer or paper or anything) she claims there's no order. She doesn't apologize but does take my order and ups it to 10 wings and a large drink but now I must wait. It was until I get home that I see I'm given fries instead of potato salad and ranch instead of bleu cheese. The original hot had no kick and the lemon pepper was quite greasy and salty. At least the fries were good.

A last minute order placed for a family order over the weekend led me to Wingstop for the first time. Walking in, you can smell the delicious fries and you're greeted by a friendly face! In less than 20 minutes, they can whip up an order of 60 wings and you'll be out the door. Though the wings are smaller than other places, I'm a fan of their garlic dry rub. It was delicious....so delicious that I had to stop myself from eating all of them. Sharing is caring!

Been here twice the first time was much better just due to the sauces. The Cajun wings are delicious as were the Garlic Parm. The second time I got the atomic wings and the Chili Lime. The chili lime was a little weird to me as in it had no hint of lime flavor. The atomic wings were as advertised just a good hot spicy wing. Their fries are worth getting alone. I will be back to try the rest of their sauces. It is definitely worth trying if you are in the area for a quick bite.

Horrible customer service. Drove 40 minutes because we loved them in Charlotte nc. Ordered a family pack of 40 boneless got all the way back home...another 40 minutes. We opened it up and it was all bone in. Called and talked to the manager and they cared less. We didn't want anything we wanted them to know that they needed better customer service. That their competition bw3 will open each order to let you verify your order. We will not recommend this location ever
