4 stars because I get The Best salads here! My favorite salad bar ever. They have a large variety. It can be pricey and they are constantly raising the prices. But if you're in the area give them a try.

Nothing like a good bagel. Since its conveniently located in the local area. Great salad options and breakfast choices. They also have a hot buffet section which I haven't tried yet.

If you're coming here for fresh bagels...DON'T! Now if you want hard chewy bagels with watered down sugared coffee this it's the place to be. I used to come here is as kid and I thought it was the best....Ahhh the age of innocence. Hadn't been here in years and my everything bagel sucked. I can't speak ill of their lunches so I'll reserve that for a future visit. Here is a picture of 1/2 the bagel I just couldn't bring myself to eating.

Went in for a bacon, egg and cheese with salt, pepper, ketchup they don't put it on the sandwich and there was no cheese in it. They probably mixed my order with someone else's but I was in a rush and didn't notice until I was already on the road I still ate it it was good but wasn't enjoyed.

Joe is a good guy and the food here is solid but the prices are absurd for the area and they unapologetically gouge customers. I used to come here every day and get the same breakfast wrap for $4.25. Then one day the older guy started charging $4.75, and acted like that had always been the price. Today for that same breakfast wrap I was charged $6.25. What is it going to cost next time, $10? I won't be back to find out.

I try to give this place a chance because of the reviews. A few times I've gone there and asked for a specific sandwich they older guy ends up giving me wraps and tells me that's what I asked. How are you going to tell me what I just ordered, clearly I asked for bread and not a wrap. And he will try he hardest to prove you wrong. Another incident was the time the close. But you can't tell them anything.

Cool place, on my way to class I get my breakfast here, they make the best tea, I try but I just can't replicate it. Nothing over the top here, good food, has seating, good service.

This was an awesome breakfast sandwich! For about $4 got eggs, sausage and cheese on a croissant with orange juice. We needed a quick breakfast to go and the owner could not have been more pleasant. We were from out of town visiting Hofstra U. and was looking for something with some local flavor.

Contractor purchased 2 bagels (I told him that would not have sesame) so he purchased 2 stale flat bagels. And @ $1.50, really. The nerve.

There is barely anything negative you can say about this everything-you-want deli. Located in the heart of Hempstead just a few blocks south of Nassau County District Court on Main Street, this deli has it all. From breakfast options to fresh salads made before your eyes, to a wide variety of deli meats, speciality sandwiches, and daily lunch specials, Be-Bop deli does it all, and they do it very well. The staff is so friendly and willing to make you anything your heart desires. This deli offers not only the traditional take-out option but also dine in as well. The staff keep it well maintained, and the food is always hitting your spot if you need something tasty to hit your spot after a long morning in court. But beware, a sandwich drink and chips could cost you an upwards of $7-8. Just slightly priced too high in my eyes, but not overpriced when you check out the size of the sandwiches, or gigantic salads they offer.

Good food, fresh salad bar, and a variety of sandwiches, salads and bagels. Not too pricey. Far from a great Brooklyn or NYC bagel, but I've had worse. They aways have fresh soups, coffee, and desserts. The service is great, the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Ok service. Pricey. The owner can be rude at times (throwing debit card on the counter after swiping). A sandwich, Red Bull and a bag of chips cost me $12 last week. I won't be going back.
