We love and crave the food. It lost 2 stars due to the service. I have been held on hold on the phone while placing an order and totally forgotten about at least 3 different times. The employees fight amongst themselves in front of you. If we didn't crave a sub from there so bad we would avoid it.

My very first experience at this location went pleasantly well. I had the Philly Steat (small) sub which was remarkably delicious. The service was 'surprisingly great for a mid-Friday-afternoon visit. I'll definitely be back to try some of their great looking/smelling (my friend who accompanied me had...) veggie sub.

Long wait times, poor service, decent philly cheese steak sandwich. Avoid coming here if you are on a time constraint induced lunch break.
