My wife and I stopped in here while we were on vacation 4 years ago. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped back in again when we were back in the area this past weekend. The pizza was just as good as we remembered it. The crust was great, not too thick, not too thin. The sauce was good as well, no complaints there. The pizza was very cheesy which suited me as well The service is where I have to take off points. Once we received our food we did not see our waitress for the rest if the meal. We waited for a long time without receiving our check, so we just gave up and took our tray of remaining pizza to the registrar. Sadly, our story does not end there. For the rest of the afternoon and evening my Wife and I had severe stomach cramps and had to go to the restroom several times. I do not believe I will be going back again.

Used to eat here every summer for over twenty years, but will not return after last nights fisit!! There were four other people eating and we were hoping for a quick meal. The staff of six or eight must have already clocked out!! Our waitress had to make our pizza..the other workers were too busy talking to eachother. Waited over fifteen minutes for a salad and left after an hour with no pizza...it still wasn't ready!! Such a shame. My husband spoke to manager about why we were still waiting for food and he got a blank look. Management and owners need help.

Came here to eat after some time on the lake. Had subs and chicken Parmesan and both were very good. I would not order anything that would be fried. I don't think they have a fryer in the back because or fries tasted like they had been frozen and then warmed up on a grill. Stick with the pizza and subs and you will enjoy your dinner.

We ate there Sunday, May 26, 2013. I travel for business and eat out alot and i can honestly say this was the worst meal I ever had. The Pizza was not even completly cooked. My kids will eat anything and after one slice all three would not eat another slice. When I tasted it, it was dough in the middle and not cooked. My brother had Chix strips that were burnt and tasted like freezer burn. When we asked the wait staff they did not care. Owner seems to be an abestee owner. When my paerents asked for the Senior Discount that was displayed on the wall, they were asked to see their Drivers Lic, and was expalined that they did not qualify because we were not Buckeye s (From Ohio). This place is the worst ever !!!

My husband and I have eaten here several times, always when we are "on the fly" and don't want to cook dinner when we get home. The salads are a typical salad, nothing fancy or special; dressing is served in a plastic cup on the side. The pizza is good, though it is VERY greasy! Our favorites though are the stromboli's that tend to have less grease and good flavor. The atmosphere in quaint. We love that it's always dark in there! It makes a great "date-like" atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, but I have had better pizza for less other places. All in all, if you need a quick & reasonably priced pizza fix this is an okay choice for the area.

Pizza wasn't terrible, but the service left something to be desired. Not sure if they were gearing down staff for the after summer lull, but the two servers I saw were hustling and trying to serve a full dining room. Taco pizza was ok, little bland. The custom pepperoni with hot peppers could have used a little extra cheese. All in all, not a bad stop for Andover - just be patient with the service and don't expect Mellow Mushroom quality pies.

Service is kinda slow, but the pizza really makes up for it. Staff is friendly- we love the Taco pizza. It's really good! Crust is good- not soaked with grease, but not dried out, either. Overall, we really like this place.

I remember covered bridge pizza being much better.. I used to love their pizza as a kid. Moved away and came back for the weekend I was so excited to get some covered bridge pizza for the family and was seriously disappointed with the quality. I would of rather had a frozen pizza. I dont think I will ever be back!!

Taco pizza was great. Also had a cheese pizza and it was pretty decent. Service though was a whole different matter. When we arrived there were all dirty tables to choose from. After we sat they cleaned the table. Our drinks were almost empty when she brought food but she never came back to fill our drinks. 15 minutes later she came back.

I've been eating here for as long as I can remember. The pizzas and salads are delicious and the spaghetti isn't too bad either. The atmosphere is cozy and the prices are totally on the cheap!! Highly recommended.

The service has been AWFUL here for years. But the taco pizza is amazing. Totally worth the wait.

Salads are really good here. Pizza is different but good. I wouldn't get the white pizza. It wasn't the best, but traditional ones are good. This place has been here a long time when most other restaurants have closed and opened 3 or 4 times over they years. They must be doing something right.

This one star rating is specifically for the Andover location. I've never walked out of a restaurant without paying--until today. It literally was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Backstory, I grew up on Covered Bridge Pizza. I lived down the street from the one in North Kingsville. I've met the owner many times. Now that I'm in my 30s with kids and live in Columbus, any time that I come "home" to visit the parents a trip to Covered Bridge is always in the plans. The one in North Kingsville has, for the most part, been a good experience. But today in Andover was another story. This is the first time I had visited this location and will be the last. A group of 5 of us (including a hungry two and five year old) arrived shortly after noon on a Saturday. There was only one booth open, and it needed to be bussed. We waited for about 5 minutes and neither one of the two servers cleared the table, so we decided to do it ourselves since a line was forming and we didn't want to lose the booth. Cleaning the table ourselves should have been an bad omen. We sat at the table for about 10 minutes (now we've been here 15 minutes) before we were even acknowledged, and that acknowledgement was simply that she would be around to our table in a little while (and to pick up the measly 3 bucks that the previous guests had left as a tip). When she came back 5 minutes later, we decided to order since 1. we know the menu and 2. it was quite obvious we were in for bad service today. One of the things we ordered was a pitcher of Coke. When she returned with our drinks (an easy 10 minutes after we ordered) it was a pitcher of water. Ok, mistakes happen. So time goes by, and as guests leave, tables are not being cleaned. Other guests that are arriving are also bussing their own tables. As more time goes by, other guests that arrived AFTER us began receiving their pizza. We hadn't even got our salads yet. Finally after an hour of us sitting at this booth our salads arrive. To say we are agitated at this point would be a factual statement. Now another 25 or so minutes pass by and our pizza is a no-show (and our server had visited our table not once during this time). I'm not one to make a fuss at a restaurant, but at this point we had been there for an hour and a half and still had not received our pizza. Also, about half the tables were empty and not one of them had been cleared. I had never seen anything like it at any restaurant that I have ever dined at. So at this point I went to the counter and asked for a manager. I was given the name of the manager, so I asked to speak with her. I was then told that she was "supposed to be here, but isn't." The same girl then grabbed another girl and told her that she was "now the manager and needed to deal with me." I politely explained that we had been there for an hour and a half and still haven't received our food and that others that had arrived after us were already eating. Another girl came from around the kitchen and said that she was the only one making food. I explained that it was clear that they were understaffed, but I wanted to know why, after an hour and a half, we didn't have our two pizzas. She then asked our server what table we were at, then looked at her orders, and said "I just put your food in the oven." At that point I simply said "we're leaving"--and we did. Again, I understand being under or short staffed. But there were two servers and two people in the kitchen. There was zero excuse for being, for all intents and purposes, ignored by our server. Even an explanation that she was busy and a short apology for the slow service would have been ok. There was also no excuse that absolutely no one there was clearing tables. And most of all, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF to put our food in the oven. Based on other reviews that have similar statements about terrible service I think it is time that the owner pay this branch a visit. Tourists, avoid this place. I know it seems "cool" to eat inside of a covered bridge, but your experience will be miserable.
