Great variety (maybe too many to chose from?!) large portions and great tasting. and as for the cheesecake, where to begine - well worth the 7-8 dollar pricing.....Very good, can't wait to go and try something different.

I've been to this Cheesecake Factory a few times, mostly because I've been in the mall and wanted to eat at a sit-down restaurant. The menu is overwhelming, so let me just help you out here. Get the lettuce wraps. Everything else is a fine, but mostly uninteresting. The lettuce wraps are very good, and also very large. Get the lettuce wraps and share it with someone for two reasons: 1. There is no way that you will be able to eat all of anything on the menu. The portions are more than generous, they are ridiculous. 2. Nothing is cheap. However, if you take the price of the lettuce wraps and divide by two, you are getting somewhere. Service is hit or miss. Good luck. Now it's time for dessert, and this is important. Pay your server, leave the restaurant, and go to Maggiano's next door for cheesecake. Cheesecake factory gets all their cheesecake frozen in a big truck every couple weeks. Maggiano's makes their cheesecake from scratch every morning and it's amazing. Now if your looking for snickers cheesecake with praline topping and caramel chocolate drizzle or whatever, sure, stay at the factory. That's what they do well. If you want a transcendent piece of cheesecake, Maggiano's has the best in Cincinnati.

Ehhh... Overpriced and mediocre. Won't be back unless others recommend to meet here. Long lines for average food. $100 for 2 people, we should have gone somewhere local and upscale but had a gift-card. Not much more to say!

The Cheesecake Factory is A-OK. HUGE menu, which is a plus, but nothing I've tried is truly extraordinary. I do love the fried mac and cheese. Portions are huge (even on the light menu)... so dessert (all those amazing cheesecakes) is a challenge. We meet friends here often. It's a nice time. It's... A-OK. Recommend coming for the cheesecake... come here for dessert.

Fish & chips need to be called fish and fries. Batter sticks to the fish and was limp, but this is an issue amongst most punters who think they can make fish and chips. Go to Manchester and order it, if its not in newspaper, it's not the real deal. Cheesecake... Excellent.

What a horrible experience my family had last night. I pulled plastic out of my loaded tater tots, and received the worst service imaginable. The server was rude and the manager was even worse, not to mention they mocked my family as we were leaving. What a horribly unprofessional establishment. I will NEVER eat here again..

Stopped in to pick up dinner "To Go." Friendly front counter individual who directed me to the cheesecake counter. Appreciated the patience extended while I tried to make up my mind. Final choice was Jambalaya and Dulce De Leche with caramel cheesecake. So delicious!

What's my favorite cheesecake? . . . It is the original with cream cheese topping. I ask for some fresh strawberries on the side!

This is a national chain, so their food is just that. Not fabulous, but not bad either. It was good. Also, an extensive menu has something for everyone. I appreciate how the restaurant is able to make minor changes to dishes to meet your desires (e.g., leave off this...add that). The portions are incredibly huge, so be prepared to have a doggy bag (if you so desire). A great place for a relaxed meal...also kid friendly and the prices won't give you sticker shock.

Food portions are great but dont believe the hostess about time for a table. We were told 45 minutes for a table it took one hour and forty five minutes. When I inquired about the time they looked at me as if I was out of mind. It's not worth iT.

In all, the cheese cakes there are fine. They are good-looking and yummy. One thing I am not satisfied is when you almost finised the half of a piece of cheese cake, you' ll strongly feel the cake is overly sweet.

Gotta love the Cheesecake Factory. The food is amazing and the service is always good! The menu is Huge! So much to choose from! I always try something different when I go. I just love the variety. There's something for everyone. The only bad thing it's usually pretty crowded! That's the only bad side!

Solid food. Service is questionable and it's definitely over priced but I will go again I'm sure.

Decor is pretty. Wait is a bit much and there is not enough seating available for disabled who are waiting. Service was great, and food was hot and tasted great. For two burgers, fries, and two slices of cheesecake with drinks our total bill ww about $40.

I love The Cheesecake Factory! I can't think of a single negative experience. The service is always on point and even when it's a little slow, it's not a bad place to wait. The interior is beautiful and always very clean. The menu is extensive, so if you have a large group, everyone will be pleased. One turn there I ordered the Ahi Tuna and my husband had Shepard's Pie, just to give an example. Of course there is an incredible list of cheesecakes. The only warning is the issue of parking. Kenwood Mall is nightmare on any weekend, and I have been there when not a spot is open. So word to the wise, go early or on a weeknight.

Geez. Just getting cheesecake to go and the girl has an attitude. Is it so difficult to smile and be nice? Hoping the cheesecake is still good. Just got home with the cheesecake and got one of the three I ordered. Two were not what I asked for. Ugh. Check your orders before you leave.

The only complaints I can think of for The Cheesecake Factory is if you get there at the wrong time, you might have a good-sized wait. Also, the prices can be on the high side depending on what you are ordering. Other than that, the menu is substantial with ample vegetarian options. Bread (and free refills) come with the meal. The interior is always tastefully decorated with soft lighting. Food is served in generous portions. And if there's one place where you're fairly certain you'll end the meal with dessert, this is it.

I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in forever. I used to love it. And yes, the cheesecake is still delicious- my go-to flavor is White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, and I enjoy every calorie-laden bite of it! However, the food is a bit overpriced, and underwhelming. My Jambalaya Pasta was unbalanced, had too much lemon, and not worth it. The menu is overwhelming-- it is nice that they have a low calorie part of the menu for those who want to not indulge as much. Service is fine. I probably won't go back unless somebody else suggests it.

I've been to The Cheesecake Factory before, but this time was an overall better experience! My sister and I came here for dinner around 6:30 and we were quickly seated at a table facing the bar. Our waiter was quick and friendly, even though it took me forever to pick something off the menu! After we ordered, warm bread and butter was brought to our table, I always appreciate warm bread! =) We ended up ordering the firecracker salmon for an appetizer, shrimp scampi and grilled pork chops. All of which were good choices. The firecracker salmon was similar to a spring roll, but with cooked salmon and spinach. It was tangy and pretty good, but I like my salmon raw rather than cooked. My shrimp scampi was delicious; I actually cleaned my plate, which rarely happens! The shrimp was fresh and flavorful. The angel hair was cooked to the perfect texture, which went well with the buttery wine sauce. I didn't try the pork chops, but they looked good. I tried the mash and the apple sauce that came with it, I would eat that all day if you'd let me, haha. We were stuffed, but as our waiter cleared the table, I answered him eagerly when he asked us if we wanted the dessert menu. In my head I was thinking, I've only been waiting all night! I ordered the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, yummy chocolatey goodness! My sister ordered the Tiramisu, which was good too. not overly sweet. The food was good and the service was good. I will definitely be coming back here before returning to NY!

Took my son & daughter here to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We like the variety of the menu. Lots of choices. I was very pleased to see that they have a lite menu. I had the lite steak medallions. Cooked perfectly & just the right portion size. My daughter's fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken was very nice. My son's meal was a real struggle however. He ordered a shrimp dish that was mostly chicken! His sides took forever to be served & when they finally arrived, one was the wrong item. It was like a whole ordeal just trying to get what he ordered! Even with the confusion, the food was good & meal was very enjoyable. We ordered 2 pieces of cheesecake to-go. It was crazy-good !! Our waitress was very nice & apologetic for the minor mishaps. I think they were just super-busy. Overall, we totally enjoyed our dinner & I'm sure we'll be back.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this location. It is always packed! 90 minute and 2 hour waits are not out of the ordinary. It's part of Kenwood Mall so put your reservations in and then go shopping! Huge menu makes it harder to choose. I do have my favorites like Chicken Madiera or Salmon/Chicken Madiera combination. The Chicken Madiera has a nice sauce and comes with Asparagus. If you are Steak person the Rib Eye steak is excellent and so is the Steak Diane. You can have the Steak Diane as a combo with the Salmon or Chicken Madiera. The Steak Diane is a little spicy since it has a lot of pepper in it. Portions are huge! They also have smaller portions and health conscious options. You can get a small side salad instead of the giant $10 Caesar or specialty salad that can be a meal by itself. Cheesecakes are awesome but I have an issue on why my "togo" pieces are never the giant ones they show in their case. They have a separate stash in the back freezer. In November and December you get a free slice of cheesecake with every $25 giftcard purchase. It's good from 12/26 until early February. Buy yourself the giftcards before eating your meal.

It's the Cheesecake Factory. It's a chain restaurant. It's delicious. I'm a sucker for their corncake appetizer. I could eat that as a meal. In fact, I do eat that as my meal. Yummers. Also, I love their lemonade, served with sugar crystals around the rim to offset the tart-ness. We also stop in here for dessert for a special treat with friends. Even the chocolate cake, which is not a cheesecake, is decadent and good. And the atmosphere is special/classy if you're looking for an added umph to your evening. Prices are pretty fair considering the quantity of food you're getting. If going at a popular hour, I'd recommend a reservation. We've also shown up later in the evening and immediately gotten a table. I also recommend sharing because honestly, who can finish these portions? Issues mainly revolve around the fact that it's hard to choose from a menu that is simply way too big. Also, we really find that all the flavors of cheesecake are too sweet. I mean, I want to order something different, but in the end, I always go with the original because I find all other flavors to be too sweet. I can't finish a slice by myself, that's for sure. Several times I've tried asking "what's your least sweet cheesecake" and gotten no where. The one time I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, I regretted it. The strawberries were covered in sugary red goop, which was just sugary nastiness. Also, their coffee is terrible.

The food there is absolutely amazing although the food is a little pricey. Often my daughter and I will order a couple of dishes and share them, then still not have room for dessert, so we will get something to take home! The cheesecake is delicious enough to drive there just for that alone! Even while you are waiting for your order, you can look at the amazing decor! There are some times when the wait is too long though, but that just shows how popular it is.

