THEY TAKE FOREVER. while the workers enjoy themselves behind the counter talking and playing around. Are you kidding me!? How aggravating. I waited 15 mins in the drive through line just to get a shake then parked & went inside to see what's going on. How can these people be hired. Been there once and will never come back.

Food is ok. Place is clean. The help is terrible. You can be next online and the help behind the counter is talking to each other. Also have gotten the same order on diiferent days and cashier has charged different price. Salads are good especially the very berry chicken. Deal with the place basically because my kid likes it!

Wait times to get your order taken and receive your food are faster than the one near 222nd Street. But, this Wendy's has one major flaw: WHY IS THE LADIES' ROOM NEVER OPEN? Ughhh, I'm so sick of trying to play ninja in the men's room. Also, the door is really heavy and located in a weird spot that is far away from the bus stop D: No me gusta.

Why does my baked potato have the constitency of yuca? Its not supposed to be hard.. & why is my boyfriend's wrap so tiny? Stay away from the wraps & baked potatoes my fellow yelpers!

I LOVE wendy's more than any other fast food joint in the world, but this particular location irks my nerves at times... The service is SLOW... It seems like they have just ONE person doing EVERYTHING... The food is fine, just the time it takes to receive it is anything but FAST... They did renovate the place, so now it looks a lot better than before, hopefully they can renovate the staff to serve faster...

I went 6/4/2012 at 3pm On the double hamburger with cheese the meat was dry and caramelized. The meat also looked thin (underweight or pressed). Baked potato was brown like it was over cooked. I was disappointed that the Wendy's quality was not present. I tried to talk to the manager but she was sitting in the lobby the entire time I was there talking to someone. The other person did not appear to be an on duty staff person. When I go to a Wendy's I expect a certain level of food quality and service. This location failed my expectations.

Located literally at the city's northernmost border (Ropes Avenue), this Wendy's location has been a legacy in the Northeast Bronx for decades. Located across the street from shopping center that once was home to a Caldor's store (now houses a K-Mart, BJs, and Modells), the location is the only Wendy's in that area (McDonalds is down the street; Burger King at neighboring Bay Plaza Shopping Center). Service is good and place is kept clean.
