Came in. Picked up a water. Reloaded my balance on my phone. Scanned the barcode. Walked out. No complaints!

Nothing different about today's coffee..Starbucks is... Well... Just Starbucks.. But there's spacious seating space at this location and the line moves pretty quickly at 10 am. Nothing. Else. To. Say.

Stopped in here for a few hours to get some work done and wait for a friend coming in on the megabus. As far as starbucks goes, its a pretty busy location that actually seems to run fairly efficiently. My coffee took about 3 minutes to reach my hand. The music feels louder than the usual starbucks auditory assault. The seats are fairly uncomfortable, probably to discourage loitering too much. There is one power outlet in the central seating area next to a column right in the middle of the place and the wifi is of course free. if not for the uncomfortable benches and loud ass music, I would probably have enjoyed my experience a lot more.

The worse experience just now. This girl was incompetent and she had the nerve to get frustrated with me when she was the one that couldn't do her job in the first place. I just wish I got her name so you Yelpers going to this Starbucks don't have to deal with her stupidity. Went in today at 11am. As a Gold member, Starbucks offers a lot of deals. So I went in to use my deal: 'Any (emphasize on ANY) breakfast sandwich and ANY handcrafted espresso for $5. First of, she was stupid and was like why isn't your card working? Like she's blaming me that I told her the wrong deal when I even showed her the offer code and everything. Then she got my order wrong. She gave me a regular coffee. So, I stood there and told her I wanted an Americano. Instead of fixing my coffee, she starts to ring me up for a 2nd order. So I corrected her, and told her I asked for an Americano before and she gave me the wrong coffee. She gives me a dumb-ass look and starts speaking to me like I'm the stupid one. If I could give a negative star for my experience just now, I would. That one star is for the workers during rush hour that are capable of making 10 different types of drink within 5 mins.

One of the cleanest locations I've been to. Very well kept. That's due to how well staffed this location is. They're not one of those stores that tries to cut costs by keeping only 3 people on staff. They obviously realize that quality will stay consistent with more people on hand to attend to the store's needs. On the flip side? Not the friendliest Starbucks partners I've come across. As someone who was a barista for a good while, I always made it a point to make every customer feel welcomed and that their transaction was worth it, no matter how big or small. They could use some reinforcement in the "3rd Place" training. Still a decent location, nonetheless.

Made a order for strawberry banana smoothie. Stood there watched that guy doing the drink. He didn't put banana in my drink before he put in the blender. So I ask him, why u don't put banana in ? He goes . Oh, we run out of bananas and it's going to taste the same ! I said :no, u should let me know and I decide if I want to continue take what I ordered. He shakes his shoulder, looked back at the clueless cashier. Nobody knows what's going on , in Starbucks ! U lucky if u get your order right !

I don't normally review Starbucks, but for the ones that separate themselves from the rest, I do. I was in need of a jolt in the middle of a dreary day and ended up at this location on 6th avenue - in the middle of a freaking protest. So, it was packed outside. Surprisingly, however, there was no line to order inside and I got my order fairly quickly. What set this place apart was really the customer service. The cashiers and baristas were friendly and didn't give off that nasty attitude that some Starbucks employees sometimes have. Cheers to these guys for getting it right!

This is the absolute WORST Starbucks. It's unfortunately the closest one to work. Can't make a cappuccino (always ends up being a latte because they don't steam the milk enough), they often run out of milk (how does a coffee shop run out of MILK) and they are RUDE. Been here over a dozen times and I bristle at every single employee's attitude. Get a clue about how to treat customers!

I wouldn't eat anything in the pastry case here as I'm currently watching them swat a swarm of fruit flies or gnats out of it with very little care that the bugs are touching all of the food.

I was only person on line it still too 3 or more minutes to get a sandwich warmed and a white mocha. After that my sandwich was left in oven for about a minute after the buzzer started and it was burnt a different worker came over and instead of removing my sandwich just opened the oven and left it in there for the other person to take out. Finally after that the person never told me my drink was ready and i waited another 4 minutes and by then my drink was only warm.

