Very interesting spot. Loved the decor but it was a little cluttered. Would of enjoyed better seating and they need some new couches desperately. Expresso was perfect but cold! Cinnabon with ice cream was awesome. Loved the funkiness it was different and fun.

Grill Cheese yahhhhh.... good food and wonderful drinks, nice place all together. The only down side is despite the uncountable times I've been there, the hipster staff there doesn't seem very friendly (maybe that's the new hip thing to do), or maybe my skin tone is a couple shades too dark, but that's another can of worms in not here to open. Anywho that shouldn't take away from the great foods and desserts....

Really good food, deserts , and drinks. They have so many options it is probably impossible not to find something you will love . The wait on most days of the week is a bit ridiculous . That's the only thing that makes my visits far and inbetween.

The food was okay. The tea choices were a bit hard to decipher as they were all haphazardly pasted. The workers wouldn't let me change seats even though it was empty.

I love everything about witches brew! It's mostly known for desserts but if you're going to do food, the nachos are a must!

First visit and it was a hit! We were 4 people at the dinner hour so we ordered a lot of appetizers. We enjoyed: Spinach Artichoke dip (excellent!), Super Nachos (very good), Bruschetta (good, bread was a bit overdone though), Focaccia (delicious!), Edamame (delicious), Pulled Pork sliders (very good), Baked Brie with Fig (delicious), Soft Pretzel with cheese (very good). And don't miss out on the Blueberry Crumb pie - best I've ever had! The atmosphere is enchanting - I've never seen any other place like it. The service was a bit spotty but overall, acceptable. I will definitely be back.

Finally made it here!!!! My friend and I were very eager and showed up a few minutes before they opened. We waited impatiently outside, checking out the decor from the window. With such a distinct name, I was very excited to try The Witches Brew. We were greeted and allowed to sit wherever we please. We sat towards the back on an extremely vintage couch. This place had a lot going on, but not in a bad way. The menu had so many amazing options. We knew we didn't want a meal, but just enough things to snack on and try to fill us up before lunch. I ordered the red velvet tea, and added a little sugar. Talk about perfection! A dessert tea, that tastes like cake...you can't go wrong with that. My friend tried the pumpkin chai, it had less spice than I'm used to having in a chai, but nonetheless still delicious. We ordered chips & guacamole, vegetarian pot stickers, plantain and the 7 (I think) cheese macaroni. The plantains were hands down our favorite! They were sweet and somehow tasted like honey. I have no idea how they made them taste so amazing, but I've been trying to replicate them ever since! No luck though. The guacamole comes in close second tied with the macaroni and cheese. The pots tickers were good, but the sauce that came with them was even better! The last things we ordered, a brownie and a scone. My brownie was freshly baked, warm and melted in my mouth. I'm not a fan of scones but I'm pretty sure my friend enjoyed his. We ordered matcha lattes on our way out. I was not too fond of the lattes. We could barely taste the matcha. This may have been their first time making a matcha latte, our server wasn't sure if they made it. I do appreciate their attempt though! Our experience overall was great and I can't wait to come back. Service was excellent and attentive.

If I could give this place 3.5 star I would. The decor is cute with the dim lights surrounding the cafe. Their almond latte is pretty good and milk shakes are sweet. I hope to try their desserts the next time I stop by. Remember that their lines are long and smaller the party the better!

I never knew this placed exist. Girlfriend of mines took me for lunch. Immediately I noticed the front entryway. Very dark and I honestly thought the restaurant was closed. Soon as you enter you're embraced by the aroma and aromatherapy lingering the air. Witches Brew accomplished that goal by placing furniture according too light fixtures. Candidly place chairs, chase lounges. , full sofa., coffee tables using various of chairs. Some had high backing others didn't. Wonderful Chandlers and drapery that compliments its paint job given to Witches Brew. The Sunroom opened up too there yard. Although their's ONLY have ONE BATHROOM. That alone is a huge problem. I had the pleasure to partake in a Turkey and Swiss Sandwich with House salad., along with Iced Green tea n honey., and nachos. Definitely will return because the atmosphere so tranquil and inviting whether you're dinning alone or group's. Staffing very friendly., and I really like there work uniform. Also offering further suggestions regarding my order. Definitely plan to return.

Although the wait was long to get in for a party of four, I was very pleased with my experience. The ambiance is very cozy, & I loved sitting on the couch with my co-workers just having a chat. The menu definitely has something for everyone. I can't wait to come back

I've only had the frozen hot cocoa, but I want to come back and try all of the desserts! Delicious drinks and funky atmosphere, just wish it wasn't such a hike to get here!

Drinks and food was great and the atmosphere get the stars Service needs to be better specially when you tell them it's your first time dining there and the host can't even tell you what's in certain drinks or how they come. The host I had walked away 4 times when he couldn't answer my questions. I give service a 1 star!

Food: I mainly come here for the drinks and desserts. Last time I happened to try the brownie cheesecake ($6/slice). It was the perfect texture, not too soft or too hard/overchilled. The brownie was placed in chunks on top, topped with powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Service: We happened to come in the afternoon, so we were seated immediately and it did not take too long for our food and drinks to arrive. In the nighttime, it can get extremely crowded and will be hard to accommodate large groups of people. Ambiance: The main reason why people come here! It's much nicer during the nighttime when the setting is more intimate, and when the lighting adds to the overall vibe of the restaurant.

Wow, it's dark in here... some might call it spooky! Lighten up, it's that kind of atmosphere. Nobody in here was taken themselves too seriously. Just enjoying their drinks, and their eats, and their company. This place is everything Starbucks is not, quaint, cozy, comfortable, not crowd, no one trying to push a CD on you when you purchase your beverage, on and no counter... people actually seat you and serve you here! - Now to some people that's downright scary!!

I have been coming to this cafe for 20 years now. Now I take my kids! The coffee/tea menus is extensive and the italian sodas are delicious--I get the Halo and my sons split a caramel soda when we come. The decor is funky and many of the menu items are yummy little snacks to enjoy amidst the unique atmosphere of fun people. They play great music and the vibe is still cool after all these years. We enjoy the flafel balls, hummus with veggies, and spinach and artichoke dip. Definitely the coolest place in Nassau County to get a cup of joe--and its open late! Friendly staff and happy guests make the experience wonderful.

