I've seen this place in the Cherry Grove Plaza for a while, and finally took the plunge. Looks are deceiving as the closed blinds in the windows make you think the place is closed, but it certainly is not. It wasn't bad at all, as I had the Teryaki Chicken with pork fried rice, and it was decent. It took longer to prepare then I was expecting but I wasn't in a big hurry. The only off-putting thing was the kids of the employees having the run of the place. I'll return again when I get the chance.

This place is OK. Fairly inexpensive. Food isn't great, but it's not bad. The main reason we order from here is because it's the only place that will deliver to our house. Delivery is a lot slower than you would expect. It usually takes up to or over an hour for the food to get here but it's always hot. I love that I can order everything online. We did carry out once and it's definitely not a place I would dine at. You can tell it's mainly a place for carry out.

Getting a quick bite after Dr appt. The food is not bad, it's not great. If u r hungry and have $5, u get a decent portion of hot food for lunch. Very predictable Americanized strip center Chinese carryout. The employees look like they've been working way too many hours / days without a break or vacation. Got bad vibes when a male worker yelled at a female in unpleasant way. Probably will not be returning.

Carry out was delivered and was cold. Food was delivered. It took over 90 minutes to be delivered and was probably prepared an hour before it arrived at our house. If you order from here make sure you pick up the order yourself. Nothing is worse cold Chinese food.

As a delivery this is pretty good food. Really like the Crab Rangoon and Sweet & Sour Chicken. Would love some coupons to show up for here...I know we would eat there more! I definitely recommend for people to order from here!

I usually like to use two dishes to measure the quality of Chinese restaurants: Wonton Soup and General Tso's Chicken. Peking has a phenomenal General Tso's and a so-so [just okay] Wonton Soup. I've been there several times, and most of the main dishes I have had are very flavorful. Their Cashew Chicken is a good pick, although it still doesn't compare to their super saucy General Tso's. This recently opened restaurant has an odd location, and the semi-closed blinds often make it look closed---but don't be deceived! This is a hidden gem of Anderson. It has some of the best and cheapest Asian you can get for miles. Even though their take-out seems to dominate, dining in isn't bad. The people who run the place are super nice, and they offer very good service.

Usually when you walk into a Chinese restaurant with the dishes pictured on the wall, the 110 item menu and 10 tables, you know it's a carry out place and you expect average quality. This place doesn't exactly break that mold but their $9 dinners are way worth it in size and quality. There are 5 Chinese restaurants within 1-2 miles of each other, so they are all on their A game.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