Let me start off this review by saying that the night my husband and I decided to go here for dinner, I was craving the BBQ Salmon dish. That's all I could think about and it's the only thing I wanted, so imagine how disappointed i was to find out that AFTER I had ordered my food, they were out of salmon. Seriously?! Completely out. And apparently had been out for three days. (Because telling me that when we sat down would have been too easy. Had we known they were out of salmon, there's no way I would have even ordered a glass of water.) The seating is ridiculous and I must say, if you're going to stick me at a table for "two" that is directly next to another table so that I feel like I am involved in their conversation, that's not a pleasant dining experience for me. That's more like torture. The meal I ordered in substitution for my favorite meal being out of stock was the curry chicken and shrimp- recommended by our waiter. This thing was gross. It was grey in color and resembled cat vomit. I tried to eat the rice a handful of times and that was it for me- I couldn't finish this $15 plate of nasty. The wait times for this place are outrageous. 2 hours for a table for two?! Are you kidding me!? Save your money and hassle and go somewhere else. The only thing I can recommend is to get a slice of cheesecake to go and eat it at home where you don't have to listen to the empty nesters in the seat next to you crying because they moved their kid into college that morning. Nothing ruins a good meal faster than the buzz-kill at the table next to yours!

Let me start off by saying that I just do not understand why The Cheesecake Factory is so popular. Every location is the same and everytime I go I leave dissappointed with the whole experience. Every location shares the same problem: a gigantic and overwhelming menu, ridiculous wait times, and tables that are way too close for comfort. With that said, this location is no different. This is the third Cheesecake Factory that I've been to, and my first time at this location. My group of friends wanted to eat here so I had no input in the matter. When we arrived the place was just ridiculously packed. Seriously, is there no other place to eat in Cincinnati? Thankfully we kind of had reservations (which apparently they do not allow) and had friends come in early and get our table. Surprisingly, what I ordered at this location was very good. This has not been my experience in the past so I'll probably stick to this dish if I ever have to visit a Cheesecake Factory again. I also tried a friend's avocado eggrolls which are outstanding. I also ordered the crab bites which were good, but terribly overpriced for what you get. My main dish was the sausage pasta and it was surprisingly good. However, like I said before, the menu is so overwhelmingly large that you just feel like pointing at something randomly and hoping that it will be good. And this is where the good ends. When it came time for our check, pretty much everyone's bill was screwed up. We had a large group so we decided to ask for the check 30 minutes before we had to leave. We did this in anticipation of things going wrong since we had somewhere else to be. Long story short, everything was effed up. Some people got charged for things they didn't order, other people's dishes got mixed up with other's drinks. It was a mess. So needless to say, we made it very late to our next appointment (Cheers to Art) and put everyone in a bad mood. As I left the place, there were literally hundreds of people waiting to get a seat and I still can't figure out why.

So generally we have had good experiences at these establishments. This time however our server was in no way good. I wish I kept the receipt and could contact the management there about our experience. She had an attitude that we were bothering her by having to serve us and when my wife asked for sugar for her unsweetened Iced Tea, she brought it to the table and literally dropped it and didn't even apologize, but quickly left. We asked for the wheat bread only and she gave us an attitude, like we were being needy. The food came out in a bit of a longer than expected time, but the place was pretty full, so I won't fault them for that. My Santa Fe salad was good, but I don't think they gave me the right dressing, since I thought it was suppose to be a spicy-peanut vinaigrette, but I am pretty certain I got their Cilantro dressing. My wife got the Cuban and the sweet potato fries upgrade, but the pork in the Cuban was very flat and disappointing, but overall the sandwich was not bad. I was waiting for at least 15 minutes to get my water refilled by our lovely waitress and when she noticed that it was completely dry she neglected to even apologize for the neglect. Overall we have had generally good experiences when going to most locations, so we will visit another location in the future, but not likely this location.

The first time I ever went to a Cheesecake Factory, I almost peed my pants I was so excited. The mere idea that a place exists with 20 kinds of cheesecake thrilled me beyond measure. When I found out they were building one in Cincinnati, I googled its opening for months. Today, we stopped by for lunch. We were seated in less than 5 minutes. It takes me a long time to choose from the menu because there are so many items from which to choose . This place really appeals to the hedonist in me. I also love the decor. I always feel like I'm enveloped in some kind of amber marshmallow cloud. We decided to choose from the lunch options because the other options are always huge. The lunch options are also gigantic. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and salad (lunch portion). I could have fed an entire family with it. It was the best BBQ chicken pizza. The sauce was sweet and delicious with the red onions. The cheese was melty and wonderful. My fiance had the Chipotle Chicken Pasta. I tried it. It was very tasty - and enough to feed about 5 people. So, we had to get boxes. For dessert, we shared Adam's Peanut Butter Ripple Cheesecake. It has huge chunks of Butterfingers in it, peanut butter drizzled in the cheesecake and a chocolate crust. I think my fiance was a little upset watching me with the cheesecake as I seemed to be having some type of illicit affair with it. It may be a chain but mmmm....heaven.

Five. Five dollar. Five dollar happy hour appetizers (much better than a Subway footlong). Can't go wrong with the $5 fried mac and cheese balls. Salivating now just thinking about them. Awesome value and perfect for splitting with a friend or 2. And of course, the cheesecakes. And gigantic menu. And faux-fanciness without the pretentiousness of actual-fancy places. I love it all.

Went for Mother's Day, I want to say that they have Good food: I got Evelyn's favorite pasta and it was good, my mother got moccrocan chicken cuscus it was pretty tasty, my sister got orange chicken with brown rice; I personally didn't like the rice it had no salt but the orange chicken was just awesome. Then my brother got an original hamburger. It wasn't bad. We then got Chris outrageous cheesecake it was okay I wouldn't recommend it just because there wasn't enough cheese flavor to it. The service started out awkward until halfway through it became a little more comfortable and cool. I would recommend for a gathering.

Pleasantly surprised! I was expecting your typical chain restaurant fair but everything was yummy and fresh! I had the cream of chicken soup, it was loaded with fresh mushrooms and big chunks of chicken. We also had the luau salad, very , very tasty. The chicken and biscuits was great also! The only negative things are the menu and seating. The menu is huge, like a novel! Makes it hard to choose something. The seating is such that if you are only two people you end up at tiny tables practically on top of the people next to you. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I decided to meet after work at a central location and Cheesecake Factory was the choice. It was Friday at 5:30, and the staff tried to seat us in an odd area, a little too close to another family, which felt like an invasion if their personal space. We moved ourselves to a better location since the staff seemed oblivious. My wife ordered the fried catfish and noticed it seemed very "fatty". It seemed sort of undercooked (though nearly burned on the outside). She ate most of one piece before giving up. At midnight that night, she got violently ill and spent the weekend vomiting and various other acts I won't mention. She has sworn off Cheesecake Factory forever (we'll see), but at the very least will always be very leery of improperly cooked food. She should have followed her instincts and sent it back. The staff seemed a little lost in general, like they were overwhelmed. We will not be back. There are far too many choices in the area for us to take the chance.

We had Thai chicken lettuce wraps and an Asian Chicken Salad. There was enough food to share. I was glad that they had options that were delicious but not so heavy. I enjoyed the different sauces that came with the wraps. Asian Chicken Salad is one of my favorite salads from the Cheese Cake Factory. The salad at this location was not as good or pleasing to the eye as the one I had in Florida. For dessert we had strawberry shortcake, strawberry cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake. I tasted each of the cheesecakes, they were both good with a smooth texture. The strawberry shortcake was my dessert selection, the combination of the ice cream, cake and whipped topping was a nice blend. The cake actually reminded me of a scone or a biscuit. The decor is beautiful and I liked that the restaurant was ajoined to the mall i.e. after dinner we able to go shopping.

Don't even bother going to this location. I love Cheesecake Factory! However, this location is poorly managed! They always make you wait even when you can see available tables. The 3 times I've been there, the wait has been over an hour and I counted a minimum of 12 unoccupied tables. The people at the front never smile to welcome you. They all just look really young and overwhelmed. The wait staff is sad. They all seem to have huge egos, are not friendly, and good luck getting refills on drinks. The food there is great! The service and the people who work there are why I gave such a poor rating.

It seems like the Kenwood Cheesecake Factory has deteriorated in the last few years. I used to really love the food here, but my last experience was disappointing. The Thai chicken pasta was so bland that I sent it back, and the sliders I ordered in its place weren't much better. As always, the cheesecake was stellar, so I would suggest the Cheesecake Factory more as a dessert stop than a dinner option. Not relevant to this review, I find the Cheesecake Factory's promotional emails incredibly self-serving and unfriendly. The "specials" are distinctly un-special, so I can't recommend anyone sign up for the mailing list.

If I could base this review solely on the merit of their cheesecake alone, this would be a five star review. But alas, I must tell you of my whole experience. I have had slices of cheesecake and even a light bite from the appetizer menu to-go, but on this occassion I dined in with some friends. We could not make a reservation because we called one minute--ONE MINUTE-- past the time they stopped taking reservations (I didn't even know they had a cut-off time for reservations). We wound up waiting for about 30 minutes because one of my friends arrived early and got the wait started. The food was okay. I say okay because across the board it was inconsistent. We ordered a couple of appetizers to share with the table and one order of stuffed mushrooms was piping hot and the other was lukewarm. The entree I ordered was okay, but there was definitely no seasoning, which was disappointing. I would like to return to The Cheesecake Factory because their menu reads like a novella so I could try something else with hopes for improvement, but in the meantime I'll just stick to take-out cheesecake slices.

Me went there for dinner without reservation. We were told the waiting will be 40 minutes and turn out we waited one hour and minutes. If not because my son in law went to check with them, the waiting time probably longer. Food is ok.

This place is overrated. The menu is alittle overwhelmin and the cheesecake isn't all that great. I will say this, I do like the carrot cake (it is really huge!), the Avocado Eggrolls, and Chicken Potstickers.

This place is AMAZING! I worked there for a year and eat there all the time still. That speaks high volume. Sometimes, you work at a place and can't eat there when you are there. They make just about everything from scratch. They pay attention to detail like crazy. Every job there, you must take a written test.... from the bartender to the busser. Management is amazing. My favorite meals are: Chicken Jambalaya [over rice, extra sauce], Fried Macaroni Cheese Balls, Strawberry or Lemon Drop Martini, Cheesecake depends on my mood. I have not had anything I didn't like there. Two thumbs up.