Vegan Coffeehouse? Que?! What exactly does that mean? I have no idea. I was unsure what to expect coming to The Witches Brew. Usually I do my research prior to visiting a business. I was caught off guard with the Halloween theme. It was spooky. It was odd. Yet it intrigued me. I felt blind sided because it's Vegan. I admit I was hesitant about this place. I thought to myself there's no way I'm going to enjoy myself here. I'm against anything that doesn't include Meat, Dairy or animal derived substances. I turned up my nose at the mere fact that everything was "vegan friendly". I saw a lonely slice of my favorite Red Velvet Cake trapped behind the glass. Seeing that caused me to roll my eyes. How could that ever be enjoyable? My bff practically convinced me to be open to the idea of this place. Stubborn as I am I was straddling the fence not ready to make a move. We sat down on a piece of mismatched furniture & glanced over the menu. So many choices = a headache. Our waiter came over & suggested some items. We went with two kettles of Vanilla Almond Tea. We were uncomfortable at our location & decided to move to a tabletop. The tea was out of this world. Fresh, sugar free, nothing added yet it was one of the greatest things I've ever tasted. The tea made me change my mind about this place.

Love this cute little restaurant that serves awesome variety of teas and foods are amazingly tasty as well. The interior is very eccentric, which reminds me of Bali a bit and definitely love the vibe! Great spot for catch up with friends. Will come back for more.

I'm giving this place 2 stars for two reasons- the decor and the food. The place was decorated in a very odd way which gave the space a lot of character. I decor is definitely a big part of the experience and I give one star for decor. The other star goes to food which was great. I ordered the Caesar salad wrap and it was very tasty. The rest of the table got the Mac and cheese appetizer, waffles and another sandwich and everyone agreed the food was good and the drinks were also great. Now the reason why I'm taking away 3 stars is because there are a lot of improvements that need to be made. The number one thing that stuck with me the most is the fact that the staff is not professional or even friendly. If a place is claiming to be eclectic and a bit "odd" I would expect the staff to be friendly and fun while also being professional. I got none of the above. Our waiter took our order like he didn't want to even be there. We had to ask for napkins and water several times. The silverware was basically thrown at us not handed to us. This got to a point where we refused to ask for any more napkins or extra milk for our coffee because we were afraid of what the waiter was going to say! Another downfall is the fact that the menu could be stronger when it comes to food. I understand that the place is a coffee/tea shop but I would like to see a wider variety of food. Also, an easier menu to read would be nice. Overall, I had very high hopes for this place and none were met. I will probably not go back.

This is a pretty cool, unique place in Long Island. It is set up with a sort of hipster, halloween theme. This set up is good for a place to hang out and talk for big or small groups. It is decorated with lights and a halloween atmosphere, but not too overkill. There are couches spread out throughout the restaurant. While this is a cool idea and very comfortable, the couches/tables are placed very close together. It's almost impossible not to hear the conversation going on next to you. They serve mainly health and vegan foods, but are most well known for their 4 page menu of various coffees and teas. They really do have everything! The tea is brought to you in a kettle and serves several cups. I really love this place!

Hung out at Witches Brew with a few friends. The decor is odd, but works when you see setting they have created. Its really annoying that they dont have parking in the back because it was hard to find parking on the street. The staff was nice but since the layout is so spread out, it can be hard to flag down the waiter sometimes. The food was amazing. We ordered the supreme nachos for the six of us and it was a delicious appetizer. Must try! I had the Mexican salad and my friends got the caesar salad chicken wrap, grilled cheese with fries, veggie spring roll, and falafel sandwich. The salad was okay, nothing special. The fried were great and the falafel sandwich was amazing! Looking forward to trying the 7 cheese mac and cheese next time!!

The staff is friendly and the desserts are delightful but what makes this place a gem is the atmosphere. It is the perfect place to sit with a good friend and have a long chat or bring your laptop and comfortably work. The eccentric furniture and candlelights all add to the cozy experience. The tea was beautifully fragrant yet very bland. As for the cheesecake I ordered I was surprised by its unconventionally fluffy texture for I'm used to getting a very dense slice of cheesecake. It was a welcome surprise nonetheless. The only downside is that there constantly seems to be a wait but if you're willing to be patient there's a lovely experience waiting for you.

Great hang out spot for couples and groups. Slow service due to massive customers. Enormous lines especially during the summer when school is out but definitely worth the wait. The best drink on menu is vanilla chai freeze and their Mac and cheese is quite possibly in top 5 macs I've had in NYC. Avoid lines by getting to go unless it's your first time. Go then, for the experience. PS - tips included in check despite number or people in your party.

This is one of my favorite places to visit. Unlike any other place on Long Island, the Witches Brew offers comfort, ambiance and handcrafted beverages and food. Let it be known, if you wish to venture here on any given night be prepared to wait between 20-45 minutes for a table. This is simply standard as there are no reservations. ALSO. THIS IS A CASH ONLY coffee shop.**++++CASH ONLY***++++**. ALSO. Hoards of teenagers flock to this spot because it makes them feel edgy and cool, kind of how I thought when I was 16 and begging my mom to drop off me and my friends. This doesn't really effect service but, if you want to take a date here or just chill out be prepared for it.

Eclectic atmosphere... Like Halloween all-year long. Nice assortment of teas and desserts (made on the premise and many are vegan). Not a fan of the coffee but teas are definitely yummy.

AMAZING EVERYTHING!! I love their vast variety of coffee and tea and everything lol..the only issue I had was the wait..literally an hour and a half wait and every time we thought we were next they would skip us for a party of 2 but hey I guess that's why they have such great desserts to make up for the wait..overall this place was freaking awesome and service was amazing as well!!

Amazing interior decor; this place is captivating from the inside out. The people are very warm and welcoming. I absolutely love the unique furnishes around the restaurant, they really did enhanced the experience for me. The drinks menu was also very unique and quite hard to read for me to say the least, but nonetheless I was able to figure it out but the font really did add to the uniqueness. I love all the different options to choose from! The fraps are amazing, so I would recommend trying. The food was great. I ordered the pasta with Alfredo and mushrooms and my lovely date ordered the beets taco. Both were amazing and delicious in their own ways. The pasta was very rich in taste and texture. There are also plenty of mushrooms in there, so if you're a mushroom person, I would definitely recommend. Overall, great atmosphere, a very chillaxing yet somewhat elegant place to grab a drink or a nice bite.

I'm giving the Witches Brew five stars for three main reasons: 1. The atmosphere is great. 2. The desserts and drinks are great. 3. There hasn't been a place in Suffolk or Nassau that I've found to be much like it. Highly recommended.

