My first time here on a Friday night and it was a good experience. Wings were great; the mango Habanero is no joke though. Eat at your own risk because your mouth will be burning for a while. Good service. Great drinks! In love with the onion rings and sauce! *mouth is currently salivating*

I went here on a Monday (random wing craving) with some friends and we were seated right away. We got the medium with a choice of 3 sauces so we picked Hot, Jammin Jalapeño, and The Jerk Chicken one. I really enjoyed all three. The Jammin Jalapeño and Jerk Chicken were on the sweet but spicy side and I enjoyed it. For drinks I got the Strawberry Coronita was is basically a drink with strawberry syrup and the corona is turned upside down in it. My friend had the premium margarita it had tequila in it and she loved it! Our waiter was awesome he mentioned to me he was also a Gemini and we had our own little side jokes about that. Overall it was fun, a little chilly inside but a good time!

my bf and i live in queens and we go to long island a lot so even though is probably isnt the closest bww to our house, this is the one we almost always go to. we usually go on tuesdays since they have traditional wings night. we just went this past tuesday, it used to be 60 cents but now it's 75 cents per wing which is still pretty awesome. even though it was busy since kids are almost out of school, we were seated right away and our server was very friendly and explained their beers to us :)!! for wings, i always get their parmeasan garlic wings. not too salty and it has a real tasty tang to it. my bf likes to get their honey bbq, teryaki and this time he also tried their chipotle one (forgot the whole name of it! ) super yummy. we asked for extra celery sticks and they didnt charge us for it. for appetizers we ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get their roasted garlic mushrooms. OMGEEE is good. i think they put crack in it but its super addicting!!! i wish there were more in a serving because it is a bit pricey, around $6.50. that's the one complaint i have; the serving isnt big enough. there's literally about 15 little mushrooms (not your regular sized ones.....) and we also like to get their fried pickles!!! YUM YUM YUM!! the serving size for this is porportional to the price which is about $6.50 as well. both their sauces are AMAZING!! i think its southwest...? idk what it is but it always draws us back!!! lastly, my bf had a craving for fries so we tried it for the first time, i wouldnt say they were bad but nothing special. i probably wouldnt get it again. overall, we love bww and we'll be back :)

Food is good, the drinks are terrible- it's only full of sugar, and the service is disappointed. We waited 5 minutes until our server greeted us. We asked for water after we finished our drinks but it didn't came out. My friend wanna silverware but she said that they lack of them at that moment and she said that she'll bring it out later but she didn't. It's hard to call our server cuz she always disappeared. Their wings are good, definitely just wanna take out next time.

First time to this location. Wings were good just took forever to get them. The restaurant appeared to have 2 or 3 people running all over waiting and serving everyone while the rest of the staff stood around talking. Also took a while to get the check

The modern day sports bar done pretty close to perfection. Just sit for hours, enjoying all kinds of fun food, drinks and whatever game you want to watch on wall-to-wall screens of all sizes. The only thing missing for the hard-working sports fan would be a nice massage while you cheer on your favorite team. Wings, burgers, shrimp, chicken and steak, done every way imaginable with more different concoctions (sauces) glazing them than one can imagine.

Ate here because I was craving wings. We were seated right away. The service was great. The food, however, was mediocre. So im giving it 3 stars. For the app, we had the sampler with mozzarella, nachos, parmesan chicken, and onion rings. Everything tasted as expected. I ordered the hot bbq wings and my bf ordered the chipotle wings. They tasted great and hit the spot, as usual. We downed the wings with "the game changer" and angry orchard beer. If you crave wings, I recommend this place.

I'm not a fan of these sports bar type restaurants. Usually, I have someone who picks these large sports places with TVs everywhere. I'm gonna meet my buddy at BWW for lunch. At the last minute he says, Man I gotta pass. its too crazy today. Ah, I have a $25 gift card. Lets see how its going to play out. At noon, there is no one in the restaurant. I walk to the back by the bar. TV screens everywhere, the long bar, everything is big big big! I see the beer taps and order a Abita Purple Haze. I'm reviewing the menu, lets get wild and have wings! I order a boneless chicken wing with fries. I'm chilin', drinking my draft beer and eating fried boneless chicken wings with an asian sauce. I'm sure its a madhouse during the weekend. Buffalo Wild Wings is known for sauces. Sauce up that chicken, yup yup. Hey is that the Mecum Auction on TV? Turn it up and please get me more blue cheese. I get it now. I can see watching the game here, eating chicken wings and drinking beer. If you like these places, BWW won't disappoint

Awesome place. The establishment was very appealing and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I had lunch with a few friends. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. My friends had wanted me to try the Blaz'in hot wings and it was a challenge that I had accepted. I was also craving a burger, so I had ordered that as well. My waiter's name was Rebecca and I will not forget her because she was extremely generous and was an awesome waiter. Kudos to her! I asked for my burger to be cooked medium. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the burger. The vegetables were not appealing what so ever and ruined the burger for the most part. They did not taste fresh and took away the flavor from the burger itself. As for the wings, they were not spicy to my liking. My expectations were to come in and burn my brains out. Overall, the wings were very tasty and it made up for the meal. Great service, appealing establishment, along with awesome wings! If you're looking for a quick lunch with friends, then this is definitely the spot!