Why is it so hot in here? It's not even a hot day out.. I feel as though it's hotter in here than it is outside. I've never been to a Starbucks before that had this poor of temperature control. Maybe this will be my go-to spot once Winter comes. Alas, I already purchased a grande green tea latte with little ice, so I will simply stay, study, and adapt to the temperature.

The Starbucks in our block(everyone has one, right?) Service is just like every other Sbux, totally varies depending on who is barristering. You can really tell the employees who actually give a damn about getting the drinks right and fast and those who are more interested in gossiping. But, they do get my frappacino right most of the time, so its all good

This is got to be the rudest and worst Starbucks. Employees that don't care, spill water all over people, and generally terrible!!!!

Just another Starbucks, slightly bigger than some of the other places.

Very long line....other starbucks in area have an order taker in the line to speed things up.

The line here is always 20+ people long, so while I work in the building above this location, and would honestly LOVE to get an egg sandwich and an iced coffee here every day, the wait is too long. They usually only have one register open, and they seem understaffed. I wait in the line for about 15 minutes each time, but when there is no line movement after 15 minutes, I have to return to my desk empty-handed. :( I have been trying to grab a breakfast sandwich here for 4 months, lol. There is never even one empty seat in the place. People sit for hours and hours with suitcases just taking up space.

***Just FYI for newbies, it doesn't matter what size cup (Tall, Grande, Venti) you bring in for your refills, any size is $0.50 or $0.54 with tax or free with your gold card. ***Just be careful with a fairly new gay Black barrista guy that works here (you'll notice him immediately due to his feminine nature and super tight polo uniform). He says he is the "Manager" and told me that I cannot get a Venti refill when I brought in my Grande cup and I've been coming here for 3 years and counting and NEVER had a problem. Please regional Manager of Starbucks in New York, re-train this guy or lay him off, he has a VERY bad attitude and doesn't know the rules despite the face that he calls himself a "manager" On the other hand, the rest of the crew are always pleasant and set an example of how barristas should be at every other Starbucks

Pros? Conveniently located. The baristas are nice The coffee is in Starbucks expectation level Cons? Small Not enough seatings. My biggest remark on most Starbucks shops. Just a few seats that are always occupied.

So many freakin SBUX around, that I have to end up killing the planet a little bit, by getting a receipt, so I know I'm Yelping the correct store. Well this morning, at the height of the morning rush, 8:30am, this group, with their headset order taker, got me in and out of that store in less than 2 minutes, and I really didn't think it was going to be that quick. I've waited 5 times as long in other stores, with only a quarter of the number of people in line. Granted, I just get my Pike place roast. Not brain surgery, but if they can get me out of there that quick, I'll probably be coming back.

I pick up a coffee from here before heading to church. Baristas are friendly, and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a drink... but then again, it's probably because I'm at a Starbucks on a Sunday at 11am.

"I'm sorry, sir, there is no bathroom." When I drink coffee, two things happen. One is I wake up, gain energy, start thinking clearly, become jittery. The second thing requires a bathroom. What?! That's like saying, "I'm sorry, we have no coffee." Because Starbucks is good for two things. A place to go number one. And a place to go number two. Of course, the person working was nice about it, and it wasn't her fault, so I didn't argue or complain. I used to just walk in and go straight to the bathroom, but lately I've thought, okay, I guess I should buy something, because after all I DO appreciate that they have bathrooms, in this town with no bathrooms. So, I guess this is a warning. After all, there are plenty of coffee shops. Most of them are humane enough to provide a bathroom. When I see people relieving themselves in public in Manhattan, how do I feel? Disgusted? No! I feel empathy for them, and a little bit envious that I'm too crippled with "stage fright" to do it myself. Come on! What's so hard about providing a bathroom for people to use!? If the economy is so bad as everybody keeps complaining about, why aren't there plenty of low wage workers to clean bathrooms? Look, Richard Skiller has worked in his share of minimum wage jobs, in the past, where he was required to clean bathrooms. Is there some reason that in 2011 people using public restrooms make them that much more gross than ever before? Maybe if the economy gets bad enough, all those people with PhDs and engineering degrees will have to work in jobs filling the paper towel dispensers in public restrooms, and it will finally get done. Because apparently THAT is the hardest job in the world.

