Bought cookies, cannoli, and eclairs. I didn't mean to buy the cookies, but they looked so good I couldn't help myself. Everything was a bit of heaven. The cream in the eclairs was fresh, light, cool, and custardy goodness. The cannoli was delicate and packed full of mocha/chocolate cream. The staff was just as sweet as the desserts. They were helpful, but didn't hover and pressure for a sale. I will happily return jonesing for more! Of course, I'll have to workout twice as much, but it's so worth it.

Went wedding cake tasting with my mom here. The woman was late and she seemed a little disorganized and uninterested in being very helpful. BUT the cake turned out beautiful and tasted excellent! Their baked items are consistently good.

Pretty good, I had their tiger stipe donut that looked like a pretzel which I thought was pretty cool. I will definitely be going back sometime to actually try their pretzels. However I will say that I am more of a busken's fan when it comes to donuts

I love this place. My uncle has been working in their bake houses for many years as a French pastry chef, so I've been able to try all sorts of sugary delights. My wife and I even ordered our wedding cake from here and it was beautiful! They also gave us a free anniversary cake on our one year, even though we actually got it 7 months later when we were actually in OH again! Friendly people, great food, great breads too. Just wish they had a dairy free option.

When I was a kid visiting my Aunt Jo, we used to head for Servatii's for piles of danish, coffee cakes, and delicious challah bread. I still remember this, and I'm really old now. I think my grandpa used to bring my Aunts and my mom here to do the same thing, and it was just something they did. I live in Portland now, there really aren't places that have been around forever like this. You Cincinnati people are lucky.

Definitely the best pastry shop in Cincy. Stopped in to buy some pastries to take to a business appointment and the gals were very friendly and very helpful to someone who probably looked clueless. Bought a cheese pastry which sounded bad but was delicious as well as some cherry turnovers. All of it went over very well.

I've had several different treats from Servatti's in the past, but this one took the cake... no pun intended. We were having a small going-away thing for a collegue and someone ordered a cake from Servatti, but it wasn't just any cake. It was a white chocolate torte and it was delicious! My mouth is watering a little just thinking about it. This torte was absolutely delicious. Thin layers of cake with white chocolate mousse sandwiched between each one. The very bottom layer had some kind of fruity jam on it. It tasted like apricot. The outside of the cake was artfully decorated with white chocolate curls and had a frosting of some sort, and I think it was whipped cream. It tasted like butter to me, so I just scraped it off and happily enjoyed the rest of my cake. The bad thing about this cake is that I'm sure it's about a thousand calories a slice, but it's nice and rich so just a few bites will likely satisfy you. :-)

This is THE place to go for cakes. i ordered a cake from here for my daughter's 2nd birthday, and it was delicious. It is about $8 more expensive than a Kroger cake, but no one likes grocery store cakes. Just the thought of that nasty sickeningly-sweet frosting makes me shiver..... Servatii was a crowd pleaser, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

My name is Andrea, and I'm a chocoholic. Which means that Servatii Pastry Shop is right up my alley. I've been there two times looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth. The first time I went, I asked the girl behind the counter what she would recommend as the best chocolate item on the menu, and without hesitation, she suggested the brownie. It was a fairly large brownie, covered with chocolate icing. It looked decadent enough, but when I tasted it, I was disappointed. Very dry, and not nearly as dense as I like. It just didn't have a lot of chocolate flavor, and sadly, after a couple bites, it ended up in the trash. Yesterday, however, was an entirely different experience. I browsed the specialty desserts and pastries, and only after I'd narrowed it down to the Chocolate Dome Sensation and the German Chocolate Wedge did I ask for advice. The woman behind the counter admitted that she hadn't tried either one (what self-control she must have!!), but gave me a book filled with the descriptions. As soon as I read: "Rich chocolate truffle cream on a dark chocolate crunch wafer," I was sold on the Chocolate Dome Sensation. The "milk chocolate heath truffle center" was just an added bonus. It was ridiculously rich, but I loved every single bite. Definitely not something I'll be able to eat on a regular basis, but when I need a pick-me-up or want to treat myself to something special, Servatii will be a stop on my drive home.

When throwing a party or catering a lunch, the pretzel sandwich should always be your first choice. When compared to other options it is by far the most affordable, and the quality is great. It is served with plenty of the three varieties of meat, as well as lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard all on the side. A tray of brownies and pasta salad can be added for just a little more cost. We all loved the lunch!

I ordered the giant pretzel sandwich for a work lunch today and everyone loved it! We didn't order until late yesterday afternoon and they still had it ready for us in no time. Loved it, and can't wait to go back!

Servatii's is a step above Busken in both quality and price. My family in Indiana demands I bring Servatii cakes for all birthday occasions. And I can verify that before Lent they have the second-best paczki in Cincinnati. And everything else I've had here has been delicious. I'm not a morning bakery buyer, so it's helpful they are open until 6:30PM, unlike some other bakeries. This is the original location, but the atmosphere is really just modern strip mall (which is to say nonexistent). Also, this Hyde Park location is only a bakery. Don't come here looking for a deli!

Everyone talks about the baked goods, which are great, but lunch here is fantastic too. The sandwiches are made fresh and the soups are usually really good. I wish they would bring back their clam chowder, which was my favorite. Their grab and go salads and fruit plates are delicious and fast and the service is friendly. Don't forget to try their pretzels!!! I go here for lunch all the time!
