Friendly staff, affordable rates. Only thing the could do better is improve the wifi service - it was really slow. Good rooms, quiet. Close to everything, and not far from a train terminal to the city.

Would NEVER stay here again. 1. Construction going on in the parking lot (with no prior notice on their website or during the time of making our reservation. Cutting new concrete walkway with power saw sending clouds of dust/particles all over the cars... then blowing off the new walkway with a leaf blower creating a dust cloud. 2. Hallway and room smelled stale and old. 3. Front desk clerk was not friendly by any means 4. Found wolf spider in hallway (size of small tarantula). 5. Room needed to have additional de-humidifier running in order to maintain a comfortable cool/dry temp. 6. Wi-Fi was sluggish, needs upgrades or better coverage. 7. Our room 106 was directly facing the parking lot where construction continued. When I called the front desk at 8 pm, the (same) clerk said that they would be finished soon. They did not stop until 9:00 pm - 9:30 pm. 8. Ground floor room.. don't even think about it... You can hear 2nd floor guest directly above. 9. Very uncomfortable beds.

Great rate for what you get, clean room and close vicinity to walkhill, restaurant across the street and small pool. Not the best customer service but not the worst either. Nice gift shops for jws.

Simple old fashioned hotel. Great customer service, fair prices. Close to tourist places!

I have stayed here multiple times. The only reason is the location. The harvest Inn really doesn't have the best customer service. I am sure that it gets annoying dealing with all of us "happy tourist" on a day to day basis. But come on... when you are in the customer service industry you really need to step things up!

We came here to visit our son. Harvest Inn is literally minutes away from Wallkill. It is very clean and comfortable. The gift shop offers so many fun, unique things for JW's. We have really enjoyed our stay here!

Harvest Inn has a lot to learn about customer service. The manager communicated a policy of not releasing rooms to potential customers who are in need of a room; in lieu of keeping a cancelled room empty and keeping the deposit from the guest who no-showed. The desk clerk communicated its too hard. Additionally, their policy of demanding check-out at 11:00am; is unreasonable when there is no guest waiting for the room - and they threaten to call police, despite NY being a squatters right state, if you request an extension of an hour. There are many hotels within 20 miles who know how to say, YES I CAN HELP YOU! Choose those and let this mom and pop go out of business.

Very clean, good prices. Only bad thing for me is the beds are hard. I love all the great stuff in the gift shop for the ministry. Great place to stay and be close to Watchtower Farms

Extremely clean!!!!! Cater to JW's visiting the area. Very hard uncomfortable beds, but that is an okay trade-off to be close to Wallkill at a reasonable price.

this motel provides friendly, accommodating service, and clean rooms. the rooms are priced reasonably, and there's even juice, coffee, and some breakfast snacks in the morning