Gotta love this old little gem. I've been coming here since I was a teen and I still love it now as an adult. They expanded their menu to now include food items. I usually stick to their regular menu which has delicious food and drinks. I love love love their focaccia bread and pretzel with cheese. Their desserts are super yummy, especially with a scoop of ice cream! You really can't go wrong here and the ambience and decor is quirky and fun. The only downfall is that they still only accept cash, but they do have an ATM inside which is nice. Weekends are always super crowded but they are open late. Definitely worth a visit if you're ever in the area.

I've been going to Witches Brew for some years now and it's always a toss-up with them. I think maybe three times out of all of them, I have had a server that didn't make me feel like I was burdening them just by being there. I can't blame them for the wait to be seated as it is not entirely their fault, it just sucks that it takes so long and you better hope it's not raining. I went there around February and it took about 45 minutes for my friend and I to get our check. We tried to flag down the server the two times we saw him, and then he altogether disappeared. I'm glad they got rid of the cash-only, but they definitely need to make some improvements (retraining staff, hiring more friendly people, etc). Other than that, the food and coffee is great, and the ambiance is fun. Just be wary about going later during their busy hours as you might not experience the best service during such a hectic time.

How have I missed this little gem for years? The line around the block on a Tuesday night tells me I must be the only one! The place is cute and cool, there's no other way to describe it. It's a little cafe in an old house. All the furniture, flatware, cups, plates are all mismatched and perfect. There are lights stringed up everywhere, incense burning, and conversations happening all around. The menu includes some food items (I have not tried anything other than dessert), frozen drinks, teas, coffees, and desserts. I have to admit, I am a little overwhelmed by the drink menu - I always have a really hard time figuring out what is what so I've stuck with tea so far and have oogled at the drinks of others. The tea is so cute! It comes in an individual cast iron pot for $4 and the tea is fabulous. The peach ginger is to die for and considering you get shitty tea in a small cup from starbucks for $4 this is a deal. The desserts are cute. They're nothing spectacular but are good. Love the Smores Sundae, rainbow cookies, and apple pie. All super affordable, for two people dessert, tea, and an iced coffee our bill is $20 always. I've never felt rushed there and have some of the best conversations. Can't wait to go to this place again and again and again and again. Must check out. Only downside: BEWARE CASH ONLY!

Quaint shop in the heart of nowhere. A living room type feel framed by Victorian furniture and a witch theme for some reason. A small line to get in on a Sunday evening (this place is popular), but greeted by a friendly waitress and a cozy couch. Got a cup of hazelnut/peanut butter coffee and a slice of brownie cheesecake. The coffee tasted exactly what I ordered, though a lot of the peanut butter flavor settled at the bottom (stir continuously). The cheesecake was obviously very rich and prepared well. Got to give it up for top notch service, inviting atmosphere, and extensive menu. Cash only sucks, but nothing too expensive for it to be an issue.

  • Kerianne O.

A lot of my friends get a kick out of this place, but it is expensive for the amount of food you get. They charge $2 for ice.. And then if you get the ice for your tea, all it does it water it down. Pecan pie is good but small slice. Bruschetta was good and a good size for price. It's s nice experience for a cute date if you beat the nighttime lines and if you aren't sitting by the front window during the day. (The sun shines directly at you and the traffic is very loud outside.) Also, it's great when you get nice cups... But often times you get cups that look like they are from a garage sale and do not have anything special to them at all besides being chipped and a worn off stripe. The sign looks like the guitar hero font?

This is one of my favorite spots to eat late night on Long Island. Their decor is unique, dessert menu is extensive, and drinks are delicious. Their mac and Cheese is one of the best I've ever had. Just remember if you go that they are a cash only business.

This is a great place for groups and the coffee/tea is so good!!! The only frustrating part is looking for parking. You can usually go down the block and find parking but you'll have to walk. They don't have a parking lot. Sometimes there is a wait to be seated as it is a popular place. The servers are usually very nice and friendly and usually offer good recommendations. They brownie fudge sundae is amazing A MUST HAVE! the prices are reasonable and they have a variety of coffee and teas and they come in cute teapots.

The best coffee cafe spot I've been to-hands down! Amazing selection of teas and coffees. It has a quaint, hippie themed look.... Very inviting and friendly working staff who openly suggests a drink that you may enjoy based on your personal taste. The cafe was visually appealing and decorated very nice. The chairs In the front of the cafe (not the restaurant part of cafe) are huge grandma chairs with comfy cushions - so comfortable. There is on street parking (not an issue) . This place is a hidden gem!

I've been going to the witches brew for over 10 years and it has never disappointed me ever. Well, maybe the one time I forgot they were closed on Mondays and drove 30 minutes. Other than that, the love put into each drink is unheard of in this day and age. Everything I have ever ordered has tasted delicious and kept me going back over and over again. I wish I had more time to go, but I hope that anyone who reads this has the foresight to go and enjoy

Whenever I am on Long Island, I always come to witches brew! It is the only vegetarian place and it's DELICIOUS!! I CRAVE their Caesar (homemade!) dressing. This being said - the reason for 4 stars vs 5..... I SCEEVE THE COUCHES. please please please! I wish there were more tables. I DO NOT like sitting on couches and hunching over my meal and hoping nobody's crumbs or sauce is on the couch...

  • Kayla M.

I really like the ambience of this place. It has a New Orleans kind of vibe. The atmosphere is dark along with the music. They have Victorian style couches, arm chairs, and as well as rocking chairs for seating. The seating arrangements are also quite open enough to hear on other people's conversations. I would say to go with three or more people so that way you'd get the more private seating. The food was really good but they don't really have a large selection. They do have an incredible selection of coffees and teas. Anyone would be able to find something they'd like! The place is cash only!!! If it's a Saturday night, get ready to stand outside for 30+ mins to wait for a table.