This review will simply be a collection of quotes from our party of four. Let it be known: the manager and waitress (Megan B.) were great! "The apple cider martini is just straight fireball, straight fireball" "The martini is just a cup of sugar" *verified by manager that this is a common complaint-- he had the bartender make a new one (was the same)* "The chips are a combination of burnt popcorn and Tide dryer sheets" "This is the worst food I have ever eaten" (echoed by 3 of 4) Oh. Member of the party was allergic to tomatoes. They put the tomatoes on the side, and in the wrap. Just why. Also, mentioned to the vegetarian in the group that the French fries were cooked in beef. Not even sure how that's possible. "Death is upon us all" (we all did feel exceptionally ill afterwards)

I took my 7 yr old here who loves wings as much as i do.The service was lousy, waiting 1/2 hour till we were seated. When we finally got seated the waiter took our order , disappeared for about 45 min He reappeared when our food was ready, the french fries were cold and the wings over done. Gross!!!! Immediately asked for manager, waiter never came back over to see if we liked food

Lots of big screen TVs everywhere! Reminds me of a sports bar. Watched the Annual Nathan'a hot dog contest and part of the Brazil Vs Columbia FIFA 2014 game while eating wings = perfect combination for sure! WINGS, lots of different flavored wings! For the Traditional Wings, we ordered 3 medium Spicy Garlic, Honey Mustard, and Asian Zing and 1 small Wasabi to share amongst 6 of us. I really liked the Spicy Garlic wings. My friends and I all hyped up about the wasabi wings for nothing because it turned out to be meh. It lacked the wasabi taste. Next time I really want to try the Mango Habanero! The shareable sides: Waffle Fries, Onion Rings, and Chicken Quesadilla were spot on! Oh, please do try the flavored lemonades. I had the original but my friend's ordered the Berry, Mango, and Huckleberry. Service could have been more prompt in my opinon. Note: Sigh, you have to stick to your own waitor for your table. My first time was ok, might need a second try to determine otherwise. Parking for take-out only is available. But why take-out when you can eat-in and enjoy the show!

This is a huge location. Come earlier or later if you don't want to wait in the madness. We have waited close to an hour once and never again - we learned our lesson! The wings are good, and I'm talking about the traditional wings not boneless, so we like this location since it's so spacious. Plenty of sauces to choose from, good staff, and the food comes out relatively fast. I mean, it's wings after all so it can't be that long! I love the hi top seating the best. The booths are pretty comfortable. This place introduced us to Sam Adams Cherry Wheat beer. Delicious. I liked the buffalo, lemon and pepper, chipotle and caribbean jerk sauced wings. The sampler platter with hot pretzel is so good. I don't know how they get the pretzel so soft but it's addicting!

Terrible service terrible customer serving. Been waiting for my food for ONE HOUR. Food is horrible came here for the boneless wing Thursday deal and my wings when arrived dont even have any sauce on them. The veggies on the side look spoiled and rotten. They deserve to be shut DOWN. And go out of business. TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Exceptional service here. No complaints. The manager even came to our table to ask how everything was going and she cleared away our empty plates.

My boyfriend and I came here to watch NBA finals past Thursday and it was PACKED! Of course, haha, we should've arrived earlier but, when I called the restaurant, the lady had told me a 20 minute wait. And the game wasn't starting for another 20 minutes when we arrived so we decided to wait. They have a great system where they text you when a table frees up. Anyways, we got seated and our server was Danielle. Did I mention that it was packed??? But Danielle tried very hard to provide us with what we needed, made sure we are doing well, and did not lose her smile that night :) Although I lost bet that night I had absolutely a great time! All the staff there tried their best to accommodate all the patrons and to shorten the wait as much as possible.

I love B Dubs, but the service at this location is horrible. When you have a craving for delicious wings, definitely opt for takeout. I have never been serviced by such an incompetent group of people. At one point, a friend and I would come here weekly for 60 cent wings and trivia. We learned our lesson after one too many failed attempts at service. Once, I ordered a beer that tasted totally off, so I told the waitress I thought it was a cider instead of what I ordered. She had me do a taste test to distinguish between the two "beers" and involved the manager for no reason whatsoever. It was a simple mistake, and I just wanted the drink I ordered. On a separate, more recent visit for "unlimited wings and fries" Monday, we were charged $5 for each five-wing addition to our order. I'm still not sure what the waiter's definition of unlimited is, but it obviously isn't consistent with the dictionary's. The people responsible for takeout are also unfriendly and rude, so prepare yourself for eye rolls and snappy attitudes.

You would think a place that's built its success on things as lovable as big screen TVs, sports and chicken wings couldn't screw up that bad but as far as this location is concerned, you'd be wrong! We came here on a Sunday afternoon after the lunch hour to watch some NBA games. We were seated promptly in the section off to the right of the entrance and our orders were put in at around 2:30. I'm not sure what the deal is here. Maybe it's because the area we were seated in is far away from the kitchen the waitstaff tend to forget about the customers there. I dunno. Whatever it is, our experience here sucked. At first our waitress made frequent stops back to our table to check on us and make sure our drinks were full but then after that she completely disappeared. Our appetizers came out at 3:00 which was a pretty long wait for wings, but it wasn't the end of the world. We figured our entrees would arrive shortly thereafter. The wings and the games distracted us for a little while but by 3:30 we couldn't take it anymore. After not seeing anyone venture over to our section of the restaurant we had to get up to flag down an employee. They said our order would be out soon. Finally at 4:00 we got our food. I was fuming at this point, not to mention starving but politeness conquers all in my book. A genuine, "I'm sorry" might not have solved things but it would have been hugely appreciated. I can understand that things in the restaurant business don't always go according to plan but these situations have to be dealt with courtesy towards your customers. But no. Nothing. No explanation. No apology. Not even a soda on the house. Nothing. Hands down some of the worst service and worst management I've ever experienced.

Came here to watch the nba finals, was seated within 20 mins. Waiter was friendly however hard to get her attention due to the fact that there was so many people there. A lot of draft beers to choose from. Parking lot available.

  • Stanley S.

Ate here in person and also did takeouts for a number of weeks. In person they have lots of TVs, lots of commotion and people. Great for those big sporting events. Also if you come in person best to have a large group to keep conversations going because wait times can be long especially nights with lots of people Great food! Consistent, never had a problem Tip: if you ask nicely in person for extra-sauce when doing take-out sometimes they give it to you for free :) Also Tues & Thurs you get half price!!

I'm not sure what the people here who commented that the food and drinks are good are smoking/injecting/popping. The wings were subpar at best. They were extraordinarily chewy. Maybe Buffalo Wild Wings partnered up with Bubble Yum and they mixed up some of their ingredients? I'm not sure. The first beer I ordered (that the waitress suggested) was watery. I let her know that it wasn't good and tried another one and the second one was watery as well. I got a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream and they ran out of spoons so they served it with a fork. Are you fucking kidding me? Down right despicable. My friend ordered a beer cocktail which was almost pure sugar and no alcohol whatsoever. Disgusting. The nachos were just tortilla chips with almost no cheese and some lettuce sprinkled on top. To make matters worse it was a huge rip off. It came out to over $70 with the tip. Not that I came here for the crowd or the atmosphere; however, the crowd was also subpar. I am giving two stars because the waitress was friendly. If she wasn't friendly, I would have given one star.

