I went to Fridays on Sunday with 2 of my sons. First had to wait about 10 minutes for a waitress to come by. After she said she would be right back, 10 more minutes. Told I was entitled to chips, after telling her we've been here 30 minutes, she said we weren't chips showed up 15 minutes later. Food arrived told her we needed utensils. She then went to other tables to serve food until I was able to flag down another waitress for utensils, When clearing the table a knife fell on the floor and stayed there for about 30 minutes. While sitting was brought wine and appetizers intended for other tables. This Fridays, no day of the week.

On a Wednesday evening my boyfriend and I were seated immediately by friendly staff. We ordered 2 apps- Ahi Tuna Crisps and Warm Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese. The Pretzels were perfectly salty, warm and soft. My vegetarian bf was skeptical about the cheese dip- we ordered it without the bacon garnish, but we tasted bacon bits in the dip. I got the Ahi Tuna crisps- I wasn't a fan. The presentation was messy and the jalapenos combined with the other dressings were much too spicy for my taste. I removed the remaining jalapenos after the first bite. Here's my biggest issue- the ahi tuna was cold, hard, and FROZEN. Questionably the worst ahi tuna I've ever had. I will not order this again. We both enjoyed the fries included with our main dishes The seasoning was well-balanced and savory on the hot, fresh fries. My bf was satisfied with the black bean burger he ordered. I ordered the fried shrimp entree and I liked that it came with lots of decently-sized, crispy shrimp with tails still attached. I didn't eat the provided cocktail sauce- I opted for ketchup instead, but my mouth felt unpleasantly salty and sugary after I finished the majority of the shrimp. I rate this place 2 stars, but 1 extra star for the friendly and quick service.

I really don't want to give this place one star because I don't think it was a horrible experience, but I have to say this place needs improvement. I sat at the bar and just placing an order was something of a challenge, there was about a 15 to 20 minute wait between getting my drink and then placing my order, then it was about 30 minutes until my food came out, meanwhile people around me were being served no problem. The bartender told me there was a "computer issue" in the back, yeah funny how it somehow magically only effected my order and not anybody else, what are the odds? And the sirloin wasn't all that great, a little too rough and not much flavor.

I've been there twice so far, and had great time. Good prices, nice service. Really yummy food. Perfect for a casual dinner.

I come here 2 night a week just because they served late night food and they have really cheap happy hour. But then my $3 martinis arrival was only 1/2 of the martini glass felt like that was unacceptable, If you are running the special don't be cheap. Drinks take about 20mins to arrival, wings takes about another 20mins. Then I felt like not ordering the entree because I don't want to wait another 20mins. Overall the food takes forever to come. It's not acceptable when it's not busy with almost 10-15staff on floor. They need to work on the serving speed.

We went in probably a group of 10. Service was very pleasant. Drinks were not as good as the Thursday before. Great atmosphere

Slow. Sssllllowww service. Each of our entrees came out one at a time, 15 minutes apart. Took a waitress 15 minutes to find our table to start. This location will be out of business within the year.

Since this Friday's just recently opened, some parts of the experience can be written off as "working out the kinks." And some can't. We went with friends to celebrate a child's birthday dinner, checking in advance to give a heads up for avail of seating and also notifying hosts of a young birthday guest where we were assured that yes, we could be afforded the traditional slice of cake and candle (and maybe a song) after our meal. You know, as done at pretty much every restaurant in the world. Well, aside from being brought the wrong appetizer (forgivable) and the delay in bringing out the correct order --or the wet drink tray that was left on one of the empty seats of our table-- the food was as decent as could be expected from a national franchise. The shocker was at dessert time. When we reminded the waitress of the need for a special dessert for young birthday, i.e. some cake and a candle, the response was that they didn't have any such thing. What? No cake? Upon speaking to a manager , the response was that it was *corporate policy not to have cake and a candle* for a birthday dessert!!! So, our child who was anxious for some celebration from the new "fun" restaurant in town, was met with a song sung to a candle-less bowl of chocolate pudding, with some singing staff that seemed clearly forced by management. Though they comped desserts for us, it's unbelievable that a national chain branded on "good times" does not condone a special birthday treat, much less for a kid. Note to TGIFs: if you are going to open up a White Plains store in the same property as Toys R Us, Target, and a movie theater, you had better become kid-friendly. Quickly. I guess this restaurant is only good for Fridays. Unless your Birthday falls on one.