The Witches Brew in a snapshot: + Great food/dessert/coffee + Open late on Long Island (which is rare) + The ambience is nice if you like a dark place lit with candles and interesting decor. - Long wait - Rude servers (a couple of them) - Cash only We went here on Friday night and were seated after waiting outside in 4 degree weather for about 15 minutes (not their fault). The women servers had terrible attitudes and were rude and sarcastic to customers. The men servers were fine. They were extremely friendly and helpful in fact. As we go in inside we are seated. I'm in a chair that feels like it's about to fall apart and I notice it right away. I look at my husband and say, "My ass is going to be on the ground in two seconds." One of the servers overheard and YELLS, "You don't need to curse I'll get you a new chair!" Perfect, how incredibly kind of her. Can I please just emphasize that I was talking to my HUSBAND and not to her? They gave me a new chair, but not before "educating" me about the old chair in a demeaning way. Another server comes over she continues making a big deal about the chair switch. "Well that's a rocking chair so it's supposed to rock. There are about 400 of those chairs in here like that so you're not the only one with it. I personally think that one is more comfortable than the chair I'm giving you." Meanwhile I still felt like large chair would collapse at any second. They put it aside and one of the guys looked at it said, there are bolts missing, that's why it's loose. So there obviously was something wrong with it. For some reason these two girls seemed to think that I was making it up. Totally unnecessary right? Please don't waste my time explaining what kind of chairs you have. Food/Dessert/Coffee: I had the gnocchi with pesto sauce and that was amazing. The desserts and coffee were all really good. I had the Heaven Espresso which was Vanilla Caramel Praline and my friend had the Black and White Espresso. My coffee was a bit lukewarm, and I wasn't expecting that but it was good nonetheless. We also had tater tots, chocolate cake, a brownie. Really yummy. Based on that, they would have had an amazing review from me. Unfortunately they need to work on their snotty sarcastic attitudes and stop being straight up rude. If you hate people, maybe you shouldn't work in customer service. Will I go back there? Unless I'm desperate, probably not. There are plenty of other places you can go that are very similar. The Witches Brew is a bit overrated.

I rarely give places five stars but this place has my vote. The atmosphere is great and laid back. You can go here with your kids, your family, friends or even on a date. The best part is that the place isn't loud, you don't have to talk over one another to have a conversation. We ordered the cappuccino freeze and the carrot cake and lets just say that the cappuccino freeze was strong. Not in a bad way at all. It wasn't bitter and had the right amount of sweet taste. Nothing overbearing. The presentation with the whip cream and the mason jar and everything were perfect touches as well. These details makes a customer really feel comfortable. The decor as well fits the name of this place. You can tell that the designer of the place had a certain vision and definitely made it all come to life. The menu itself was playful and perfectly organized and the customer service was amazing. Lastly the price range is perfect.

Cool place and all, but everything else doesn't equate to it's unique look. Food is mediocre. The many drink choices are the things to go for. Chai freeze is really good, and so are the other freezes. Lots of mix and match opportunities. I've been here plenty of times and wondered why they don't have many dessert items, because it looks like it would focus more on coffee and dessert. It's nice to look at but it's confusing, since I wouldn't exactly come here for a meal, but they have more meal choices than dessert. Oh and the staff is extremely arrogant and rude. Despite the fact that they never visit tables, they are just overall easily angered and never make me feel welcome. Very difficult to talk to.

This place is everything you thinks it's going to be just short of Stevie nicks being your hostess Staff are a mix of kid and play and blossom with tattoos The little total hipster minus the hipster attitude everyone's really nice in this place I came with my kids, they helped with the stroller they where really accommodating I was very excited to try the vegan cheesecake but they didn't have it that day I had a strawberry cheesecake and we got a vegan berry crumble which was excellent my daughter loved it and she has food allergies so it was great also I must have this thing of ever had cappuccino phrase is out of this world there the food was fresh we got soups of the day which was potato leek which was out of this world great also! The menu is a little difficult to read that take a moment look for a header somewhere on each page and if you can get through the end of the 90s scrawl you'll realize what the theme of each page is a TP a coffee page and juice page etc. This is definitely catering to the aStoria Brooklyn types who are stranded out in NAssau County Lake myself this is a great option and it's open late you got to try it it's an excellent alternative to a franchise establishment like a cheesecake factory or something so I would definitely suggest try something different and come here

The Witches Brew is fantastic! I really loved this place while I was on Long Island. They have so many options of teas, both caffeinated and un-caffeinated. AND, they have great desserts, including vegan cheesecake! I have not had cheesecake in so long, and this is the first time I ran into a vegan option for one of my favourite desserts! That totally made my night! The ambiance is so wonderful too. I love the lights they put up. The place definitely feels cozy with its myriad of comfy chairs and couches. Service here is also very friendly and welcoming. It reminded me of one of my favourite coffee/tea shops back home.

This place is nice. Definitely a place to bring a friend or small group (max. 6 ppl rule). They have a food menu but it's much smaller compared to the coffee/tea/desserts menu. I ordered soup of the day (5.75) : corn chowder. It was sweet, smooth, and pretty filling. I split a vegan cheesecake after (6.00) because I was simply curious on how a vegan cheesecake tasted like. We asked and it contains vegan creamcheese, tofu, flour, and can't remember the rest. I know, im really helpful. Although you might shy away from it, this cheesecake was surprisingly good. Each bite melted in your mouth! Sweet & creamy. Raspberry Jam on top wasn't too sweet so that provided a balance in a way. So if you're thinking about stopping by, I suggest you come before 7:30 to get seated quickly. The later you come, the higher chance you'll be waiting outside!!!!! It's a little pricy, so when it comes to their dinner options I felt it was better off eating somewhere else. Come here for dessert. Their sweet drinks/pastries are unique.

The four stars go solely for the waffle ice cream thing I had... Service: Mediocre(not attentive at all) Honestly, most people visit for the great instagram pictures... because let's be real the dining is quite different and with the vintage furnishing. The food is alright, but everyone should come here at least once and experience it for herself. Worst comes to worst you'll get a great food pic. BUT order the waffle/icecream combo! You can't go wrong with that.

I finally went here for the first time for my birthday lunch and wow, it was everything I hoped for it to be. The cafe is spacious and decorated with Victorian-era furniture and lamps, and the environment is very relaxed since there's no rigid seating, allowing for friendly interaction with others nearby if you're into that. As a vegetarian, I was pretty impressed with their bbq tempeh sandwich but even more so with the creme brûlée. Omg it was perfect from the first bite to when it starts to melt in your mouth. I also highly recommend getting the Cape Town Tea. It comes in a kettle that fills up to four cups and I found it to be very settling for my poor stomach after it has gone through a sugar binge. My friends and I ended up staying there for about a couple of hours, and the service was consistently attentive and accommodating. Don't be intimidated by the bearded stone-cold looks of the waiters and go make your Brew experience a great one.