I actually like chain restaurants and am usually a fan of BWW, just not this one. Today was the third time in the past few months where we asked for buffalo chips instead of fries and we still got fries. My dad asked for his burger cooked medium rare and was told their policy is that they are only allowed to cook burgers "well done". Really? Gross. I asked the server for a few boxes to go, but was only given one. I always have to keep asking for more napkins because they give you like 2 cocktail napkins for a party of 5 with little kids and wings involved. I have a feeling they do a lot of cutting corners at this location and don't really give the customers what they want to save a few bucks. The service is always painfully slow and the burgers are like thin, charred hockey pucks with no flavor. Bleeechhhhhhhhh.

    (2)
  • John S.

Wow, this place is all about their TVs and getting wasted so you can't taste the food. Everything we gas was over fried, dry, tasteless and just bad. Complained and waiter didn't comeback except to bring check. We left 90% of the food

While we go to other Buffalo Wild Wings this one is getto dirty takes forever to get seated with a attitude never will we go back what a shame !

Jamin jelopeno and mango habanero it is! Service is super and fast. The waitress was very nice and every thing was on point. Drinks are good as well! I Def will be back to this location more often. They have a new sauce for a limited time. Go on in and try it! Guaranteed you won't be disappointed.

I came here only once and now i get random cravings to come back for some more boneless wings. This place is perfect for me because i hate eating things with bones haha We tried the jamaican jerk sauce and a medium spicy one with a few different dipping sauces, ranch, blue cheese and something else. I didn't really like the jamaican jerk flavor but the spicy was really good!! Definitely visiting BWW again to try out the other flavors on the menu :)

Slow service, many open seats, my server is no where to be found. I do not know what is taking so long.

Nothing bad to say about this location. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait and it was about 1/2 of that time. Once the Rangers and Knicks game finished some tables opened up. The staff was friendly from the greeters to the wait staff, they attended to us quickly and respectfully. I didn't have to ask for more water, it was brought over. Went with the new Srirachi wings and they were really good. Sauce was a bit pasted on and not as liquified as regular buffalo sauce but they were tasty and spicy. Built my own burger and there were no complaints. Restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were well maintained which is very important to me. I will return, I don't have anything negative to say so I went with the 5 stars, to compare with other sports bar type locations.

  • Kassandra V.

Five stars because Cassandra's (Cassie) service was excellent. She was so attentive and responsive, even though she had other tables. The food was great as well, wings were super tasty and the fried pickles my favorite. Thank you Cassie!!! If you ever come to this place ask for Cassie to be your server. The best

These are the worst boneless chicken in the history of mankind. The flavors are really good, but unfortunately they are paired with rock solid hard pieces of chicken (if they really are chicken). We ordered a medium with the asian zing, chipotle seasoning, and the parmesan sauce (all were very tasty). But those chicken...there were more breading than actual meat inside. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost! I'm not sure how long this chain will last at this particular location. Apparently the only chain that seems to have good reviews is the Staten Island one.

    (1)
  • Bubba T.

The food was fine but the service, once again was poor. We waited an hour for our food and when we complained the so called manager just said "the food is on its way" no sorry or free drink. And this was our third time we had poor service.

Pretty good wings -- on a commercial chain level I'd say better quality and much more wholesome wings than the late teen/college kid beloved Hooters. Had the.. Medium -- was alright, not really hot at all. Parmesean Garlic - was very tasty and garlicky! Mango Habanero - I actually like hot wings, but these were lacking... the heat wasn't heat it was just painful to eat, and the mango was very "bleh" tasting. Was really similar to like a spicy mango sauce you'd get a hole in the wall Chinese take out place.. just wasn't up to par with the rest of the wings we got. And again -- the spice was UNPLEASANTLY painful, especially just my lips and fingers. Carribean Jerk - these were ok. There was something about the "tropical spices" that they used that wasn't pleasant.. can't really put my finger on it but something in the actual spices of the sauce. Also was claimed to be a "hot" sauce and was pretty mild. Overall the chicken was very moist, no nasty dried out wings, meaty and filling. Price was.. ok. Basically the more you get the more value there is. Didn't have anything but the wings so can't comment on the rest of the menu although some of it sounded good.

I come to wild wings all the time and their food is amazing. I will say however, the hostesses need to take notice of what tables are clean and available. If customers see tables open and available they should be seated immediately, especially if they're complaining.

  • Fabolous D.

Very good wings. Tasty and not too dry and not too wet. I recommend this place for wings.

    (5)
  • Chris S.

Not sure how it can get any worse. Server gets lost on the way to finding napkins , no menus , everything takes forever , need napkins again and server is lost no where to be found. Ask for a box for 3 meals to be taken home. I get one of the worlds smallest boxes. It's almost comical , everytime I'm here it's the same thing but different. So why do I go back? I don't know , hopefully this will be the last mistake on my part. I'll let them make the mistakes since they are so good at it.

I love their wings Parmesan garlic is my favorite and they make it just how I like it extra crispy the servers are very polite so far My Fave buffalo wild wings

Boneless wing Thursdays! WOOT :) I always get my sauce on the side because I don't like soggy wings. The sauces are awesome! I don't like coming here for games, fights, or sporting events because it gets loud and sports arent really my thing anyway.

I have always been a huge fan of BDubs, for as long as I can remember. I have been here a handful of times- each time with the pleasure of getting to try a new flavor wing! So far, my favorite flavor/seasoning is the Thai Curry. It's so good that I find myself craving it on my chicken, even when I am not at BDubs! I might have to purchase a bottle on line. The Buffalo dry rub is also a good choice, for those who like their wings spicy. Only downside to this place, would be that their happy hour isn't really that generous. Regardless, I will still continue to frequent BDubs, because their wings are JUST THAT GOOD!!!