Looks like white plains T.G.I.F knows what they are doing. Couldn't wait to try it since my local FRidays closed down. And can't lie I must say I was craving their jack Daniels sauce, the sweet taste yet so delightful to my taste buds. The space is on the street level you can say behind five guys Burgers well to be exact it's literally behind Lilly Pilly Berry Bar but my bet is if your dining at Friday's you prob don't know what that is so lets say behind 5Guys.. So the service was top notch immediately greeted and sat although we took a seat at the bar but the hostess was very friendly. They have this new $10 dine and drink where I question how they make any money but it's well worth it you can get a burger or appys or entree for basically $10 including a alcoholic drink basics like house margaritas and miller or bud light but still worth those Abe Lincolns. The parking is the same as city center and they are open until 2am.all the wp franchises needs to up the game with FRidays in the perimeter now bring back the late HH specials or bww $25 cent wings. Now the lack of the 1 star is for the cleanness of the restaurant i saw 6 tables leave while I was there and yet non where cleared before I left. Doesn't look good. But def worth the trip and management keep up the good work

I went on a Saturday night with 3 of my girlfriends and our service was terrible. While waiting 20mins for our table we had to listen to the hostess curse every time she couldn't locate the table she was looking for. Once we were sat we continued to wait another 15mins before someone who was not our original waiter greeted us. The waitress laughed at the way I ordered my meal. My appetizer came 2 minutes before the food and they never brought out 2nd appetizer. The sad part is the food was really good. But the service was inexcusable

We enjoy TGIF Fridays and have been to other locations so many times we order the same favorites from the menu... We decided to try this new location due to the impressive decor and seating. The drinks we ordered from the bar were decent and our waitress was very nice. The issue we had was mainly with the food; the buffalo wings were cold and rubbery, the mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burned/cheese tasted unusual, the kitchen had no oil & vinegar for our salad and the children's drink we ordered never materialized (good thing we always have juice boxes). We ate some of it because we were hungry and it was already 9pm. The next issue was with seating: we were seated in the first booth in front of the door with a small child and it was freezing outside! We probably will not be back to this location based on the sole fact the product, food, was just o.k. at this location. Had the food been better, we would have overlooked other issues...

I am a frequent visitor go TGIF all over . I know that this is a new place and needs time to iron things out. Every time I go there is complete new staff. I don't think it's the staff but the managers that have no clue what they are doing. Every time time I go I always say I'm not going back but I seem to go because it's convenient and every time it gets worse. You would think that general managers would have solved the problems by now of the horrible service so I think that firing should start from the top. I went in tonight on St. Patricks day. Corporate should have known that they might be busy and have two bartenders on shift. Great guys worked their butts off but two bartenders can't handle the whole full bar and make drinks for full dining room. Very poorly organized. That's not employee fault but managers fault. I don't think they know what service is so how can they teach the waitstaff about service. It's not their fault. What a shame for a new restaurant to go through this. They will lose their customers and only to realize why are we so slow? Than it will be to late. At to this rate you will close soon with so much to be offered in White Plains. Wake up because I want to keep coming and see you do well.

