For Starbucks, this is as good as it gets. I am a black coffee drinker and I go to Starbucks when I want quick and easy. Starbucks is not the best coffee you can have, but this location is my favorite due to the friendly staff. I think many other Starbucks are overcrowded, noisy, and the staff is rushed and unfriendly (especially Rookwood). I would frequent this location every morning for over a year and it amazed me how quickly the staff remembered me and my drink. They are quick, friendly, and conversational, which I enjoyed. During the morning rush (7:15-7:45) parking can be a challenge because the lot is small, but someone always seems to be pulling out. The few times that I didn't see a spot open/about to open, I parked on one of the side streets on either side of the store, which is only an extra 20-30 feet from the doors. If you can go slightly out of your way to make it to this location it will be worth the trip!

The coffee is always exceptional and the atmosphere enviable. If you want the best coffee in the area with an extra shot of love, stop in this Starbucks and you will not be disappointed. This Starbucks is probably one of my most frequented places in all of Cincinnati. I'm here several times a week grabbing cofffee on the way to work. This shop has a lot of charm. It's a smaller Starbucks, but it makes for a more cozy type atmosphere. The baristas are great---friendly, speedy, and really attempt to get to know the regular crowd. I've always been pleased with how they make my drinks and love the atmosphere of this location. The cozy feel of this location does have its downsides. There aren't a lot of tables, so if you are looking for a place for a morning meeting over coffee, this isn't it.. Another (and even bigger problem) is the parking. It's not that the lot is incredibly small, it's just that it is always so busy during the mornings on weekdays that you will likely spend a minute or two waiting for a spot (and hopefully it isn't backed up all the way into Columbia Parkway!) Overall, this is my neighboorhood Starbucks and it has my heart, despite the space issue. Great to grab a cup of morning coffee on the way to work!

I came here bright and early on a Saturday morning, and I am pretty sure that my baristas had just come to work from a long night of partying. They were super grumpy. Having said that, I myself have been in their shoes (and it sucks big time to be hungover at work), so no judgement there. The service was pretty slow, and the girl making drinks forgot to put the caramel on top of my drink (my favorite part!) I also hate the fact that if you get here at the wrong time, there is no parking. Boooo.

I love love love this Starbucks location! While parking is a bit of a pain during the morning rush, the service inside is always efficient! The barista Ryan goes out of his way to get to know the regulars; if not by their name then definitely by their drink. This Starbucks sets the bar for me as far as all Starbucks go.

Starbucks is Starbucks and everyone knows how to order a non-fat caramel choco loco sprinkle latte chino. Great. The establishment is a little small, so I wouldn't recommend trying to go and use wifi and get some work done - not a lot of room to spread out. What this location does have is really friendly people. I go in with my dad when I'm visiting and he knows him, as well as my step-mother. They know what to make them, and will sometimes do it as soon as they walk in. The outdoor patio has a couple tables and I have never seen anyone sitting in them! If you live in the columbia tusculum area, or if you are driving down columbia parkway to get to downtown/471/71, stop in!

Ok, I am not a fan of Starbucks in general... but someone gave me a huge gift certificate, so I have been going frequently this past month. This location is great. Staff is friendly, order is always perfect, bathrooms and store front is always clean. This is the best location in the Cincinnati area.

This location is so random to me, and always looks so dark and deserted, but I actually love it. I've never seen it busy before, which is unheard of at every other Starbucks in the area, but is clutch when it comes to getting your iced coffee quickly. If you're looking for a quiet Starbucks for a coffee date or afternoon study sesh, this is your best bet -- just don't be alarmed by the empty parking lot and tinted windows!

One of the best Starbucks in town. It doesn't take many visits before the staff remembers your name and favorite drink. It gets really busy here in the mornings (I think this Starbucks has the highest daily volume of customers of all Starbucks in Cincinnati), but the staff is super-efficient and able to get you in and out quickly.

This place is always busy! The location is on route 50 which cars are driving awfully fast, so you have to be careful when pulling out of the parking lot. The coffee always taste great and very convenient for those who are on their way to work downtown, etc.