  • Mary B.

I usually love coming here for lunch but today the service was horrible. We let our server know that we were on our lunch break right when we arrived. It took over 20 minutes for my table to even get drinks, and we didn't even order anything from the bar!! Some of my co workers had to get their food wrapped and couldn't eat lunch with us because the food took so long. Then when we finally got our food we had no silverware, no carrots or celery that comes with the wings and the waitress didn't even come back to check on us. I am usually not one so complain since I am a waitress myself but this was very bad service!!

    (1)
  • Synn S.

Food is average. Wings are good; grilled chicken sandwich is good. There really isn't much more to say. The waitstaff is average and you do tend to wait a few minutes before they approach you. Once you get the food the floor manager checks on you, your waiter checks on you *once* then disappears until the check comes. Its an ok experience.

Point blank period. ..the food was whack, The service was whack, our waiter Ralph was whack so thank god that im a basketball head cause the game was on ok vs maverick kept me entertain cause I definitely won't be back

  • William T.

I'm only giving 2 stars for the server because he was very good! I ordered a Black and bleu burger, 1 thin dried out patty, gross! My Wife ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap, the chicken was hard as a rock and unchewable! We had some wings as an appetizer and they were very good along with the french fries that came with my burger! I didn't complain but honestly I don't really see going back unless I just want beer and wings!

Nope I admit, chains like this (see: fat american food) aren't really my bag but I will go with the flow to appease the tide. I can't always push my food snobbery on to others without looking like a pretentious fool so I roll with things. Besides, I figured what could be so bad about a couple of drinks and some wings.... rrrright? So the guido-fest nightclub turned wing and sports chain is actually visually appeasing on the inside (minus some of the blaring yellow crap). It was expansive, clean and had plenty of TVs around to put your ADD in full gear. Since BWW is larger than Kim Kardasian's derriere there was absolutely no wait for a table of 5. Phew. The beer/drink menu was larger than expected and included a few ciders, nice. The boneless wings were essentially fried golf balls squirted with sauce. I couldn't really get past the sauce layer on these boneless lumps of chicken parts as they were so deep friend and tough. Despite the quality of meat being poor, the sauces themselves are pleasant. The Parmesan garlic and the Jamaican jerk are probably my favorites out of what I tried. My grilled chicken burger was nothing special. It tasted no different than say -- a grilled chicken burger at Wendy's. The girl with the red pig tails and the chain that likes to call itself "b-dubs" has something in common here. Hey... at least the fries were good - especially when dipped in the Jamaican Jerk sauce. Service needed some work. While prompt in the beginning, they slacked off at the end. Our app was served WITH our meal and was cold while the rest of the dinners were lukewarm. I understand things aren't always done at the same time but hot damn, do they even use heat lamps back there? When one of the plates was sent back they just took it in the kitchen and microwaved it instead of making a new one - d'oh. To add insult to injury, it was also charged twice to the check. Sigh, try again guys. If I want to chow @ a chain in the westbury area I might as well go to cheesecake factory and overload on some carbs and dairy. At least I'd be happy and full when I exited.

I mainly order wings to-go from this location and they are consistently good. Our order is usually very large and it is rare for there to be a mistake with it. The staff checks each order with you before you leave - nice touch. I dined at this location once and my experience was so-so. Definitely prefer take out.

If you like going to a restaurant that basically ignores you the entire time, than I highly recommend this establishment. Lunch order placed at 12:20pm. Drinks (waters and 1 soda mind you) showed up at 12:42pm after having to chase down our server twice. But they still forgot the soda......After multiple wrong orders of food for other tables trying to be delivered, we finally received our basic lunches well after 1pm. But we couldn't eat yet because they did not bring any utensils or napkins. We asked....and asked again...and again. Finally one of the members of our table had to go get silverware on her own from the server station. Of course they also didn't provide the sauce and I asked for with my wings. So I had to wait longer.....Trying to pay and get out of there was a chore too.

This place is great for wing lovers. But if you don't like food it will be the worst meal of your life. And it's so noisy from all the guys shouting whenever something happened on a game. Never coming here again

  • Claudia S.

Good wings and service. We were a little confused though when we pulled into the front parking lot. All the lights were off and the place looked closed. We pulled into the side/back parking lot so we could turn around, and thats when we saw that BWW was actually open. Confusing, but it was still good! Staff was also accommodating with changing the TV's so we could watch the basketball game we came for! Also, 30 great beers on tap!

This is a new Buffalo Wild Wings location that opened up in Westbury. I'm a fan of BFF. Their wings and large variety of sauces are awesome. There's normally a ton of seating and enough large screens to watch any games you like. I came to this location on a Saturday (non-game day), and they already had a lot of people here. Luckily they still had a lot of seats available. Tried Honey BBQ, Jamin' Jalapeno and Desert Heat wings this time. I'm a big fan of their Honey BBQ, but the Jamin' Jalapeno was pretty good too with the right amount of spice in it. I didn't care for the Desert Heat seasoning because I don't like dry wings, so would skip that one the next time. Service was pretty quick. There's lots of parking also.

I love the wings and sauces but the service at this place sucks. I went there yesterday with two other friends and after about 20 mins of just sitting there and having no one come to our table we just left. And this was after one of my friends went up to the hostess and politely mentioned that we have been sitting for a while without anyone coming to our table. The hostess didn't even remember were she sat us! After waiting another 10 mins we just decided to go somewhere else. It was ridiculous! The place wasn't even half full and their service was lacking. This location maybe closer to me, but I will now only be going to the hicksville location.

  • Semi Chef C.

Ordering wings on a Tuesday during the ride home used to be a bi-weekly staple until the Hicksville location just destroyed my cravings. Overcooked tiny wings, sometimes receiving unsauced and botched orders, you name it, I had it. After about 6 months, I decided to give the Westbury location a shot and it was the best, largest, perfectly cooked wings we have yet received from this chain. The hostess who answered the phone to take my order was courteous and concise and followed up by checking everything herself to make sure the order was correct before I left. Even the celery and carrots were crisper. I will give them another shot in a few weeks and hopefully the consistency issues we endured at the other location are not repeated here. Until then 4 stars.

