I have Been coming to this place since it opened up. The customer service is very good. Normally, I come here for breakfast when I don't feel like cooking for myself. The food comes out pretty quick even when they are busy and their prices are pretty decent. I'm glad be able to go somewhere like this for a quick bite to eat and be treated with respect which seems to be very lackluster for this area.

Good food at a good price, have gotten delivery from them as well an was very good. Will continue to eat here.

Ordered through seamless. Had a great slice, delicious calzone, and the gyro platter was huge and very good. Great value and so tasty. I now have my go to pizza place.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and 6 mozzarella sticks. Everything came within 30 minutes of placing my order on grub hub. The mozzarella sticks were crispy and flavorful. I was very satisfied and if I wasn't moving, I would definitely eat here again and again.

When I'm craving a slice (or a patty) this is were I go in the neighborhood. Service is fast and friendly, and the food is consistently good. Plain cheese slices are good, nice not too crispy crust, has some thickness to it. The chicken roll is delicious and nicely prices. I often will hair get a roll instead of a slice because the roll costs almost the same as the slice. The beef patty is warmed in the oven so it's nice and crispy like it's meant to be. The only bad thing I've had from here is a gyro (ironically since it seems to be owned by middle eastern/ Indian guys). The gyro meat is funny tasting, doesn't taste quite like meat tastes like it has filler of some sort. Haven't tried the burgers or breakfast entrees, I go here for pizza and pizza like items and that's it. The guys who work here are nice and cordial. Not short or rude with their customers always a pleasant experience when I order. The eating area is also nice and clean, not much seating but if I didn't live down the block and wanted to eat my slice there I wouldn't feel like it was a grungy fast food spot. I will prob continue coming here when I'm craving pizza carbs. It's safe, not terribly pricey and for the quantity worth the slightly more expensive prices when compared to the $1 spot up the street.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that my order (made through grubhub) arrived fast. Everything else was so bad that I'm writing this (my first ever yelp review) after only taking 3 bites. -The mozzarella sticks are all melted together ( i.imgur.com/wzKIVBU.jpg ) and taste like someone microwaved them an hour ago and forgot to serve. Plus if I were to reconstruct the mass there would only be 4 soggy sticks instead of the 6 advertised on the menu. -The pizza slices are cold and bland. They taste like no one even bothered to heat them up. -There are only 3 garlic knots when the menu said there'd be 5...other than that they are the best part about the order, despite being stone cold. Maybe it's all about what you order, but I can't see myself ordering delivery from here again. How can everything be cold when the food arrived an hour early??

Yo, their pizza is huge and extremely delicious! Best pizza in this neighborhood, hands down. If it didn't cause a human to balloon to 467 lbs and probably contract some form of diabetes or heart disease, I'd eat their pizza every single day and turn into Pizza the Hut from Spaceballs..then I'd probably just eat myself and die anyway. Shoot. So anyway, their pizza is fantastic. Their breakfast platters and sandwiches are pretty top notch as well. They have lightning fast delivery and are very friendly both in person and on the phone. These guys are great. As long as I live in this neighborhood, they'll have my business.

This is my go to spot for lunch / dinner. They have so much more than great pizza to offer. They have wraps, sandwiches, pasta, breakfast, etc. everything is cooked fresh on the spot and I haven't been disappointed yet! I've been there well over fifty times so that's saying something. Everyone there is nice, friendly, competent and efficient. Definitely check it out if you haven't done so.

Terrible pizza. Had this pizza a few times, 1st time being really good, 2nd sloppy then good and the others were all downhill. BURNT Pizza or pizza soo soggy and salty the cheese falls off. NEVER coming back here again.

Worse costumer service. I can't eat bacon, I ordered a burger with mushroom and the first time was with bacon, I called they said they will send it again, 2 time it was the exact burger with bacon, I asked to talk to the manager and he made sure they order was correct, this time the burger was with mushroom but it was well done, and I've asked for rare and I repeated my order 10 times to them. Today I ordered a calzone at 11:25 and it's been 2 hours and I've not received it and every time I call he says he's on his way, I'm only a block away from them so I'm not sure why my food didn't get delivered and I've already paid and after 2 hours now I have a migraine.

If you guys are looking for pizza look no further than here. This is the best place to get pizza in the neighborhood. As another reviewer said, we have been lacking a good pizza place for a while and these people take the cake. It is a hell of a lot better than the pizza place across the street, Pizza Guys. The pizza is really filling and good, and the price can't be beat. $2 for a regular slice is a good lunch for me. I've also tasted the burgers and they're really delicious. I recommend asking for them to add BBQ sauce while the burger is cooking. It gives it that zing it needs to go beyond expectations.

I have ordered pizza 2x here.. and it was good.. my husband and I loved it. the size is just your typical pizza around manhattan... average size. wish it was bigger. I have ordered for delivery and it came quite fast. just now I ordered online and lets see how fast they arrive. will update after we receive the pizza

I ordered buffalo wines and a side salad. An hour and 1/2 later they arrived. The bag was sopping wet--all of the Buffalo sauce was over everything and the bag. The dressing containers were squashed. Extremely frustrating when you wait so long for your food and it's a mess, made me feel very much like a nuisance rather than a customer. The wings weren't bad, but they were really small and not much meat. The side salad was large, which most places don't offer so that was a plus for me. And they gave a small side of garlic bread. It's probably better food if you go in the restaurant. I'm not sure if I'll order there again, I'm still pretty disgruntled about the whole delivery thing.