there is a wait to get in the waiters and waitresses are completely unaware of what's going on... the waitress that I had got lost... They gave us our food (Mac and cheese) but no utensils to eat with...then the desert came and it was a different waitress ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE UTENSILS!!! 2 times I had to get up go find where to get it. This waitress was crazy at the end of everything that she had put me through she wrote with a :-) I hope you enjoyed your night basically begging for some kind of tip we did give it to her but we are never coming back here. I ordered a creme brulee it was cold... They have a huge menu its a graffiti it's all mumble jumbled up they have different names for different drinks like "The Clash" etc. The decor is cute very Halloween and at night it's really pretty the inside however is horrible. In the beginning you're basically standing outside to get in... There is a older man that writes the names down so he can call you when a table is ready... Mostly teenagers come here. I did sit next to a rude family. so a nice couple in front of me began passing around the menu...saw the menu and I passed it to the family and he proudly said "oh no!! I don't need to see the menu I come here all the time !!!" I replied "ok" I wouldn't brag if I was you the place was horrible they didn't even give forks or spoons...bruh

A very unusual coffee/cake and food eatery. I haven't had the food there but it's worth it just to go in to chill and have desert and coffee. A big Adelphi college hang. Huge menu of hot and cold beverages. Variety of sodas and teas. You'll want to try everything. Check out the pace during Halloween. It's really a site!

love the atmosphere, the comfortable couches, the nice scent, the lighting. the food was good. loved the tea -- i had the vanilla coconut and it was very pleasant. the blazed brie was a great appetizer to share that came with a huge bread basket. would definitely come here again if i was in neighborhood. wish it were more centrally located.

In town for a weekend seminar and once we found this place we had to keep going back! Awesome food and even better coffee and tea creations! Everything we had from the beet tacos to the butternut soup was delicious. I think we tried about 20 of the coffee and teas, blueberry soo good! The place is quirky and fun and the staff is great! Highly recommend!

Excellent place to hang out and visit with friends. Atmosphere is pleasant. Very eclectic decor. My favorite time of year to go is the fall around Halloween. Coffees and desserts amazing!! The variety of food, coffee and desserts enough to please everyone! Little shop to buy stuff is cute. Even when there is a line to get in, isn't that much of a wait. The staff is friendly and quick to get your order. Love it, love it, love it!!!!

I have come here more times than I can count because it's simply the best place for coffee or tea in the area. I try and get a different tea or coffee every time I come here but my favorite is definitely the "get happy" tea; it reminds me of pez candy and who could say no to that? The deserts are also amazing. Not a vegetarian or vegan? Doesn't matter because you really can't tell the difference. I love the vegan cheese cake, or the chocolate brownie a la mode with peanut butter. The food menu has also improved a lot over the years. They went from a small menu with few options that weren't too substantial to something with worth that will fill you. I haven't tried that menu too much but I've heard it's just as good as the rest of the food. The ambiance is like a gothic Lounge but every type of person comes here to enjoy it. The only set back is the long lines especially if you have a group. I've never waited that long when it was just me and one other but I've waited for almost an hour when showing up late with a group of 6+

I came here with a friend for some tea and wedding planning. We were caught off guard by the decor from the exterior which was super dreary and grungy but it all came together once we were inside. We were seated in a back corner on a sunny day and we stayed there for about 3 hours - not once did the staff make us feel unwanted. They were attentive and gave us enough time to figure out what we'd order. For lunch, I had a chicken Caesar wrap and my friend had potato leek soup. Everything is completely vegan and they'll add chicken if requested. My wrap was rather large and it was tasty. We tried 3 teas but my favorite was the peach ginger. It's a cute little place to play catch up during the day but I see them getting crowded at night.

I came with my friends and ordered a whole bunch of stuff. Got the oatmeal raisin cookie, not too sweet, warm, good raisin/oats ratio. Also got the apple crumb pie and it's delicious. Ordered the vanilla cappuccino freeze and it's just delightful. Great drink for a summer night I would definitely recommend this place to people and will come back again.

Great food however there is always a line in the nights to get in and no option to call ahead for take out. Love the option to make food vegan and also that their desserts are Amazing! The restaurant's ambiance is chill.

Forever my favorite spot! Everything about it is just great. From the food, drinks, dessert and their unique cozy atmosphere. It is the perfect place to catch up with old friends, or have small talk with my best friends. Although the wait sometimes can be a little annoying it's totally worth it. I recommend the sugar waffle, it's AMAZING. As for drinks after midnight is my favorite hot drink and the best cold drinks are their cappuccino freeze in vanilla or chocolate. Never a disappointing experience when I come here :)

I like the concept of this place--it's a coffeehouse with comfy couches, chairs, dim lighting and unique decor. Perfect for young adults to go and hang out with friends. We LI'ers don't have a lot of places that are open until 12am or 1am, so it's a nice option to have. I love the selections of coffees and teas that are available on the menu. However, I recommend going during a week day when it is less busy. If you go on a weekend night, when it's open until 1am, be prepared to wait on a long line that can take up to an hour or more. Service is okay, could be better. Waitstaff are nice but could be improved. I wish there was a larger selection of foods available besides dessert foods and other dishes. Cash only also; tip is automatically added. This place is a bit small which is why they end up having long lines all the time--maybe if they renovated or moved to another location they wouldn't run into this problem. Parking also sucks--you have to park on the side streets.

I love the atmosphere at the Witches Brew, especially around the holidays. They are always decorating the place with festive things! Last time I went was a Sunday morning and I ordered a hot chocolate and a raspberry crumb cake, yum! I feel that the wait staff doesn't want you hanging around long after your coffee though, they're always a bit off-putting.

Came here during Halloween week! This place was decked out it was awesome. I came here for coffee and dessert unfortunately we didn't get to try their food which look amazing I mean those tacos hey served were mouthwatering. We got coffee you can tell it's all buttered up! Definitely diabetes central. We also got the chocolate cheesecake! Which was also amazing! I would definitely would like to come back for the lunch!!

The deserts and drinks are really good! Very unique spot. There is usually a line so be prepared to wait. Service is usually quick but the last few times I've been here my waiters kept going outside to smoke and that def. slowed the service down.

The service was slow but the drinks and gnocchi were really yummy. I would go there again for a late night or deserts . Good local late night snack for a quick bite or deserts .

I had been wanting to go in to this place for a long time but it always looked so busy. A friend finally took me and I regret not going sooner! It's a unique, comfortable atmosphere, with surprisingly delicious food and desert. A huge selection of tea, soda, and coffee. The bruschetta was as good as any classy Italian restaurant. Creme brulee was perfect. We went in around 6:30, after which it got really busy, if you don't mind waiting go later, but if you hate waiting as much as I do, go a little earlier. I'll have to go back a hundred times to try the while menu!

In love with the atmosphere. Although everything inside is dark, everyone is very friendly. The prices are extremely fair, and the menu is large and corky with different combinations of teas they off. Sicilian cheesecake was surely the best part.