So I am here sitting in Buffalo wild wings, now done eating for about 30 minutes and my server, Christine, finally comes back to our table to show us attention. She had come through our section multiple times and assisted all the tables around us... yet neglected our table.. I wanted to wait and see how long it would take her to come to us. A little disappointing. Considering it was pretty slow here, and I still couldn't get attention. I won't be coming back. To top it off I personally didn't like the honey mustard wings.

The worse service ever and the place was filthy they never cleaned the floors on both tables I was placed at because the first one was not cleaned but was the same situation for the second table, the drink was watered down if I could have gave zero stars I would, I ended up paying for only one drink, cancelled my order and asked for my check. Mind you the managers were very unprofessional and was worse than my server. I will never go this this place again. Ended up going to TGIF and it was like night and day just up the block.

Yep..I miss hooters wings ! The service was terrible and the waiters were talking and not really paying attention, I guess that's the wing place norm well expect for Dave's Famous (jus sayin) After the waitress decided to take our order, the food came out within 10 mins ... The food was a 3/5 for me. wings- were good but not to die for! The Jamaican flavor was my favorite, the mango haberno was okay too hot for my taste, the medium was nothing special and the garlic something was well forgettable ! lol coleslaw- seemed store bought fries and wedges were good. If I want wings, I would just go to Dave's a few blocks away since Hooters is no longer. Would be great if you were to watch a sports game but other than that NAHHHH.

Great flavors! Waitresses are super cute and mostly courteous. Traditional wing are just awesome especially on Tuesdays.

Good food. Affordable prices. However, they have incompetent and slow service. I always order the chicken wrap with cesar dressing instead of their sauce. They always forget my dressing and give me a dry wrap. Seems to be a lack of communication between waitresses and cooks.

Great food.HORRIBLE STAFF. I always have to wait forever. And I only do take out now bc the service is horrible. The boneless wings are really tasty!

Worst service every me and my friends went there to have a feast and a few drinks. Well we waited at least a 30 hr for a cup of water and cocktail. servers didn't bring us a menu and we sat right near our servers so we clearly saw them busy gossiping amongst themselves. Obviously I paid for our stuff asked for a check and walked right out and haven't comeback since.

Came here on the 4th of July to check out one of the Word Cup games. It was raining like crazy and we needed something to pass the time until it stopped. Was in the mood for wings and after all, their name IS Buffalo Wild Wings, so we figured let's give it a try. Nope. Wings are fatty, pale looking, not a lot of flavor & we're not crispy at all. Eh, ya win some, ya lose some,,, kind of figured as much... Buffalo Wild Wings is the equivalent of a TGI Friday's, Applebee's and all those other places. Oh well.

  • Katie S.

They SUCKED ASS!! They were the worst we had to wait a long time for a table and then our food omg it was the worst! The food we wanted crispy and they didn't do that and they started to drop other people's plates in our food! They made us eat it after also! Like ew! Also they said it was going to be 20mins until the food comes out but it took over 30mins! I would say don't go to this place!

I've come to this location a couple of times to eat before catching a movie at the Westbury movie theater. Came last Friday during prime wait time which was around 7:45pm. We were told the wait would be a minimum of 20 minutes and they were right on time. I thought it was going to be longer especially since there were a lot of people ahead of us already waiting. They request for you to provide you with your cell phone number so when your table is ready they'll send you a text message as well as calling your name. As soon as we were seated our server came right away to take our drink order. Service was quick and since we ordered wings with HOT sauce it was hotter than we thought and needed refills quickly. Our server was attentive and provided us refills without asking. Overall I've always had a great experience and the food isn't bad for when you want to grab a quick bite.

I went here one night to watch UFC with some friends. The wait to get a table wasn't too long even though we got there pretty late. Our waiter was friendly and quick. There are a lot of TV's to watch the fights so it is almost impossible to have a bad view. I ordered the boneless wings. They were average, nothing special. I would suggest this place if you are here to watch sports. I wouldn't suggest this place simply for the wings.

Worst service ever! I called to place an order and was on hold for 20 minutes. I drove to the restaurant while on hold walked in and saw 3 employees behind the takeout area. I stood there for a minute still on my phone on hold. The never acknowledged me and picked up the phone while I was standing there. I told them on the phone I'm right in front of you!! They laughed and then apologized. If they don't get their act together they won't be open long!!!

I've eaten here a couple of times now. you would figure that the namesake wings would be good, but unfortunately they are mediocre at best. onion rings are good. but I'm not going to any place just because of onion rings. the general atmosphere is pretty sterile and cafeteria-like. reminds me of why I hate most chain eateries.

I love going to this Buffalo Wild Wings, I love the food and the sports atmosphere! The only downfall of this Buffalo Wild Wings in particular is that the service seems to be slower than other ones that I have been too.

Called for a pick up order. No problems here. They told me 15 minutes and were done when I arrived in and out. And the fries are the best anywhere they remind me of how mcdonalds use to taste in the 80s and 90s

Wings are great. I don't think I could complain, went with a couple of friends after a Cosmos game and we all had a good time. Staff was attentive and kept coming over to see if we were good. Walked us through all specials and made sure we took advantage of all deals available. All and all we all had a great time.

Terrible service. I placed a small order for pick up over the phone which I was placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I hung up and called back. I was told 15-20 min. It took them almost an hour of waiting to get my order. People were coming in and placing orders and getting them before me. The least they could have done was thrown in a side order of wings.

You would expect to get really good wings at a wing restaurant, but that wasn't the case when I my family and I had lunch here last week. The wings were drenched in sauce and some of them were ice cold. The best thing was the salt and vinegar fries. Very disappointing.

Literally the best place ever right down to the servers. I literally got food from here everyday after school lol my favorite has to be the fries OMG so good and the fried pickles! Try it!!