  • Iron L.

Best pizza in Washington heights, just don't call for delivery. It takes long, and the box sometimes is mangled, and the pizza doesn't taste as good...or it could be because It's not late, and I'm not drunk after HP.

  • Clary C.

They got my delivery order wrong and it took about an hour for the food to arrive. I gave 5 stars because when I call to ask about the delivery, the owner explained to me it took some time because he makes the Calzone fresh. I promised him a good review. The thing I was thankful was that they were the only ones who were doing delivery at the past 9pm call I was making. My husband and I were starving. My chicken parmigiana sandwich was good. My husband didn't quite like the pizza because there was an overload of cheese and the chicken wasn't seasoned. I ordered cheese with fries and I think they heard me wrong and gave me a cheese slice of pizza. Although the order was wrong, it was pretty yummy. I loved the crust of it. Vanilla milkshake was also creamy and rich. :)

Alright, I'll admit; the food is awesome. However, the delivery service not so much. First, some guy in an apron couldn't find my apartment and then he yells at me asking if I know where I live when I was standing outside my building entrance. And the person that called me asking me to come down wasn't even the man that delivered my food. After I go back to my apartment (4th floor walk up BTW), settle down and start eating my food, I get another call. They forgot something. I run back downstairs and he gave me food to some random strangers standing outside my building. Ridiculous. And I was lucky enough to have them give me the food because they are drunk and didn't know what was going on. And then I walked back up my four floors.

Roy's Top 5 Things to Know: 1. The best sliced pizza in Hamilton Heights hands down. This place just opened this year and these guys know how to do sliced pizza, not 'doughy' but nice and cheesy and just the right amount of sauce that it's not overbearing. 2. These guys are real friendly and accomodating, a nice addition to this part of the neighborhood which has lacked a go to sliced pizza spot. 3. They sell more than just pizza such as gyros, fries, wings, etc. but haven't had any other item but pizza. 4. There's ample seating. 5. There's metered parking outside.

One of my favorite non-healthy pizza joints when compared to something like a Two Boots.

My #1 favorite place in Harlem, just around the corner from my apartment. I have been known to get a jumbo veggie slice on a Friday night and be back for a breakfast sandwich the next morning.

  • Rachel T.

I ordered a pizza from then because they are just a few blocks away. My regular pizza spot takes too long and chronically can't find my apartment. .. so I took a chance. Pizza was greasy but hit the spot. However, it didn't reheat as well as other pizzas I've had. Delivery was super fast. .. 30 minutes less than estimated time. I also ordered muffins (random, I know). Those never arrived but I wasn't charged for them. Next time I'll get breakfast (served all day) or a burger.

    (4)
  • Kim M.

Despite the rain, clouds, and cold, Jumbo came through. My order of the Mexican egg with bacon and chocolate chip pancakes was just awesome. Hot, fresh, and the fastest delivery possible for the weather conditions. I can't wait to order again. Thanks Jumbo!

  • Kurstin K.

I ordered the pepperoni pizza pie and it was delish! Delivery was prompt given the distance. I will definitely order from here again!

  • Trevor B.

The cheese pizza is amongst the best I've had in the city. The best I've had above The Village. The slices are bigger than your average slice, so that's cool and they are $2. The value is pretty good. I have also had the buffalo chicken which I didn't really like, but I guess I'll stick to cheese or pepperoni. They also offer a lot of other options like pretty much any breakfast thing you can think of and some sandwiches, burgers, gyros, wraps, platters. I have not yet tried anything else because I love the pizza so much, but it smells good and I will. I would come here for breakfast. It is very clean and comfortable.

Provisional 5 Star Review, as this was our first time with Jumbo Pizza.... We ordered through Grubhub - a medium pepperoni pizza, a mixed green salad and a turkey burger. They were on time, honored special requests and my oh my! they put steamed veggies atop the mixed salad, a very nice extra. Unexpected elegance from the corner pizza shoppe. The salad furthermore was fresh and big. The pizza was delicious with a darn good crust, if not totally amazing. The turkey burger was quite tasty and the bun was fresh. All in all a cut above the average pizza coffee shop and the competition around here is pretty tight, with Wimpy's and Tommy's to name but two good ones in the area.

Food was average. Was highly disappointed by the expired coca cola that was sold to us.

  • Nicole S.

Huge fan, best pizza in Washington Heights, hands down (well, delivery anyway). My only caveat is that yesterday we ordered a pizza and the recipe was radically different than it has been all of the other times that we ordered. The crust was dusted heavily with garlic and parmesan so that it tasted more like Little Caesar's crazy bread than Jumbo's standard pizza dough & cornmeal dusted crust. I really hope this was a one time thing only, otherwise we'll have to switch back to Flacco's.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! It took over an hour to get 2 slices of pizza and a burger and I am only 2 blocks away. The ABSOLUTE WORST service. Called and was told it was on its way after an hour of waiting. 20 Minutes after that still have not received my order. This is the second time they've done this. Will not be ordering from here again.
