awful dining experience. The waitress that we did have provided terrible service, the place had no one in it !!! What a waste of money... waitress filled my boyfriends drink about every hour and half but never (not once) asked to get me another beverage. She ignored my presence and was flirting with my boyfriend and his friends. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you get off on being angry the whole time you are there.

We had great service and the food was plentiful. The restaurant was not very busy. I had Sweet Jesus porter beer. It was horrible. Beer with chocolate and peanut butter flavoring.

Passing thru the area by myself and stopped here for the easy bar seating and the "known quantity" of it. Service was fast and fine. Place wasn't too busy, more than enough staff on hand. Not sure what the bad reviews are about.

I walked in the place 2 managers said hi. That was the last time anyone even noticed or even looked my way. I sat there for 10 min. The barmaid stood at the end of bar bullshitting with some guys. I left went to idols bar and was instantly served

Its what you expect from buffalo wild wings. Beer, wings, tv. The service could be better but nothing too big to complain about. It doesn't have the same buzz as some I've been to. But it has what youve come to expect from the brand.

Food is great. Great atmosphere for UFC fights. Service is what it is. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad.

The food is good, as you can expect from BWW, but when it takes 20 minutes for the server to bring your FIRST drink, your entire dining experience is ruined. Needless to say I didn't feel guilty about leaving a $0.00 tip.

This place is awful. Have been here a few times, but won't be going back. The last time we were seated outdoors we had a very unpleasant customer continue to come outside and stand right beside us to smoke cigarettes. Smoke blowing in our faces was not appetizing! We asked the waitress/manager if we could be moved to a non-smoking section but it turns out the entire outdoor perimeter is the "smoking section" here. Fail! Slow service compared to other BWW. Food not worth it. We definitely won't be coming back for our next outdoor dining experience.

Haven't been there for a long time until last Friday. One word comes to mind : "Dreadful" If you haven't done so, read UncleWilly M.'s review. Hit's the nail right on the head. I agree with him 100%. As a matter of a fact, we were there together with several other friends/family to share in this most awful dining experience.

Service. You expect it to be civil. You can expect service along a spectrum here that ranges from non-existent to adversarial. Seriously, I've been here a number of times (I dig trivia) and the service never rises above dreadful. Here's one example from last Friday night... I'm sitting at a table with about 10 other people, we'd all walked in within about 10 minutes of each other and not one server checked on us. So, I go to the counter where there are 4 waitresses on the public side and one waitress and a manager on the inside. I say, nicely, hey, we're all over at that table there, can we get a server? The manager says, No, ahhh, yes, it'll be a minute. He doesn't tell one of the waitresses standing there to cover it, I just walk away amazed. About 5 minutes later she shows up to take drink orders. She comes back with a few drinks, but I don't get mine. Crap. Someone else in the group prods her on this and she scurries away to get it. No return to check on our food. Finally, some of the folks at the table start going directly to the counter for wings (the specialty, if you can call it that). They got their food. A couple of us waited because we ordered through the waitress. Eventually we got our food too. In the end, this place disappoints in almost all ways. The big screen TVs are very nice, the best in the immediate area. If you insist on going here, order beer at the bar, order wings at the counter and never, ever talk to a waitress, lest you'll feel obliged to tip. ----------- UPDATE ------------ 6/2/08 Well, how could two visits be sooooooooo different? (It was Monday at 5:30PM) A glutton for punishment, and an NTN addict, I thought I'd give this place one more try. The wife had just finished up at the office, completing a rough meeting, and it was time to unwind. I LOVE NTN, period. So, we walked in. The plan was to split up and slay this place. I'd head to the bar and get the beers and game console, she'd go to the counter and order the wings and quesadillas. We'd meet at the table, and be waitress-free. Instead, we're greeted by Melissa as soon as we walk in. Cheery, friendly, she asks if we want a table or a booth. I say, suspiciously, we want to be able to see the only TV that is running trivia. To which she says, I can put trivia on any TV you want. What? Is this the same place? Did I slip into the Bizarro-BWs? Was she a visiting hostess from the Fifth Season, maybe mistakenly walking in here to work? No, here we go, to the table. The surprises didn't stop...next she asks if she can get us a drink, it's happy-hour you know? Hello, what the f--- is going on here? I order a tall, the wife orders a tall...I then ask about ordering food (hell, when you're in the Twilight Zone...), to which she whips out the pad, poised to take the next step in this strange service-heaven experience. We blast our order at her and she's gone... Now, our initial plans were so foiled that we didn't even hit the head. We both take care of bio-needs and return to our beers AND the NTN console. I'd forgotten, but Melissa hadn't. Damn. One-star just a couple of weeks earlier. I'm feeling pretty bad now. End of the story is that Melissa returns many times to check on us, including once to see if we're winning (1-1). We tell her the name of the team that beat us once, to which she reports their location, their drinking habits, and that they'd just left. She dropped off the bill and retrieved it immediately. 25% tip thank you. So, Melissa gets a rare 5-star rating. Unfortunately, she can't take away the crap-fest that I endured a couple of Friday's ago. My strongest recommendation is that you only accept waitress service if Melissa is on the name tag.
