Haven't been here in fifteen years, and now I remember why. Overcooked burgers, dry wings swimming in not-very-good sauce, lousy service, and a dirty environment. For the price, I can have a fresh and delicious lunch at a number of downtown spots... So I definitely won't be back.

Upset with the service. Saw orders placed after ours be served before us. Waited 40 minutes, just to receive cold wings. Amazing how the replacements were piping hot all the way through 15 minutes later. Very displeased.

I love the self service here and the wings are crispy and well sauced.. but the bathroom always smells like minty vomit but clean...

Worst service ever! (By the entire staff) and the food is sub par for bw3. We walked in, a party of 6 mind you, and the three servers behind the counter just stared at us while we awkwardly figured out to seat our selfs. None of them said hi until our extremely rude server came over. We ordered and our appetizers came out at the same time as out food, which in my opinion defeats the entire purpose of ordering them in the first place. On top of that she completely forgot one of our wing orders and we were her only table! Also we got 3 of the wrong type of wing sauces because she didn't confirm our orders. Never going to that location again. On a side not though bw3 you should probably have your servers ask if people want sauce or dry rub wings instead of sauce or POWDER. Honestly when the waitress said that I thought about just talking about powdered food is just not appealing.

I'm thoroughly upset at their horrible service. I've placed an order for wings and the girl told me it would take only an hour. We left the house to pick them up a little after an hour and when we got there they informed us that our order was still not ready & it would take an additional hour (at the least) AFTER the fact that we just paid for them. There were other customers waiting to pick up their orders and apparently none of their orders were ready either. Don't promise customers their orders will be done at a certain time if they can't fulfill it. If I would have know this would have happened, I would have ordered my food elsewhere.

Their food is typical B-Dubs food - pre-cooked and frozen. It tastes average to below average on occasion, but just be aware that you'll get your order in less than five minutes. My biggest beef about the food is that pre-cooked and/or frozen foods with such marginal quality should never be overpriced such as this location's food is. The bartenders are cool. They know me by name, know what drinks I like, and will socialize with me. They can get busy sometimes, especially on gamedays, so make sure you get there early. The building is small for a B-Dubs. It seems more like a neighborhood bar in some respects than a larger bar due to the size, although this wouldn't be the best place to hang out if you're a college student and it's late Friday night. In short, this place is meh. Just make sure you don't get mugged at night (or even during the day).

Totally agree with the guy below me. The area is sketchy so hold your pepper spray near and dear. The food is pretty good, but it IS BW3's (I would say ''Bdubs'' but that name just pisses me off). I love the boneless wings with garlic parm sauce, even if they are just chicken nuggets dipped in sauce. The inside is small but of all the times I've gone to this location I've never had a problem finding a seat. A few of the girls working up front who take your order have been quite rude but I guess you can't expect too much respect from just anybody nowadays. Including the hordes of college/ghetto wannabe douches that roam this place quite often. The beer has always been great and served in wonderfully tall glasses. There really isn't too much to complain about except the area this one is located in, a few snobs that work here, and the typical crowd you find here most nights. But hey, don't get your hopes too high and you'll be alright.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. The waitresses took forever to come to our table, and when she finally did, It took even longer to actually get our drinks. Our food was terrible, and sloppy. The wings were tiny and looked like they were made with canned sauce. For a restaurant that is all about wings, this was a terrible representation. I felt like I was in high school. Everything came in paper containers and the silver wear is plastic and packaged. For spending $20 a person, I want good food and actual dishes. And a server who actually serves.

I am a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings fan back in Toledo where the service and food are always amazing, even on extremely busy nights. That was not the case for this location. We ordered our food and drinks, when the food came almost 20 minutes later it was only half of our order, the fries weren't there. We also never received our drinks. We finally got ONE of our orders of fries after reminding our waitress three separate times. When we got the bills, everyone at the table had somebody else's drinks on their bills so they had to be fixed multiple times. Our wings were DROWNING in sauce, and not in a good way. Also, a couple wings weren't even completely cooked. The fries, when we finally got them, were not hot and had next to no flavor. Not a good experience, and will not be going back.