Super tiny Starbucks location. No tables or chairs, minimal AC on, and long lines. Ok staff, but on the slow side. Backed up at 4:15 in the afternoon. Ugh. Hot outside and warm in here. Not a location to hang out at and bring your computer either as there is only a small counter seating area.

It's very clean and the baristas here are actually nice and helpful despite being VERY busy every morning, can't say that about most Starbucks...

This is your typical teeny tiny NYC Starbucks. The line fills up quickly, and the place is jammed pack in a matter of minutes with frenetic customers suffering caffeine withdrawal. I rarely review chains, but there are a few points that have inspired me to review this place: 1.The staff is always friendly and accommodating. 2.Though appearing minimal, their stock of cheese and protein plates are always replenished. I love my cheese! 3. There is a crazy homeless clown that frequents during lunch to borrow the NY Times for his daily visit to the restroom. Fabulous.

I go here every day. A bit crowded, but I get there early seeing as I live right next to it. Never ran into any problems. Baristas are cool, yummy coffee, that's about it. Nothing more to it. If you like Starbucks, you like Starbucks. Just get there early if you mind crowds though. Like, before 8.

I was never a big fan of Buck's coffee until the recent addition of the Blonde roast. Located right around the corner from my hotel, its so convenient and of course it accommodates my urges for coffee and snacks

You know, it's like Starbucks so ummm not much new to add. I will say that you should not go here in the morning if you want coffee the same day as the line is to the door. Enjoy!

best Starbucks in New york. This place found away to just be nice and caring to every customer that they helped. Starbucks should send them all a little something special because when i was in there they had a lot of crazy things happen they were seriously great and had patience and respect for every customer.

I currently measure Starbucks first on a level of whether or not I got what I asked for. This Starbucks at 7th Ave and 23rd Street is around the corner from my apartment. The staff here isn't disgruntled and actually is quite personable. The Barista lets you take your time to decide, and is also willing to give me some direction when I ask for it. I come over here to work on my computer occasionally (the Wi Fi is free) and they don't get irritated that you're taking up space away from paying customers. Overall, just having some nice, friendly, but not intrusive service in a not too packed Starbucks is what this place has going for it. They have bar seating facing out on 7th avenue for good people-watching. They also have around 10 tables for seating. Its not very cozy with the tile floor and décor (no sofas or soft chairs), but is a nice, clean Starbucks for a respite.

I have been to this Starbucks a few times, but as I am sitting here now, i feel compelled to write a review for it. The service is more than competent, especially for the size of the store and volume of customers. When the line gets especially long, they break it up and though I was confused at first, the employee in the line taking the orders showed me which cash register to approach with a smile. As for the food--I got an Iced Soy Mocha and it was better here than I've gotten at other locations. It has a tendency to taste almost chalky, but I like them so much I just keep ordering them! I have not seen a single surly or unhappy employee at this Starbucks, and that is saying something, because especially in the morning rush you know how stressed some of them can get. The only downside I can think of is that I am sitting at a table by the window now and my view of the rest of the store is currently blocked because the line for the restroom is blocked--and I know that is not the establishment's fault. **Starting tomorrow, July 1st, there's WiFi in all Starbucks! Too bad I'm here today and had to pay $4 for a 2 hour block of time.

This is the typical Starbucks and it can get really crowded in the mornings. It's great because the staff is always friendly and they get you out quickly. I don't go there that often but they always remember my order.