Awful service. No water, no napkins, had to ask for things that should have been laid out on the table. This place doesn't accept Debit or credit Only CASH they only accept CASH. The utensils were filthy. Wont be coming back. The food was meh and could totally pass on it.

I have no idea why this place has so many great reviews. Our experience was awful. I ordered the veggie sandwich and my hubby ordered the vegan meatball sandwich. Mine was ok and his was terrible. The waiter also never gave us our water and we had to get up in the middle of our dinner to ask for it. For dessert my husband got the Cinnabon and I got the brownie with peanut butter and marshmallows on top. His dessert was very dry and just awful. My brownie was extremely hard and tough to put my fork into it. It also tasted awful. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is a cool place to hang out and the decor was unique. However, it is not a great place to eat.

The Witches Brew is a cozy, catchy and eccentric coffee shop / cafe / restaurant / bakery all rolled into one Long Island tasty treat with a hint of Halloween! Note that not everything here is vegan, but there are quite a few vegan options. I was only interested in dessert (you know how I do, boo!) so I ordered not only the double chocolate v-brownie topped with v-marshmallows and toasted, but also the v-pretzel with v-cheese and also toasted / melted. Sweet and savory hit the palate in a way that will knock your socks off! You may think you know what a vegan pretzel tastes like, but until you've had this one, friend - you don't know jack(cheese)! Forgive my horrible puns. I am just positively elated to have found such an amazing gem on one of my usual L.I. routes (on the rare occasion I work out there)! I'll be back for some v-good food and brew!* * That last "v-" was supposed to stand for "very".

Very unique place that will satisfy your vegan/coffee/tea needs. I was quite sceptical at first with a majority of the dishes being vegan, BUT I must say the dishes are VERY VERY delicious!. I do recommend the beet tacos as it was both filling and tasteful. You would think that the beets would have some sort of earthy taste to it but the way it was prepared...everything went well together! This place has quite a particular different kind of deco than most places, but that's the best part of it. It felt very homey and the seats we had were very comfortable. A little dim inside but it goes great with the ambience. The two times I've been here the staff were more than friendly and helpful. The menu can be quite intimidating for new comers but don't be afraid to ask the staff as they were very knowledgeable and did recommend great things to eat and drink! Food was GREAT! Staff was AWESOME! I do recommend to check out this place!

Amazing atmosphere, teas, and cheesecake. Every time I'm in Long Island, I make sure I stop by. I recommend the "white angel" iced latte. If you want a unique place to bring a small group (6 or less) for coffee/tea then this place is ideal. Just remember, it is cash only!

It's a really interesting atmosphere and environment. I really haven't gone to a tea shop like this before. The ambiance is very nice, very low light. Perfect place to bring somebody on a date. The the tea comes in a little teapot which is pretty nice and they have many flavors to choose from.

This place is really cool in terms of decoration and seating. Most of the seats are cozy chairs and couches and the decoration is very Halloween themed with a bunch of random things here and there. In my opinion, everything is overpriced. I once ordered a warm cookie and it cost $3-$4 for a small cookie that they placed in the oven for 5 seconds. They have many pages on the menu dedicated to their drinks such as coffee (iced and hot) and tea. The drinks are cool and they do taste good (I like the zombie) but they, too, are overpriced. I'm usually done with the zombie after about 5 sips. Their desserts are OK. I wish I could make this my usual hang out spot but it is way too pricey.

From the outside this place looks like a regular house just like the rest on the block, but when you step inside it's so dark and gothic. Came here with a few friends around 8pm on a Tuesday and had to wait outside for a table. Luckily the wait was only 10-15 minutes. I've bookmarked this place for some time but since It's kinda far out in Long Island I never really made the trip. We were seated at a table near the staircase..kinda wish we had seats in the comfy sofas but they were all preoccupied. The menu was so confusing and seemed very chaotic. Also reading the menu in the dimly lit cafe was no bueno. They have a wide assortment of teas (white tea, jasmine, oolong, etc). I wanted something fruity so I ordered the passion fruit papaya tea while my friend ordered the jasmine tea. We shared the banana split and creme brulee. The tea came out in a pot and each of us were given different mugs. They were not uniform like a typical cafe but seemed like we were in somebody's house. The banana split came with three scoops of ice cream with two bananas covered in whipped cream. They gave us a little jar with fudge but it was super thick and took some time pouring over. The creme brulee was pretty good. Each dessert was a decent size especially for their prices. Service was kinda lacking, but I guess they were busy. There's no parking except for residential.

MY FAVORITE! I cant stop coming here! The desserts they have are sooo delicious and taste so good. I always always always get the apple pie crumb cake ala mode, the "get happy" tea (you dont even need sugar) and I always get something to try such as the tirimisu, brownie ala mode, and cherry pie. The 1st time I came here I waited outside in the cold for about 15 minutes and then decided to leave... Everytime after that I had no wait. So make sure you come here when its not busy...like the weekends...

I love this place, they have a huge selection of tea and desserts and an interesting food menu. Everything they serve is vegan so they use meat substitutes, but it's still so very delicious. The place is cozy and intimate and the decorations make u feel like ur in a little witches house. I'd say it's a perfect place to catch up for a friend or two, or to bring a date. It's definitely a great first date spot. I love this place and will definitely be back!

Probably the most interesting coffee shop, or now I should say restaurant I've been to. The decor is very spooky, like you're in a haunted house. Mismatch furniture, super dim lighting, and great decorations. Love it. I've been here a few times all for dessert. I just found out today that they now serve food (not sure if I would try it). My sweet tooth is redunk, and the fun menu makes me want to order everything! I ordered the frozen cappuccino which was really good with my cookie with marsh on top. The service is pretty good considering they only have like two people walking around. It gets pretty busy but I've never had to wait to be seated. I hate that this place is so far out of the way because it really is a nice place for coffee & cakes. Prices aren't bad either.

Went back for Valentine's day. Waited about five minutes until we got a table. Our waiter was awesome and we sat on a couch . I ordered ice cream and a cappuccino while my bf ordered sorbet with yerba mate tea. I also ordered a green tea. It was all sooo good :)

The line is ridiculously long. It's not worth the wait, since their actually food isn't great. Martha's from queens is better. The teas and coffees are the only great things here.