Located in the space formerly occupied by Glo and Sprats, BWW has truly eradicated any memories I had of the former occupants. A massive wide open sprawling space with a bar that seats 80 in the rear. With a TV in every conceivable location so that all patrons have a view, if you want to watch and dine, then this is the place for you. A few friends and I came here on Good Friday around 2PM after a round of golf. Upon arrival, the place was pretty quiet as you would expect. Not having been here before, I asked the hostess where would be best for us to sit. She recommended the bar area as the tables and booths were more "family oriented". Upon sitting at the bar we were almost immediately ignored. (Tip-2%) While there were only 8 or 10 people at the bar (remember it seats 80), I had to announce myself to the bartender, whom looked less than happy to help us. We ordered some beers, and she begrudgingly served us. As we made out way through the beers, there was no concern on her behalf to acknowledge that we needed refills (Tip -1%) For the next two refills, I had to exert my own effort to gain her attention to provide us with more libations. (Tip -1%) As for the food, it was average. We ordered 24 wings, which were were told come with a choice of 4 sauces. While I thought the sauces came on the side for dipping, they came already on the wings, dividing the order into 4 orders of 6 wings each with different sauces. This is something they do not explain. The wings are soft and soggy although they are quite large. The sauces are flavorful, however, there is way too much of it on the wings. There is quite a large beer selection, with some local Long Island brews however, there are no buybacks. (-1 star) I am glad to have had the experience of coming to BWW, as I now know, that I will not be returning. If you want great wings and beers, go to Croxley Ales house instead, their wings and beer selection are much better!

Food is average when I go. Great place for big fights like MMA or Boxing. Any sports you'll enjoy on the big screens. The issue is bad waiting times during big sporting events. Also cleanliness is lacking. The floors are dirty and the tables are a mess. Otherwise decent place.

Make sure you are in the mood for buffalo wings cause anything else is just ok and nothing special. The beers they have on draft and so on are great. You can tell the taps are clean and perfectly cold every time I had a beer at buffalo wind wings no matter which one I went to. On days where there is a local sports team in the playoffs of something important be sure to get there a little early so you can get a good table. The staff in all of these places are trained well and I will be back for sure. On important sports days these places get quite packed!

Meh... Atmosphere was pretty good. Started off pretty bad, manager yelling at employees while we are waiting to be seated and not having two beer listed on the menu. nothing wrong with the wings, but I was not impressed with the sauces. Hot BBQ - hot but bland, BBQ flavor nonexistent. jammin jalapeno -not bad, spicy but a little strong on the tequila taste mango habenero - spicy but bland Garlic parmesan - not bad, but not great (hurricane wings has a much better taste) Sour cream and chive wedges were the highlight Also Waiting a long time to get check. If u want good wings and great sauces go to hurricane wings

Another one on my DO NOT GO list. Buffalo Wild Wings took over the Glo Night Club spot and has done so admirably in the decor and design of their building. You'll find spacious accommodations and a plethora of televisions. My party (seven) and I were seated exceptionally fast for a Friday night. Their food is mediocre sure, but that is to be expected of a chain casual dinning locale, but it's their service that really falls short. I ordered an appetizer and entree. When the appetizer seemed to be taking too long to come out I asked our waiter about it, and he apologized saying that he put it in to come out at the same time as the entree. I ordered an appetizer because I was hungry. There's really no point in having the two come out at the same time, otherwise I would have just ordered the entree no? Did he comp the appetizer? Nope! Later on when the entrees came he put in two of the wing orders incorrectly. Started off poorly and the poor service continues as you can tell. At the end of service we were ready to pay, but he charged us for an extra 12 wings we did not order. I'm not sure if this was a mistake or on purpose but it was def not appreciated. He recognized the mistake when we pointed it out to him and had it comp'ed after. There were other issues such as their regular pints (16oz) and their talls (23oz) being off, and I mean way way way way way way waaaaaay off, but that's not really the server's fault. It's not right to call a beer in a pint glass a tall (23oz) and charge more for it. The only good thing about this Buffalo Wild Wings is that the bar (which we sat at first waiting for the other members of our party) was very good. They have several taps and they were friendly, attentive, and competent. It can't however make up for the serious deficiencies in their table service.

This place is a great addition to the current list of food options in the area. I've only sat at the bar when I come but it's always busy, from the to-go area to the seated area. The wings are so so but it's the atmosphere on game nights and the staff that make this place fun. As many times as I've come I've never had a bad experience with waiters/bar tenders. I'd definitely suggest B Dubs as a hang out anytime.

Brand spanking new ! Replaces Glo nightclub and the former Fuddruckers and Sprats. First 100 people on line Saturday got free wings for a year. Turned out to be 6 wings once a week for a year. Nice big space, looks like the other locations. Wings in general are just ok.... I always find them a bit soggy. But great place to have a few beers and watch whatever game you happen to be into. This will do well here and fills the need for another family place.

There is a place in the world for BWW, but it's not for us. If your between 18 and 30 you'll probably love it. Loud annoying music, hundreds of tv's. and a feeling you are at some frat party. Our visit was on a Wednesday night around 5pm and it had not filled up yet. But by the time we left there was a large wait. What these people are waiting for are lousy wings that had little sauce. My wife's grilled chicken Sammy was also so so. Our waiter / server was careless, and functioning on autopilot. We did not receive silverware, drink refills or any other requests, aside from the meal orders. He also looked like an idiot yelling " woooo hoooo". When it was announced over a loudspeaker someone was doing a wing challenge. BWW could be great, but its not. That is unless your a college kid or yuppie. Oh, and the diarrhea is no charge.

I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so I was anxious to give it a try. I came in for a small get together for lunch. I came in on an afternoon that wasn't so busy so the staff service wasn't too bad. The waiter I had particularly was friendly and helped out a lot. The pulled pork with fries from the lunch menu was decent. The chicken wings were moist and cooked well. The parmesan garlic had a good flavor especially if you enjoy a nice garlic taste. The honey BBQ is as you would expect, a sweet tangy BBQ sauce so you can't necessarily go wrong with it. The menu is a lot larger than I would have expected and the prices aren't all that bad either, comparing it to other large grill and bar places I've been. Overall, about $15 to $20 will get you a good meal with variety.

