My whole family has enjoyed En Lai since they opened. The portions are pretty good, and as far as I can tell they don't use MSG and relatively speaking their food is fresh. They are also pretty spot on with delivery times. Because they are good, they are in high demand and busy, so don't call last minute, plan ahead.

I took 2 bites out of chicken with green beans and threw it in the garbage. I asked for freshly made chicken and they didn't understand my request. Apparently many people don't mind eating garbage. I'll never eat there again. Is there a 0 star rating?

It's good for Chinese American food. It tends to be a little bit oily. High calorie food for sure. I go to them because they are cheap and reliable.

Our go to Chinese spot. We've tried others in the neighborhood and they suck in comparison. The portions are HUGE!!! Even the lunch specials. My kids LOVE their egg fried rice and hubby and I always order the general Tso chicken extra crispy and extra spicy. Only flaw, don't order too late the chicken was overcooked and dried out and the sauce for the dumplings is way too salty. The dumplings themselves are delicious hours And if you're ever sick, the egg drop soup and wonton soup are pure magic.

One of My fav spots. I am so stuck on the food I won't order from any other Chinese restaurant. I actually went to school with the owners daughter lol small world. The staff is very pleasant always willing to help. I live right down the street so it's always up for discussion when ordering food.

Very friendly staff and fast delivery, plus you can pay w/ CC over the phone. Crab Rangoon (4/5), wonton soup (4/5), garlic chicken (3/5), fried dumpling (1/5). Dumplings were actually a little soggy, so I'm not sure what happened there but they weren't very appetizing. Rangoon (generously filled with a sweet crab filling) and soup very good.

This place is not what it used to be and in my opinion used to be much more quality food. The food is way too oily and salty. They need to cut down on the oil in their food and definitely the food could be a lot fresher. It gets three stars because the food is quick and cheap compared to others. The Lo-Mein way too greasy and the french fries way too salty and the chicken is too mushy and lacks some texture but overall it gets a 3.5.

Nice little hole in the wall. The staff is great and the meal was satisfactory. It's really hard to notice any discernible differences in Chinese take out these days, but the Szechuan Shredded Beef seemed to be pretty fresh. Nothing original about it, nothing bad about it. I've walked in and they've had my order ready in 10 minutes every time. Try it out.

I like this place cause they are clean and i have never gotten sick of their food. I walked once in this place at 11pm, after a long day at work and they were cleaning each individual chair that was in the lobby area. The food is good, but everyone has a different opinion on how they like their chinese food.

I moved to the Yonkers area about a year ago, and I have ordered every Sunday ever since. Their food must have drugs in it because it is delicious that it MUST be horrible for you, but I have only gained about 2 pounds in the last year so no, En Lai ensures that their food has only the finest ingredients. Seriously. They are so nice when I call, always deliver within 30 - 50 (when they are super busy) mins. The best part is-- THEY MAKE THE FOOD HOW YOU WANT IT! No soy sauce? Check. No bean sprouts? Check. Oh, you want your dumplings in a soup? Check. You get the point. EN lai rules. They are even stored in a very coveted spot in my phone. That's SPEED DIAL!

It's our "Go-To" Chinese fast food joint. Sometimes they are right on the mark & other times, eh..."it must be a different cook" situation. Other than that...it's your typical Chinese Food place. Expect to wait a bit, if you walk-in & ask for your meal. Calling ahead of the game is best. On busy evenings...especially Thursday-Friday nights, it get's super busy.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
