Excellent food at good prices. Sauce is great for the italian in all of us. My kids love it too! Food portion is large. Dog bags are a must. Have dessert too.

I am changing my star appointment because I had one of the best take-outs last evening. I don't know how Tina's came up as a viable option however I am glad that it did. The food was expertly put together, one minor mistake regarding my meal but really not a big deal. What can I say? The alfredo sauce appeared to be made in house and was DELICIOUS!! Hubby had the veal parm and is still singing it's praises. I truly enjoyed everything that we ordered and I know I will be visiting again.

If you're in the southtowns of Buffalo, Tina's is always a safe bet for quality yet inexpensive Italian food in the heart of the idyllic village of Hamburg. It's the kind of homey place where the owner can be seen walking from table to table making sure folks' meals are good. A very hands-on operation. Tip: They recently added an alley patio that's great in the warmer months.

Went here last night for dinner. It was terrible. The sauce tasted like it was just plain can sauce on pasta. The portions are huge, but the food is not quality. I had the eggplant parm. It was dry and covered with burnt cheese. Save your money and try another place! Seriously ...sorry but Tina's is terrible.

Tina's is one of those staple items in the village of Hamburg. The place always has a stead stream of customers and the wait staff is always nice and friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu . What i always get when I come here is the Lasagna. Its always a nice hearty slice they give you. Also the house bread they give you when you sit down is very very tasty. Over all, i like Tina's and will come here when I'm in Hamburg village and craving some Italian food.

I had a terrible experience at Tina's. Our waitress (older woman who has been there for some time) was rude and seemed very angry. Our drinks took 30 mins and she had a very poor attitude. At first I thought it was just my table, however, the table behind us complained to the owner about the same poor service from the same waitress.

My friend just moved to Hamburg, so I decided to take the trek out. After our first resturant option was closed because it was a Monday we decided on Tina's Italian Kitchen which I was very happy with! The interior is very comfortable and cozzy. We both started off with a glass of wine (a downside of going with a white wine drinker), shared the complimentary bread which was good and took an excessive amount of time to pick our entree of their very lengthy menu. I ordered the Eggplant Parm, which came with a delicious side salad. The egg lant was very good, my only comment would be I would have liked a litte more sauce, but I think I may be the minority in that regard and had the option of a size spaghetti or

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in some time. From walking in the door and having the waitstaff just kind of pretend you aren't there and finally seating you, to having the check dropped off at the table---it was bad. The food was mediocre at best but the service was atrocious. I was a server and there are many things you don't do, this guy did many. Pretty much everything we asked for took a reminder, he sat two plates in front of my toddler children that were HOT, and then one for my husband was handed to him which burnt his hand. Plain horrible---I will never go back.

I travel a lot; and eat at many restaurants, and seldom have i just walked away from a meal. Started with a Caesar Salad, and specifically asked for anchovies. I know, some people don't like them; but for me, there is no sense in ordering a Caesar Salad without anchovies. Anyway, the salad came sans anchovies. I let it pass, because the salad was otherwise bad, heavily dressed w/ globs of cheap Romano cheese. Very; very salty. I took a couple of bites and pushed it aside. Main course was Eggplant Parm. I was in the mood for some comfort food. Ordered the side pasta w/ Italian sausage. The food came quickly enough; too quickly. All the food was only lukewarm. This dinner was certainly not made to order. Aside from being barely heated through, the Eggplant Parm was comprised of a very large stack of paper thin sliced eggplant, with a thick coat of Italian breadcrumbs. No sauce that I could detect; w/ melted mozzarella cheese on top. The most memorable thing about the dish was how salty it was. Well, at least there was some flavor.... Even the side dish of spaghetti was bad. What's the opposite of al dente? I suppose that would be "mush"; which pretty much described the dish. As for the sausage, it was clearly a store bought log, nothing too offensive, but nothing at all worth the price. I left a reasonable tip (don't blame the server), and headed for the door, leaving most of my food untouched. Do yourself a favor, and try someplace else. I cannot imagine how this restaurant gets so many 4 star ratings.

Been here more time then I can remember over the years - usually for the pizza. It's be best place around here that you can sit down and have a beer a pizza. Had a variety of other dishes also. Food is good - nothing outstanding - but nothing bad either. Nice casual place to grab a bite.

Portions from here are huge... You basically get a pound of pasta per dish . Spaghetti parmasean was lacking to say the least. The cheese was burnt, barely any sauce underneath and I'm pretty sure my debit card was robbed right from underneath my nose at the take out window. Yeah, no...

Had a wonderful lunch - The bread was delicious and the service was great. Only negative was that my pizza was served luke warm. But it was good. My boyfried had the stuffed shells and he loved them. Will definitely go back.

Delicious food, great service. Nothing fancy but wonderful home made dishes and fresh, warm bread. We love this spot.m

Ate there October of 2011. Phenomenal meals, outstanding service and a pleasant environment. We had Tortellini Fettuccine, Mussels Marinara, Chicken Francese, Pasta Fazool, Lasagna, Pumpkin Cheesecake and Deep Chocolate Chip cake that was sooo delicious. Interesting side note our meal servers were all dressed up in Halloween attire and functioned as a team. When a table needed to be cleaned it was attacked by three or four staff. They tore it apart and reassembled it and had customers seated within a minute.

Worst meal I had in a long time. Sauce was out of a can, pasta was cooked terribly. Shrimp was frozen and seemed like the whole meal was essentially what I would get in a frozen section in TOPS and heat up in a microwave. I never complain in restaurants as not all places are consistent in all types of entrees but this place was consistently terrible in everything we orders from appetizer to entrees.

Oh man. I don't care how cute baby cows are, the veal parm at Tina's is worth the suffering! We come home a few times a year and its always on my agenda. In fact my family lives in Rochester, but we usually stop to see my wifes family first to get Tinas injected into my system.

I love this restaurant and have for years. The food and service are always good. I have heard that some of the portions have been shrinking but, living on the other side of the country, I only make it out here a couple times a year and haven't noticed that myself. The pasta broccoli is not only delicious but enough food for lunch and dinner the next day.

I've been going here (despite lvg out of the area for a while now) since I was in grade school. Started out as a little hole-in-the-wall joint & expanded about 3 yrs later & took off! Great food, homey feel, the staff are always, ALWAYS polite. BEST pizza in Hamburg too!

If I could give them a star-and-a-half I would, solely on the wait staff. The service was great, out server was knowledgeable, helpful, quick, and accommodating. The food on the other hand was quite disappointing. My wife and I had the Chicken Parmesan, my mother-in-law had the eggplant. The Chicken Parmesan was awful, it seemed to have been cooked, frozen, and reheated several times. "You could taste the freezer burn in every bite". The sauce tasted as if from a can, and if it's not I guess I don't like sauce from scratch. I would like to qualify the previous statement by saying my wife is 50% Sicilian, as her Father is from Sicily. Not-for-nothing he makes a mean sauce. My mother-in-law's eggplant was so dry it crumpled under her fork. as the food was so bad we chose to forgo the desert. To end with a positive as I like to do, the atmosphere was relaxed, and again the wait staff was great.