Let's start off with the only reason we went here was for my daughter's birthday...she had to go to the cheesecake factory. After waiting 1hr 45 min (!!!, mercifully we had things to do in the mall), we were finally seated. We were greeted by our server quickly, the service was good. Now to the food...I had a spicy chicken salad, which wasn't spicy at all, and the chicken was lukewarm. a couple of my kids got corn dogs, which had some nasty long john silver's style batter on them, one had the chicken fingers which she liked. the fries that came with their meal were warm, but not hot, you could tell that had been sitting for a while. my wife had some salmon that she didn't care much for. Overall, there is no way that this place is worth that kind of wait. The food is pretty mediocre/bad, so do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Super long wait, As always, but the service otherwise good, and the food was timed well. My wife requested a side salad, that they could have offered to bring out first, but not a huge deal. I had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, and was very satisfied. There are a lot negatives about the Cheesecake Factory Franchise, from an overly large menu to ridiculous wait times and even over-sized portions. This review would be higher, if not for the wait, and more specifically the inaccurate estimates given. Whatever they tell you when you walk in the door, add 50% to it. We were told 30 minutes, which was not bad this visit, but the total time was over 45 minutes. The previous visit, at a different location so I am not basing this review on it, we were told 45 minutes, and it ended up being 90 minutes. That said, the food was good, and timed appropriately. I would eat here again, I'd just make sure I was there before I get hungry.

It's a Cheesecake Factory - so it's pretty normal. It's always crowded. The food is always the same. It's consistent. The food is just okay- I don't love anything here and never come here with anything in mind. It's good for salads and stuff. We ALWAYS get gift certificates here, so we end up coming after holidays and our birthday because we usually have 50+ dollars to spend. So the main thing to try here is their strawberry or raspberry lemonade topped with whipped cream. They may look at you kinda funky when you ask for whipped cream on top - but trust me - DO IT! Mix the whipped cream into the lemonade, and you will be in awe at how amazing it is. Apparently, the first Cheesecake Factory my husband went to did this and he's been convincing our friends to do it here since. It is delicious. The cheesecake is good - it's what they are known for obviously. Sometimes it can get a bit rich - I can never finish a whole slice without getting full. I feel like most people have been here. If you come at dinner time or lunch time - expect a long wait.

Wow! What a beautiful place to dine. The menu is a little lengthy. However not disappointed. I ordered the steak diane with shrimp scampi. Tasted amazing! And for dessert was a slice of turtle cheesecake! I was soooo stuffed by the end of the night. I really loved the atmosphere. The valet was OUTSTANDING! I would give valet a 5 star if i could! It was FASTEr than any valet i have ever used. The boy was on foot and ran for the vehicle!! Simply amazing!

The Cheesecake Factory is one of those restaurants where the phrase "Your Mileage May Vary" (YMMV) was made for. Every half-good experience we have ever had there has been tempered by the very next visit where we have often vowed to never darken their proverbial doorstep again. I think the reason we DO go back is that TCF at the Kenwood Town Center is - apart from the tacky ill-designed food court - pretty much the 'only game in town', its prime location at the main entrance to the mall guaranteeing it eyeballs and footfalls. The food isn't the problem. Sorry, I'll rephrase that... the food is rarely the problem. The menu is massive - the kitchen's cooks must hate its size and choice - and you can often get through one entire drink deciding what entree to opt for. (Is this the perfect sales ploy I wonder?). Almost everything that comes out is averagely average and inoffensively bland, but the restaurant always scores for the size of its portion. HUGE! When perusing the menu always try and bear in mind that your leftovers and subsequent doggy bag will feed you - for at least - one day extra. It's often like 2 or 3 meals for the (high) price of one! Once in a while however, something comes to your table that both looks and tastes awful... like the Teriyaki Chicken I tried there last year which had the look of something that had been kicked around on the floor before being plated. To be fair - food wise - that was a bit of an anomaly. However, The Cheesecake Factory's main turnoff - for us is most definitely the service. I don't mean the people at the front desk who are trying to accommodate everyone who walks in expecting and/or demanding an immediate table for 4, but the servers. This, my friends, is where everything that could be good about the place gets ruined in one foul swoop. Don't get me wrong, we have had good service there. More often than not though we've been forced to encounter whatever the word is for 'indifference meets attitude'. On our most recent visit you could almost see the glow of boredom around the girl who phonily claimed she would "be looking after us". I respect that this is something of a "first world problem" but it then took an age for her to get waters to our table and our subsequent request for straws to drink them with was met with an almost audible *sigh*. I also have issues with servers who are initially keen to ask you what you would like then point blank refuse to listen to your response because, presumably, their heads are off on some cloud somewhere. My wife had to repeat her choice twice whilst I had to chime in three times before she comprehended mine. When the food eventually came she did wander over to ensure everything was okay. My wife asked for her water to be refilled and off the girl went for the jug. She came back, filled my wife's glass... totally missing the fact that, by this time, mine was also empty. My wife and I just looked at one another and laughed... laughter which became a little sour when we didn't see the server again for the rest of the meal. Oh sure she came to the table next to ours to deliver a check and pick up the payment but she never, ever returned to us again until such time as she was due to get paid. This, sadly, was not a rare experience. We have sat in all areas of the vast indoor space the Cheesecake Factory takes up and I would say that 8 times out of 10 we have received the same level of disappointing service, almost as if the staff there are trained in 'the art of surly'. Maybe that's why the portions are so big so as to take your mind off the service? Personally I think I'd prefer smaller portions, lower prices and a guarantee of some quality manners and attention from the staff. Now, on this most recent visit we didn't visit the bathrooms. There is very good reason for this. Maybe they have fixed the problem but on every visit in the past three or four years the bathrooms - and the corridor that leads to them - has permeated an off-putting odor. Not necessarily of lingering wee or poo but most definitely something with a 'sewerish aroma'. We commented on this once to a member of staff who could hardly wait to walk away from us after mumbling "it's like that most of the time" in our general direction. Now, before I tar the whole Cheesecake Factory chain with the same critical brush let me just say that our 'problems' have been limited exclusively to the Kenwood location. On our frequent visits to Chicago we have thoroughly enjoyed - and indeed, raved about - their location at the base of the Hancock Tower. We've never received anything but exemplary service there and can't make any complaints at all. Kenwood, by comparison, is the merest shadowiest shadow in Chicago's wake.

Cheesecake Factory has a HUGE menu, but as I've said, if there's a Cuban Sandwich on the menu, I MUST order it! Cheesecake has a YUMMY Cuban Sandwich that will surely satisfy! Additionally, they have a good brunch menu. It's nice to enjoy their outdoor patio during the summer mornings before it gets too hot. Then you can walk it off by shopping in the mall! Uh, I guess I should mention the obvious...yes the cheesecakes are awesome!

I like The Cheesecake Factory. As far as large chain restaurants, it's by far my favorite. The overall ambience of the place is just great. The dim lighting, the decor. I instantly feel relaxed. The servers are always really professional and friendly- they educate you on whatever menu changes there are and offer great recommendations. My favorite (non alcoholic) drink is definitely the raspberry lemonade. The rim of the glass is covered in sugar and it's just absolutely delicious. I order it every time I go. One thing I really like about The Cheesecake Factory is the huge menu selection. There's literally something for everyone. Vegetarian, Asian, Italian... You name it, they've got it. They even have an entire "Skinny" menu for those who are watching what they eat. The cheesecake... How could I not mention that? Unfortunately I'm so boring, my favorite is the plan old Original Low Carb cheesecake. The White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut cheesecake is amazing but I usually can't handle all of that. It's not inexpensive, that's for sure. But, I believe you get what you pay for. The portion sizes are enormous, even the lunch portions. The service couldn't be better. Totally worth it.

I have been to the Kenwood Cheesecake Factory more times than I can count. If I am ever at the mall with my mom and sister, The Cheesecake Factory has always been the spot we stop for lunch or dinner. Mostly, we go here because it is convenient and has a lot of menu items. Since we all have different tastes, this place is a good compromise since everyone will find something on their massive menu that they like. I have to say though, after my recent visit, I will never go back. Our server was nowhere to be found our entire meal. She took our drink order and didn't come back until she gave us our check. Anything we needed (refills of water, salt and pepper, napkins- you know- basics), we had to grab a server at another table or someone passing our table running food to another. I have experienced its progressive decline over the past year or so. Each time, it gets a little bit worse. The food quality has gone steadily downhill, the service is terrible anymore and the prices seem to be going up. I am not sure whether they actually are, or it's that the terrible service and mediocre food simply highlight the fact that you're paying a whole lot of $$ that could be much better spent elsewhere.

A frequented spot for me and my significant other to hang out, have a drink and feel the evening breeze while watching late shoppers at Kenwood Towne Center.

Everything you need to know, The menu is huge. The food portions are huge. The bread with dinner is awesome. The dessert is decadent. So why 4 stars. The food is uneven. Sometimes you find something great. Sometimes the food is meh. Rarely is its awful.

I'm giving this Cheesecake Factory 4 stars - 3 stars for the food but 5 stars for our server Mason. A group of 7 of us stopped in here for a late lunch on Saturday (5/5). We only had to wait about 10 minutes and then we were escorted to a large round booth. Between the 7 of us, 4 were running the Flying Pig Marathon the next day and 3 were running the Half Marathon so we needed to carb load. As with all CFs I have eaten at, the food is a solid 3 star, nothing spectacular (I don't think it is possible to have outstanding food with a menu as large as CF's) but nothing bad either. This location gets 4 stars because we truly had 5 star service from Mason. I'm not kidding when I say that between 7 of us we ordered water 4 different ways - water with ice and lemon, water without ice or lemon, water without ice but with lemon and water with ice but no lemon - poor guy, I wouldn't have blamed him if he had run away. We demolished the bread baskets and when we asked for more of the brown bread (which also deserves 5 stars) Mason brought us three baskets full (and we ate it all). One of the main dishes was not done when the other six were served, Mason apologized profusely and his manager came over and did the same. The seventh main came out within 5 minutes and we all dug in. When it came time to settle the check, Mason asked how we wanted to split it. We asked if we could split it seven ways. Mason responded with a smile and said "sure, that will be easy." We all reacted with shocked expressions and told him that that was the first time we have ever had a server respond that way. Mason explained that since our orders were put in by table and seat number, he could just print off the check for each seat number. For me personally the serving sizes at CF are way too big, I ate until I was stuffed and still left with a takeout box full of enough pasta for an entire meal. In fact 4 of us took half of our meals home. Since we were staying in a motel we asked for plastic forks. In addition to the silverware, Mason also brought each of us some more brown bread wrapped in foil. Maybe it is because all of us are used to the attitudes that pass for customer service in the DMV area, but we were all so thrilled with the service we received from Mason that we asked to speak with his manager. We all complimented him profusely and his manager explained that Mason had just recently started picking up shifts on the floor (he normally works behind the counter in the bakery). So, if you are in Cincinnati and find yourself at this CF location, request Mason as your server, you won't be disappointed.