They're still working out the kinks of a brand new restaurant. I went on Tues. Hardly a large crowd in restaurant due to super cold temps outside, most of crowd was at bar. Nice decor, more modern than older Friday's establishments, cool tv setup at the bar area. Even after being seated, and going to the restroom (at least 10 min time lapsed), the wait staff still had not greeted my table for drinks, at the least. We were seated near the bar. I had to get the attention of a staff member walking by to get my waitress. The Dine/Drink for $10 is nice but the Unlimited Appetizers for $10 was better. The food came out in timely manner except my order (balsamic chicken ceasar salad). The waitress taking the order was still getting used to finding items on the tablet to place the order. Also, she took an extremely long time to take payment for the bill bec i noticed she was having a conversation with another of her tables in her station. Although the Scarsdale location on Central Ave. is not the cleanest, I prefer to go there bec of the faster service comparatively, and free oarking. This location you have to pay for parking in the City Center garage. I really miss the Tarrytown location. This Friday's is a take-your-chances since they're still working out the kinks of running things smoothly.

Kind of a mess. We should have realized right at the beginning, when requesting a table for four and being put down for a table for two (and waiting 15 minutes for a table that had been open since we walked in) that they were not-all-there. Still, we dined. I counted three discontinuities between the order we placed and the food we got. Which surprised me, considering their tablet ordering system, which our (very friendly, actually) waitress kept waxing on about. Almost NO vegetarian options, which, expected, but always a disappointment. The food itself very underwhelming. Really the only saving grace was the service which was exceptionally friendly, despite their general disorganization.

This has to be the worst TGI Fridays in the world. I sat at the bar for over 22 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The bartenders waited on the patrons next to me four times before finally even making eye contact. I finally made a disgruntled sigh and she came over. It was like I bothered her or something... But I don't fell bad, because the waitresses were getting the same damn bad attitude with the bartenders. If she complained once about her JOB, management or coworkers, she complained at least a dozen times. Why can't people just do their damn JOBS? #TGI Friday's sucks, #TGI Friday's last time I give them my business, #TGI Friday's get you shit together... I usually frequent this place a dozen time a month with co workers... #finding a new place other than TGI Friday's Rant over!!!

So for $12.00 all you can eat apps & $3.00 Margs/Martinis I can't complain.. But the service there is consistently terrible and my main reason for not returning (though to be frank, this is not even my type of place to begin with). First of all, the first time I went there, the server tried telling me that the house vodka was grey goose... Yea hoooookay - he must of missed bar training. We didn't even get water to start with and our server was walking around with his little iPad as if that was going to magically iGenerate food for us. It's such a shame. The place is so big and has great potential, but the service and their lack of knowledge when it comes to serving customers in general is disappointing. I have worked in plenty of restaurants so I get how hard it can be to try and give your undivided attention to a table, but he had no excuse. And to be honest, if he couldn't handle the section, why the hell do they have three hostess up there, they should have the hostesses helping out whether its cleaning up a table or refilling water glasses, so the server can serve. The phone was not ringing, nor was the place very crowded. The failure to deliver mediocre service at the very least is inexcusable. Bottom line: Don't recommend this place for happy hour - nor in general. They used to do the $12.00 all you can eat app's which was a great deal for the price, but they no longer do that :( And the drinks - be careful - you order wine, they give you a small glass, and when you get a mixed drink - booyyyy do they like their ice because the drink is 70% ice. Personally, I like a heavy hand, and even if you don't have a heavy hand, calm down on the ice... I know its getting warm out, but it's not that warm just yet.

I went when it first opened. I was actually impressed by the nice atmosphere, but the service was odd. We got served the wrong appetizers, and too many of them kept interrupting us. My food had a weird smokey taste, and the honey bbq nuggets were absolutely disgusting. I felt embarrassed, we ate 2 and left the rest. Over all, don't go here expecting a great time

Horrible! Sat for 10 minutes with no contact. We were ignored by several staff members, and then offered someone else's food. Never again!

I give this place a "Half Star" based on service. Brought my family 6 adults + 3 kids. Server took our order but wrote nothing down, claimed he 'got it all' in his head. He botched up everything, delivered orders piecemeal, we ended up getting the manager who tried to get things straight, he ended up taking something off the bill. Got the check but did not leave a tip. Just got my credit card statement and noticed that they added an additional $30 to the charge. Have called TGI Friday's Corporate office and filed a complaint. This place is terrible stay away!
