My boyfriend and I both work a lot. We call upon China Express when we have a small window to cook. We love the Spicy Bean Curd (tofu). The tofu is firm, chewy (but not leathery) and the sauce is delicious! They actually know how to treat tofu as many restaurants just throw it in last second and it is mushy, watery and flavorless. Not here. We typically order a large Spicy Bean Curd, Large veggie Lo Mein and two veggie egg rolls which is enough for two dinners and two lunches and with delivery and tip is still under $20! The owner and his wife are very pleasant people and they are always open, even when a lot of other places are closed. We love China Express and appreciate the nights I have been saved from the kitchen whether I don't have time, am not inspired or just plain tired.

No good quality meat and too little of it. Both meals we got were mostly carbs. I'm sorry to say that we won't be eating here again - I was hopeful, it's convenient pick up on my way home from work!

China Express is seriously my favorite Chinese food restaurant EVER. I've been coming here since the dawn of time and plan on coming until the end of time. Everything on the menu is delicious. My personal favorites are their General Tso's, the Lo Mein, Chicken Broccoli, and of course their EGG ROLLS. I have honestly just walked in to grab a couple of egg rolls. I've been to two China Towns in the US and they don't have squat on China Express egg rolls. Swoon. The owner is super cool and no matter how busy they are he can have your food cooked in 15 minutes. He's must be some kind of Chinese wizard. Magical stuff going on here. Worth a drive, hike or whatever. If you are in the area and want Chinese, you'd be sorely mistaken to go someplace else. They also deliver and have parking available to the left of their building.

Can't quite agree with Rachel - good, not great food - nice place, friendly staff - the Chicken Broccoli is very good - I eat here regularly because I'm in the area, but I wouldn't make a special trip.

Best food and prices in town! Fast delivery and takeout. I always come here with my family and they always have the food hot and fresh

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city.