Not a fan, first had to wait while there were visibly open tables. Then after we were seated, almost on top of the people next to us, the service was slow. The food was mediocre. And afterwards we had our cheesecake to go and when arrived home it was not what we ordered, we will not be back.

Huge portions. Almost always need a to-go box. I've never had a bad meal there, and the cheesecake is always incredible. I wish they would not put some of the tables so close together, though.

When you dine, you rate the whole experience, and let's be 100% honest here, this place is different. Cheesecake factory is a chain, its loud, its obnoxious, and its super crowded. If that isn't enough of a determent (like it wasn't for me), then you're in for a good treat. You've got this enormous menu with so many choices that you end up wanting a little bit of everything. Everything is also hugely large here too. Talk about trying to make Americans even more fatter - this is your joint here. My significant other was clearly not pleased to go here since there are a wide variety of choices in Cincinnati, however, I was happy. The wait was 1 hour and 30 mins on a Saturday night (typical), but you get to walk around that super cheesy Kenwood mall, or whatever its called. We had the fried mac and cheese - so good, seriously. The avocado egg rolls were delicious too, but it would be nice to dip it into a spicy chipotle sauce other than some sweet Indian chutney. He had the penne with four cheese which was basic, chicken was rubbery though. I had to be a bit good and had the small caesar salad which was not small by any means. The pineapple mojito was too sweet, so was the regular mojito, but the margarita was on point. We got a cheesecake to go that seems to be the thing here too. Anyway, good food overall, not a "real" experience for a restaurant because its intimate or cozy, obviously pricey since you get the LARGE portions in everything.... but honestly, go on a second/third date here, and you'll be forced to talk more to the girl/guy since you're waiting a while - that means some true bonding. Oh and the service! Lady was nice, courteous, but took forever to get us the check and get a move on it, but I'll cut her a break, it is the crowded place in that particular mall. Tis ok.

Ive been to cheesecake several times For lunch and it was always okay but not great Tonight's meal was a home run! I had beets and host cheese salad which was delicious. I thought the sesame oil was really a nice nutty touch but it was competing a bit with the strong flavor if the goat cheese. Still, really nice. The shrimp scampi was excellent. No noodles with it as it came with the steak Dianne. The medallions were done a little bit more than the medium I requested but still good. The sauce and mushrooms were delicious! It came with mashed potatoes which were so flavorful! The 3 were excellent and a good-sized portion. Yum! The service was excellent - especially the manager. He bent over backwards to make our wait more tolerable, bringing me a high chair to set the baby down. Even went as far as to bring her a little plate of sliced bananas and assorted bread! Wow. I was too stuffed for dessert but will definitely have to go again. Great dining overall!

I can't even believe I am writing this because for so many years, I have refused to eat here. With their massive portions and through-the-roof calorie counts, I figured it best to just avoid the place altogether for fear that my belts wouldn't fit the next day. However, I visited here recently on a work lunch and discovered that they have a HUGE "skinnylicious" menu! Calorie counts listed, fresh ingredients, and yummy. I now have cravings for these shrimp summer rolls and various tacos. Now, it's on my list of nearby lunch spots. Just dont' follow up your skinnylicious items with the cheesecake and you can get out of there without having a heart attack on the way to the car!

Ambience was great, service and food were not. The fries in the fish and chips tasted frozen, the hand made onion rings also tasted burnt and had no flavor, and the pizza was just ok. We just thought everything had no taste and if it did it was burnt. The server never asked us how the food was and he was so busy because we went on a Saturday night that we never had the opportunity to talk to him. For the price, it's just not worth it. We will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Well I FINALLY broke down and took the Mrs. to the Cheesecake Factory. It was actually a bit of a celebration for us -- DATE NIGHT WITH NO BABIES!! Grandma came and gave us a few, desperately needed hours of time to try and recall what it was like to actually have a relationship... sans two toddlers. So we land in Kenwood at the mall... ugh... we've been assimilated into upper middle class suburbanite status, desperately clinging to some shred of our former selves. The wait wasn't really all that bad for a Saturday dinner rush at the mall... under an hour, and they were true to their estimates. The server was great... she handled things like a charm, although she admitted that she was fairly new and hadn't fully assimilated the gargantuan menu. That's the thing about the Cheesecake Factory... even in a down economy it seems that they're trying to push the whole "everything is big" excess thing. Hey, their kitchen logistics aren't my issue... the only concern with a menu that large is what do they truly excel at making vs. what's on there to try and satisfy the masses while being "excessive". We ordered a couple of appetizers... a tempura ahi tuna roll and some crab bites (which were mini crab cakes). Both were pretty tasty. The wife went for a $10 mojito and I landed on a tall Stella Artois (since I'm one of those trendy Stella fans and they have it on draft.. no yucky Blue Moon orange juice flavored beer for me... you freaks). I had the shrimp scampi, which ended up being excellent... I was pleasantly surprised... angel hair was perfect (al dente angel hair is a delicate balance of time and attention). Very large shrimp and roasted garlic cloves... mmm... perfect balance. I was pleasantly surprised at the effort for a chain restaurant. It was extremely well prepared and presented. The Mrs. ended up with some chicken thing that she liked pretty well too. I tasted a bite and it was really good. So now it's time for cheesecake... mmmm.... cheesecake and beer... The moment my wife saw they had turtle cheesecake, the decision-making process was done for her. I opted for something a little more basic - the plain with strawberries. Now this is where I have to be perfectly honest - I am not only a food snob, but in particular, I'm a cheesecake snob. In no way, shape, or form can I call Cheesecake Factory cheesecake "the best evarrrrr". Don't get me wrong, it's good. Pretty good even. However, I cannot and will not say that it's spectacular. That's because my family has a secret cheesecake recipe that has been handed down for generations, which torches the living hell out of every other cheesecake I've ever tasted. So much so, that at one point there was serious discussion about commercializing the effort - especially after some high flutin' boys from New England got ahold of one and raved about how it was better than any cheesecake they've ever eaten in NYC... and I agree with them. It is. However, that's all besides the point. Most people wouldn't ever know the difference, and to that end, the Cheesecake Factory will be a pinnacle of cheesecake glory for them. I would never want to take that away on the basis that some other vastly superior cheesecake exists out there - because they will most likely never eat it. So if Cheesecake Factory can get what they do pricewise for their product, I wonder how much I could get for our secret cheesecake nirvana.... naah... It's mine... all mine.... Ok... so in summation... Cheesecake Factory, gets decent marks for a chain place. I'd hit it again.

2 hour wait for poor service... I just got home from taking my daughter out for a "date night". She likes looking at the Disney Store (review to follow) and other children themed places at Kenwood Towne Center, so I thought that going to Chessecake would be a good choice. The place is ALWAYS crowded, and I'm used to waiting to get in there, but tonight was even longer than usual...about a 2 hour wait. I ordered the Wasabi-Crusted Ahi Tuna Steak with Black rice (my daughter ordered the Mac & Cheese). The first thing that was disappointing about the service was that my meal was served with brown rice, instead of the black that I ordered...Next, all of items on the plate (the tuna, rice and julienne vegetables) were EXTREMELY bland. The wasabi crusting that was detailed on the menu was more like a bland mound of panko bread crumbs scooped on top of my unevenly cooked piece of fish. For $30 and being one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, you'd think that a little more pride and attention to detail would go into preparing it. I had to douse my entire plate with soy sauce (which I had to ask for) to get through my meal...it's such a shame because it really did look like a quality cut of fish. I really do like the decor, and I like that it is located in the Towne Center, but after this performance I don't see myself going back for a while....the cheesecake was terrific though! :)

This restaurant is in a prime location in the Kenwood Mall. Another one of my co-workers favorites (I think it's because of the low-cal or veggie options). I have been here twice already. I go here because my friends like it, I like their company, and I don't mind the food. Nothing to write home about, but okay. They have a skinnylicious menu which is supposedly low calories and all that jazz. I like a little bit of flavor in my food. If it is the bland microwaved dish, you can keep it to yourself. First time I went here, I made the mistake of ordering the Pasta. It was a sacrilege to the memory of the Pasta Carbonara I had from Yayas, Denver. They had all the stuff there - white sauce, green peas, bacon... but none of the flavor. Next time I went, I was mindful of my lesson and ordered Jamaican Black Pepper shrimp. I have had a good experience with this dish in another location. And bang! They delivered it with the correct flavor. Service is a good thing here, they are mindful of you, are fast. But don't take any recommendations from them.

Brunch is amazing! Love the bruleed french toast. I'm sad it's only served on Sundays. Lunch/Dinner it's just okay, nothing to write home about. Loooooove the Cheesecake which lets be honest is the main reason to go to the Cheesecake Factory! My favs are the Strawberry, red velvet and tuxedo. They are often on a wait so not the best place for a big crowd especially since they are located in the mall. Overall not a bad choice!

We came to this restaurant with no clue what to expect. We had never gone to a Cheesecake Factory restaurant before. We went in around 4pm, which was great because it was so empty around the bar area and had few people seated in the booths. We had a great waiter. He was full of energy and got our orders correct. He refilled our drinks frequently...so frequently that we had to tell him we didn't need one at the moment a couple of times. We ordered the nachos appetizer, Shepherd's pie, salmon/mashed potatoes, The Club sandwich and Baja chicken tacos. They all looked great and the portions were huge. I can't say how the other meals tasted like but the Baja tacos were flavorful, spicy, and perfectly accented with cilantro. We ended up bringing most of our food and the cheesecakes home. I had the low carb cheesecake with fresh strawberries on top, it was excellent. The only con about the whole experience was the fact that the windows where we sat by were right next to the entrance to Kenwood Mall so it was a bit distracting with people walking by or sitting right under our window in benches. Word of advice: be prepared to come in very hungry or bring home food since the portions are huge and this isn't a budget-friendly place to eat at.

Service is horrible for groups. Don't ever go with a group! We had a group of14 fmaily members gather for my birthday. And it took them over 45 minutes to finally give us the check. We had two waitresses, and a manager trying to figure out how to use their system, they couldn't print anything out for us. Finally my Uncle told them to splt up whatever they had for us on three checks and we would pay and be on our way. we have no idea what we paid for, and no one was helpful at all. They just don't know what they are doing.