The only reasons this place stays open are as follows: the BW3s brand and the fact EuroGyro (a 2* place food-wise, in my opinion) is your next best option for wings in the area. Either that or it's a money laundering front because this place has to rank among the worst BW3s in existence. As other reviews have pointed out, the staff is generally one of the worst you'll ever experience: rude, slow, unhelpful, apathetic, you name it. Expect your order to be messed up in some way to avoid disappointment. If you must eat from this place, I'd recommend carryout to avoid the service and having to eat in less-than-ideal place when it comes to cleanliness. BW3s should be embarrassed the have their reputation and image associated with this place. In short, this a sub-par establishment obviously run by an owner or management who are just there to make bank on the BW3s name. The level of apathy on display here is that incredible. *Older reviews mention the "sketchiness" of the area, which was understandable a few years ago. It's been largely made over by U of A and other developers to the point I wouldn't really consider it a bad area. It's not Fairlawn or Stow but it's right across the street from Infocision Stadium and the UA campus; nothing too bad. **Someone please open a Winking Lizard or something around here. There really isn't one place you can count on for good for burgers, ribs, and wings.

After using yelp for some time without an account I finally created one just to leave this review. This restaurant is a disgrace to the BW3 chain. There is little doubt that given the consistency of its poor service, quality and upkeep that there is little to no leadership coming from the top. The parking lot is in poor repair and the exterior gives you the feeling that your car will be broken into if you leave it there more than a few minutes. The building is old and dilapidated. The inside is never really clean, no matter how early you go. The waitstaff is slow and apathetic at best- downright rude at worst. I see the cooks constantly going out to the courtyard to smoke and always think that they do not look like people I want preparing my food- and don't get any malicious ideas here- I am saying they appear unkept. I have rarely received a completely correct order and it is usually slopped together- ie sauce on the outside of unlabeled boxes of wings, wrong number of wings, literally sauce on only one wing, wrong dressing, etc. I honestly cannot believe I have continued to go this place year after year. I suppose it has been out of convenience, but I will not be making the mistake again. There are plenty of places to get game day wings. This location is an absolute disgrace and does not deserve your money.

BW3 or "How to Totally Fuck Up a Brand in Ten Years or Less", from a patron of 30+ years: Too much expansion too fast at too desperate of margins. The quality of product changed with the rebranding- which, let's be honest: it's a wing and fry joint. But there is such a thing as a decent wing and fry joint. It's just not that anymore. Used to be you'd come down, put in an order, walk into the Arizona Mining Company to waste fifteen minutes, and come back to a tray with wings, the size of which gave Scorcher's old "anabolic rooster" legs a run for their money. No more- the wings and drums are puny, the sauce volume paltry, and the beer watered down. And the boneless? Your local Walmart hot deli gives larger portions of the *same exact* product (actually, slightly better, now that I think about it) for half the price: Wally's charges $4 for a 2/3rds lb plate of bone or boneless and a side. "BDubs"? Minimum of $9 to make that same score. Patron of the Exchange street location, as well as the original KSU location way back, and you just don't get the vibe anymore. Now, every site is the same- mediocre and disconnected from the local scene. Find a local joint, or find a good recipe and learn to fry up hot wings/boneless wings- it's cheaper, it's better, and you can watch what you want on the big screen without assholes yelling over you.

When I was in Law School at Akron it was before Euro Gyro reopened and before Scores went in this was the best place to get a quick, cold drink near campus. Decent bar staff. As far as the kitchen.... WOW!!! BW's as a chain is pretty damn good, consistent, fairly priced and one of the best restaurants amongst places of that type. This one however is amazing in it's ineptitude. An embarrassment to the chain. I have eaten there a lot because I love their Black n Bleu burger but made with the black bean patty and the location in Medina is too far unfortunately, and I kid you not, they mess up my order AT LEAST two out of every three times. AT LEAST!!!!! As far as instances where I have ordered take out for my household (at least 7-8 times) they have NEVER gotten the order right. I know a guy who works there and he is a nice kid but the majority of the kitchen staff looks must be picked up daily from the same meth trailer. If every BW's was like this (it isn't) someone could easily make a website to compete with peopleofwalmart.com filled with members of the BW's kitchen staff, its that hilariously terrible.

I'm sorry to see all the bad reviews for this place I've eaten here a few times and I've never had a problem ( knock on wood) all of the servers I've ever dealt with a really nice and even when I'm unsure about what flavor chicken to order she went back and brought me out about 10 different sauce flavors so that I could make up my mind I really appreciated that but on busy nights like the weekend they can be a little slow

Slowest service I've had in a while! Food wasn't to great and the place wasn't very clean. If your leaving on campus it's a good place for cheap wings but other than that I don't recommend it to anyone
