Food is good service is horrible! Leave it at that. You cannot talk to a waiter without him turning around or ignoring you, even when they are not busy. I will not be eating inn anymore from now on only takeout.

Delivery stinks. I ordered the day before for an 11:45 delivery the following day. Plenty of time, right, wrong. On the day of delivery, I called at 12:05 because nothing was delivered. I was told that I'll get it in 10 minutes because the driver went somewhere else first. When it was finally delivered at 12:45, when our lunch hour was over, I happened to notice that the receipt was printed out at, now get this, 12:14. Lousy delivery and lying to customers. Since they opened I've been a good customer, but no more. Will try Soy Sauce on Main St tomorrow.

Best Chinese food in Queens. Delivery time is pretty good to the center of Queens (e.g. KGH) I have never had a meal in the restaurant. Best hot soup around. Prices are little high, but worth it.

Good food. Ok service. Restrooms aren't great. Loud large family playing hide and seek making lots of noise. No water present at table is inconvenient. not all utensils were served.

Went to this place for about one year. One day went in to pick up sushi to go. When came back to work, opened it and saw that the salmon was not cooked as I have asked. I went back and asked them to make me a new one with cooked salmon, instead he took another cooked salmon and push it in with his fingers. I asked the guy to make a new one again and he refused. I was very unhappy with them. Over $5 sushi they lost a customer for life and got a bad review.

I ordered for delivery thinking that the food I ordered would be fresh. Instead, it was tasteless, bland and DISGUSTING. The hot and sour soup had an offputting taste and looked diluted. The pepper steak was FILLED with onions and peppers rather than the beef and brown sauce. The chicken lomein had a pale color to it and was full of grease. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else where you can rely on better service and fresher food.

Best Hot & Sour soup Ever. Prices are a little over the top, but worth coming. I didn't have the chance to go inside since my Bf was taking everything to go, there food is really fresh. I heard that there sushi is good, at least better than sushi sumba(over priced sushi that isnt really fresh, tourist spot ). I wouldnt mind coming here again. :)

I've been to Annie Chan's several times, because it's my folks' go-to kosher restaurant when we visit with the kids. Unfortunately I can't say I share their enthusiasm. The food is passably OK; everything else (service, cleanliness, atmosphere) doesn't quite reach that level. If only the owners and staff took a little more pride in their work.........but, in my experience, when you've got the kosher thing going, it creates a "captive audience" effect that results in a lax attitude that is the enemy of excellence. This place has the makings of a good restaurant, but they seem to lack the motivation to get to the next level. Don't worry, Mom and Dad; we'll keep visiting anyway.

Just came back from dinner with my wife and son. The service is very good and our waitress Wendy was very attentive. We ordered several sushi dishes as well as two meat main courses. The main courses were cooked properly delivered to our table in a timely fashion and I must say were both very very tasty. The sushi dishes were the most beautifully prepared and presented dishes I have ever had in a kosher restaurant! They tasted great as well! Considering the quality of food and the fact that it's kosher the prices were extremely reasonable. We heard about this place from a friend and I too would highly recommend it overall a very nice restaurant and a very nice dining experience.

Good food at a reasonable price. The sushi is good as well. You could sit in or take out. The staff really knows the menu well and they can make your food the way you want it (i.e. Sauce on the side, etc). The Hunan steak is amazing.