A few words for you: Fried Mac n Cheese. Forget the cheesecake, I get the Fried Mac n Cheese every time I got to the Cheesecake Factory. Crispy on the outside, gooey, cheesy delicious on the inside. Nothing like it in the world, I swear it's not made by mere mortals, they have gods back there in the kitchen just to make this gooey delicacy. And also the bread, oh my lord the bread served with real butter is to die for, warm and fresh, it has a well baked crisp shell on the outside, and soft supple perfect bread on the inside, perfect to rip into chunks and slather with butter to enjoy, which you will. Oh how you will enjoy it. Unless you don't eat bread, and if you don't, what is wrong with you?! They also have a nice attentive staff, who will serve you an interesting mix of entrees, salads and appetizers, of course delicious desserts, as well as drinks, but for me its all about the Fried Mac n Cheese.

I didn't expect much when I came here, but was pleasantly surprised. I had the meatloaf with steamed vegetables and the red velvet cheesecake. I had to ask boxes for both as the portions are huge! Our waitress was extremely friendly, a real delight! Would definitely come back when I'm at Kenwood!

This is a very typical, girlie thing to say.. but I freaking love cheesecake. It is the only reason why this place gets two stars. If it didn't have 30 varieties of these gigantic, rich desserts they would definitely only get one star. If you go on a weekend, you'll wait at least 20 minutes just to see a hostess to ask her for a fork so you can stab your eye out. I don't mind waiting in a restaurant if it serves good food. In this place, you wait for an hour and and the food is nothing but 4 portions of processed mess. It's almost criminal how much food they give you. If you look on every 'eat this, not that' list, Cheesecake Factory is on it due to their 1,800 calorie meals. I've had sandwiches, pasta, appetizers from there and none of it I really even remember. I do remember the good cheesecake, the strong (if very expensive) drinks, and the very friendly bartenders. If you get a gift card for Christmas, I say get a slice of cheesecake to go. Otherwise, don't bother.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of the giant cornerstones of Kenwood Mall, so expect long waits, big crowds and lots of noise. Well, expect these things if you go on a Friday or Saturday evening. On a random Wednesday I walked right in with one of my girlfriends and we had a downright delightful dinner. The service is fantastic. And by fantastic I mean these people work hard for their money and you can tell they are trained well. Our server was super friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Other servers dropped by our table to bring by food and refill drinks, we were really surprised by how consistent they all were. We also noticed they were all male and around the same age, maybe 23-30. They even kind of looked alike. Cheesecake Factory are you cloning your servers? The service is great so keep it coming. I've had things I've liked and disliked here. I was trying to eat light so I went with the fresh spring rolls and a mini-salad. The spring rolls have always been really fresh and I love the sauces they're served with. The salad was okay, it just didn't compare to the massive pile of greens that my girlfriend ordered. Anything would pale in comparison to her salad. Needless to say, we didn't have any cheesecake but the diet coke was flowing like wine. I can safely say everyone can find something they like here, but please stay far, far away on the weekend. You'll thank me later.

I wouldn't say I completely dislike Cheesecake Factory, but it is definitely an over-hyped and over-priced chain. The current (no doubt fleeting) public fascination with the place reminds me of how popular Chi-Chi's was in the 80's (I do have fond childhood memories of those nachos...) Cheesecake Factory's menu is so bloated that it comes spiral-bound. What does it say about a restaurant whose menu is as large as a bible? "Yes, I would like to order the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp, Psalm 22, Verse 26, please." Hallelujah, amen. The food is generally hit or miss, undeserving of the higher price point and excessively long waits. And what of the cheesecake? It tastes like any other good cheesecake you've ever had, nothing more, nothing less.

The food was average, the service was so bad that we had to ask another waitress to send over the manager so we could complain about our waitress who was still standing in the corner chatting with another waiter for 15 minutes. This was the last time I visit this restaurant.

Who doesn't love the Cheesecake Factory? It's big. It's loud. It's obnoxious. And it has great food. This particular Cheesecake Factory, located right off I-71 on exit 12, is one of the premier restaurants of the Kenwood Shopping Center, and it deserves the reputation. When you arrive, finding a parking spot is quite easy. You can park in the lot, the parking garage, or take advantage of the valet service offered by Kenwood. If you decide just to drop in, the wait can be quite atrocious. Anywhere from thirty minutes to over an hour. So if you plan on going, I would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation. And if you just so happen to be shopping in the mall, and decide on the spur of the moment to go, don't be surprised by the wait time, especially if you end up going during either the lunch or dinner rush. While you wait, you have the opportunity to gawk at a display of the various cheesecakes that have been made fresh that day. It's enough to make your mouth water on the spot. You can also wait over at the bar, which has everything imaginable. They'll make you whatever you want. From what I understand, the bartenders will even make you something that isn't on the menu if you tell them what it is and how to mix it. And if you really are not a fan of waiting, you can always just dine at the bar. If you choose not to wait outside, or at the bar, or in the mall, you can always wait right inside and admire the interior. Although I have to admit I've never truly understood the décor of the Cheesecake Factory. It always reminds of the Middle East, and cheesecake and the Mid East are just two things I would not connect with one another. When getting to your seat (and the seats are always a bit comfy) you are given a copy of the menu by a member of the staff. Wow, this menu is big. With over 200 choices to pick, it is sometimes difficult to determine what it is you happen to be in the mood for. I have not tried the entire menu, but what I have sampled thus far has been all good. It is usually very difficult for a restaurant to pull off such a large menu and stay in business. But the quality of the food makes it viable and doable. The food is phenomenal. The wait is usually a pain in the butt, but it is quickly forgotten once you see the size of your dish (insanely huge) and take your first bite. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious. That includes the appetizers, main dish, and the desert...cheesecake. The cheesecake is always phenomenal. There are a variety of different flavors to choose from. I'm more of a traditional type of guy, so I usually go with the good-old fashioned type of cheesecake. But that usually doesn't stop me from taking bites off the cheesecake of whoever happens to be with me. The only real negatives are the wait for a table, the wait to get your food, and the fact that it can be crazy busy, not only during lunch and dinner, but sometimes just throughout the day. Oh, and the prices are a bit high (can't really blame them given how good the food is and the fact that the portions are purposely created large so they can be brought home). A great place to come with friends, or take your significant other out on a date, or just go with the family. Mahalo, and enjoy.

The last two times I have went to this location, service was good but extremely slow. It took an hour to get our food (we went during a non-busy time) and then another 40 min to get our check! The food is good but for this amount of time I was miffed to say the least. Maybe next time I will just hit up the food court in the mall downstairs, as I can get my Yagoot and chick fil a in under 5 minutes.

Vast and spacious, the Cheesecake Factory is huge, but waits are very long! So be sure to get a reservation, or you will work up an appetite waiting (which can be good, since the dishes are soo big!). Their menu, is very large, so ask a server for help finding things. There is much to choose from, but only a couple things for veggies like me! Yet the food is very good, if you can stomach it (there WILL be food to take home). The desserts are good, and varied. If you've had the cheesecake, look at the others, there are some goodies outside of the cheesecake realm, like the Blackout cake, or the Chocolate Tower Truffle cake. Anyway, its a great place to have a lunch at the mall, or have dinner with a group. I recommend it.

I've eaten here several times and always enjoyed it. Sometimes it is really busy and there is a long wait like 30 min. It just depends when you go. During the week is the best time because it isn't crowded like that. Great food and cocktails and very tasty desserts and so much to choose from. I love the chicken piccata minus the capers. Mmmmm tasty. If you've never been here you are missing out.

Expensive corporate-designed food cooked in a production-line atmosphere. Try Trio or Embers if you're in Kenwood and want a nice dinner.

This is an incredibly busy restaurant. Being the only Cheesecake Factory in the Cincinnati metro (until the one on Liberty Way opens, anyway), naturally people flock here to get their cheesecake on. The menu's large, and management apparently have been stung by years of health magazines gawking at the incredibly waistline-expanding calories contained in almost all of their entrees, it had come up with a new Skinnylicious menu composed of dishes that are similarly rich in taste at only 590 calories or less. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The place was packed, per usual. Don't bother making reservations on Saturdays and Sundays. They don't take them. Instead, they'll only take reservations during the week. I guess they don't want to leave a table empty in case someone who reserved a table decided to not show up. Anyway, we were told that our wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. We got our table in about 20. So that's cool. After we sat down, our server helped us to devise a virgin fuzzy peach drink for my wife, who was very pregnant at this time. Our entrees came very quickly. I had their Jamaican black pepper shrimp and my wife their sweet tamale cake. For dessert, she had their lemon raspberry cheesecake and I tiramisu. In short, the food was great and definitely hit the right spot. No, we didn't order off of the Skinnylicious menu. So why the 1 star off? Because of two things. One, the floor was extremely slippery. My wife, being pregnant as she was, found it difficult to get up and walk without constantly feeling like she's gonna fall. Second, while our server was fast and very attentive, it was also obvious that she's under pressure by management to keep the tables turning to seat new patrons. Our meal felt a bit rushed towards the end, but it's no big deal. We'd go back for special occasions.

Burger: 4 I ordered my burger medium but it came medium well. It was also really crumbly, i think it might have something to do with low fat content in kobe beef? Despite these 2 glaring errors, the meat was extremely delicious. Like so good, this actually tasted like a 12 dollar burger. Bun: 5 butter grilled brioche bun with sesame seeds. the perfect hamburger bun. Toppings: 4 blue cheese, grilled onions, and mushrooms. the mellow onions perfectly balanced the savory blue cheese and salty mushrooms Accoutrements: 2 $3 for a coke, the fries were below average. For some reason places like this always blow it on the fries. Free bread, which is always nice, but also always ruins you being able to finish the food you paid for. As they say "THAT'S HOW THEY GET YA!" Atmosphere: 2 I mean, it's the cheesecake factory. on a sunday at noon. crying babies, semi-pushy waitstaff. uppity white people. uncomfortable small booths and weird egyptian motifs everywhere Overall: 3.6 The Cheesecake Factory will forever be a guilty pleasure, but I had a gift card and was having a day with the old lady so I thought to myself, why not? I'm not gonna pretend like I'm too good for some food at the 'cake. I really wasn't feeling anything else on their ridiculous menu and the bun was the deal-sealer since I'm white and I like fancy bread. I've never tried a kobe burger before (the reason being, why shred up a great piece of meat just to cover it in all kinds of toppings and shit) and I'm still not sure it was done the right way, especially since they way overcooked mine. I'm not the type to send something back, especially at a place like that because it will just come back with pubes on it or something. But damn it, all the other stuff aside, that was a great burger. Big, meaty(nh), flavorful, complex and delicious. I put lettuce and tomato and ketchup on it about halfway through and almost ruined the damn thing. That's the first time that's ever happened to me. If you have the means (or in my case, a sweet gift card), do yourself a favor and get one of these. As much as it pains me to say it, The Cheesecake Factory's Kobe Burger is top notch. Side note: I really like their Boston Salad, Southwestern Eggrolls, and of course the cheesecake is pretty good.

