Went in today and was welcomed with pleasant smiles. I asked if there were any birthday specials and they pleasantly wished me a happy birthday and totally hooked me up. My favorite chipotle not only for this occasion but they are always polite and friendly. Even on those late night stops right before they close. Thank you for your kindness!

Some math for you all: 7 employees visible + 2 people ahead of you in line = 25 minute wait. If you ever walk into this location and your position in line is going to be third or farther back, turn around, walk out, get in your car, take 275 west to Route 4, head north until you see jungle jims, turn right...you're at a much quicker Chipotle destination. Seriously, this location has the slowest staff. There can be multiple people working on the line, yet you still wait forever. The employees are too busy socializing amongst themselves to actually speed things up. Don't even bother trying to order online ahead of time. It won't be ready. I have yet to place an online order that was actually ready when I went to pick it up. All in all, just avoid this location.

Looks like I'm in the minority, but we enjoy going to this Chipotles. The food is always good and even though there is usually a line, the wait isn't that long. We never eat in and the decor isn't that conducive to making you want to, but we are fans of the food.

Previous visits to this location would have earned an extra star or two, but today's visit was disappointing. I stopped here with my family for a late lunch on a Saturday. The line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly, but after we paid for our orders and headed for the tables, it was apparent that upkeep was lacking. The floor in the seating area was sticky, and there was food on the floor and at least three tables and chairs. Then we tried to fill our drinks. Some of the lines were so clogged, the drinks didn't dispense well, and some tasted funny. We wound up purchasing bottled drinks instead. Since we were sitting near the beverage station, it was easy to see others having a similar experience. The trash can at the beverage station was overflowing. Our kids sat at the counter against the window, but later moved to a table because they saw a bug. It's hard to say whether the cleanliness of the dining area is a reflection on the kitchen, but if doing battle with the residue on the floor to keep your flip-flops on your feet is a turn-off, you'll probably be better off driving four miles south and trying Half Day Cafe or Bilog in Wyoming.

This particular location isn't terrible....decently big lunch crowd, so be prepared if you stop by around 12-1P. The restaurant stays clean, the staff is quick & friendly, & the food is always good. This location isn't always the most convenient for me....but I don't mind stopping by from time-to-time when I'm in the area.

Overall 0 stars! Came in here today with my girlfriend. My food was great, my womens... Not so much. The chicken was f------ raw! I told the manager and he refunded my money. He was very nice and personable, but for gods sake it was raw. She could have gotten sick, this can't happen! Sick to my stomach. Gotta do better chiplote seriously.

I love chipotle!!! The one in Springdale is consistently great! I have tried others in Ky and they were very disappointing to the name. Chipotle always has big burritos & bowls that are filling. I get the burrito bowl w/ 1/2 steak, 1/2 chicken & corn salsa with sour cream and their dressing. The dressing adds just a touch of zing while the steak is spicy enough to satisfy. I highly reccomend this restaurant and gift cards!!!Whoo free!!!

This isn't our usual Chipotle, but we were near here for some reason and stopped here. It was pretty good. Not as good as Hyde Park, but still Chipotle good.

This location is so skimpy on food. The store manager is an idiot and all of the employees are constantly screwing around. Go to the evendale location, seriously!

I was a little skeptical to go to this particular Chipotle. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, the portions were generous, and the people were friendly. Obviously they took former reviews seriously.

I love Chipotle, and it's the closest to home, but I generally am not all that impressed with it. My last (atttempt at) a visit was awful. There were only a few people in front of me, but they were so understaffed that it was as if I wasn't important to their business... I ended up walking over to Jimmy John's a few business down and was served promptly! I know I shouldn't just go somewhere and expect to be served right away... but generally that has been my experience with Chipotle, even when they are busy! I doubt it's just me...
