It's a cheap spot to hang out. If you want high quality food and service go elsewhere. It has half priced apps. Good spot to chill on the cheap.

Where do I start. My wife and son love Applebee's so we decided to come all the way from Norwalk. The place was pretty much empty but our waitress took forever giving us drinks. I ordered my son a virgin strawberry daiquiri and it took 7 mins. I remained calm but things got worse. The food came out and I had to remind the waitress we were missing the piece of bread included with the pasta. My wife's burger was cooked medium not medium well. I usually ask for a manager by this time. But after coming out the field for 4 days (ARMY) I just wanted to enjoy dinner with my family and NO problems. Won't be returning EVER AGAIN. SMH!!

First and last time at this particular Applebee's. By far the worst experience I've had at any Applebee's. Friend and I decided go have Saturday lunch here. The place was practically empty with the exception of a few occupied tables (surprising for Saturday lunch time). I ordered a (medium) "Triple Bacon Burger". Friend also ordered a burger. The food took 30 minutes to come. The place was a ghost town, which made the long wait hard to understand. When my burger FINALLY came, i noticed there were only two small burnt and skimpy pieces of bacon and very small amount of fries. I called a waitress over, which also took a while since they all hid in the back. I told her my concerns, and with a snarky attitude she replied with "well if you look inside the patty, its supposed to be full of bacon." Then walked away. Took a bite. No bacon inside the patty. The patty was also partially raw with a heavy taste of uncooked meat. This is not a medium rare, it was RAW. The waitresses were no were to be found for me to relay the problem. I left the burger as is and didn't dare to eat it. When the bill came, I ONCE AGAIN expressed my concerns to another waitress which also replied with a snarky attitude- "I'll check with the manager and see what we can do." She came back and said "Sorry, the manager isn't here." AVOID THIS PLACE!

Came for lunch on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and attentive. I tried one of their new menu items: pepper steak on whole grain. Turned out to be a great and tasty dish and not the usual calorie bombs you get most places. Combined with an IPA from Goose Island brewery I actually had a great lunch. Applebee's is on my short list when traveling as I know I can usually get a good healthy meal and a decent beer, and this one did not disappoint.

I've gotten food poisoning 3 times from their supreme nachos (yes, I know I'm crazy for ordering this twice after getting food poisoning the first time... But I love nachos!). I will never eat here again. I think that's all that needs to be said about this location.

This place has really deteriorated. I remember when it was a fun family spot and everyone who worked ther was upbeat and even though it was "family" food and a fast food restaurant experience it was still pretty good. Not anymore. I would give it one star but I just don't have the heart because of good memories.

Typical chain restaurant. Came in for lunch with my mom and 15 month old. Our waiter was friendly but we had a long wait for our food. WHY does Applebee's take forever? This isn't the only location that is SLOW SLOW SLOW. So annoying. One positive - I requested the pasta with marinara sauce for my little one to be brought before our food. It came out nice and quick which made me happy.

I was totally disgusted with my trip to Applebee's. The food was sub par and service was slow. It was a rainy Thursday afternoon and really not even busy. I didn't see any excuse for how slow it was. What took the cake was when clowns from the Ringling Bros circus came in, in full dress, and started advertising and doing tricks at people's tables. SERIOUSLY APPLEBEE'S?! I'm paying to have a nice dinner out of the house and you bring in people to advertise to me AT my table!? I was left feeling extremely uncomfortable and infringed upon for the rest of my meal as the clown took over the restaurant. I haven't been back since and have absolutely no plans to ever return. Never again.

This is Applebee's so it is what it is --find the bartenders are very friendly,as well as the wait staff. Food is what you expect from Applebee's. Parking is plentiful, close to holiday inn and shopping.

This is a popular chain restaurant. This isn't a five star dining facility. You come here because you have kids or want apps and a beer to enjoy the game with. Wings and burgers are good and the happy hour specials are great. My server was attentive and the 2 for 20 deal is great if you're on a budget.

Friendly staff waitress came over to ask how food was. Food was fine no problem with food quality. What is the deal with tables that have the sofa type seat and not free standing chairs. Really tight and uncomfortable.

Whenever I think of a chain restaurant, this is the first thing that comes to mind. The food is gross, I would rather go and have a fine meal at McDonald's. The drinks are the only redeeming factor, but only if you like fruity drinks or beer. Everything I have ever ordered from here has left me feeling heavy and greasy. Some of the staff is very nice, but this joint is just gross.

Worst Applebee's I have been to. I really wish there were another one of these casaul-type chain restaurants in the area. There is almost always something wrong with the order...takeout orders always have something missing, meat is never cooked as ordered, staff is indifferent and rude.

My friend and I went her and he ordered buffalo wings and they were really good. I ordered the fish (Tilapia) it came with potatoes. The potatoes were burned and the tilapia was extremely salty. The service was decent.

This place is terrible. I'd been on an Applebee's hiatus for a few years because I realized that all their food tastes exactly the same. I'm not quite sure how they do that, but I decided to give them another chance. HAH. This location was particularly bad. First of all, I was treated like a freak of nature because I was dining alone. I was escorted past several comfortable booths to the back of the restaurant in a completely empty section. The first thing my waiter asked was, "Are you dining alone?" I looked around at the three empty seats before confirming. The food took forever to arrive, and after it did, my waiter ceased to exist for the next half hour or so. I finally spotted him near the front of the restaurant, flirting with the hostess. Another waiter who walked by me must have sensed that I needed something, so he went to the front of the restaurant to get his attention. Then, after I asked for the check, I was able to balance my checkbook, do my taxes, and read half of War and Peace before he returned. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Applebee's...or any Applebee's. And by the way...the food hasn't improved.