I freely admit it; I attach a stigma to chain restaurants. There is something with the cold commercial detachment of everywhereness that cheapens even a divine meal for me. That said, while eating here too much would likely leave you in an early grave the flavors they impart are divine. This is not the place to go if you are on a diet. The portions are huge and the decadence drips from each fork full. Bold flavors are well developed and plentiful. True to their name, the cheesecake leaves nothing to be desired. Give it a try, but maybe limit it to a once a month indulgence. ;)

Not a good experience here today. First off they were out of meatloaf, which is a specialty item. Then the chicken Baja tacos I ordered instead were awful. And I'm not a picky eater. Service very slow. I will think twice about coming back.

It's hard to put The Cheesecake Factory into a category because it's menu is 18 pages long (without ads it'd be about 13 pages). There's a huge selection that anyone is bound to find something they like. The restaurant styling is nice, hard to describe exactly but the best I could come up with is middle eastern crossed with Vatican and some Italian mixed in. In any case I loved the style, beautiful wall and ceiling paintings in reverse vignettes, the lighting is a tad too soft but not "dark" by any means. The service was friendly, when I sent back my iced tea for another the manager made sure everything was ok. The food arrived timely, no long wait. The food itself I have mixed feelings about. It wasn't terrible, but I wasn't happy with my choices. I'd definitely go back, but I'd try something else. My Meal: I had an iced tea per usual, but it was "mango" flavored, which to me tasted like soap, so I sent it back and got "green iced tea" as a replacement, which was better and had a refreshing mint taste to it. To begin the meal I had a chopped salad with a somewhat spicy ranch dressing, the presentation was lovely and it tasted good. My entree was the Chicken Madeira, which comes covered in mushroom sauce (with lots of mushrooms), cheese, and asparagus, with mashed potatoes on the side. The chicken had a flavor that was almost like a sweet honey glaze and the cheese added almost fried taste. The mashed potatoes had black pepper in them which isn't mentioned on the menu. The whole thing tasted ok but I wasn't big on it. And finally for a desert I of course had to try a cheesecake. I went for the Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake, this disappointed me as well. It tasted good, but there wasn't very much of a caramel flavor, there was no caramel sauce or glaze or anything, it came with two big piles of fake whip cream (may have been canned), and it had nuts sprinkled on the top (not mentioned on the menu either). I feel The Cheesecake Factory has potential to have great meals, but my selection wasn't it. I'd give it another shot.

I've only visited this classy, stylish restaurant located in Kenwood Towne Center for a cocktail between shopping and a movie. As a huge cheesecake fan, I can't believe I didn't at least order dessert! The bartender was friendly and the Cosmopolitan was good, if a bit pricey!

The food is okay, but not as good as it used to be. I don't know what it is... just not as visually appealing, and portions aren't as impressive as I am used to at CF. The guacamole is fantastic, though, and it's worth going just for that. The woman at the bar had no personality, but the servers have always been very nice. Certainly, this CF is not one of the best, but it's still good.

Went there last night and the service wasn't all that great and neither was the food. I ordered the California cheesesteak sandwich and took the other half home. I guess I didn't notice since the restaurant was so dark that there was green mold on my bread. Will never eat here again.

In honor of half-price cheesecake, a friend and I made our way over to the Cheesecake Factory last night. After about an hour wait (half price cheesecake is VERY popular), we were seated and enjoying the complimentary bread. For me, the Cheesecake Factory is a place where you need to understand the menu and the food. Many of the menu options are absolutely loaded with calories and sodium (even some of their salads are questionable). And their lowest calorie cheesecake (non-low carb option) is a whopping 700 calories for one slice! The portion sizes are also very large (which adds to all the extra calories), and never have I seen anyone finish a full serving of any of their pasta entrees in one sitting. Having this information in mind, it is easier to plan accordingly. I usually opt for an appetizer off their Skinnylicious menu and only eat half, then splurge on a cheesecake. Other times, I will split regular menu items (the four-cheese pasta is delicious!) and a cheesecake with my boyfriend. Overall, you can still enjoy their food while controlling the calories and portions you take in.

Chains aren't usually my thing, but absolutely ridiculously amazing cheesecake IS my thing. So I go to The Cheesecake Factory. A lot. My husband and I probably visit once a month. We split an appetizer and then we each get a slice of cheesecake and share (it's always better to have two flavors!). If you don't like cheesecake, don't worry. Their menu has about one hundred pages. I'm sure you can find something. Even when it comes to desserts, there are options other than cheesecake. I would particularly recommend The Godiva Brownie Sundae. But you'll probably want to share because it's ENORMOUS! I've tried a lot of different things on their menu. There are many good choices. Back in my vegetarian days when I ate nothing buy pasta, I loved their four cheese pasta and their alfredo pasta. But nowadays, if I want an entree, I'd go for their burger and sweet potato fries. It's also worth mentioning that they offer omelets all day long. Sometimes my husband wants breakfast for dinner and goes that route. But most of the time we want something light or small before diving into the hardcore sugar. Before I stopped eating bread, I would get their bleu cheese and pear flatbread, which was super delicious. Their greek salad is pretty great too. But most of the time my hubby and I go all out, throw Paleo out the window and share the crispy cuban rolls or fried mac and cheese.

There are few things in the world I love more than cheesecake. I'm all about eating local and avoiding chain restaurants, but Cheesecake factory is one that is just always on point for me. I've yet to have a bad meal or any issues there in like 10 meals. When its good, its good- and they are. I took my little lady there on Friday and she loved it. Besides the obvious cheesecake, their menu is HUGE! Almost overwhelming for me, but it made Lauren happy since they had edamame. I got two small plates. The dynamite shrimp and the macaroni balls. Both were great. The macaroni balls were super heavy though. Not meant to be for one person. I should have just ate one instead of all four! That shrimp though was amazing. Next time I'm just going to get two orders of that! On past visits I've had the chicken bellagio and its great too. Then for the best part- THE CHEESECAKE! We went with our all time favorite flavor, red velvet. It was so big both of us couldn't finish one piece. But it was so delicious. Like I said, I hate to admit how much I love this chain restaurant, but I do! Theres always a little bit of a wait, but its worth it.

We were really in the mood for sushi, but since it was 3pm and the sushi place didn't open until 5, he asked if I had ever been to Cheesecake Factory. I had, he had not, and neither had my daughter. So, Cheesecake Factory it was, and what a great decision! No line in the middle of the afternoon, great service, and fantastic food. The Fire-Roasted Artichokes were delicious and perfectly prepared. The Ahi Carpaccio was art on a plate, and equally as tasty. Our entrees were Four-Cheese Pasta, Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp, and Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp. We passed them all around, and the consensus was that we had made an excellent choice for our early dinner. Truly, it was probably the best Jamaican Jerk sauce I have ever eaten. He ordered 1/2 and 1/2 sweet and unsweet tea, and our waiter, Marquis, kept his glass full, bringing both pitchers to the table with each refill. A shout out to Marquis for outstanding service and attention to detail. It is those types of little things that make a dining experience worth five stars, and this definitely was. For our grand finale, we ordered three types of cheesecakes and again shared them all, flourless Godiva Chocolate, Chocolate Tuxedo Cream, and Mango Key Lime. All three were party-in-your-mouth delicious! One of the benefits to this location is the ability to walk off dinner in the mall after your meal. All in all, the food and the service were absolutely outstanding. I will be back when I am in town.

If I had only ordered the raspberry lemonade and cheesecake my review would have been 4 stars. Their raspberry lemonade is my favorite non alcoholic drink served at any restaurant. It does not come from a soda fountain, but is mixed at the bar. Just when it seems a bit too sour, I lick some of the sugar off the rim of the glass and I am happy again. The wild blueberry cheesecake was good. It could have used a few more blueberries (our server commented that we got a piece with a lot.) The consistency and flavor were nice. Lucky for them that I didn't only order food or this would be a 1 or 2 star review. The cooks use heavy cream to make the eggs light and fluffy. While a common practice, it seems they added too much. I could taste the cream more that the eggs. Filling was a little light. Filling wasn't cooked very much making it seem like more than it was. Only one piece of avocado. As you can see in the picture, the potatoes were overdone. Some were hard like chips while others were hard on the outside with a bit of softness in the middle. The English muffin was of the standard grocery store verity. My husband ordered the Kobe burger. While he ordered it medium, it was very well done. It was obvious they made his fries before the burger, as they were cold upon delivery. On a positive note, the fresh baked bread was indeed fresh. It was still steaming when it arrived at our table. If we go back, it will only be for drinks and cheesecake. I was in no way impressed with the cooking ability of the kitchen staff.

The menu is very expansive and has different choices from all over the world. Was excited at first but the food was mediocre. Better to have a small number of items on a menu then lots of ok stuff.

