I have been going to Overtime on and off since 2001. I have seen the place transform from what used to be the old Spur of the Moment into a friendly neighhood bar to get a cold one after work. I have seen major improvements in the decor from the bar to the dining room. They always have fun events and the staff is the most friendly that i have seen. Lately though, I have seen an amazing transformation from a neighborhood bar to a great place to have dinner. The food is amazing from wings to steaks. (My favorite is the Pot Roast Melt...Amazing) Lisa and Wayne and the entire staff really care about you having a good time while you are there. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I'm not a fan of the atmosphere... Seems like the type of secret membership place with regulars that go all the time, not open to new faces:-/ THE FOOD LACKED FLAVOR & SEASONING... I ordered a chicken tender platter and would describe it as BLAND & partially SOGGY. The dishes were out on the table, but they weren't clean to my satisfaction. Waitress/Bartender preoccupied by lotto numbers & calling scores. She didn't make eye contact, let alone efforts to engage us as new customers. There are no adult size, "to go" cups.

Absolute best fish fry in town. Pasta Bianca is also really great. The owners are very nice people and are always present on busy nights- helping out and talking to the guests.

Wow....just wow! I was visiting the Rochester area and was introduced to this place by some friends who highly recommended Fish Fry Friday. I have never had a fish fry that was this delicious! I got the beer battered and my friend got the Cajun. We shared and both were just delicious. The owner Lisa personally came over to our table and introduced herself. After our meal we went to the bar and met the owners husband Wayne. What a nice couple. I was talking to a local guy who was telling me how selfless the owners are. He said they help the needy, and even raised a bunch of money for a single Mother of 6 this past Christmas. I was so impresses I went back on Monday for a beer and was surprisingly surprised at their wing special. I'm from California and we just can't seem to get wings right. This place had a special going on. I had a beer and a bunch of wings for under $10. I highly recommend you check this place out. Hands down the best fish fry and wings I've ever had! The staff is super friendly and fun too!

This was our second visit to this location, since the first visit a few months prior ended by my companion and I walking out. It was a busy Friday night and we sat for almost 30 minutes without a waitress even coming over to our table for a drink order! Needless to say, we went next door to the Parkway Diner and had a fabulous greasy spoon dinner, as always! We also visited the North Greece location and had wings, which weren't that impressive. Slow and mediocre service there, too, so don't even bother. I digress, so back to our recent visit. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. It was just us and the waitress in the dining room. I'm not sure if there was even a cook there, or she was doing it all. We ordered an appetizer and then our sandwiches. The appetizer was great- buffalo chicken fingers with just the right heat and hand cut fries. Unfortunately, the drink refills were on a 2 hour delay (kidding). My mouth was at sbout a 3 alarm fire stage at that point and I chugged my boyfriend's entire water. Then the waitress brought our sandwiches. I cut mine in half, since it was an enormous portion, only to notice a raw chicken breast. Yep, RAW. Need I remind my readers that WE WERE THE ONLY PATRONS IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT AND BAR! Literally, max occupancy of 3-4 persons. By the time a replacement was brought out, I had eaten my salad and was utterly disgusted. On a side note, the replacement was about 1/3 the size of the original sandwich. Nothing was discounted, no apology, and NEVER AGAIN!

There definitely is a feel of a cliquish type if atmosphere in this place. In the annoying way, where you feel like you're getting second rate service because you're not a regular. I live very close to this bar but I won't be going again, I've even given them a few chances. The table service is okay, the food is low to mediocre at best. I will say their fish fry is pretty good, but after doing take out the last few visits, I'm done. Their bartenders take forever to get to you and they (or the kitchen) have messed up my order more than once. Getting the actual food takes longer than it would sitting at a table. By the way, fish fry seems to be the only thing worth ordering. Every other time I've been disappointed.