I went here on a Saturday night on a date. It was about a 10-minute wait since it was just the two of us. What a popular cafe this is! We were seated on a cozy couch and had a small table in front of us. The atmosphere is definitely eclectic, to say the least. It's a gothic vibe, dimly lit, got butterfly decorations everywhere, but not in a girly way, in an emo way. It feels like a place you'd stumble upon in SoHo. It's pretty cool! We had the gnocchi, the tacos, the cappuccino freeze, and the chocolate pecan pie (pie was to go). Everything was delicious and I recommend the food and dessert for sure. I love how they have dozens of super different and weird tea flavors. As a lifetime tea drinker, I can say I'd never heard of a lot of these before and I wish I had. One thing that bothered us were the menus; they are so difficult to read! Must they be written in weird gothic font?? That was kind of annoying and made it hard to focus. Cash only FYI.

What can I say? I am in LOVE. The decor is so pretty and of course the dessert... I got the brownie ala mode and my friend got the buttery waffle... OH EM GEE.. The brownie was soooo good and I definitely recommend the Waffle.. It was love at first bite! Will definitely be coming back again & again.

Loved this place! Be sure to try the baked brie. Everything I had (chicken parmesan sandwich, s'mores, tiramisu, half white chocolate cocoa/half coffee) was delicious. Be warned--once the sun sets, the line to get in gets outrageously long. As great as the ambiance is at night, it's probably wiser to go during the day or very early evening unless you don't mind the wait. Also be aware that they are cash only!

    (5)
  • Ronit M.

A wide selection of teas. Not too many eats. I was here a LONG time ago. They have no specific style on the interior. It's a mish-mash of seating options and coffee tables. It's a great spot for teenagers to hang out/meet. I wonder if, today, it's improved since. Maybe I'll go back sometime again to scope it out.

  • Chelsea M.

Ridiculously long wait for a damn coffee shop. The menu is in code and then translated under. The food is really nothing to rave about and I'm not that find of coffee to begin with. Their apple cheesecake is really good but that's really all that stood out to me as worth the trip and wait. The ambience it's very hipster chic and I'm not into that. I wouldn't go back on a date but I would want to rent the space for a wedding or reception.

  • Tracy E.

While the environment is pretty killer, the food is not. It's not bad, just not something I'd drive out of my way for (and I drove 30 minutes to get some dessert that night). The place is filled with couches, as well as tables, so you can be sure you'll be comfortable no matter what. They have a wonderful amount of teas to choose from as well as appetizers, entrees, and desserts. While their tea selection is amazing, their dessert options are far fewer than what I expected. (Oh, and if you pick up some tea to take home with you, don't think they're selling you loose leaf tea; I was shocked when I saw that they had thrown individual bags of *pre-bought* tea in a little baggy for me.) We ordered the Reese's Cake which was pretty baller and a slice of Blueberry Crumb Pie which was supposed to be served warm but somehow, only half of it was. It was okay, but I'm sure I could have picked up a slice of blueberry pie from a diner, and it may have tasted better than theirs. Fair warning, there can sometimes be a wait to get in, especially on weekend evenings. I went at around 7:30/8, and by the time we left at 9, there was a line that formed around the corner of the building.

Love the cute desserts and drinks. This is my favorite place to go to in the fall. It has a different vibe and feel to it than any dessert place I have ever been too. It's decor is unique and origin. The only thing that sucks is that I have come all the way here at times just to see the line outside the door which is atleast an hour and half wait. Other times I've gotten seated right away so it just depends. Other than that I love this place!

Last night we waited over 1 hour & 15 mins to be seated. There was a section where we could of waited inside but the hostess said "no, we have a way of doing things here" 15 mins later another group is waiting in the same spot. How nice- the place is cool, however they are probably loosing so much money because of the way it's set up. They have a poor set up, being that they have those big bulky chairs taking up so much space. They can't sit a group over 6, however I don't feel like they can set a group over 4 because it took wayyy to long to be seated. I kept seeing people leaving and the hostess said "we only have 1 table for the 6 people" then she asked if we wanted to "split up" 3 on one table, 3 on another table across the room. Why would we want to split up??! We came together as a group. After the wait I was so pissed we left. (I know we waisted our time). I spent $8.50 on a juice and vegan cherry cheese cake. If you don't eat vegan then stay that way. I hated it, threw it out and went to Burger King straight after. Don't get me wrong the desserts looked amazing, but I wouldn't come back that late. I probably wouldn't come back at all.

This past Friday was my first time coming to this cafe/restaurant! I only heard good reviews, so I decided to check it out! Don't Worry, I was not going there alone! I met my closest/best friend there for Brunch! I was starving after having a summer class only few hours before. When you enter the cafe, you will get an ambiance of hipster meets goth. It has a cool vibe.I chose the Italian sandwich with a salad and Devil's Food Cake with a hot cappuccino. OMG, the food was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed the cafe and will be coming here again. The only issue that I have is, the menu was disorganized and it took 10 mins to order because it was so hard to read all the items on the menu. Food/Photo blog: lovethephotographer.tumb…

Vegan coffee house... If you are a coffee lover, tea lover and have a sweet tooth this is a place worth going to! What to try: "Autumn" which is coffee with maple syrup and caramel such a great combo. "Frozen chocolate cappuccino" amazing expresso taste. "Frozen Hot Chocolate" YUM! Great for cocoa lovers. Baked goods: brownie and strawberry cheese cake f$&@ing delicious! Employees are super nice! I just recommend coming here on a weekday (not Mondays they're closed) it can get busy on the weekends.

Amazing attention to detail - in the presentation, quality of food, service and ambiance. A truly unique place in an otherwise simple area. Vegan and vegetarian options for almost every meal! Endless selection of coffee, tea and juice. If anything just go see how pretty it is - and enjoy the food. Best of Long Island.

Just LOVE this place. If you like tea, and coffee with all kinds of syrups then this is a must try! Their menu is awesome, and vegetarian which is perfect! I had the Mexican salad, and I swear I've craved it ever since. I also had a milkshake with vanilla ice cream and hazelnut syrup which was like heaven in a cup. Can't wait to return :)

This is a really different coffee house experience. They have a great selection of coffee and teas. Despite the place having a haunted house theme, it's actually quite cozy. They have couches everywhere and it's a great spot for groups. You'll see lots of Hofstra and LIU kids hanging out here chowing down on their small plates and vegan desserts.