OK, so, "The Cheesecake Factory." Seems if you're reading this review, either you've never been to one of these, or you're wondering if "this one" is any different from other ones you've been to. (It's not, with the possibly exception of the parking situation.) This is a place you either like a lot, or strongly dislike. I think if you enjoy spending time in huge crowded shopping malls, this will be your kind of place. For me, I don't care for either, and the only reason I have eaten at one of these four times in my life (most recently yesterday) is due to having received a gift card and not wanted it to go to waste. To me, Cheesecake Factory is the epitome and definition of the huge corporate bloated nationwide chain, with a too-huge and unfocused menu, usually located (appropriately) in a huge. sprawling bloated suburban mall with a huge parking lot. (In this particular case, though, the parking lot is NOT huge enough. It is so undersized -- or rather the mall oversized -- that they offer VALET parking for the MALL. Be warned! Even the name of the place turns me off. Who wants to eat at a "Factory"? And that's what it feels like inside most times. As has been suggested, if you must go here to spend a gift card, aim for the bar. They do offer some creative cocktails (and fortunately, gift cards do not exclude alcohol!) Service? Could go either way, as you see from the great variance on that subject in the reviews. A corporate enterprise of this size has scores of employees, so on any given Saturday afternoon who knows which ones will be there, unlike a local restaurant where a manageable number of regular employees have pretty regular shifts and you know what to expect. We've seen both ends of the service spectrum here. Food? Some items are pretty tasty, yes, but everything gives the impression of mass production, almost like upscale fast food. Sometimes it comes out really, really fast. A little TOO fast, if you know what I mean. Combine this with the warehouse atmosphere, I just can find no reason to recommend this place as a dining choice. This could be a "good for kids" restaurant, except, how would you like to show up with a babe in arms plus two runny-nosed whining toddlers and then find out you have to wait 45 minutes for a table, only to be squeezed next to an unhappy couple (who didn't read Yelp first) who'll then be shooting you angry looks throughout the meal as you spill over into what tiny amount of privacy they had to begin with? I would recommend the establishment if you want to purchase a big, delicious cheesecake for a special occasion. For a restaurant experience, no way, except for the mall rat crowd.

So in honor of national cheesecake day I had to make my way to the cheesecake factory to get some delicious half off cheesecake. Granted i waited about an hour to get an oreo cheesecake and a regular cheesecake with strawberries for later. You can't beat half price so it was worth the wait

Came here 7 days apart just for the lemon drop martini. I must say the drink is worth the dining experience. I skipped the cheesecake on the second visit. The fried macaroni and cheese is really good. I had the mini chicken sandwiches with a side of fries, both were good. We ordered loaded chicken nachos, there was enough to share. I can't wait to return.

I was here for dinner after a hard day of shopping, and it really hit the spot. We only had to wait for 15 minutes because we were here on a week night...I would never try to get a spot here on the weekend (I can't stand waiting!), but it's really conveniently located in the Kenwood Mall. For dinner, I got the skinnylicious chicken salad sandwich. This is off of their low calorie menu, which is really great. They have so many things on the low cal menu, and they don't even taste like you're missing anything! The chicken salad sandwich is my favorite...The bread is toasted and buttery, and super crunchy which I love. My salad on the side was super tasty as well. My fiance ordered the chicken and biscuits which was extremely delicious, but definitely not low calorie! The dish needed more gravy because it was a little dry, and his food came out somewhat luke warm. I feel like that happens a lot here because the people in the table next to us also got not very hot food. But his mashed potatoes were soooo good, I couldn't stop stealing them off of his plate (there go all the calories I saved...). I never seem to have room leftover for cheesecake because their portions are HUGE...Which is a shame because I love cheesecake! Maybe next time I'll just get an appetizer and get cheesecake for dessert. I like the decor, and the server was very attentive. It took us a little while to get our food, and it is crazy busy. We were sitting right next to the table over from us (like...a foot away), and this little girl kept bumping her chair into our table. A little too close for comfort! And it's very loud in the restaurant, so it's hard to have a conversation there. But the food is decent, and it's convenient so I'll probably be back.

Cheesecake Factories are pretty uniform in my opinion. I find them overwhelming myself because their menu is huge! My preference is to grab a seat at the bar (since the restaurant is usually packed and the wait is FOREVER long) and grab a drink, app and of course CHEESECAKE.--I mean why else are you here? There drinks and bartenders have always been amazing. Their prices (for food and drinks) are a bit expensive, but usually a nice treat. I've had many of the different cheesecake flavors and they have all been wonderful. My all time favorite has to be the wild blueberry white chocolate cheesecake. Yum Yum.

Decent place great options for everyone. The wait is always long bit that is testimony to their good food. I got the skinny chicken pasta. Delicious fresh and light. The app was lacking - cheese that is - however the pasta made up for it. Always a tough choice trying to pick a dinner here and not to mention dessert.

Located in Kenwood off I-71, this Cheesecake Factory is easy to get to. Be warned, if you come here on the weekend, parking is very hard to come by. This isn't fault of the restaurant but it does effect overall experience. The parking lot is incredibly small! Once you're in, pretty standard to other Cheesecake Factories. For this particular dining experience, we were seated in about 5 minutes. Waitress was attentive and responsive to our needs as a guest. Food was delicious. Desert was even better. I always get strawberry cheesecake. 4/5 stars because of poor parking.

We were here Saturday evening with Friends. We arrived about 4:50 to put our names in for a party of 15, it was already a 2.5 -3 hour wait....holy cow! We gathered in the bar area and ordered drinks and just stood around (some of us got seats) and talked while we waited for our table. Let me say that this place always seems to be busy whenever we are here and we usually just sit at the bar to eat anyway, because I hate to wait to be seated. Plus, the bar staff here is really awesome and very friendly. I do feel that the menu is massive, to say the least.....it can take 10 minutes or more just to browse the menu. Plus the portions are large - I can never eat all of whatever I get in one sitting, so leftovers it is! The bar list is pretty expansive as well, but I think they are pricey. We had a event to be at at 8pm, so about 6:45pm we ordered some appetizers while we were at the bar. We ordered the Cuban Rolls and Pretzel Chicken Tenders - they were both good. They came out pretty quickly and they were both steaming hot. After that we ordered a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to split for dessert, because....well why else was I here except to get me some cheesecake for mah belly! We have had several of the flavors here but tonight opted for this one. As we were finishing eating and getting our check, they were ready to seat our party, about 7:15pm. They do not take any call ahead reservations or wait lists for large groups, which would be nice, so that is a bummer. Overall, I think this Cheesecake Factory is very similar to most other Cheesecake Factory's we have been to. Always busy and always a wait. Good food but a little pricey.

I went for lunch today and was so impressed with my server, Jeffery. Before he even came over to take our drink order he brought a plate with bread and a sliced banana for my 9 month old son. I thought it was a very nice gesture to help keep my son occupied during lunch! I know sometime this location tends to be busy but the wait is well worth it! I love that there is a lunch menu with smaller portions. When I am at the mall to shop I don't want to have to carry around leftover food. Ordering from the lunch menu is perfect! I recommend the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, or the red velvet. You really can't go wrong with either of them! I do suggest sharing a slice though!

I dined here with my mother and sister on a Monday afternoon. We had not been to the Cheesecake Factory in months and were excited to eat here again. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived and we were seated right away. The waitress came over after a few minutes and took our drink orders but it took close to 15 minutes to get drinks or bread. The worst part (and the reason I only gave 2 stars) was that we waited over an hour for our food after ordering. We were not told in advance that there would be a long wait for food and we were given no explanation as to why it took so long. We were not offered more bread during our wait. The food was hot when it came out but we will probably never go back since the service was so poor. Again, the waitress nor a manager apologized to us or gave an explanation as to what took so long when the restaurant was not busy at all. When we paid as much as we did for our food, we expected better service. We were going to get cheesecake to take home but by the time we finally got our food and ate, we just wanted to leave.

I went here on a Saturday and I expected it to be crowded but much to my surprise I waltzed right in grabbed a table and sat right down. The menu is huge ( I also knew that) but since the menu was so huge I took awhile to glance over and decide what to order in fact I changed my mind several times in my head. Finally I decided on something proceeded to eat some bread in meantime while I waited for my meal. My salad arrived and I must admit Cheesecake Factory does make a delicious ranch dressing. Finally my flatbread pizza arrived which was delicious. I was thinking about ordering cheesecake but I was extremely full so I passed. Maybe next time!! The servers were attentive as always and ambiance was great. As I was leaving people were lined up all over the place so I definitely picked the right time to go when I did. I definitely will return because I definitely do need that cheesecake!

Had lunch here with my two daughters, mother and grandmother. They were very polite and patient with the variety of age we had. The food was yummy. My oldest had the shrimp spring rolls and was in love. I had the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich and it was freshly fried and delicious. The portions were generous too. The service was nice. Nothing fast nor slow. Just what you would expect.

We made the mistake of trying to eat here on Mother's Day, and when I saw the giant line of people waiting outside the door I almost backed out. Miraculously though, since there were only 2 of us, we were seated right away. Our server was very busy but friendly and attentive. He brought us bread while we were waiting for our appetizer, and none of the food took very long to arrive (shocking considering how busy they were). The food was good.. It was similar to other Cheesecake Factories I've been to. We split the Ahi Tartare for an appetizer and it was Delicious. I was a little worried to try it, because I've had both amazing and disgusting ahi tuna from different Cheesecake Factories in the past. We both had the grilled fish tacos. They were good, but the corn tortillas were falling apart.. I gave up and just ate the filling with my fork (my husband managed to eat the tortillas and just had messy fingers after). It was still tasty. Their house cabernet was yummy, and the tiramisu was Fantastic!! Very very yummy. It was also massive so I'm glad we shared. The bathroom was starting to get dirty when I went in, but there was someone cleaning it, and considering how busy they were it wasn't bad at all. Overall it was a nice visit!

I love the fact that when I come here with a group everyone can get what they want. The menu is crazy BIG, but I've never had a meal I didn't like. I truly embrace the philosophy, "A jack of all trades is a master of nothing." Evidently, the Cheesecake Factory and I don't see eye to eye on this. Cheesecake Factory makes..well...amazing cheesecake. This is something I cannot and will not ever deny. I could stay at those dessert displays and proceed to eat as much cheesecake as humanly possible, but I digress. Cheesecake Factory's menu is notorious for being highly expansive, covering different types of cuisine across the map. The food, usually, isn't bad. But it's never great. It's often times very salty. As in, "oh my gosh this is so salty, I can feel my blood pressure rising." With that said, the Italian food is extensive but nothing too out of this word. The Asian inspired food? Just don't. Please don't. The burrito and fish tacos - passable. Everything is simply...okay. On top of the mediocre food (I'm not including the cheesecake - which I could write love stories for), the price doesn't match the quality. I mean really? C'mon now. And last but not least, the noise. Sweet Jesus, the noise. Never come here if you want to have a good conversation with your friends...and DEFINITELY don't come here on a date. It's so loud, I can't even hear myself think.

My husband and I visited this Cheesecake factory location last weekend for our anniversary. The food was pretty good (he got some sort of chicken with pasta, and I got a chicken salad sandwich). The service was decent (they are always super busy!). The thing that I didn't like was the cleanliness (lack of!). My husband had dirty silverware, and I didn't even get any (I ended up using one of the forks that they brought out when my husband told them that his silverware was dirty). I saw the table next to us send back a dirty plate as well. We will definitely eat here again (my husband looooves the cheesecake), but I will inspect my utensils next time.

