Typical longhorn. Tried the beer cheese pretzels..... Not good. -pretzels were ok -cheese was terrible Ordered a NY Strip and it was good, but overlooked. All in all its what was expected. I've had better steak at a longhorn before but whatever.

My wife and I have to this location twice, and I have decided that we will never return... What could go wrong, did go wrong. Was told that it was a 15 minute wait, and over a hour later finally got seated. (This happened BOTH times) Screwed up the orders for everyone at the table (a table of 4 people), my brother in law, didn't not receive his salad, and then received a soup that was BARELY above room temperature. And or waitresses not gonna remove anything from the bill/ or offer a reduced rate. Until my wife asked for the manager, nothing was gonna happen. FYI... When you screw up a order, acknowledge the fact that you did. Then try to correct it or try to make it up to the customer!!! And things would have ended on a better note.

Whoa! Probably won't ever be back to a Longhorn's because of our experience here. Ok, granted, we had a group of 20, but keep in mind that when we came in, the restaurant was half-full at best. It took 35 minutes for the hostess/server to put tables together for all of us; to impress the point a bit more, we were the only ones waiting to be seated - it wasn't a busy day there. Appetizers (only 4 ordered) came out 40 min after being seated, salads (only 7 ordered) came out 15 min AFTER the appetizers and the food was served 55 min (FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES!!!) AFTER the salads. So, after being seated, we were served our entrees 1hr 50min later. Stats- Total time waiting to be seated = 35min Total time sitting to appetizers = 40min Total time sitting to salads = 55min Total time sitting to entree = 1hr 50min. Total time eating entree to leaving = 30min Total time at this Longhorn's - 2hrs 55min One last thing... At the 2 hour mark (TWO HOUR MARK!!), I asked the server when we should expect the food, she said, "It's coming, there's twenty of you."

Very poor customer service. Thought I would give it another try wasn't worth the effort. You should take an example of your other parts of your company maybe you would do better in customer service.

My girlfriend and I have written off longhorn several times due to various grievances that have occurred each time we go ranging from nonexistent servers to wait times far in excess of what they should be. The food is decent when it does finally come but the service always leaves something to be desired.

We visited this location on Black Friday at 11 am (the place was empty) with some of my wife's family and I highly doubt I would try this place again. Service: I saw a gentleman sitting in a booth across from me politely ask the server for a different salad because he had ordered it with no tomatoes or cucumbers or something to that effect, and as soon as the waitress turned around, I saw her mouth something I won't repeat here to another server. We had to ask for lemons 3 times to get any, A-1 3 times, and we gave up on asking for BBQ sauce. We were our servers only table Food: I ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium. I received a cold burger that was beyond well done with less than a single piece of burnt bacon with a burnt bun and missing the set-up. I worked in restaurants while in high school and some of college. I understand that you aren't going to get perfection, but based on what I saw come out of the kitchen coupled with service I saw and receieved.......no thank you

My wife and I visited for a late lunch around 1:30PM on 10/21/2013. I was really looking forward to the shrimp appetizer. The place was nearly empty and two couples were waiting ahead of us. After 5 minutes a host or hostess had not arrived so we walked out and ate somewhere else.

We had a group of 11 out of towners meeting at this Longhorn as a midpoint to celebrate a birthday party right before Christmas. We were afraid it would be difficult to seat this many at such a busy time of year. The "call ahead seating" (will take no reservations, but within 30 mins of arrival they will try to squeeze you in) policy didn't give us a warm and fuzzy feeling that we weren't going to be standing around for a table for a long time, but Jared, the manager did get us seated fairly promptly. The restaurant is new from the looks of it and nicely decorated. We had an excellent server, Terri, who took good care of us despite being very busy. We ordered several apps and all of our food was very good, entrees included. Terri offered to store our bday cake in the frig. She gave us plenty of time for gift opening and cake and kept the soft drink refills coming. We couldn't have asked for more from our visit. We will stop here again in the future!

Atmosphere, decor is excellent. Service was good. Lunch menu interesting. Food is ok, but not great, to much cheese over powers the main flavors. Had I been there more, I rate it 3 instead of 4.

New Year's Eve arrived at 6:40pm told 2hr. Wait while waiting for about an hour everybody noticed how many people where finished eating and left at one point counted upwards of 60 had left but really nobody new was being seated after awhile made our way into the restaurant and u could see 9 empty dirty tables appeared to only be 1 bus boy so that problem lies on the managers shoulders after a 1hr 45 minute wait we where seated our waitress was superb very nice received our order timely the food- our bread was ok the crust was hard couldn't really cut it but once we pulled it apart it was good my soft drink was flat got a new one still kinda flat but ok we both ordered big steaks & skewers of shrimp the shrimp where a little tough little over cooked but tasted great after a few bites each of our steaks we noticed we needed to switch steaks medium rare and medium so we just switched steaks and all was well as busy as they where I think they did great job the food tasted great there outlaw ribeye is the best steak you can get anywhere very juicy and full of flavor we will always be going back been there now 7X and have yet to really have a complaint.

This might be the best steakhouse in Chillicothe, but if so, you might want to try another variety of food. My girlfriend had the shaved prime rib sandwich and salad. I had the black and bleu burger. Mine was over cooked and dry. I had trouble finding the bleu cheese although I could smell it in there somewhere. My friend's shaved prime rib was likewise dry and well done. I'm used to a medium rare prime rib, not one that's been cooked past caring. The service was great but it wasn't matched by the kitchen staff.

In my opinion the best steakhouse in Chillicothe. I've always found the service, food and atmosphere to be consistently above par. Longhorn is noted to being one of the best-100 companies to work for and it shows in the way the staff treats their customers.

Great service. Burger was done perfect. I came at lunch time when it wasn't crowded and the staff was friendly.