Enjoyable. Although the parking lot gave the appearance that the place was packed there was still plenty of room inside. The wings are decent enough, as were the sandwiches that we ordered. Prices are extremely reasonable. The server was very attentive, and there was no rush for anyone to get us out of there after we were finished with our meals. In all, a good place for casual dining and watching a game or two (or four or five).

These places always have a good beer selection - just don't order a mixed drink. Mixed age crowd during the day which is to be expected. If I was looking to go to a low key bat I'd recommend going to a local non chain instead.

A very disappointing takeout meal from Buffalo Wild Wings. Where to begin? We ordered a dozen boneless wings and only got 11. They were just ok, somewhat dry and with very little of the honey BBQ sauce and flavor we expected. The celery and carrot sticks with ranch dressing were fresh and crunchy though. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and it was not very good. First off, it failed my Family Guy salad test - there was a huge hunk of inedible core prominently featured, which right away was a turnoff. The chicken was supposed to be grilled but came in tough little chunks of dried out sawdust with zero flavor. There were a couple of mandarin oranges and some soggy noodles, the rest was just lettuce. The sesame dressing was very tasty however. They put a cup of some very spicy Asian sauce in with the salad, perhaps to try and lend the chicken some flavor. My husband got his usual steak burger. He ordered it with teriyaki sauce, which they forgot. He was disappointed by this. The fries that accompanied it were limp and tasteless, a further disappointment. Not an inexpensive meal and we expected more for the money.

Not too bad! Huge space with tons of televisions. It was not very crowded for Sunday football either, which is nice. The only issue I had was that their "grilled chicken" tasted artificial and rubbery (like processed chicken instead of an actual chicken breast) but this place isn't known for their healthy grilled chicken it is known for their wings and variety of wing sauces!!

  • Peter V.

I really wasn't expecting anything special about the quality of the food, however the chips n' salsa was disgusting as shit. Anyway, since the place specializes in buffalo wings I had to give them a try and they're pretty decent. The wings are cooked well (juicy meat not dry) but the sauce is a bit strange - it's kinda thick and heavy like syrup with a processed taste to it, sooooo i'm not really feeling that. Atmosphere is fine, service is fine, flat screens everywhere to watch the game, drink specials and prices are ok.. yeah I'll come back.

New-Clean-Big-Loud. Reminds me of the Main Event in Plainview or Millers Ale House in Levittown. Not really 'my thing" but there is an audience who appreciates this. Great place to watch a game on TV. They had about 12 beers on tap; 2 of which were IPA's, so that made my day. Wings were overcooked and dry. Stingy with the sauces. Bartender was nice. It's a very young crowd. Manager was reprimanding a waitress on the balcony outside and she was crying. Can't you get a room? Like, your office, perhaps? So unprofessional. Young. Ho-hum.

Absolutely awful. Took over a half hour to get our drinks from our waitress - ended up grabbing drinks from the bar after 20 minutes, our food (two orders of boneless wings, one chicken sandwich and one order of fries) took 40 minutes, and one of my buddies and I got sick about an hour later. Do not go to this bww. I've been to others previously and haven't experienced anything as bad as this one. Was an awful dinner experience and a very rough rest of the evening.

Went last night to this BWW and it was good the service was good.. Their were 5 of us and the waitress was very good..Loves all the TVs so I can watch all the different collage football games.. Food was good my son ordered the boneless wings I told him not to get the hot ones but he didn't listen and boy were they hot!!! We ordered the dessert nachos and Oh my god I loved that the most!!!

This location only gets 2 stars because the food (although not what I ordered) was actually O.K.. While calling for takeout I was placed on hold 3 times, 2 of which were never answered and the 3rd time was disconnected after 5 mins of holding. It was nice that the wait for takeout was only 20 mins but my order was improperly filled even after watching the takeout girl check each individual box. Ended up getting spinach and artichoke dip instead of nachos which cost me $3. Additionally the takeout line was just a large mob of people fighting to get a hold of 1 of the 3 employees. In the end it just seemed very unorganized. I know this location just opened but they really need to train the staff better and get more organized.

I wasnt completely disappointed but it truly was just an OK spot. The worst parts for me are not even the food which usually is the biggest issue. My two issues with this spot is the noise level (horrendous!) and the poor service. We actually waited over 40 minutes for our food to come out. The noise level is probably not easily fixed since the place probably gets crowded and the ceilings are high. But I swear every TV was on in the place and the music is on so loud. You really can't hear your party. i will give it another shot but that might be it.

Stay away if you have a large group. My buddies and I went there yesterday with a group of 15. We spoke to the manager a few weeks earlier to alert them that we were coming there and asked if they would be able to handle a large group of course they said yes. We informed when we come in to alert the hostess and we could wait outside for the table/s to be ready. We show up yesterday speak to the hostess, tell her we are a group of 15, she speaks with the manager on duty and tells us it will be about a half hour. Since they have no waiting space we inform her we will be outside and will come check back in in 30 minutes. 27 minutes later we come back in and a different hostess is there and inform us that we do not have a table "because they do not take reservations". How the #$@#@ made a reservation? We came in and followed instructions. We asked for the manager and when he came over he said "we are not seating you and we don't take reservations" then he proceeded to walk away. I will never visit this place again and with this piss poor customer service I doubt they will be there for long.

Service was terrible!! This is the 3rd time I've gone and it hasn't gotten better! Wings are cold, like frozen, the waitress we had never refilled drinks, waited til we asked for buckets and utensils, and then proceeded to fight with us about what was a drink we did not order. To add fuel, the one NCAA game I wanted to watch? Kept.going.out. And it was ABC not a random espn channel. FARMINGDALE is a way better location!

went on a saturday afternoon about 4pm. Was seated pretty quickly -there were a lot of empty tables. There were bones ,and napkins on the floor-really dirty. They let kids run the place. After not getting a glass of water, or waite after 15 minutesr we got up and left. When we told the hostess we were leaving because we never got acknowledged she just smirked and said -ok. Could care less. I wrote a letter to the corporate office to complain.I got a response saying if I wanted to give them another try they would send me coupons. Needless to say they never did=avoid this place-customer service is last on their list

Went on a Wedneday and was seated immediately. I've had BWW before and the wings were usually crispy and tasty. This time, they were soggy, and just OK. I did, however, LOVE the Black and Bleu Burger! One of the best burgers I've ever had! The drinks, as always were watered down. It's a new location so I guess they need time to pick it up. I would go again.