My friend and I met up today for lunch. We went to the Cheesecake Factory at Kenwood Towne Centre near Cincinnati. After circling the parking lot for what seemed like a year, I found a spot out front. While waiting outside for my friend to show up, there was this putrid smell coming from the dumpsters behind this Cheesecake Factory location, near their outdoor seating area. They didn't even try to hide it (see photos). After watching cheesecake employee after cheesecake employee come out and dump trash, I wasn't really hungry anymore. When my buddy showed up, we opted for Magianos instead where the food was good and the restaurant didn't smell of trash and grease. 0/5 will not visit again. I imagine the health inspector wouldn't like this.

Had lunch here with Toey. I ordered my favorite. Avocado egg rolls...yummy. The green dipping sauce is unbelievable. Toey ordered the Mango drink, that was good. Onto the main course. Ordered the BBQ ranch chicken Salad. The portion was huge. A lot of stuff inside of salad red beans, chicken barbecue dressing avocado and cheese. Onto desert Godiva chocolate... Sensational!!! Only downfall was kind of pricy for lunch, wish there was a lunch special. Will be back.

First, I tried to complete a guest survey online but there is no "invitation reference number" located on the receipt for me to enter. Let me start out by saying that our waitress was kind and very nice and personable. The experience of dining at Cheesecake factory in regards to the service put forth and the cleanliness I encountered was nothing less than deplorable. I waited for 10min after being seated to request am ice water with lemon and the other party that was with me ordered a pomegranate mixed beverage. The server returned with news that CCF no longer serves anything with or associated with pomegranate. So another beverage was requested. As we sat and waited my friend noticed the silverware and napkin was filthy. They had actually been used and the fork had cake frosting and crumbs on it. The spoon as well. The napkin had what appeared to be chocolate or some other stain on it. Soon after the drinks were brought to the table and the water was without lemon. We notified our server about the silverware and she viewed it and cringed. She exclaimed that "it must have been mixed up with the clean silverware or something because that is not even remotely clean and I am so sorry!" At this time I requested the lemons for the water, again as well. She left and returned moments later with a new set of silverware and a napkin. We placed our orders for salad and lettuce wraps and waited. About 15 min later the order arrived. When the server returned to check in my friend ordered another beverage. Several moments later the server returned to notify him that no alcoholic beverages could be served once the restaurant closed. We finished our dishes and I ordered cheesecake once the server returned. That was brought out about ten mins later. I requested a fork and was told that she would be right back with one. Literally 15 minutes later, still no fork. My friend left the table to try to get someone to bring a fork. By this time the cheesecake was unappealing as it sat on the table thawing and the chocolate and whipped cream melting. (It was uncomfortable heated in the back of the restaurant.) Finally a fork was brought out with several apologies. A co-worker came to the table and said that our server was dealing with the manager over some drama in the back and that it wasn't her fault. Anyway, to keep the peace I ate some of the cheesecake. Our server returned and inquired how it was, and I told her it was honestly terrible. She said, again I am so sorry, and if we would like our checks or if there was anything else she could bring us. At this point we asked for the check. The check was brought out and to our surprise the drink that my friend had ordered but was not served was on the bill. This resulted in another wait in which my friend left the table to get rectified. The server explained that the manager did take it off the check and that the copy we were given was incorrect. We paid and then left the table. As we walked out another staff member apologized for the issues and said to have a good night. So, this is the experience my friend and I had. And yes we left gratuity, the girl has bills to pay. But again, this was our experience. I will not be returning to Cheesecake Factory because this is the 2nd time in 3 months that I have visited CCF to only regret it. The last time I was there the waitress blatantly requested we hurry it up because they close at 11pm. This was at 10:35pm. We were rushed out and it was just a rude gesture on her part, which is why I had not returned until recently. But this experience takes the cake - really!

No draft beer and the bartender didn't share the happy hour menu with us until after we paid. Not cool.

We generally have good experiences at other Cheesecake Factory locations, but a few things were very off with our lunch yesterday at this location. First off, our server was extremely unfriendly and some what rude. I politely asked to get some sugar for my iced tea. It took our server about 5 min. to bring some and when she did she slammed it in the table, said nothing and went on to her next table. We had to ask her to refill our drinks a few times, and after she finally refilled we said thank you, but she never once said your welcome or smiled or anything. We are easy to please and very polite, but she treated us like we were a burden. As far as my food goes, my Cuban sandwhich was pretty dry and the pork did not taste fresh. My meal was not worth the $13.95, especially with the poor service. I will go to another Cheesecake Factory again, just not this location.

I have eaten here many times. This trip I stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. I ordered the Firecracker Salmon appetizer and a slice of the Godiva Cheesecake. The Salmon was good, my only complaint is that if their menu says the appetizer is enough to share, I expect a little more. Especially since it was only $2 cheaper than some entrees I was eyeing. The dish is strips of salmon, wrapped in spinach, and then wrapped in a large won ton style wrapper and fried until crisp. It has a spicy miso sauce served on the bottom of the plate (that isn't spicy at all). The plate it's served on is quite large, but there's only 4 pieces. There is a HUGE mound of raw red cabbage that serves as a device to prop up the salmon and make it look pretty. I think they would be better served by doing something with the cabbage. Make it an Asian slaw, or swap it out for something else like a salad of some kind. As it is, who wants to eat dry shaved cabbage? They missed an opportunity there. Still it was quite tasty. And the cheesecake? Let me tell you, I don't like cheesecake. However, I will eat it from here. The Godiva cheesecake is so rich and chocolaty... it's heaven. It's a flourless Godiva chocolate cake on the bottom, Godiva chocolate cheesecake on top with chunks of Godiva chocolate in the middle. And lots of whipped cream. What more can you ask for? Next time I may skip the Salmon and just go for an entree. Why pay $11 for that when I can get a full entree for $13?

I dined here this evening and the atmosphere was crowded and dimly lit. Dim lit restaurants are a big fat negative for me! Besides that it's a lot of people bumping into you and less manners. I ordered quesadilla's. Nice portion and tasty. Served with sour cream, lettuce, salsa and guacamole. Service was just okay.

Great tasting food but let's be honest everyone comes for the cheesecake! Which is amazing here! The prices are a little high but who cares because it's the only place in Cincinnati with the selection of cheesecake they have! Everyone must go and at least see their selection!

We went here for my younger sisters birthday dinner, this is the first time I have been there in a very long time. For a group of 7 I feel like the service was very good and our waiter was nice. They brought out free bread as soon as we sat down. For appetizers we got the fried mac and cheese balls, summer rolls, and soy edamame. They only thing I would recommended from those would be the summer rolls there a nice crisp refreshing app. For dinner Jon & Clara got the old fashioned burger and added bacon they thought it was very good. My dad got the Santa Fe salad the only thing he said about it was that it was huge. Two of my sisters got the da Vinci pastas and weren't very fond of them. My mom got the skinny enchiladas she said he favorite part was the cold vegetable salad that came on the side. I got the Tuscan chicken which was huge had three decent size pieces of chicken how ever the flavor in the whole dish was lacking all you could taste was oil. The cheesecakes we got were pumpkin, Godiva chocolate, and raspberry white truffle. Those were all good my favorite is the Godiva chocolate. Overall the experience was pretty good but the food just wasn't really anything I would go out of my way for.

I went there for Brunch and had the monte cristo sandwhich. First time I've ever had one. It was good. I really didn't care for the home fries that came with it. They tasted like burnt potato shavings. This would not prevent me from going back for their other food. My favorite is the factory burrito. Its as big as your forearm! I also like the Godiva chocolate cheese cake and a cup of coffee. The cheesecake is delicious but a hate to think of the calories and fat in it! Finally, the ambience is very nice with high decorated ceilings.

I know everybody thinks that this is a huge corporate chain. It is. However, it makes for a perfect place when you or a large group cannot make up your mind on what type of food you like to have. They have great portion sizes and a variety of food to choose from. It may not be the healthiest stuff but it offers a wide variety of food to choose from. Also, I really enjoy eating the bread that they offer on the table for free.

There's ALWAYS a wait to eat at this place. I have been countless times. The food is always good and fresh. I have never had a complaint about their food. Food is delicious. Cheesecake is amazing. Large menu. I think the lighting in this place is very dim though. The dim lighting is kind of depressing. Don't show up too hungry because u may have to wait an hour or more to be seated.

Every time I go to a Cheesecake factory the service is horrid and the food gets worse. I order the Bang Bang Chicken and shrimp during my last visit. The server warned me it was hot. She was so wrong! I love thai, I love hot food. This dish was so sweet I honestly couldn't eat it. We had a reservation at 630 and still weren't seated til 715. Our drinks were empty at least 15 minutes minutes at one point during dinner. So disappointing. I used to love Cheesecake factory. So sad to see them deteriorate with their popularity.

I'm a fan of Cheesecake Factory anywhere. Their quality is consistent across the board: delicious! The Kenwood location gets a bit busy, for good reason! They always provide great service and awesome food. I'm a fiend for the chicken and shrimp gumbo over rice. It comes with andouille, and pretty generously-sized shrimp and chicken! I've also had their burgers, which you can't go wrong with. Cheesecake Factory offers a large variety, so it's great for going in a group of picky eaters. There's something for everyone! Just don't go in a group on a Firday or Saturday night.. It gets pretty busy!

Both very good! i also had the red velvet cheese cake which was awesome! only complaints were the bathrooms were quiet a mess. no toilet paper in any of the stalls and from people using paper towels to open the door were all over the floor, but hey im not eating in the bathroom so it wouldnt stop me from not coming back!

I usually am not a fan of huge chain restaurants, but I've always been a fan of this place, mainly because they give you more than a bang for your buck and their cheesecake is delicious. Yes, their selection is way bigger than it should be, but I think it should be appreciated that they try to include a vast variety of different cuisines.. and they do not do a bad job of it.

I had a late lunch with my sisters. At first we started off with the Crab dip, when it came it had a weird, off smell so we sent it back. We all got other appetizers and drinks, they were all tasty and we all enjoyed everything! The appetizers were all large portions. I got a cup of the Wild Mushroom soup, it was delicious but huge!! I also got the Thai Lettuce Wraps and it was enough for 3-4 people. They were really good! Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. She couldn't do enough for us.
