Great place to watch a game. I mean, huge tv's everywhere. It's just made for sports lovers. It also seems like it's made for beer lovers, too, with many great craft beers on tap. However, my delirium tremens tasted bit like metal/blood (possibly from old facet, old keg), and my sister's Goose Island Summertime was definitely watered down. no carbonation whatsoever. Probably an old keg. I'll definitely give it another chance next time, but I hope their drafts will be fresh next time.

Excellent beer selection. Anything from your basic Stella and Guinness to local IPAs and random Pecan pie beer. The times I have been there the atmosphere did not feel like a place that's main focus is beer. Every song that was played made me feel like I was in a club. I couldn't hear the person next to me without them screaming.

This is an awesome place to hang out! Great atmosphere, good music, and most importantly, friendly people. I can't wait to go back :)

I was there with a few friends this past Saturday and could stayed long enough for 2 drinks. The music was so loud, I was literally screaming and my friends could barely make out what I was saying. I would give it a 5 star otherwise. Place is small, but feels spacious. Casual and dressy combined. Couple next to us were sipping on wine while we chugged down a beer and chased it down with a shot of Petron in a paper cup...not so classy. Not recommended for the weekend, but i have been here on a weekday and like others say, it is pretty relaxed, come as you are!

friendly service and an awesome selection of tap beers. they did a fantastic job renovating the place!

Pour House is good if you're a beer fan. They carry a diverse selection of beers (and even some ciders) on tap and keep them rotated regularly. The décor is that of a modern pub. Beautiful stone walls, faux wood floors, and ten televisions line the wall of this relatively tiny bar across from the train station. They must have renovated the place recently, because the place is in great condition and kept very clean. The staff here is super friendly and are always responsive to my questions. My biggest complaint about Pour House is their lack of a kitchen. If this place had the ability to serve food, it would be perfect. The other downside is that it takes them FOREVER to have their payments cleared for credit cards. Which shouldn't really be a problem but can be a minor inconvenience for those who budget constantly (or those who frequent this place often). They usually have a DJ on the weekends. The place isn't really made for dancing, but if you're with a group of friends, you'll make it work. They move some of the tables to the side and have a decent lighting system so that adds to the club-like atmosphere. As a beer lover who likes to drink quietly on weeknights and dance on the weekends, Pour House is easily my favorite place in Bayside. Come here any day of the week and you will have a decent time. Check it out if you get the chance. Pros: Best place for microbrews in Bayside. Diverse selection of beers on tap. Conveniently close to the LIRR station. Friendly bartenders. They let you bring your own food. Cons: No kitchen. Long time to process CC transactions.

One thing Bell didn't need was another similar bar to the other ones. So it's nice to have a specialty beer bar on Bell. The selection is really extensive and the bartenders are friendly. The bar is long with a tv wall in front of you. It's a nice and importantly different spot to catch a game or just have some drinks. This isn't really a drawback but just an FYI, they don't have a kitchen. However they'll be happy to allow you to order out for food. The only drawback is the seating besides the long bar counter. I'd suggest some comfy tables.

I'm surprised no one has reviewed this place yet! So I guess I will have to get this started... This bar has been open for about 3 weeks now, maybe a month and it is far superior to what it used to be. Formerly KCs, across the street from CJ Sullivan's and the LIRR, this place used to be uncomfortably shady. It was one of those places I didn't want to walk by. Now? They have like a billion beers on tap. Good ones, too. They have your typical low end beers but also crafts and seasonals. And their prices are reasonable. Drafts were no more than 4$ though it may have been happy hour. But even so, with like 30 beers on tap, and the limitations of bell blvd, no one beats this place. It's clean, too. And they have a ton of TVs. To sum it up: it's a great bar to have a good time with good people. The only possible downside is their lack of kitchen.

I know they'll get their act together - i have faith. Great to have a Craft Beer bar finally in the neighborhood... however these gentleman will need to get up to speed w/ what they are serving.

Great beer selection and good service at a reasonable price. The fact that they don't serve food sucks though.

Place was cool. Very chill. Drinks are good. You have to pay to listen to good music though which I don't appreciate.