Tonight's experience was great. I've always liked the food and the screens all over show all the games. I have to say my server Dan, was great. My friend and I both agreed that he was very helpful and deserved recognition. He was super nice and gave us advice on the menu. He also made it a point to let us know that some of our requests were going to be a small additional charge which isn't something most servers do. I would definitely make it a point to come to this location again request Dan as a waiter again. The only negative we had to complain about was the manager. He walked up to check on us which is a positive but he was very rude about it. We were mid-conversation and he cut me off in te middle of a sentence. This is the only reason I took off a star.

Mediocre wings at best. Only upside is the pretty large craft beer selection. Should try perfecting a few flavors instead of throwing a bunch of mediocre ones at you.

Sixty-cents traditional wings on Tuesdays has me coming back to Buffalo Wild Wings on a weekly basis (literally). I come pretty much every tuesday either with my siblings, my cousins, my friends, or my fraternity. I always order 14 traditional wings: 7 Salt & Vinegar and 7 Asian Zing. I am a big lover of Salt&Vinegar flavored anything (my mouth is actually watering as I type this) and these wings really hit the spot. I always ask for extra seasoning on them because since it is a dry seasoning, I found that many times there is not enough seasoning on the wings to suit my liking, so I ask for extra seasoning to make sure i can taste the S&V. Asian Zing is a sauce that is sweet and tangy with a little, very little, bit of heat. It's really good. I also always ask for bleu cheese, two little cups of them. I also get a Huckleberry Lemonade. Its a little sweet and tart and it comes with a maraschino cherry! Their dessert is on point. Eventhough I have only tried their dessert nachos, they are worth getting!!! The warm fried cheesecake balls juxtaposed with the cold ice cream with the drizzle of chocolate syrup served on one large nacho is more than enough to share with three other people. Each person can have their own serving of the nachos with just one order. Great for sharing! The wings here are consistently good, but the staff is a little more variable. There have been plenty of times when the waiter(ess) has messed up my table's order. Either the wrong amount of wings, forgotten items, the wrong items, poor behavior, etc. Some servers don't mind giving me or a friend extra dipping sauce, mean while other servers are quick to charge you for the extra sauce without even informing you. I asked for Honey mustard to dip my fries in and i was unknowingly charged extra for the one cup of sauce. Also just a tip, the earlier you go there in the day, the better the wings will be. By better, I mean that they are usually bigger, fresher, and more care is put into your order as opposed to later at night where the cooks are rushing and things can be overlooked. Later at night the wings are usually drier in my experience too.

No matter which one you go to its still really great food! It's a very loud environment, so i wouldn't recommend it if you don't like that kind of setting, its basically like a sports bar. I absolutely love it though never disappointed!

    (5)
  • June P.

The noise level was horrendous. Yes, it's a sports bar, but each tv doesn't have to be blasting. The wait staff was terrible. It took forever to be noticed and forever and a day to be served. Don't expect to get exactly what you order. The food was basic one step above fast food fare. If you like the loud noise and don't mind sitting there a few hours, this is the place for you.

    (1)
  • Yami C.

This place just opened and it already sucks. The place is ok looking and the food isn't bad, but the mixed drinks are super weak and the service is odd to me for it to be a 'sports environment' - lazy fat people as servers (sorry, just being honest).

It's now 1:00 am and I just finished cleaning after both my son and husband got sick after eating at this location. I just read a few other reviews where other people got sick after eating there too. Wish I read this before going. Besides the vomit and diarrhea we came home with, the food and service was horrible. Took over 15 minutes for waiter to come over to us initially and when he did finally come by, he said he'd need a few more minutes. After ten more minutes, he arrived with no pen and tried to memorize our order but clearly couldn't. He then left again and finally returned w a pen. The food was not good and I feel so bad that I let my son actually eat it. We were given no silverware or napkins and although both me and my husband both ordered iced teas, only mine was served with ice, go figure?!?! The place was ridiculously loud and obnoxious and I would never go back. The staff is clueless, food is nasty, and people are clearly getting sick repeatedly by eating there. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED RESTAURANT!!!

  • Shannon D.

Ive been here multiple times and each time ive had very different experiences. Most of the time they screw up my beer order which isnt hard because at restaurants like this I always get a bud light but some of the screw ups have been miller light, budwiser, angry orchard and a margarita. The wait staff has been really good besides a little mistake here and there. I only had one major problem when I was with a little group of 8. The waiter forgot about us for about 45 mins. He delivered food except for one. Mind you two of those orders were completely wrong. 30 mins later he came back to our table and gave us an attitude when we told him what was wrong. He walked away from our table and never came back. The manager got involved and was super nice to us and comped several meals. All in all this place is ok. I still prefer houlihans which is right next door. If you wnat to watch a game this place is fun! The food and service is just ok.

Apparently this chain restaurant likes to think of themselves as a club. My girlfriend and I decided to get some wings tonight and stopped over here to satisfy our cravings. Well, there was some rude "bouncer" at the door checking IDs for who knows what reason. We decided to wait in line anyway despite our confusion. Before we even had a chance to get to the front, we heard someone in front of us ask how long it would take to seat four. The "bouncer" said "I THINK 2 hours." OK, so they're really busy. Maybe the wait for 2 wont be as bad. But the people in front of us next asked if they could go and put their name down. This "bouncer" obnoxiously told them "no." That was enough for us. We turned and left. Buffalo Wild Wings you are a chain restaurant where people go to get beer and overpriced wings. Stop acting like you're some exclusive club. You don't need to be 18 or 21 to go eat wings, stop checking IDs at the door with a wannabe bouncer. I will not return to your restaurant. I'll take the 20 minute drive to Wings Over Farmingdale for superior wings, better service, and a staff that isn't inexplicably deluded into thinking they're more than just a restaurant.
