My niece suckered me into taking her here a couple days ago, and I'm right in the middle between two and three stars. I've heard people rave about the food, but I really it's really quite basic. The service, however, was superb. We went into the dining room and the cashier was verrry patient with us. Neither of us could make up our minds and being my first time there, I of course had to ask her about every item on the menu lol. We both wound up getting some breakfast, which they serve around the clock, and like I said, it was just okay. I may or may not return to try something completely different, but I won't be making any special trips.

I got the number 2 sourdough jack and the jumbo jack with cheese combo. Glad they open one up in Cincinnati. I enjoyed it in Cali when I visited so I had to try it again. Last time I went to the value menu but this time I had to get a combo. I like how they serve us when ordering in. Good food for a fast food restaurant. Gave it 4 stars because of the location and how I had to travel just to eat here. NEED MORE LOCATIONS!

Good cheap food! The menu selection is nice. Don't expect anything other than a fast food type quality. So far we have had great service when we've visited.

I am going to review Jack in the Box as a late night food restaurant. Jack in the Box is in line with other late night food options. Not spectacular food, but will do if you need something after going out. It's open 24 hours and they serve their menu all day. They have a wide variety of menu items which is nice including burgers, chicken sandwiches, tacos, jalapeno poppers and egg rolls. I would only consider going for a late night bite though. The food was unimpressive. It was just alright fast food. On friday and saturday nights they attract the drinking crowd and the wait can be about 30 minutes. I feel there are better and faster options.

I've stopped by Jack in the box twice on my way home from a late day at work. Last night I went through the drive through and ordered an ultimate burger. Their drive through is quick, associates are friendly taking your order and getting you through the line. The burger was okay, nothing special. On a previous visit I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which was dry and did not have much taste. I'm welcome to have more selections here and town and like you can order anything 24 hours a day from their menu, but Wendy's is better and just two doors down.

I moved here from CA 5 years ago and was disappointed that Cincinnati didn't have any Jack In the Box restaurants. I was very excited when this one opened and I've been to it 4-5 times since. Food tastes the same - good, a nice break from the other fast food places. But the 5 stars are for the employees. Each and every time I've been greeted with the nicest staff and best service. Kudos to the manager for some of the best hiring in the history of fast food! They're open 24 hours. I plan to go there for a super-early breakfast someday soon!

I go every week and absolutely love it. The food tastes great and is cheap. Costs $7.74 for dinner for 2

Food is overall better than most fast food places in Cincinnati. One Exception being the beacon! Cashiers took their jobs seriously, trying to not have us wait unnecessarily, and explained the foods well. Areas were clean even in the middle of night.

So excited! All my friends from CA have been telling me for years how much I would love Jack in the Box, and now it's here!!! It's right on my way to work, too, so I stop in for breakfast once a week. The line always moves really quick, the food is hot and delicious, the service is super friendly, and the price is definitely right!

I heart Jack in the Box. So there seems to be a lot of people naysaying this awesome establishment spouting off that it doesn't live up to the hype and even comparing it to places like Five Guys and Smashburger. Look, Jack in the Box is a fast food restaurant like Wendy's or Burger King. The difference is that Jack in the Box serves breakfast all day, has a diverse menu that includes tacos and egg rolls, and in my opinion is a step up from your typical fast food fare. I also believe that you have to know what to get at Jack in the Box. If you just get a standard burger and fries it might not be that exciting. But if you get a Sourdough Jack with a side of stuffed jalapenos or Jack's Spicy Chicken with some curly fries then I think you will change your opinion of this classic institution! I'm excited that no longer do I have to travel to North Carolina to get my Jack in the Box fix, now a short drive to Ridge Road is all it takes to fill my belly with Crack in the Box happiness!

Jack in the Box is incredible. They just sell whatever foods you can think of and have breakfast all day which is something every fast food chain should do. You NEED to try their 50 cent tacos. You might hate them, because they're cheap tacos... But you might love them, because they're cheap tacos.

What the heck is so special about Jack in the Box? Why would I frequent a fast food joint when I'm trying to get healthier? Probably what sets them apart is their diverse menu: their core fare is burgers, but there's also chicken sandwiches, salads, and tacos. And the big difference is the breakfast is served at any hour: the place is open at any hour (24!) Even the dining room is open 24/7! I'm not always in the mood for breakfast in the evening, but sometimes I'm not craving a burger and fries at 11:30 am. Problem solved! My favorite thing there so far is the Sourdough Jack! I've done a few of the different burgers, but it's the sourdough bun that's pure heaven! Also, they have the antenna toppers ($1). Probably I didn't give this place 5 stars was the fact there's only 2 locations in the Cincinnati area so far, and maybe the prices... but the friendly experience and what Jack has to offer is well worth a trip!

I had heard so much about jack in the box recently I decided it to give it a whirl. They told me they would bring the food out to me okay I thought they obviously want hot food for the customers. The food was pretty decent typical run of the mill fast food restaurant food. I was still in the mood for something more so I decided to go up and get a shake and expecting to hand it over to me they said they would bring it over to my table. Literally two seconds later the person hands me my shake as I was just about to sit down! I do not understand jack in the box's policy but the running back and forth seems a bit odd to me. All in all I would definitely come back even if I do find the running back and forth odd.

I've been here about four times. A little better experience than a normal Jack In the Box. The workers always make extra effort to get the order right. When the food is taking a long time, they're mindful and mention it to you. The workers are also patient when you can't make up your mind.

When JITB first opened in Cincy I was really excited. I love the Oreo shakes, Big Cheeseburger, Sourdough Jack (drool), curly fries and chocolate cake. You'd hope not all at once, but I do have an impressive appetite. Anyhoo, for some reason the food quality has been going downhill lately. I'm talking about the burger patties!! The last 2 times I went, the patty was so incredibly over-seasoned that it's almost like they marinated it in a concentrated salt-and-pepper solution. I don't know if they come shipped like that or what, but it's not cool. On my most recent trip, my Sourdough Jack was cold. I'm gonna give it one last try before going back to my old standby, Mickey D's..

Having never ate at Jack in the Box, I was super excited to try it since my boyfriend talked about how good it was. We went inside to order. There was 1 lady waiting on our food and we stood at the register to place an order. There were about 5 visible workers. We stood there for about...6 or 7 minutes without even being acknowledged. At this point I was already beyond frustrated but still ready to give it a try. After 6 or 7 minutes who I assume to be a manager finally comes over and very rudely says "Were out of everything..." and proceeds to list nearly everything on the menu and then follows by "Were waiting on our truck"....I can understand being out of items, even a bunch of items but why in the world were we not told that right when we walked in the door. So needless to say I still haven't tried Jack in the Box...I will be willing to give it a try at a later date...at a different location.

Jack In The Box! Long overdue in Cincinnati, it's finally here! After years and years of rumors, damn it Jack In The Box is finally here! I have been to this particular location a couple of times now, and I've only tried the breakfast side of the menu both times. First time around, I ended up getting the Breakfast Jack, which is decently priced at $.99 along with an order of curly fries to boot. It was a solid meal for any budget-minded food-goer. Second time around, I had the Waffle Breakfast Sandwich along with a hash brown and it was definitely a great alternative to the usual Burger King or McDonald's. Location itself...right off I-71 on Ridge Avenue. Good thing about the location is that there is a traffic light at the entrance/exit of the restaurant. But if you are trying to turn out of the other end of the parking lot, it could be troublesome as the traffic from I-71 merges onto Ridge right in front of the restaurant. All in all, Jack In The Box is a decent option for any fast food lover that is looking for something different. Definitely check this place out!