Came here with co-workers on Friday afternoon for happy hour because we got out of work very early, soooo... let the games begin! Generally, I found this place to be OK. However, we did visit between the hours of 12pm and 3pm. This place definitely caters to beer lovers and connoisseurs. I wouldn't come here expecting a fancy variety of mixed drinks, although there is a fully stocked selection of vodkas. I was definitely thrilled and impressed by the large selection of draft beer, and was able to try a few new ones I had never tasted. A lot of my co-workers enjoyed the blend of half-cider/half-beer drinks that the bartender made for us. The bartender was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, always had a smile on. On one occasion, the bartender was staring at a wall for about 5 minutes before attending to us. Other than that, he took the time to get to know all of our names and was really very sweet. The place is clean, spacious, and features a lot of stone work and wooden décor giving it a very rustic feel. Music operates on either the radio or iTunes system. We had a great time blasting Biggie Smalls at 12 in the afternoon here while drinking some delicious beer. At night, I have heard that this place gets packed and has a DJ and beer pong tournaments. We all really enjoyed our time here and had a blast! The only down side...NO food! This aspect unfortunately forced us to leave, as after a bunch of drinks we started to get hungry and needed sobering up. However, for late night endeavors, I do not see lack of food being a problem.

There really isn't anything special about Pour House. They have a decent selection of beers, but there's never any room at the bar to sit past 9pm on a weekend. The floorspace could use more tables and the "DJ" plays lame Top 40's mixes. The gender ratio is also typically 6-1, men to women. It's a good place to start off the night, but not to stay for long. I would consider spending more than half an hour here if they served food.

  • Vincent T.

I find this place bizarre. They call themselves a sports bar, but they have NO food....and essentially it's just a big plain room with high top tables and TVs. They have cheap laser lighting and a DJ on weekends. It just has no identity. Weird bar. They do have a nice tap lineup of beers, and their prices are pretty cheap. So I guess that warrants a few stars...maybe.

  • La H.

Nice little bar on Bell. They have good bands come to play. The service is decent and they have a nice selection of beer and booze. The place is pretty small and gets packed pretty quickly - better get there early and secure a spot!

  • Victoria V.

This place is my favorite bar to go to on the Bell Blvd. Strip! Good happy hour and the variety of beers on tap is great. Decor is contemporary, romantic with a renaissance feel. It reminds reminds me of a traven. It's always quite full. Bartenders are very friendly and attentive. Only downfall is only one stall for the ladies, that sucks. Music is always great. Bands usually play Saturdays and Sunday nights. Parking can be annoying as hell.

  • Nelvin J.

Great drink specials. Nice tvs. Smaller than it looks from the outside. Really just a bar. Music was wauyy too loud. Front row of a rock concert loud. Probably won't go back but I'll recommend it to people who want to go and drink without talking.

Excellent place to stop in for a few pregame drinks before the evening starts or to end the night. There is a lot of choice when it comes to beer. Very impressive, staff is great. My Yelp profile picture was taken at Pour House, so I am obviously a big fan.

Came here last night after hitting up Cue Bar down the street and boring C.J. Wellington's across the street. It was basically empty, but the bartender was sweet and the drinks were good. No regrets.

Great selection of beers. I believe they have 32 beers on Tap. The problem is that they don't serve food. I like to eat when I drink. If they served food I would rate them higher because the beer selection is great and the staff is always friendly. It has been a couple of months since I have been there since the lack of food is a huge turn off for me.

This place is fantastic for a low-key after work drink or two. I tried avoiding it back when it was KC's but after it's way better now. The actual space is great- a pretty good bar area with a good beer menu and lots of space. I've been here twice since it became Pour House. The first time there were like 6 of us (I forgot what day it was but there weren't a lot of people). We all got beers and played Cards Against Humanity for like 5 hours. The second time was a couple of weeks ago when I had beers with a couple of friends at the bar. I was Sunday night and there were maybe 4 other people at the bar. I learned that day that they have a "Beer of the Day" special. I forgot which beer it was that night but it was only $4. What to expect: - Good beer menu (not particularly vast like bars in the village or Brooklyn, but good) - Low key, chill vibe (no frat boys or woo girls here) - Bar doesn't have a food menu but there are lots of options around - If you're looking for special service, go somewhere else. Not to say that our bartender wasn't attentive but she was also taking multiple shots with some gray-haired dude who was wearing a shirt that had something like "I am epic" written on it.