This was my 1st experience at a Vegan Coffeehouse. My BFF and I went to have a girl's chat. The dark candle lit goth ambiance is very alluring yet unique. Reminded me of being in the NYC East Village or The Adam's Family. Looks are deceiving because when I went to the restroom, I realized the place was HUGE. Like a coffee mosh pit. It was packed. We were seated in the front by the window on a peach antique sofa. Not very comfortable, so we moved to a table. The antique sofas and dreariness reminded me of my grandmother's home. A nice venue for Brunch, a twisted horror movie romantic date or coffee with a few friends. It can get loud in the main seating area because you are seated closely to others. Our waiters were older gentleman hipsters. The service was rushed because they were serving many customers in the back room that I will now refer to as "the den". This place is like Halloween 365 days a year. The menu is large and overwhelmingly long and written in black gothic font. Split up into Specialty Teas, coffee, Pies, cake & Vegan Dinner items. I wish they had a larger meal menu. Shepherd's pie & veggie lasagna are the only memorable items. I ordered the Almond Vanilla Tea which was served out of a self brewing black iron kettle. It was heavy and had enough brewed tea to serve 3 people. At $4.00 that was a deal. I also ordered a slice of raspberry crumb cake that was truly the result of a Raspberry filled Foodgasm! It was moist, fresh fruit filled and not like a boxed Entemann's slice. For $3.75 it was everything. Our check was $12 and our tea was refreshing. No sugar needed, just a cup of relaxation. Overall, it was a relaxing and rather unique experience.

I'm a little obsessed with the vegan turkey sandwich, its really filling and tasty! They offer many special drinks, my favorite is "voodoo" (I get it with extra vegan marshmallows on the side..yum!) Menu is a bit hard to read/understand but the staff knows it well and is great with answering questions. Ambiance is really relaxed (super comfy couches!!) really doesnt get better than this place!!!

My friend and I came here around 9pm and by the time we left, which was around 10:30, there was a huge line outside! We ordered one tea one iced coffee and one slice of red velvet cake and the total came out to be around $16. Make sure u have CASH because they do not accept credit card!!! The ambiance was amazing! This place is great if u want to catch up with ur friends or just hang out. I didn't see the big hype with the food or the drinks. For me, it was a little overpriced.. I guess its okay if ur going to stay there for hours. I would go back to try other drinks.

The tainted lounge deserves one star, It's completely overrated. The service was terrible. my waitress was a young girl probably in high school from the looks of it. She took our order once and never came back. I had nachos, and some other kind of weird thing on the menu which tasted like average nachos you could buy at target. none of the food had homemade quality. it was all store bought and put in a bowl. I had a banana split for dessert and it was the most dull ice cream I've ever tasted. The worst part was I had no service at all. I got the attention of a middle aged woman walking by and I asked for napkins and told her my waitress had disappeared and I saw her sitting in the hallway texting on her phone. the woman apologized and came back two minutes later and began to argue with me. she said she told my waitress what I had said and that I really hurt her feelings. this woman was straight up crazy, this was her business and she's defending my waitress who wasn't serving me while she was on her phone texting! It must have been daughter or niece! Safe to say she got NO tip whatsoever and I'm never going back to dirty and uncomfortable place ever again. It's all about the old wooden floor and dumb witchcraft decorations. DONT BE FOOLED.

Looking for a late night spot to hang out and have great food? THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I've been coming here for years and have not been disappointed once! They have a huge selection of lattes, teas and other speciality drinks. Yes, the desserts are hyped and live up to ALL expectations. I had their mac and cheese which was amazing, and their pecan salad :)

spacious, eclectic and incredibly tidy with a laid back, bohemian feel. I have never seen so many options for tea/coffee/specialty drinks and with high quality ingredients and served with care. my teenage daughter loves it...as long as I don't sit too close to her and her friends. cozy couch and sitting areas, attentive service, fair prices. If we lived closer I would visit more often.

Best dessert spot I've been to in Long Island! I loved the mismatched furniture and the Halloween theme. The waitress was so fun and really nice. She really made the experience 10 times better. I had a vanilla and coffee ice cream and a frozen hot chocolate. They were indescribably good! The coffee ice cream had small chunks of coffee making it even better. Really love this place!

Everything is good, all the desserts and their tea. They have different seating style so perfect for whatever reason you're there for. It is usually very dark but that's not really a problem. The staff is friendly, the prices are good and it's located centrally. There's no parking lot and the crowd is usually college kids.

the decor is from the 70s but the ice cream and the ice cream sodas are still the best.

Not all that its hyped up to be. Got the waffles from there and thought I could make it better. Nothing special with the food and the atmosphere is a little on the blah side for me

Witches Brew is a hipster-esque coffee house that I"ve been going to since I was a teenager. The coffee is pretty good -- although for the espresso drinks can be a bit weak, and I'd definitely ask for extra shots. The brownie is always spot-on. Scones are pretty good. They have a good amount of vegan food now (but I'm not 'bout that lyfe).. so I didn't partake. The menu is clever and fun to read, and the atmosphere is as well. Seems like the same crew has been working there since I started going there about 7 years ago. Nice, helpful staff.. can't ever say I had a bad experience. They don't take credit cards -- make sure you bring cash! There is a second level to the "witches house", however it has always been gated off -- I have plenty of times smelled a nice waft of MJ travelling down the stairs, nothing toooo obnoxious though. Definitely an experience visiting this joint, if you're in the area and have nothing to do on a Friday night or want to bring a date, definitely not a bad spot as long as it's not too late -- tends to get very crowded the darker it gets.

It was fun, there is a wait and it kinda stinks that they don't take credit card. But otherwise the desserts are great and the chi tea is delicious

Great tasting food. Unfortunately, their menu is vegetarian. However, they have lots of great tasting foods, such as quesadillas and potato salad. Their potato salad is literally the best there is, next to my mothers of course. Even though they do have regular meals, this is more of a cafe setting. Huge list of coffees, teas and exotic drinks to choose from. Same goes for desserts. Deep, dark setting and decorations. Feels like you're in a witches den. Overall, this place is super cool. COME EARLY. If you don't, you'll be waiting in a LONG line outside.

Dearest Witches Brew, I do miss you I do. After a short visit with my family in West Hempstead this past Spring, we found ourselves either starting or ending our day at your lovely cafe with your delectable meals, desserts, and brewed drinks. Why must you be so far away? I will keep you in my heart until I am in your warm embrace once again. Warm Regards, 'Wishing the Witches Brew was in the WestCoast' Wendy ________________________________________________________ Location: quaint little spot right off a busy road Servers: had great attitudes and made you feel like a regular (thank you) Meals: I wish I could remember the sandwich I had, or what everyone else ordered here but honestly unless I have the menu in front of me I can't say that I do. BUT I can confess that my sandwiches, salads, brownie and waffle desserts and my iced coffees and hot chocolates were impressionably delectable! Wishing I had a place out here that could compare to you! Until next time.
